Following two incidents in which Lindsay Lohan pushed one woman and threw a drink at another, Lindsay has banned herself from The Standard and will be taking her partying elsewhere. Instead of slowing down on the clubbing, she’s in search for a new spot. Probably one that doesn’t have cameras where anything can be proven in a court of law.
In other news, Lindsay admits ignoring the judge’s advice and was at Smoke & Mirrors at The Standard during the drink-throwing incident on Wednesday but insists the other girl was the instigator. Why anyone would believe Lindsay is beyond me. Based on her history of lying, the other woman could say Lindsay punched her in the vagina and people would just go, “Yep, sounds like Lindsay.”

On Friday, we discussed the controversial theory that Lindsay Lohan was both the alpha and the omega, the attacker and the attacked, the instigator and the victim, the sober and the crackie. You see, some reports claimed that Lindsay Lohan had been the victim in a bar brawl that left her soaked in someone else?s cocktail. Unfortunately for LL, it doesn?t seem like that version was true, as only Michael Lohan is backing up that side of the story, and pretty much whatever Michael says is the opposite of the truth. So Lindsay got into ANOTHER bar fight at The Standard. In addition to the bar-fight at The Standard which she got into two weeks ago. The Standard simply isn?t her kind of place, the kind of place where a crackhead is free to be crackie. So LL is ?banning? herself:
Lindsay Lohan will never step foot in The Standard Hotel again … or at least for the foreseeable future. She’s telling friends the hotel is a curse, causing her nothing but heartache … and this week’s drink-throwing incident was the last straw.
You would think Lindsay might swear off clubbing period, but if you thought that you just don’t know LiLo. She’s on the hunt for a new hip place to spend her free time.
We’re told Lindsay is fully aware she’s now a big fat target … knowing full well there are people who want either quick publicity, some easy money or both — but she vows not to become a shut-in out of fear.
As for Wednesday’s drink-throwing debacle — Lindsay admits she was at The Standard’s nightclub Smoke and Mirrors … but insists the other girl was the instigator.
We’re told Lindsay is confident everyone will eventually realize she did nothing wrong during the drink-throwing incident and the alleged shoving incident two weeks ago.

This is maybe the dumbest f–king story I?ve heard in so long. Like, I think it?s a ?challenge? when LL blatantly lies about whether or not she was even at a club, or whether or not she had a drunken hissy fit and threw a drink at somebody. But to push this kind of ?pity poor me, I?m the cracked-out victim, I?m never going there again!? story – it?s just pathetic. Obviously, someone within The Standard?s management told Lindsay that she was no longer welcome – they did the same with Amanda Bynes, and all it took for Amanda was one DUI. Just one! Here?s an honest-to-God question: why does ANY club let Lindsay in? Yes, she brings publicity, but she?s the Typhoid Mary of crack shenanigans. When you let Lindsay into your establishment, you?re saying to the world: ?Budget, D-list crackheads are welcome to party here!?

Lindsay Lohan is facing allegations that she pushed a woman at Smoke & Mirrors in The Standard Hotel two weeks ago. So of course it was a great idea to go back to Smoke & Mirrors on Wednesday and tempt fate. Naturally, fate delivered.
Lindsay’s friend drove her to the hotel and while pulling into the parking garage, hit another car. Lindsay called her dad for help and he showed up. After much debate, Michael decided bad omens were stupid and took Lindsay into the club where they hung out for a couple hours without drinking any alcohol.
Near last call, a girl in the booth next to Lindsay and Michael made asarcasticremark about Lindsay showing up with her dad. Lindsay got up and screamed “Shut the f*ck up,” at her. That’s about when the women threw a drink at Lindsay drenching her. Michael grabbed Lindsay and headed for the door which is what he should have done 2 hours before.
Any other parent would have told Lindsay to head home when they got that call. But Michael isn’t any parent. The first thought that popped into his head wasn’t, “Hey, why is my daughter hitting up clubs again when the judge advised her not to?” It was, “Hey, I wonder if I can get some publicity if I parade around this club with my daughter.”

Earlier this week, I was all set to write about Lindsay Lohan?s latest cracked-out shenanigans at the Coachella festival. I had already prepared myself for a standard-issue tale of Porta-potty sex, cocaine, a Botoxy, puffy crackface, liquor and maybe a fistfight involving someone in a wheelchair. Instead, I got these relatively pleasant photos of a not-puffy, sober-looking (sort of) Lindsay, with no stories of her Coachella shenanigans. Has The Cracken changed? Maybe. OK! Mag has an interesting theory about LL?s de-puffed face. Their source claims that Lifetime producers (of Liz & Dick) were aghast when they saw LL?s puffy Botox-face, and they ordered her to stop messing with it. And she might have complied! Because she?s broke as hell and she needs this gig like a crackhead needs her? oh.
Lindsay Lohan has a plum role waiting for in Lifetime?s Liz & Dick? but in her desperation to look the part of one of the 20th century?s great beauty icons, Lindsay submitted to cosmetic procedures that bloated and distorted her face – and nearly lost her the job.
An insider close to the Lohan camp reports that before flying from LA to NYC for several big meetings, including one with Lifetime executives, Lindsay ?was overdone with fillers, Botox and God knows what else. Word is that she had so many shots she went way overboard. And when they took one look at her – they were repulsed and shocked.?
According to the insider, Team Lohan has explained to the execs that Lindsay had indeed undergone some aesthetic touching up – but that the actress ?was not told by doctors that she wasn?t allowed to fly immediately afterward – and well, it was a catastrophe. In the course of Lindsay?s five-hour flight, the change in air pressure obviously did much damage and caused unexpected side effects.?
The Lifetime execs want to set conditions, says the insider. ?I heard someone ask if Lindsay?s people would take a few photos of her with proof of date over the next few weeks, and that if her face was less swollen and back to normal, they?d use her,? the insider tells OK!
For Lindsay, there?s a lot more than her reputation riding on Liz & Dick: apparently, Lindsay is flat broke.
?She?s as poor as poor can be, doesn?t have two nickels to rub together and she owes more than $3 million in debt,? the insider tells OK!. ?Lindsay?s recent Playboy magazine spread only paid a small pittance compared with what she owes,? adds the source, ?and she?s desperately looking, pitching and offering to do absolutely anything to take her back to something like the lifestyle she had become accustomed to.?

The obvious plotline failure is this: if LL is so f–king broke (which I believe), how can she still afford to jack up her face and lips all the time? My answer: she can?t. So instead of going without, Lindsay and her mother go in for the cheapest, most budget procedures they can get. And they?re probably paying their bills – ALL of their bills – in ?trade?. But seriously, how easy it to believe that LL has already blown through her $900K Playboy paycheck? Those aren?t all legal bills too – remember, she?s a cracked-out hoarder who loves to shop. And she?s got significant drug bills too. Plus, some of her debt could be years-old – in 2010, it was widely reported that LL had $500,000 in credit card debt.
Still, let?s enjoy the hint of her old, natural face once again (just don?t look at her lips).

Making a mid-day stop, Lindsay Lohan was spotted filling up her luxury car at a Malibu gas station on Wednesday (April 18).
The "Mean Girls" star looked boho chic in a fringe black tank top, tan shorts and black leather boots adorned with sunglasses and a large floppy sun hat while tending to her petrol pumping duties.
Just before heading to grab fuel, LiLo made a stop at the Maxfield store in the Malibu Lumber Yard to grab a few essentials.
Miss Lohan has been trying her best to head in a more positive direction after her many ups and downs in the last few years and apparently now the actress may be willing to help another starlet going through some rough times.
After Amanda Bynes' recent DUI arrest and partying nights out, a Lohan friend told the Sun Times that the 25 year-old would be more than happy to talk with Amanda and help her hopefully not go down the same path

Lindsay Lohan was at Coachella, of course. Because she?s completely sober and law-abiding and what?s the best way to celebrate the end to your formal probation than a music festival soaked with alcohol, cocaine and marijuana? And men, of course. LL was spotted in the company of several ?mystery men? – I?m barely paying attention to them. I?m assuming she?s ?working? the festival, and that she has her own sexy Porta-Potty in which she conducts her business. TMZ has more from Team Lohan about why she’s there:
Lindsay Lohan is telling friends she doesn’t feel she did anything wrong by going to Coachella this weekend — because the judge in her probation case told her to avoid clubs … and Coachella doesn’t qualify.
Our sources tell us, Lindsay feels she didn’t thumb her nose at Judge Stephanie Sautner, because Coachella is really just a gigantic concert and she was just there for the music.
We’re told Lindsay went to a few different events during the weekend and was very conscious lots of people were whispering about her — specifically, that she was in the danger zone by even showing up. The way she feels … she’s gone to Coachella for the last 4 or 5 years so she didn’t think this year was a big deal.
Lindsay insists she didn’t have a drop of alcohol during the weekend — she feels she can control herself, even in a situation filled with temptation.
Lindsay is currently under investigation for allegedly assaulting a woman at a hotel bar, but Lindsay claims she wasn’t even out that night.

Whatever. “…She’s gone to Coachella for the last 4 or 5 years so she didn’t think this year was a big deal…” Of course. Because LL’s last five years have been GREAT. Why wouldn’t she repeat the pattern?
But I have to give the Cracken some credit – in many of these photos, she looks okay and reasonably sober. Her face is not bloated, her lips are? well, they?re still jacked, but I don?t think she got fresh injections before the festival. The ginger hair color is looking better too – less pink. She might have gotten the color freshened up. As for her outfit – what else was she going to wear, people? It?s a glorified tank top, which she?s wearing as a dress. I?m guessing she?s not wearing a bra? or underwear. Those booties are hideous too.
My favorite photos are the ones where she?s strutting through the grass like it?s a catwalk. Never change, Cracken.

After making an umbrella-covered, camera-shy arrival, Lindsay Lohan let loose while joined by a guy pal at Coachella in Indio, CA on Friday night (April 13).
The 25-year-old actress was decked out in a blue see-through vest with her bra clearly visible as she energetically romped around the Empire Polo Club grounds.
The trip to Coachella comes just after the ?Mean Girls? star was accused of assaulting a woman a week ago inside of a West Hollywood nightclub - and the apparent victim is claiming that she?s being ?treated like a second class citizen.?
A source told police that she ?feels that cops are enamored with Lindsay and weren't taking her claims seriously.?
Miss Lohan claimed that she was at home watching television when the incident allegedly occurred although three people have filed a police report on the incident.
"If it's true that someone made false accusations against Miss Lohan and reported those false claims to police, we will take appropriate action -- which includes seeking the prosecution of that individual,? said Shawn Holley, her attorney.

Lindsay Lohan vehemently denied that she got into a shoving match with a girl at The Standard Hotel nightclub last week, claiming she was at home watching the 700 Club in her jammies or some shit like that when this unfortunate incident took place. Except the club has surveillance video, and the woman she shoved has already turned over photos of her injuries to the cops. D’oh! Radar Online says:
[The allegedly injured patron's attorney said]: “My client has given the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department pictures of injuries that were inflicted by Lindsay Lohan. We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself.”
“[My client] did nothing to provoke Lindsay, and she was shoved when her back was turned. Lindsay is blatantly lying, she was most definitely at the club that night… [she] came and left from the back of the hotel where there are no photographers. Just because she wasn’t photographed at the Standard doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.”
Lindsay Lohan doesn’t look all that strong, but then cocaine can give you the strength of ten bears. And apparently, the radiant complexion of a truck stop hooker suffering from hepatitis C and urine scalding. Lucky for you, she never took off the one-piece.
