Arriving in style to finish up some pre-holiday work, Jessica Alba headed to her office in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday (November 26).
The Honest Company founder looked cute in a black studded T-shirt, black leather jacket, and printed pants as she carried a large red Birkin handbag.
Earlier this week, the 32-year-old working mom was hard at work on set filming her upcoming comedy, "Barely Lethal."
Sporting some lightened locks for the role, the film follows a 16-year-old international assassin yearning for a "normal" adolescence who fakes her own death and enrolls as a senior in a suburban high school.

Here are some photos from the 2nd Annual BABY2BABY Gala held Saturday in LA. Baby2Baby supplies ?gently used? baby clothes and baby gear to underprivileged women in LA. Both Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba are on the board of the organization and they were both in attendance last night. They got a good turnout too. I have no idea why Jessica Alba chose this hot Pink ball gown for an event that really didn?t need it, but here you go. The gown is Reem Acra. It would have been great at the Golden Globes, but not so much here.
Here?s Drew Barrymore in a Tory Birch maternity gown. I get weird vibes from her man Will Kopelmann. Like? Drew seems way more into him than whatever he feels for her. She looks very pretty too.
Malin Akerman?s ensemble is terrible ? that dress is so bulgy and unflattering and the shoes are awful.
I think Rebecca Romijn got a haircut. Right? And only Rebecca could make a lipstick red onesie look this fabulous.
Nicole Richie in Alberta Ferretti ? is it wrong that I kind of love this? It?s rule-breaking but it works on her and she looks very good here.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was there too. Huh. I like her dress, but it?s one of those deals where it only works on a woman with her kind of figure.

Enjoying a gorgeous day on set, Jessica Alba filmed "How to Make Love Like an Englishman" in Malibu on Monday (November 4).
The "Sin City" star wore a sleeveless burgundy turtleneck dress with black heels as she shot with co-star Ben McKenzie in the sunshine.
When she's not standing in the spotlight in showbiz, the 32-year-old mother of two is working hard for her eco-friendly Honest Company.
That same day, Jessica retweeted a recipe for her gluten-free banana bread pudding, telling People, " After being away from home for a few weeks, I craved fall comfort food. So, I wanted to make this delicious bread pudding with my girls. We adapted this recipe from Denise Jardine?s 'The Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free Kitchen,' a cookbook that I have in my collection.?

The "Sin City" star wore a white T-shirt, olive green jacket, matching hat, and ripped jeans as she selected gourds for her daughters.
Nearby, Honor played in a Belle from "Beauty and the Beast" costume with her face painted while Haven stayed near to mommy.
This month, the 32-year-old founder of The Honest Company appears on the cover of Health magazine, where she advises, "If people challenge your idea, it should get you more focused and more determined to stay on track."

Stepping out with her daughters, Haven and Honor this morning (October 12), Jessica Alba made a trip to grab breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien in West Hollywood, CA.
Looking mature yet still managing her signature cuteness factor, the 32-year-old mom wore a little gray fedora, an olive button down over a white tank, blue jeans with a few shreds and high tops. She completed her stylish facade with a tan bag slung over her shoulder, and an adorable Haven in her arms.
Alongside her mommy, Honor strode with style, dressed as Belle from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast," holding a a hot Pink clutch, and carrying a long shoulder bag.

Never one to take a break from her career, even after returning home from a company promotion in Toronto, Canada, Jessica Alba stopped by the "Honest" office Friday (October 11) to make sure everything was in-line and in good order before enjoying the weekend with her family.
The 32-year-old entrepreneur looked stunning with her beautiful brunette hair down about her shoulders, wearing red shades, a brown leather jacket over a white tee, blue jeans and silvery high tops. She completed her look with two handbags, one tan, and one white, hanging from her arms.

‘When it comes to balancing everything, I try to live my life the best I can and I sometimes have to compromise on one thing or another,’ she explained.
It’s pretty obvious if Jessica Alba had anything planned then she wouldn’t be able to hide it because she’s such a terrible actress.

On Wednesday, the 32-year-old actress stopped by the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" where she talked about Halloween plans with her two daughters.
Though she plans to dress up her youngest one Haven like a hotdog, Jessica shared, "Honor wants to be a mermaid in a strapless dress, er no, or she'd like to be a princess and we can carry her."

The mother of two rocked a sexy red dress for the Marc Baptiste-shot spread as she opened up about her former body woes and starting up her Honest brand.

When you started this company, you were already a movie star. Was it daunting to try something completely new?
?There were certainly moments when it was scary. The day we launched, I was like, Is anyone even going to go to our website [honest.com]? Our distribution is mainly the Internet. It took me about three years of people telling me I was crazy and that there's no way it could ever happen before I found the partners who could balance my weaknesses.?
What's your mantra of the moment?
?Breathe. I swear. It's been so hectic. And I've been doing more work in movies and on television lately.?
Is the fulfillment you get through your company different from what you get through acting?
?Oh, yeah. My decisions here affect more than just me. It's a lot of pressure. This is intense. This is important. This is time-consuming. When I do a movie or a television show, I have control over so little of it. So I've found, lately, that it's so much more fulfilling to be a lot more risky with my acting choices.?
People always seem to be trying to lose weight in Hollywood. Has your attitude on diets shifted?
?To me, it's knowing that if you eat unprocessed fresh food?it doesn't all have to be organic, but try to have the least amount of GMOs [genetically modified organisms] and pesticides?you have energy, aren't starving and don't have to count calories. When I'm "dieting," I'm not eating as many snacks?because I love snacks. [Laughs] Popchips, Pirate's Booty?or I could eat a pound of fruit. So I cut down on snacking when I'm trying to be healthy.?
These days, do you feel differently about your body?
?I was a lot more critical of my body when it was probably pretty awesome. It's like, why did I not ever wear jean shorts? That's so crazy. I was so skinny! I didn't have any cellulite...what was I thinking?! I was more willing to wear short skirts after I had my kids. I never wore them before. Ever. I was so self-conscious. But I remember I was 28 or 29, at an MTV award thing, and my girlfriend Kelly was like, "You should wear a short skirt, because you are not going to be this age forever." Now I'm a lot more confident in my skin?because who cares? At the end of the day, it's so much time spent on something that really doesn't matter that much.?
