Just when she thought her tumultuous past was behind her, Lindsay Lohan was accused of getting into a fight last Thursday night (April 5).
But the ?Mean Girl? hottie is taking issue with the rumors, declaring that the report couldn?t possibly be true because she was home all evening.
Bolstering her claim, LiLo added that she?s been trying to get caught up on the Showtime original series ?Homeland,? rather than hitting the town.
Still, Lindsay has taken this latest allegation pretty hard, as it seems trouble befalls her no matter what she does.

Kicking off the Easter weekend with a night on the town, a chipper Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving a Los Angeles, CA bar late on Friday night (April 6).
The 25-year-old, who recently completed her formal probation, began to hide and duck from the camera behind a friend before later deciding to reveal herself and put on a big smile for the camera.
The Tinseltown night out comes as Miss Lohan was the topic of conversation for former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Shannen Doherty during her recent interview with Celebuzz.
Shannen was asked whether she sympathizes with Lindsay's troubles seeing that she, too, has been the subject of numerous media misconceptions and negative stories.
In response, Miss Doherty stated, ?I don?t follow the gossip or any of that, so I don?t even know what is happening in that girl?s life right now. I do know what she was facing, and I do think that living your life in the public eye is incredibly hard, but I also think it?s something we take on. She continues to take it on ? and with that comes a sense of responsibility and decorum.?
She added, ?[Lindsay] is still very young. I was young and I made mistakes as we all do. Yes, we do have to have some sympathy, but we also have have to have a sense of responsibility and accountability. I think most people in the world are forgiving, but when you keep making the same mistakes over and over again and you keep apologizing for it but you never learn from it, then I think people are not forgiving because your apologies don?t bring truth. I don?t know if that?s the case with her, but my heart definitely goes out to anyone? whether it is Lindsay Lohan or Joe Shmoe? who is struggling, or has family issues, or anything else. I think you find somebody that you look up to or mentor you and learn from them.?

Lindsay Lohan is so strapped for cash that she did the equivalent of a mobile garage sale: she packed up her “designer” clothes and sold them to a high-end thrift store. Can I get a “wah-wah-waaaaah“? Female First reports,
The 25-year-old ‘Freaky Friday’ actress is apparently so cash-strapped following numerous stints in rehab that she has decided to sell off her designer clothes and accessories.
A source told Now magazine: “Lindsay’s got zero income and a shed-load of bills.
“She’s so desperate for cash she took a truck load of designer clothes, shoes and bags to Los Angeles’ Crossroads Trading Company, who agreed a price of 8,770 for the lot.
“She needed a huge lorry to transport it all to the company’s head office.”
But she hopes to make a comeback with her role as Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime movie ‘Liz and Dick’ – and has even ruled out dating while she gets her career back on track.
A source said: “Lindsay wants to devote all her spare time to reading the script and getting Liz’s persona down pat rather than focus on a new relationship.”
She also wants to put her troubled past behind her and regain the trust of the public and entertainment industry.
She said: “People can say things all they want, but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself.
“I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me. And I don’t want people to have that reason to be scared anymore.”
Next thing she’ll be doing is blowing truck drivers at gas stations. For cash this time, mind you. She probably does that currently for free.

Checking out the designer's newest line of baubles, Lindsay Lohan was on-hand for the Eva Fehren Jewelry Show held at Roseark in West Hollywood, California last night (April 4).
Staying on point with the latest trends, the 25-year-old starlet dressed in a chic brown and black blouse, black lace shorts and matching strappy wedge sandals.
Meanwhile, a just-released YouTube video of LiLo has hit the Web. In the 68 second clip viewers can watch Lindsay's face morph from baby to pre-teen before ending on her current kisser.
Sure to point out the massive facial changes she's undergone in her short life, the vid has garnered some unflattering comments for Lohan.

So Lindsay Lohan had her last court appearance yesterday, at least she hopes it was her last appearance, and everything seems to have gone her way. She’s finished her probation and can finally get things back on track. Hopefully with some partying and possibly some girl on girl action. No no, I don’t condone her

Just hours removed from a successful final probation hearing, Lindsay Lohan has voiced her joy over having the chance to move forward with her career and life, in general.
Talking with TMZ, the 25-year-old happily said, "It's a tremendous weight that I feel like has been lifted off my shoulders and I feel really grateful and just happy and ready to move forward."
Continuing on about closing out her formal probation period, Miss Lohan told, "It's been several years so, I did what I had to do and, you know, it takes time to realize that, but, it's a good day."
As for what got her past her troubles, Lindsay said that she looked at how she'd floundered her career - which was something that she always aspired to attain.
Realizing the undesirable place in which her decisions had landed her, the "Mean Girls" starlet said that she told herself, "This is not what I signed up for. Grow up!"

Today was Lindsay Lohan?s final court appearance. Except, you know, for all of the court appearances she?ll have to make when she screws up again. But for now, the Cracken is as close as she?s been to freedom as she was back in those halcyon days of? what? 2007? Was that her first arrest? I believe so. So, Lohan was in court for her last progress report for her formal probation. LL is now completely done with all of the DUI stuff, and as for the shoplifting case, she?s sort of done with that too. She?s off of ?formal? probation, but she still has some kind of loose ?informal? probation which lasts until May 2014. Judge Sautner fell all over herself congratulating the crackhead, but gave her this BS admonishment: “You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work… I don’t expect to see you again.” Good luck with that, Judge Sautner.
When the proceedings were almost done, Sautner asked Lindsay if she had anything to say, and LL pouted out: “I just want to say thank you your honor for being fair, it’s opened a lot of doors for me and I appreciate it.” And guess what? Crackie wasn?t wearing a bra, I don?t think. TMZ got the ID on her outfit – Givenchy, Celine and The Row – a teal suit and black, high-necked blouse.
So, who wants to take bets on when:
1. Lindsay is arrested again (for DUI, possession, hooking, theft or manslaughter)?
2. The hit-and-run case turns into something major – the victim has already spoken to the LAPD, after all.
3. Lindsay flees America and goes on another international call-girl trip to Europe?
I?m saying ?by the end of the year? for all three.

Lindsay Lohan finished up the final hours of her morgue duty yesterday and showed up to court on Thursday for her final probation hearing where Judge Stephanie Sautner declared “She did it!” Lindsay fulfilled all her probation requirements and has been taken off formal probation and put on informal probation. All Lindsay has to do is not break any laws for the next 2 1/2 years. Wait. Years? Bwahahahaha. So, what? She’ll be back in 8 months?
Sautner added, “I know it’s kinda hard when people are following you all of the time, but that’s the life you chose,” and advised Lindsay to “stop nightclubbing and focus on your work.” Of course, the only words Lindsay took away from that were “people are following you” (judge confirms everyone’s out to get me), “nightclubbing” (judge told me to go clubbing), and “work” (I’m gonna get paid for this?).

She?s been looking forward to this day for a long time, and this morning (March 29) Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at the Los Angeles County Courthouse.
The ?Georgia Rule? babe looked lovely in a teal blue pant suit as she and her attorney Shawn Holley prepared to go before the judge.
This hearing was to establish that LiLo has been a good girl as of late, and has completed all of her probation requirements which renders her probation-free.
Finding that she was in compliance, Judge Sautner happily told, ?She did it. She has done everything that this court asked of her."
?You need to live your live in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work," Sautner advised Lohan, adding, ?I don?t expect to see you again."
Appreciative of the outcome, Lindsay then said, "Thank you for being fair.?
