I?m still playing catch-up on the multitude of post-court Lindsay Lohan stories, so I apologize for not covering everything as it comes in, but truly, if we did that, we?d have like 10 Lohan posts a day. Here?s an interesting story which I?m not sure I believe: Lindsay allegedly wanted the rehab deal because she did not want to go to jail OR do house arrest with an ankle monitor. Lindsay didn?t choose rehab because she thinks she has a substance abuse problem, according to TMZ?s ?sources? (who all have the last name ?Lohan?). Apparently, Lindsay ?chose? rehab because ?it will allow her to focus on herself without any distractions.? Bitch, what have been doing all this time?!
Hilariously enough (if you laugh when you see Lady Justice being molested by a crackhead), just a few hours after her court appearance was over, Lindsay headed out to a club, of course. She had someone drive her to AV Nightclub while she hid in the backseat, covered with a blanket. But Lindsay didn?t even enter the club because there were too many photographers around.
Lindsay Lohan isn?t going to let a little thing like rehab keep her away from the Hollywood party scene!
The 26-year-old actress could barely keep her eyes open in court on Monday morning after missing her red-eye flight from New York and hopping on billionaire pal Mr. Pink?s private jet to arrive 48 minutes late to her 8:30 a.m. court hearing in Los Angeles ? where she struck a last-minute plea deal and was sentenced to 90 days inpatient rehab treatment ? but she hit up Hollywood?s AV Nightclub that same night.
Arriving in the backseat of Mr. Pink?s Escalade, Lindsay was wearing a black leather jacket but tried to hide by laying down and covering her head with a blanket.
Not a fan of the unwanted attention, Lindsay never got out of the car and after 15 minutes of the paparazzi snapping photos the Escalade backed out of the alley and the Mean Girls star never made it into the club.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported on Monday, Lindsay refused a 30-day house arrest deal because she didn?t want to wear a drug and alcohol monitoring SCRAM bracelet.
?Judge Dabney offered the possibility of a 30 day house arrest sentence but insisted that as part of the deal Lindsay would have to wear a SCRAM bracelet which detects any consumption of alcohol or drugs,? a source close to the situation told Radar.
?Prosecutors were absolutely stunned Lohan turned down the offer, and chose instead to go to a lock down rehab for 90 days!?
And even though Lindsay is to serve 90 days in rehab, this might not be the last time we see her out partying at the clubs because she?s got until May 2 to prove she?s enrolled in a treatment center.

See, Lindsay doesn?t count that as clubbing, so in her mind, she?s a perfect angel. I mean, sure, she actually made a conscious decision to go out clubbing the same day that she pleaded no contest to lying to the police and a judge ordered her to lock-down rehab, and she actually got in the car and made an effort to ?hide? from the paps, but she didn?t even have a drink! IT DID NOT COUNT. Unless you?re counting all the pre-partying she did before she even left the house. Unless you count the backseat flask. Unless you count the bump she did under the blanket.
Also ? Fox News? source claims that ?Up until last week there was no way she was taking a plea deal, there was no way she was going to go back to rehab? It’s amazing that she came around.” The source says Lohan is in ?full denial? about staying in rehab for a full three months and that ?She doesn’t care? It isn’t that she is stupid. Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal of 90 days of no-frills rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy. But that wasn’t all that happened. Here’s a rundown.
Lindsay probably hates her lawyer Mark Heller: Near the end of the trial, Lindsay’s attorney Mark Heller stood up to clarify Lindsay’s legal standing. When he sat back down, Lindsay whispered to him, “Why would you even say that?” After the judge corrected Heller, she then said, “Don’t say anything else. I just wanna go.”
Michael Lohan chased away Mark Heller at his press conference: During a press conference after the trial, Mark went on and on about whatever until Michael Lohan started screaming at him. As Michael got closer to the podium, presumably to kick him in the vagina, Heller ran off. Michael then took over the mic and said Heller was on the verge of losing his license and that Lindsay was never kept updated during plea deal negotiations. Michael also claimed Heller was being investigated for witness tampering forallegedlytrying to get Lindsay’s friend Gavin to lie under oath that he was driving that day.
Mark Heller actually under investigation: Law enforcement sources say the Santa Monica City Attorney will be launching an investigation and will interview Lindsay’s ex-assistant Gavin Doyle tomorrow in front of police. Prosecutors think Heller tried to get him to say he was the one driving during the accident.
Lindsay tried to go clubbing: Later that night, Lindsay went to the AV Club in Hollywood. She tried to cover herself up with a blanket in the back of a SUV so no one would see her but turns out she wasn’t Frodo and didn’t have the ring so she and her group drove off.
See? Lindsay has changed. Now she’s trying to make sure no one sees her partying.

I?m really just writing up these stories because we finally got some decent photos of Lindsay Lohan inside the courtroom and good God, it?s even worse in still photos!!! I was watching the live hearing/plea arrangement thing yesterday, and I was actually startled by how awful LL looked in motion ? she looked so washed out, strung out, and exhausted. And these still photos have just captured it completely. What is the world was she doing for the 48 hours preceding this court appearance? Was just doing line after line after shot after shot? She seriously looks like she?s coming down from something HARD.
Did you know there was a lot of confusion about what plea deals LL was offered before her court appearance yesterday? I’ve heard that the prosecutor insists that the deal she got was always the deal on the table, but Radar claims LL rejected a somewhat more lenient deal, with a source claiming, “Judge Dabney offered the possibility of a 30 day house arrest sentence but insisted that as part of the deal Lindsay would have to wear a SCRAM bracelet which detects any consumption of alcohol or drugs… Prosecutors were absolutely stunned Lohan turned down the offer, and chose instead to go to a lock down rehab for 90 days!? I can only imagine that LL thinks it will be easier to smuggle vodka and crack into “rehab” as opposed to having her body monitored for drugs and alcohol all the time.
Speaking of what Lindsay is and is not ?on,? TMZ reports yet again that Lohan was totally drinking during her crash on the Pacific Coast Highway last year:
Now we know why prosecutors wanted Lindsay Lohan in lockdown rehab — she was driving with alcohol in the car at the time of the June crash.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the police report, in which the officer says after the crash a plastic water bottle was lying a few feet from the driver’s door. The officer picked up the bottle and noticed the water was amber colored. He smelled the liquid and says “it was an alcoholic beverage, possibly wine.”
The cop says, “It was my opinion that one of the occupants … was possibly in possession of the open container and discarded it shortly after the collision.”
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … they believe the bottle was Lindsay’s.
On top of that, the cop says when Lindsay arrived at the hospital, there was an odor of alcohol on her breath.

But? but? Mark Heller said that LL?s plea deal was a ?validation? of her sobriety!!!! Why would a crackhead lie about being sober while pleading ?no contest? to lying to the police about (drunk) driving down a major interstate? The mind is boggled. Quite honestly, I think we should just permanently tag her with an alcohol-monitoring anklet. Forever. At least then we’ll know for sure.
Speaking of Heller?s delusions, as I described in yesterday?s summary post, Heller almost got into a fist-fight with Michael Lohan outside of the courthouse. Heller gave a little press conference where he claimed the ?validation? of Lohan?s sobriety (ha) and how she?s definitely not a crackhead (haha), and then Michael came at Heller like an attack dog, shouting threats and recriminations until Heller ran off. Then Michael thoughtfully stayed behind to do his own press conference, of course. He claimed Heller owes him $160,000 (I think?) and that Heller is an awful lawyer who kept his poor crackie client in the dark about the plea negotiations and then, the pice de rsistance, Michael claimed that Heller is now being investigated for witness tampering. My first thought was ?Gavin? ? LL?s former assistant who ?rolled? on her, the same dude who flew to LA with Lindsay on the private plane. Turns out, my instincts were dead-on.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the Santa Monica City Attorney will be launching an investigation and will interview Lohan’s ex-assistant Gavin Doyle tomorrow in the presence of police.
We’re told … prosecutors believe Heller may have approached Gavin and tried to get him to admit that he was the one driving the vehicle when Lohan’s Porsche crashed into a big rig on Pacific Coast Highway last summer.
TMZ has learned Gavin has told multiple people about the alleged witness tampering … including an officer of the court.
As for Heller, he has strongly stated that any accusation of witness tampering on his part is “crazy.”

Eh. There?s a fine line between witness prep and witness tampering, and I?m sure that line is crossed all the time when you?re talking about a lawyer as incompetent as Mark Heller. Surely they could find something more interesting to charge him with? Like, suborning perjury? That?s WAY sexier.

She may have been doused in glitter while making her arrival, but the scene inside the Los Angeles courtroom was anything but pretty for Lindsay Lohan.
The 26 year-old troubled actress, who arrived 48 minutes late for her court appearance, decided to take a plea deal on Monday (March 18) which includes 90 days in locked down rehab facility.
With her attorney Mike Heller sitting by her side, Lindsay pled ?no contest? to charges of reckless driving and lying to police, which stems from an accident in Santa Monica almost six months ago.
Aside from her days in rehab, Lohan was also ordered to complete 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological counseling (which she has already begun).
The "Mean Girls" star also lucked out as she has once again avoided jail time. LiLo was given a 5 day lock up sentencing today, but the time behind bars will now be cancelled out due to her residential rehab stint.

Okay, so Lindsay Lohan arrived 50 minutes late to her court trial, which was supposed to start at 8:30 am PST. After she arrived, I think she just sat in her seat and waited while her NY lawyer and her new LA lawyer (who is kind of hot, by the way) spoke to the judge with the prosecution about a plea deal. Literally three hours later, they had finally worked out a plea deal. Which is funny because the prosecution had allegedly offered LL a deal weeks ago which was a lot more lenient than the one she just accepted, so it seems her cracked-out legal strategy failed. I guess she was also surprised that the prosecution was ready to, you know, PROSECUTE her for the charges they brought. So here are the basics of what just happened:
*Lindsay pleaded ?no contest? to two of the three charges, which is basically saying ?Yeah, I did that but I?m not going to come out and say it and you can just punish me for it.?
*Lindsay will spend 90 days in ?lock-down rehab?. Meaning that she will not get ?day passes? to go out drinking. Allegedly. She was also given 5 days of jail, but her jail time has been ?folded? into her rehab stay, meaning she won?t have to go to jail at all. Also, LL can do her rehab in New York.
*Lindsay will need to perform 30 days of community labor after her lockdown rehab. She will also need to have 18 months of therapy, and her lawyer said that she already started two months ago, so it will be 16 months of rehab or something.
*Lindsay is required to submit to drug testing and to stay away from drug users (hahaha). The judge also told her ?don?t drive?. But that?s not part of her sentence, of course, because of course she?s allowed to terrorize the streets of LA and NYC. She?s the Cracken!
*As for her probation? I didn?t really understand what happened there. TMZ says ?she’s also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but that sentence was STAYED and she won’t do time if she continues to obey all laws.? That to me seems like the legal equivalent of ?a friendly pat on the firecrotch?. How could she be sentenced to 180 days in jail for obviously violating her probation but the jail sentence is ?stayed? because? why again? Because she?s a white woman with big boobs?
So, basically, LL strikes again. I have hope that ?lock-down rehab? is more hardcore than I?m imagining, but let?s face it ? LL will probably get to go to some country-club rehab and Dina will smuggle in some Jim Beam. Same old same old.
PS? Don?t even ask me about the disco outfit to court. She?s so ridiculous. And this is one of the reasons she was late! She had to change into this horrible outfit. And her lips are flat-out disgusting.
PPS… Mark Heller is calling this a “validation of her sobriety”. And now Michael Lohan is trying to fist-fight him. And now Michael is telling the press that Heller is being investigated for witness tampering (Gavin?) and that Michael is going to try to get Heller disbarred or something.

Showing up 48 minutes late to her trial after missing two flights from NYC to LA, Lindsay Lohan, despite adamantly refusing any plea deal, took a plea deal in court this morning.
While she won’t be going to jail, she’ll spend 90 days in rehab with no sort of day passes. Her rehab career will now be longer than her film career. Lindsay will also need to perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months.
Even though there’s a mandatory 5 day in jail for reckless driving, she won’t be serving it because it’s been included in her rehab. Lindsay will be able to do rehab in NYC but must submit to drug testing.
Lindsay also admitted to violating her probation. For that, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail but once again, she won’t have to serve it if she continues to obey all laws.
So what did Lindsay learn today? Absolutely nothing except that she can get away with practically anything and the worst that will happen is a 3 month vacation at a fancy rehab. Mark my words, 90 days from now it’s going to be a new Lindsay!

Hahahaha. Lindsay Lohan is due in court today to begin The Great Crack Trial of 2013, but it?s looking more and more like she?s not going to make it, or she won?t make it on time. Here is a rundown of everything that?s happened in the past 24 hours:
*Yesterday, Lindsay was in New York and she boarded a private plane because OMG how does she afford a private plane?!!? She was originally planning to fly back to LA on Saturday, but those plans were scrapped.
*And then after boarding the private plane, ?she decided to get off and she left her bags behind.? ?Sources close to Lindsay? (re: Lindsay) told TMZ that she believed ?there was a problem with the plane? like a fuel leak or something. The 35 other people on the plane also de-boarded too. Sources claimed Lindsay just sat in the airport lounge, calling and texting all of her johns, asking if anyone had a private plane she could borrow because heaven forbid she travel commercial, right?
*But TMZ notes that the plane did fly after an hour delay, and the plane stopped in Vegas to refuel before continuing to LA.
*Eventually, Lindsay managed to blow her way onto another private plane, this one funded by Mr. Pink energy drink (which LL crack-promotes). TMZ says that the plane is scheduled to land in Van Nuys at 8:11 PST, and the courthouse is 20 minutes away. And she?s due in court at 8:30 PST. Basically, she?s definitely going to be late and the judge could issue a bench warrant.
*Her assistance Gavin is on the flight with her. Gavin was one of the people who ?rolled? on her to the cops, and by that we mean that the cops asked him what happened and Gavin answered honestly.
*The prosecution is not amused by all of Lindsay?s crack shenanigans. They will be asking the judge to ?throw the book? at LL and sentence her to 240 days in jail for lying to the cops (when she gave her statement after her PCH accident). If and when she?s found guilty, the City Attorney is also going to get involved and ask for a jail sentence because she?s violated her probation. And if she?s convicted, her probation will be extended another two years, so? yeah. She really needs to be found guilty.
*The court proceedings should begin around 11:30 EST/8:30 PST. This is your Open Post for the Crack Festivities and we?ll be updating or doing new posts later (or tomorrow) depending on what?s happening.

I touched on some of this information in two previous posts today ? the ?Justin Bieber?s Instagram hissy fit? post and the ?Dina Lohan is a drunken mess? post ? but there?s a ton of new information, so let?s just get to it. First, in Justin Bieber?s initial hissy fit, he ended his tantrum with the line, ?i?m growing up finding myself while having people watch me and criticise me everyday i think im doing pretty damn good. And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan. Look at her 2012 tax statements.? Justin only left that version up for a few minutes before taking it down and re-posting it with a new, Lohan-free ending. Justin told TMZ, ?My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say. I immediately deleted it and rewrote it so it would show what I was really feeling and those words are up now.” Which? is fine with me. I think the fact that Justin had the wherewithal to take out the Lohan part is actually pretty smart. But that hasn?t stopped Lindsay Lohan from trying to make the most of it!
Justin Bieber is a naive little loudmouth who will pay for his meanness … so vows Lindsay Lohan.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, she was “appalled” when she read what Bieber had written about her in his Instagram diatribe … in which he said, “… to those comparing me to Lindsay Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ”.
Bieber quickly deleted the insult, but Lindsay is telling friends … it’s too little, too late … and “karma” will bite him in the ass.
We’re told Lindsay feels Bieber’s comments were “senseless and mean” — she’s never had beef with him … and has no idea why he chose to single her out, bullying her on an international platform.
Lindsay says she’s learned to brush off the negativity … and chooses not worry about rude, ungrateful, obnoxious little hairless boys.

Of course this is exactly why Justin needed to take back the Lohan part of his comments (even if they were far from the most offensive part of his hissy): because Lindsay Lohan is a deranged famewhore hellbent on making herself into the biggest crack-martyr EVER. ?Bullying?? ?Senseless and mean?? Crackie, please.
Meanwhile, the California court system is also ?bullying? Lindsay Lohan for being a crackie who lies to police. Lindsay?s trial is set for Monday, and prosecutors pulled out of plea deal negotiations yesterday because Lindsay kept rejecting plea deal after plea deal (because she doesn?t feel she should be punished for anything!). So someone at the prosecutor?s office leaked this:
Lindsay Lohan’s past may come back to haunt her when she goes to trial next week for allegedly lying to cops after her car accident … because TMZ has learned, prosecutors will attempt to introduce evidence she’s done exactly the same thing twice before.
Law enforcement sources directly connected to the case tell TMZ … prosecutors are convinced that Lindsay has an M.O. when she gets into trouble on the road — telling cops she wasn’t driving, even though she was.
Lindsay is being prosecuted for allegedly telling cops she was a passenger in the Porsche that crashed into a truck last June on Pacific Coast Highway when in fact she was the driver.
We’ve learned prosecutors want the jury to hear about 2 prior incidents:
1. May, 2007 : Lindsay was busted in Bev Hills for driving under the influence after her Mercedes struck a curb at 5:30 AM on Sunset Blvd. Lindsay told cops she was a passenger in the car. LIE.
2. March, 2012 : Lindsay was leaving the Sayers Club in Hollywood in her Porsche just after midnight when she allegedly struck a pedestrian and fled. She told cops she was a passenger. LIE.
Our sources say prosecutors will attempt to introduce the 2 incidents under the law that allows evidence of “prior bad acts” that shows a pattern of misconduct.

Radar also has a story about Lindsay?s incompetent lawyer using various tactics to try to get the trial pushed back, but Radar?s sources say the prosecutors aren?t playing that game at all, and that Lohan will definitely go to trial next week. Radar says the trial starts Tuesday though ? which is it? Monday or Tuesday? Or both? Cracked-out justice system.

Last week, I never got around to writing about this dumb TMZ story in which Lindsay Lohan must have called them up to crack-whine about her incompetent lawyer, Mark Heller. Heller was actually called ?incompetent? by the judge, which is scary because the California Justice System is all ?would you like a blunt with your 3-day jail sentence for manslaughter?? Anyway, Lindsay called up TMZ to tell them that she?s definitely going to stick with Heller and she?s pissed off with the media for portraying Heller as some kind of My-Cousin-Vinny moron. LL reportedly said, ?It?s all lies.?
Lindsay?s trial is set for the 18th and if she wants to switch lawyers, she has until the 17th I think. But for now she?s sticking with Heller, who is still in negotiations for a potential plea deal. Last we heard, the prosecutor had pretty much taken rehab off the table, which is good news for people who believe that Lindsay Lohan is ?sober?. The sticking point seemed to be the jail sentence, I guess? But now it looks like jail is off the table and now the prosecutor is trying to get LL under house arrest:
Lindsay Lohan has been cut yet another break in the criminal justice system — prosecutors are offering house arrest to end her lying-to-cops and probation violation cases, but we’re told she’s NOT biting.
Multiple sources connected with the case tell TMZ … the Santa Monica City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney have both softened their position from lockdown rehab to 90-DAY HOUSE ARREST.
In fact, we’re told Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller, is telling prosecutors Lindsay will accept a certain amount of house arrest. Right now Heller and the prosecutors are squabbling over how much house arrest. But here’s the problem … sources connected with Lindsay are telling us LiLo is adamant — she will not accept ANY punishment.
Bottom line — sources connected with the case tell us there’s a 75% chance the case will go to trial on March 18th. If Lindsay rolls the dice and is convicted, she faces months of ACTUAL jail time.
Lindsay needs to go for door #1.

Last Friday, Lindsay Lohan skipped her latest court hearing. It was no big deal ? she didn?t have to be there, and the only thing that happened was that her hilariously sketchy lawyer Mark Heller got reamed by the judge. After the judge called Heller ?incompetent? and refused to dismiss LL?s charges, Heller gave a long-winded and especially nut-jobby press conference. Heller claimed Lindsay is completely sober AND she?s complying with a voluntary drug testing program. Which makes this report interesting:
Lindsay Lohan?s attorney is hashing out a possible plea deal in his client?s lying to cops case ? and it might not require the embattled starlet to go to rehab, which she has been adamantly opposed to, insisting she does NOT have a problem with drugs or alcohol, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
?A plea deal could be reached without Lindsay being forced to go into treatment,? a source tells Radar. ?Since she wasn?t arrested or charged with crimes
