Ladies and gentlemen, we have the return of LINNOCENT! I kind of missed ?Linnocent?. ?Linnocent? was the version of Lindsay Lohan when all she did in the face of overwhelming evidence of her wrong-doings was to simply deny, deny, deny. She always proclaimed her own innocence, even when there was flat-out video evidence to the contrary. Even when there was a police record, even when there was an audio recording. LINNOCENT LIVES! So, as you can guess, Lindsay Lohan will not be taking a plea deal in her LA case ? because she?s super-innocent.
Lindsay Lohan doesn’t care that the prosecutor in her car crash case is willing to let her skate without spending a day in jail … because she won’t plea bargain a case in which she says she’s innocent.
TMZ broke the story … attorney Shawn Holley was on her way to court Monday to negotiate a deal in Lindsay’s lying-to-cops car crash case when she got her walking papers. Law enforcement sources tell us … the prosecutor was willing to let Lindsay plead no contest and agree to six months of lockdown rehab — NO JAIL.
Presumably, the offer is still on the table but we’re told Lindsay could not be less interested. She doesn’t think she did anything wrong and will not plead to a crime she says she didn’t commit.
FYI — our law enforcement sources tell us … prosecutors have her dead to rights, because she told cops she was a passenger in the Porsche when there’s overwhelming evidence she was the driver.
So get this … if the case goes to trial and Lindsay is found guilty, she faces 19 months in jail. On top of that, the lying-to-cops case has triggered a probation violation in her jewelry heist case and she could get ANOTHER 245 days for that.

It is confusing, so let me see if I can get this straight ? Lindsay?s next court date is the 30th, right? And that court date is for her probation violation ? we haven?t even gotten to the court dates for the actual charge of lying to the police about being the driver during her car accident on the PCH last summer. So, Shawn Holley was trying to work out a plea deal for both of those criminal incidents ? the lying to the police AND the probation violation? And under the deal Shawn was working on, Lindsay would have been on crack-lockdown at a hardcore rehab facility for six months. But Lindsay won?t take the deal because she?s super-innocent. Totally.

CB and I actually talked on the phone about this story ? which is weird because this story is about exactly what we always say about Lindsay Lohan. We throw in some ?allegedlys? and some ?maybes? and a heavy dose of side-eyes, but the truth of the matter is that Lindsay Lohan is (allegedly) a hooker/call girl/escort. There is simply no other way to explain how she?s been maintaining her lifestyle for the past? say, three years or more.
Now, I don?t think she?s a call girl in the traditional sense, like she has a street corner or she works for some kind of agency. I don?t even want to call her a ?sex worker? because I think that would be making her situation sound too sympathetic ? sex workers are tragic on another level. Lindsay Lohan is tragic because she was once a movie star and now she pays for her room at Chateau Marmont through her connections with shady millionaires. I believe she?s a free agent who scores ?jobs? with wealthy men when she?s in need of a cash transfusion. We can parse the language around these ?jobs? ? like, she was paid $100,000 to ?attend a private party? in London for NYE. $100,000 plus rooms at the Dorchester plus additional expenses plus? God knows. So here?s the big Radar/Star story about how she?s totally a call girl now (allegedly):
Desperate for money, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is still living the high life by working as a professional escort, her father Michael Lohan and other insiders exclusively revealed in the new issue of Star magazine.
?She is getting paid to date rich men,? Michael said of his 26-year-old daughter. ?Dina (Lindsay?s mother) is pimping her out ? it?s disgusting!?

As we discussed yesterday, Lindsay Lohan did not even make it to court for her arraignment. Just hours before her scheduled arraignment, Lindsay tried to fire her long-time lawyer Shawn Holley, and Shawn actually went to court yesterday to enter Lindsay?s plea of ?not guilty? into the court record. Shawn is still Lindsay?s lawyer of record as far as this current LA case is concerned ? this is the case about Lindsay lying to the police while she was not-so-allegedly drunk driving down the Pacific Coast Highway and she plowed into a tractor trailer. What?s funny (in a sad way) is that TMZ is totally trying to make this into a situation where THIS (firing Shawn) is the stupidest thing LL has ever done. Really? This?
Lindsay Lohan should kiss Shawn Holley’s butt … because Shawn just saved hers by claiming to rep her even though Lindsay unceremoniously fired Shawn.
As we told you … Lindsay signed a termination letter Monday which her new lawyer Mark Heller sent to Shawn. But Heller — a New York lawyer — is not licensed to practice in California and did not appear in court today for Lindsay’s arraignment. If Shawn told the judge she was fired and formally asked to be relieved, the judge could have and probably would have issued a bench warrant for Lindsay’s arrest.
Shawn dodged the issue in open court by saying she still reps LiLo for now, which is technically true until she is formally dismissed by the judge. A confused judge then clearly called Shawn and the prosecutor up to the bench and asked WTF.
Here’s where it gets totally ridiculous. Sources tell us Lindsay told Shawn yesterday that she was going to have Heller send Shawn another letter cancelling the first, but we’re told that never happened. And sources connected with Heller tell TMZ … Mr. Heller was busy Monday placing calls to Shawn, the prosecutor and the court to make it clear he’s the lawyer.
Since it’s not clear who is representing Lindsay anymore, the judge ordered her to personally appear on January 30, even though ordinarily the matter could be handled without her being present.
In the meantime … if Lindsay asked Shawn to come back (and this would be the second time because Lindsay pulled this stunt on her before), Holley should run for the hills.

I?m more confused now than I was before I read that. So? this NY lawyer, Mark Heller, is all ?Imma gonna email the judge and get this thing straightened out? and nothing happens. Classic crackie ? she can?t even follow through on a horrible cracked-out legal scheme.
Also: Radar reports that not only does Lindsay owe Shawn more than $300,000 (a figure that seems much to low, I think), Lindsay also owes $40,000 to her former assistant too. A source says: ?Lindsay owes one of her former assistant?s, Jessica, over $40k in unpaid wages. Lindsay actually also borrowed money from the assistant for her own living expenses? Jessica no longer works for Lindsay, and she recognizes that she is probably never going to see the money. Lindsay has a very long history of not paying people for services/work done for her.? Yep. Pretty much. Serious question: how in the world do people continue to work for Lohan in any capacity? She will NOT pay you. If you try to help her, it will end up costing you money.

Following up on that New York Times article about the production ofThe Canyons and the professionalism of Lindsay Lohan, here’s an audio recording from the set ofThe Canyons where Lindsay lays into her c0-star James Deen telling him to “Do your f*cking job!” Laughable considering this is Lindsay we’re talking about.But when the director yells “action” … something goes wrong … and a frustrated Lindsay explodes:“No, can you do it … Please James, say your line as you’re walking over … cause we’re doing rehearsal …do your f*cking job.”James tries to respond to Lindsay, but she cuts him off … saying, “I didn’t say anything, I said just walk over … and do your f**king job.”At that point, the director says, “Alright, I’ve had it … I’m tired.”Lindsay responds, “So have I.”If you listen to the whole thing, you’ll see how patronizing Lindsay is to James. Lindsay Lohan flew to London last week to party with Prince Azim who paid her $100,000 to show up to his NYE event. She’s been in London ever since partying it up with her mom Dina. On Friday, reports had her partying late into the next morning until 5 am, starting the night at a private party at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and ending it at after-hours club Base.This wouldn’t be news if it wasn’t for the fact that she had to appear in court this morning for punching a woman in the face. An appearance she missed. Luckily for Lindsay, prosecutors delayed theproceedings. Her attorney Mark Heller was there and said she’s “a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame.”While Lindsay was off making terrible decisions yet again, Dina Lohan went to the press to explain why Lindsay is so screwed up. It’s because she saw her father, Michael, beat and rape Dina when she was a kid.In an interview, Dina claimed, “Lindsay saw her dad abuse me ? that?s why she?s so screwed up.” She alleged Michael Chris Brown’d her recounting the time in 1986 where he was driving drunk and high on coke. Dina describes eating at an upscale restaurant where Michael drank and snorted coke. While he was driving back, he “suddenly he started screaming, ?Get the f— out of the car!?” Then Michael punched her in the face leaving her with a bruise on her cheek underneath her right eye.Michael has a different version of events. He says he came home at 2 o’clock in the morning when Dina hit him in the head with an ice tray. That’s when he backhanded her. Regardless, neither versions of the story help Michael.Dina didn’t press charges because Michael was already going to jail.Dina also talked about the time Michael raped her when he tried to reconcile with her.?He said, ?I love you and I want to be with you,? but then it went dark. It went dark really quick,? said Dina.She said Michael Lohan raped her as her children slept.?[They] were sleeping, and I just knew I had to stay quiet ? I don?t want to wake them,? she said.When her parents came home later, they insisted Dina go to the hospital.According to Nassau County Hospital medical records, Dina did go to the ER to report a rape. She was examined by doctors and her clothes and other evidence was gathered in a rape kit.Again, Michael has his own version of the story. He says it was consensual and asked, “How can you rape a person when they?re on top of you?” He alleges Dina was just jealous because he had a girlfriend.Not like anyone needed any convincing that Lindsay Lohan is screwed up because of her parents. It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. Nor does it take one to realize Dina’s version of events may be closer to the truth than Michael’s. This is the same guy who kicked his girlfriend in the vaginaafter all. People who do that don’t have the best moral compasses.

The "Liz & Dick" star wore a short black fur coat, black scarf, and knee-high platform heels as she smiled in ruby red lipstick.
According to reports, the 26-year-old troubled actress next headed to the bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel until 2 a.m.
Later, she and a group of friends headed to club Base, where they allegedly partied until 5 a.m., when she left the club holding a coat over her face to hide from cameras.

Now we know why Lindsay Lohan broke her promise to stay in for a quiet New Year?s Eve and instead ? with her mom in tow ? went partying in London. Cold hard cash.
She collected at least $100,000 to celebrate with Brunei?s Haji Abdul Azim. Known worldwide as Prince Azim, he throws some of the wildest, most lavish bashes ever, topped off with gift bags stuffed with expensive party favors like iPads and jewelry dripping with diamonds.
Lohan, who claimed to be planning a dinner at home on Monday night, had the party on her schedule for a while, says an insider.
?Prince Azim not only flew her out; he put her up in a beautiful suite in the Dorchester for the weekend and following the party. Her mom, Dina, is also in London with her at the hotel and attended the party,? says the source.
Azim, son of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, is third in line to throne of the small, Southeast Asian nation.
The insider tells us the 30-year-old, celebrity-obsessed prince also paid Lionel Ritchie a whopping $250,000 to come sing for him and Pamela Anderson, a favorite, to come show herself off for $75,000 at the crazy bash, which he holds annually in the 10,300-square-foot ballroom at the five-star Dorchester in Mayfair. Azim?s sister, the gorgeous Princess Fadzilah, also buddied up to Lohan at the party.
?He rents the ballroom and does this for his amusement,? says our source. ?He rents the ballroom and pays stars to show up. Lindsay went because she?s that desperate for a paycheck.?
In June, Azim threw himself a massive 30th birthday bash at the Dorchester. That time, he flew in his celeb flavors of the month, including Mariah Carey, Chace Crawford, Raquel Welch, Marisa Tomei and Dionne Warwick, who performed a few songs. In 2009, the billionaire prince?s holiday gathering was proclaimed party of the year by the British press.
Lohan?s father, Michael, told Confidenti@l that he didn?t think his daughter?s appearance for money was a good idea: ?Now she?s getting paid for dates??

Thus endeth the mystery of how Lindsay Lohan paid for her London trip. Not only did Lindsay get $100,000 for ?one night,? she also got to stay in a decked-out luxury suite, all expenses paid. Because the third in line to the Brunei throne loves to party with ginger crackheads, I guess. And I love that Dina Lohan came to party too. I bet she tried to negotiate her own ?appearance fee? (gross). I bet she was like ?A holy trinity for an extra $10K? Come on, you can?t beat the Lohan prices!!? Even though this arrangement is being described as ?an appearance fee for a few hours of work,? Lindsay has been staying at The Dorchester for DAYS. I?m not even sure what?s really happening in these photos, so let?s just start with the basics. Okay. These are pics of Lindsay Lohan in London last night. She left the Dorchester and had dinner at Nozomi with some friends and her ?minder? (that?s the term WENN uses). Also in the group? That dude ?Josh Chunn?. If that name sounds familiar, it?s because back in October, he started giving interviews, claiming to be Lindsay?s ?boyfriend?. He?s a former cheerleader and currently, he?s something like a ?trainer? or something. Chunn is the dude in the white t-shirt with a grey/black block print. Chunn seemed super-sketchy back in October, and I actually forgot about him entirely. But here he is? being identified as Lindsay?s ?boyfriend?.
He admitted that they were dating back in October, although it looked as if things had quickly fizzled out. But now it seems that Lindsay Lohan and former boyfriend Josh Chunn may have reignited their flame after they were spotted dining together in London on Wednesday night.
The LA-based fitness trainer has flown out to join the troubled star, who has spent the last week in the UK amid rumours that she will be entering the Celebrity Big Brother House on Thursday, and the pair were spotted leaving Nozomi restaurant together.
Although the Mean Girls actress has recently been linked to The Wanted star Max George, it seems that she still has eyes for her old flame, who spoke out about their relationship and meeting Lindsay’s father, Michael, in a few months ago.
The flame-haired star, who has been spotted out and about in London over the last few nights, seemed keen not to be snapped with the 25-year-old, clean-living hunk and kept her head down as the pair climbed into a cab.
Despite the fact that the Liz & Dick actress was spotted taking a mystery man back to her hotel just the evening before, she seemed in great spirits and happy to have her rumoured love interest in the UK with her.
In October, Josh told the New York Daily News: ‘I?ve been trying to get Lindsay to focus. But how do you get her to focus with all the stuff going on around her? I can barely focus. She’s a strong girl. She’s cleaning up. I just want her to be OK.’
It’s thought Lindsay will be among the stars set to appear at Celebrity Big Brother’s premiere on Wednesday night. Lohan, who was recently rumoured to be dating The Wanted’s Max George, jetted into the British capital ahead of New Year’s celebrations. She has since been spotted on several nights out as she continues to take in the party scene in London.
Although it’s not known why Lindsay spent the new year in the UK, seeing as previously rumoured beau Max was spending it in New York, it seems that she’s been making the most of it. But whether or not she’s signed up for Big Brother, she has to be back in the US by the 15th for a court appearance after her probation was revoked last month.
