Lindsay Lohan has landed the perfect gig for her next stop on comeback train and all she has to do is act like herself. Knowing her, however, she’ll be able to screw that up pretty quick.
An insider at the Fox hit confirms that, if the deal is sealed, the movie star-turned-tabloid queen ? once famously the butt of a joke on the show ? will serve as a celebrity judge at Nationals. Although there?s no word yet as to who might be joining Lohan on the panel, past judges for the annual season-ending competition have included Josh Groban and Olivia Newton-John. TV Line
10 to 1 odds that after three days of shooting a 5 minute take, they’re going to whittle down Lindsay’s page of lines to just a “Yes” and nodding of her head.

I was surprised that last Friday?s Lindsay Lohan post wasn?t one of the most commented-on posts of the day. Are you tired of the Cracken and her incessant crack drama? Don?t feel bad for her. She?s not worth your pity. Anyway, as we discussed on Friday, Lindsay?s hit-and-run victim is an Iraq War veteran, and he?s apparently asking for a $100,000 payoff from the Cracken. So far, neither this dude – Thaer Kamal – or Lindsay have cooperated with the LAPD. It?s like they?re playing a game of Chicken. Cracked-out Chicken. Anyway, crackie has made sure that both Radar and TMZ lead with details about Kamal ?changing his story? and ?looking for a payoff? and anything else the family Lohan can throw at him to discredit him. Unfortunately, it seems like the Cracken has some credibility problems too. Shocking, I know. Who would have thought little, innocent Lindsay Lohan would be a cracked-out liar?
The night of Lindsay Lohan’s alleged hit and run incident, the troubled actress claimed that she never went into the Sayer nightclub to wish a friend happy birthday because she was “freaked out by all the paparazzi,” however, RadarOnline.com has exclusively reviewed surveillance video that was taken from the alley that night, and there was absolutely no paparazzi or photographers there.
As we previously reported Lohan, 25, was driving away from the Sayers Club in Hollywood almost two weeks ago in her new black Porsche when she says she was blocked by a horde of paparazzi and club patrons from the nearby Hookah Lounge.
As Lindsay was trying to make a U-turn among the crowd at the late night hotspot, she allegedly hit the Hookah Lounge manager, Thaer Kamal, and his car and then sped off. Lindsay tweeted the next day, “Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.”
The surveillance video reveals that Lohan’s friend was initially behind the wheel of her brand new Porsche, and she was having trouble maneuvering out of the alley. LiLo, who was in the passenger seat, can be seen getting out of the car and trading places with the driver. As Lindsay was getting out of the Porsche to get in the driver?s seat, Kamal is standing close to his car because he was concerned that his car was going to be hit. Kamal and Lohan clearly engage in conversation. There were absolutely no other paparazzi or photographers in the alley as Lohan claimed. Interestingly, there are also no photos of the alleged incident, which would have supported Lohan’s claim.
Lindsay’s rep released a statement the day after the incident, which contradicts what the surveillance video shows, “Lindsay stopped by the club to drop in on a friend’s birthday party. When she arrived, there were so many photographers there that she decided to leave and never even got out of the car. At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days.”
“Make no mistake about it, Lindsay was definitely inside the Sayers Club that night. When Lindsay got out of the passenger seat of her Porsche to get in the driver?s seat, she exchanged a few words with Thaer. He came out into the alley because he heard a car making a lot of noise, and he was concerned that his car was going to be hit,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “When Lindsay got out of the car, he smelled alcohol on her breath. He didn’t think she should be driving, and told her so, and she replied ‘f*ck you.’ Lindsay hit Thaer with her car as she was attempting to get out of the alley and also bumped his car.”
Kamal was standing out of range in the surveillance video when Lohan allegedly struck him with her car.
As Lindsay’s car drives away, it stops briefly, and LiLo can be seen talking to what appears to be a lone female for about 2-to-3 minutes. After the conversation ends, the Porsche disappears from the surveillance footage.
Lohan reportedly believes she has no worries heading into her final progress report hearing with Judge Stephanie Sautner on Thursday, March 29. However, the Mean Girls star could have some explaining to do about her version of events of the alleged hit & run incident. Furthermore, Kamal will be giving an extensive sit down interview with cops this week and giving investigators copies of the surveillance video, as well as medical records and other documents pertaining to that night.
“Thaer just wants the truth to come out, that is all. He was injured and unable to work, since the incident. Thaer wants Lindsay to be held accountable for her actions,” the insider says.

Damn. It sounds like Radar has seen the surveillance video, right? And I?d be willing to bet that this is close to the truth too – I?ve been wondering why there were no paparazzi photos of Lindsay on the night of the incident, especially considering the fact that she claims she was being swarmed. So where are the photos from the ?swarming?? They don?t exist. Because she?s a crack liar and a drunk driver. Oh, and I totally believe Lindsay said ?f–k you? to Kamal before she hit him with her car. It just sounds so Lohan. I?m surprised she didn?t throw a cocktail at him from her car as well.

When a p0rn star named Voodoo claimed that Lindsay Lohan paid him for sex, everyone took their eye off the ball long enough to screech ?Ew! GROSS.? And then everyone forgot about Lindsay Lohan?s latest cracked-out hit-and-run, which went down last week. She allegedly kneecapped the manager of The Hookah Lounge when she was driving her Porsche (the choicest vehicle for cracked-out drivers), then she drove off. The dude first claimed that he wasn?t injured, then later went to the emergency room and filed a police report. What was lost amongst the p0rn star story was a series of little addendums: one, Lindsay has threatened to countersue the manager if he files a civil claim against her, and two, Lindsay is refusing to cooperate with the LAPD as they investigate the hit-and-run situation. And now this latest news from TMZ – the dude is named Thaer Kamal. He?s an Iraq War veteran. And he?s hired Mark Geragos. CODE RED CRACKEN!
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … both Lindsay Lohan and the man who claims she struck him while she was driving her Porsche last week are refusing to cooperate with police.
We’re told Lindsay and the alleged victim — Thaer Kamal — have both refused to sit down with the detectives for an interview. Important to note … neither has an obligation to sit for an interview, but it’s unlikely cops will even refer the matter to prosecutors if the alleged victim is uncooperative.
But it gets way more interesting … Sources tell us an investigator from an insurance company contacted Lindsay’s lawyer and said they were investigating the alleged victim for 6 – 8 cases of insurance fraud — allegedly staging car accidents and filing phony claims.
And the plot thickens … although the insurance investigator told Lindsay’s lawyer he believed the person accusing Lindsay of hit-and-run was the same person they were investigating … sources at the insurance company tell us the alleged fraudster’s first name is Amr — not Thaer, and the last name is different as well.
We do not know if Thaer — a former soldier in Iraq — used such an alias.
But we do know that Thaer has hired famed lawyer Mark Geragos, who has already made a settlement demand to Lindsay. We contacted Geragos about the allegations and he said his guy was not involved in insurance fraud, but when we called back regarding the alias Geragos did not pick up.
And the final twist — Lindsay is in court next week for her final probation progress hearing. If the hit-and-run case goes haywire on her, it could jeopardize her freedom.
We could not reach Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley for comment.

The man who claims Lindsay Lohan struck him while she was driving her Porsche last week is demanding “six figures” from her …. and she must pay before her big probation progress hearing.
Sources connected with alleged victim Thaer Kamal tell TMZ … Mark Geragos — Kamal’s lawyer — has contacted Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, and made the demand … and Geragos made it clear that his client has not yet cooperated with cops by sitting down for an interview.
We’re also told Geragos claims to have a surveillance video showing Lindsay behind the wheel as her Porsche strikes Kamal, then getting out of the car and wobbling into the passenger seat as the passenger takes the wheel and drives off. But our sources say none of the witnesses corroborate what Geragos claims is on video.
We’re told Geragos gave Holley a deadline of today. That’s significant because Lindsay is due in court on Thursday for her final probation progress hearing. If Kamal goes to cops and presents evidence of hit-and-run, Judge Stephanie Sautner could violate Lindsay’s probation and she could go directly to jail.
On the other hand, if Lindsay pays the money … Kamal could decide not to press charges and the case would be dropped.
By the way, we’re told Kamal told people at the scene he was not injured but had a change of heart after learning the driver was Lindsay.
Update: 8:58 PM PST: Apparently Lindsay is not going to pay Kamal, because we’ve learned he’s now going to plan B — we’re told he’s trying to sell the video.

Interesting. It’s not blackmail because it’s all going through the lawyers, correct? The surveillance video angle is particularly good, especially since the insinuation is that LL was “wobbling” (drunk). Still, I’d like to see one of the Cracken’s victims really pursue criminal charges to the fullest rather than expect some payoff.

After her hit and run last week, Lindsay Lohan has decided it best to put herself on house arrest until her probation ends in two weeks. Sources say the latest incident made her people beg her not to go out at night until her probation ends.
It’s said Lindsay agreed and will only go out if she has to, such as for her court ordered community service at the morgue. Or if her favorite dj is spinning at a club or there’s a two for one shot deal that night or if she runs out of blow. Damn, she’s not a monk you know.

Perhaps in an attempt to avoid being found in violation of her probation after her reported hit and run last week, Lindsay Lohan is putting herself on house arrest. Is this the equivalent to a toddler putting themselves in time-out? TMZ reports,
Lindsay Lohan is done gambling with her freedom — after another bout with trouble just this week, she is following the advice of her closest friends and putting herself on lockdown until her probation is up in two weeks … TMZ has learned.
Although she claims she did nothing wrong, Lindsay once again found herself in the news this week for all the wrong reasons … when a clubgoer claimed LiLo hit him with her car in Hollywood early Thursday morning.
According to our sources, the latest incident prompted people close to Lindsay to beg her to stop going out at night until her probation is over. We’re told Lindsay agreed and will now only leave her house when she really has to … like for her court ordered community service at the morgue.
Her probation is scheduled to end March 29.
Which is to say, that Lindsay’s not turning a new leaf and is ready to behave responsibly, it just means that she broke the bank with enough blow and alcohol to last her until the end of the month, and with gas prices these days, she just can’t afford to drive anywhere. She’s like a squirrel storing food for the winter, if squirrels were narcissistic cokeheads who spent all day looking for nuts. Bah-dum-BAH!

Well, this is an interesting start to the week. After last week?s crack shenanigans, who would have thought that Lindsay Lohan would still be dominating online coverage? Oh, right. Everyone. Last week, Lindsay was at The Hookah Lounge when she was ?swarmed? by paparazzi, so she drove off in her Porsche. Before she left the parking lot, she clipped The Hookah Lounge?s manager in the knee (she kneecapped him!), and without even stopping the car to check on him, she drove off. It was a Classic Cracken hit-and-run. Well, the last I heard about it (late last week), LL was still crack-denying anything took place, but the manager guy has a lawyer and he might have pressed charges against her with the LAPD. TMZ reported that the LAPD ?wants to chat? with the Cracken about the incident, to get ?her side of the story? (because there are different versions).
I tend to believe that all of the different versions have some truth to them. I think Lohan clipped the manager and drove off. I think the manager probably wasn?t injured in the least, and that he only made a stink about it when he found out Lohan was behind the wheel. I believe the Cracken was probably under the influence while driving. I believe the manager probably just wants a payoff. I believe the Cracken will probably end up giving him something. But in the meantime, Lohan is trying to do an end-run around the justice system! Radar reports that the Cracken is putting the manager ?on notice? that if he ends up suing her in civil court, she will countersue for all of the ?allegations? he has made. For real. ?I?m suing you because I clipped you in my Porsche! You?re so mean!!! MOVE THAT CONE.? Seriously, though – this is what a ?source? tells Radar:
“Lindsay won’t be taken advantage of by this opportunist, which he clearly is. Lindsay has told her attorney, Shawn Holley, to convey to the Hookah manger’s lawyer that if he files a lawsuit against her Lindsay will come back at him with everything she has,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Lindsay will immediately file a counter-suit against him, for libel, defamation and other claims. Lindsay is in the midst of a comeback right now and she won’t let this guy try and make a quick buck off of her. If he is smart he should recognize that he has no facts to support his allegations and take this no further.”
“Lindsay immediately notified her probation officer about the allegations the manager had made against her. She is doing everything required of her, she is so close to the end of her legal issues and she doesn’t want this to trigger a whole new round of legal problems,” the insider says.

And just think? I was actually doubting The Crackie Method. I was actually thinking to myself, ?Hey, Lindsay Lohan might finish her probation and be on the right side of the law for half a second.? But a crackhead never loses her (prison) stripes, and thus, we have a new scandal. I was updating the post throughout the day yesterday, but at some point I stopped because there was just too much information and the stories were varying too much. Basically, Lindsay Lohan was at the Hookah Lounge two nights ago, when she got into some kind of hit-and-run situation. Some say she clipped the manager of The Hookah Lounge. Some say she just scraped his car. Some say she barely grazed everything. I don?t even know. When it?s The Cracken, my assumption is always the worst case scenario. So here?s some more stuff that went down, in convenient bullet points:
*In the immediate aftermath of the hit-and-run, the LAPD spokesperson said, ?Early this morning, it appears Lindsay Lohan was cornered in a narrow parking lot by paparazzi and she grazed another vehicle in her attempt to get away. Officers responded, and when they got there the owner of the car said there was no injury or damage to his vehicle. This is an extremely minor case.”
*After refusing medical attention at the scene of the incident, the Hookah Lounge manager did go to the emergency room hours later, where he filed a police report and now ?plans on pressing charges.? Oh, and he has an attorney. Radar says that prosecutors and probation officials have been notified. A source tells Radar, ?The manager is claiming that he is having trouble walking, and that Lindsay ran over his foot. The alleged victim is in the process of filing a police report, and there are two uniformed LAPD cops at his bedside, and he is in the process of relaying his version of events. Lindsay’s probation officer, and the two prosecutors handling her theft case have been notified that Lindsay is being accused of hit-and-run, which would be a misdemeanor if she is charged.?
*The Cracken released a statement to the press: “Lindsay stopped by the club to drop in on a friend’s birthday party. *A source close to the Cracken tells Radar, “Lindsay is adamant that she absolutely didn’t hit anyone while she was driving. Lindsay is extremely upset that there would be speculation she would ditch the scene of a potential crime scene. She is days away from being taken off formal probation. Lindsay has talked to her attorney Shawn Holley, who has subsequently reached out to cops from the LAPD Hollywood division. Would it make sense for Lindsay to flee the scene with tons of paparazzi? No, she wouldn’t have done that if there was a remote possibility she had hit someone.? Smells like Classic Honig to me.
*Interesting factoid: LL was stopped by the police just minutes after the hit-and-run incident, but she was no longer driving. She was in the passenger seat, and an insider (cough) tells Radar, ?Lindsay was absolutely 100% sober, and cops had no reason to arrest her.? Cough. Cough.
*Lindsay?s next probation progress report/court date: March 29. LL is ?freaking out? over the ?very real possibility? she could go back to jail.
*The campaign to discredit The Hookah Lounge manager?s story is already underway. Check this Radar story for the Lohan talking points. Of course the dude isn?t credible. But I still hope he presses charges and pursues the crap about of this thing.
So? in the end, what?s going to happen? Considering TMZ reports and blog comments aren?t admissible in court, I?m going to say NADA. The Cracken will live to clip more pedestrians. And trust me, she will.

Despite telling Matt Lauer she was “over the party scene” and a “homebody” now, Lindsay Lohan somehow hit a man with her Porche while leaving a Hollywood club last night and then of course drove off without so much as a glance in the rearview mirror. TMZ says:
The 26-year-old Hookah Lounge manager was standing by his car when Lindsay was attempting a 3-point turn and she grazed his knee and his car. We’re told the manager didn’t know who Lindsay was at first and he told the paparazzi on scene and police that he didn’t need medical attention. He was told the driver was Lindsay but he said he wasn’t from this country and didn’t know who she was.
[However], a short time later he began complaining he was injured [and went to] the emergency room and we’re told he is going to press charges and hire an attorney. Cops told us they will open a hit-and-run investigation if the manager files a report.
If the cops determine is was a hit-and-run, then that’s a direct violation of her probation and she could get sent straight back to jail. But we all know that’s not going to happen. Instead, she’s gonna blow that Hookah Lounge manager in the back of his AMC Pacer after her attempts at buying him off with sea jasper and moonstones fail. You wait and see.

While leaving Sayers Club in Hollywood just after midnight Wednesday in her new Porsche, Lindsay Lohan was trying to exit the parking lot near a Hookah Lounge when she was surrounded by paparazzi and bystanders. She lightly hit the manager of the Hookah Lounge while making a 3-point turn and then fled.
Police arrived on scene and interviewed people including the manager. Witnesses say the manager didn’t suffer any injuries. In fact, he told paparazzi and police he didn’t need medical attention and actually “got up and started smoking his hookah.”
At first, the manager said he wasn’t from this country and had no idea who Lindsay was but after finding out, he started imagining stacks of $100 bills slapping him in the face and complained he was injured. He went to the emergency room and said he would press charges and hire an attorney. “America. So great!,” he probably said after retaining Gloria Allred who no doubt chased his ambulance to the hospital.
