Angelina Jolie is on the top of the Hollywood heap once again. Only not really. Women?s Media Center compiled their list of ?highest movie stars? and wouldn?t you know? Angelina is the only woman to crack the Top Ten. It?s a sausage party beyond Angelina, only? the list seems to only be about money made from actual film work. In which case, Robert Downey Jr. with his crazy backend deal for The Avengers and Iron Man 3 was always going to be #1.
The top 10 highest-paid movie stars in Hollywood? A bunch of dudes…and Angelina Jolie. The Oscar winner was the top-earning female actress in 2013 with $33 million, according to figures used in a report compiled by the Women’s Media Center, but her seemingly to-die-for paycheck was only just big enough to put her on par with the, er, lowest-earning (you know, in Hollywood dollars) male actor, Denzel Washington.
Who’s tops? Robert Downey Jr., of course, with a $75 million haul from the Iron Man franchise, per the New York Film Academy.
Liam Neeson was the 10th-highest-paid male star, with $31.5 million, allowing just enough room for Jolie (who, while some of her top-earning male counterparts have been nominated, is the only one other than Washington to have won an Oscar) to squeeze in at No. 10 overall.
The ubiquitous Channing Tatum trailed RDJ last year with $60 million, while Hugh Jackman was next with $55 million, followed by Mark Wahlberg, with $51 million.
Dwayne Johnson is the not-so-surprising sixth-place hunk (his box office was bigger than Downey’s last year), ahead of Leonardo DiCaprio, Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, Washington and Neeson.
As for the ladies who also had what can still be considered a very good 2013, Jennifer Lawrence was second to Jolie with $26 million. Kristen Stewart ($21.5 million), Jennifer Aniston ($20 million) and Emma Stone ($16 million) rounded out the top five.

I don?t doubt that Aniston has made $20 million off of film projects in the past year, but I would think that if we were counting money made from endorsement deals, modeling projects and SmartWater percentages, Aniston would be bumped up Jolie-level. Aniston?s side projects are very, very lucrative. Of course, Angelina has some lucrative side projects too ? the Chateau Miraval wine, the Louis Vuitton endorsement, The Style of Jolie jewelry. The thing about Angelina?s endorsements though is that I think a lot of that money goes to charity.
As for the dudes? as I said, I?m not surprised by RDJ. I?m also not surprised by Channing Tatum, Mark Wahlberg (he?s become a huge producer) or Leonardo DiCaprio. I?m a little bit surprised that Tom Cruise still cracks the top ten. I?m also surprised that The Rock is on there too.

Quite honestly, I can?t get enough of these Brangelina BAFTA photos. I think Angelina Jolie is just the kind of woman who likes to bang her men in the limo on the way to a red carpet, because that?s exactly what it looks like in these photos. Brad and Angelina look post-coital, like he untied her as soon as they got into the limo and maybe there was a beej involved too. Damn.
Anyway, Angelina wore Saint Laurent. She?s been wearing a lot of Saint Laurent over the past year? I wonder what that?s about? I don?t know if the ?untied bow tie? detail was part of the original runway look for Saint Laurent, or if Angelina just decided to style it this way, but it?s a great look. Angelina almost always kills it when she does a tailored menswear-inspired look ? she?s one of those woman who can work the hell out of a great suit. Angelina?s earrings are Tiffay?s and she?s wearing her ginormous engagement ring too. Brad?s suit is Valentino? interesting. Usually he?s ride-or-die for Tom Ford.
Brad won too… 12 Years a Slave picked up Best Picture (and Chiwetel Ejiofor won Best Actor too).
I?m so happy that Brad and Angelina did the BAFTA red carpet! I hope there are more appearances and red carpets to come. I mean, obviously I want them to do the Oscar red carpet too, but I want to see more of them leading up the Oscars.

Joining the ranks of top-name entertainers for an unforgettable evening, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived at the 2014 EE British Academy Film Awards in London, England tonight (February 16).
Shutterbugs and fans alike clamored for a closer look as the powerhouse couple worked the red carpet outside the Royal Opera House.
As the 2014 BAFTA Awards gets underway, the friendly camaraderie among the attendees is sure to turn a bit competitive as everyone?s lust for a trophy takes over.
The Leading Actor hopefuls are Bruce Dern, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Christian Bale, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks, while Amy Adams, Cate Blanchett, Emma Thompson, Judi Dench and Sandra Bullock comprise the Leading Actress pool.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did not spend Valentine?s Day together!! Obviously, a Brangelina Conspiracy is afoot. These are photos of Angelina and oldest son Maddox Jolie-Pitt departing from LAX then arriving at Heathrow, where it looks like Brad picked them up. I didn?t even know Brad flew to London, but he was already there, so?? Conspiracy! While I think that Angelina always rocks some comfortable looking travel clothes, I?m pretty excited with her outfit here. Mostly because I?m almost positive that I have that exact same sweater and that I?m wearing it RIGHT NOW. There?s your conspiracy! If her sweater is anything like mine (and I seriously think it is), it?s super-soft, easy to clean and a must-have for winter. Also: it looks like Angelina and Maddox both brought one carry-on each and that?s it. No checked bags? Good for them. The Jolie-Pitt clan is so good at traveling light.
As for Brad, Life & Style reports that he stopped by Neil Lane to pick up something special for his three little girls:

Brad?s little girls, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 7, and Vivienne, 5, are in for a special surprise. And hopefully he has something fun planned for the boys, so they don’t feel left out!

It?s my understanding that little boys don?t care much about Valentine?s Day in general, so maybe they just got some candy or a video game or something. But little diamond heart necklaces for his girls? Adorable. Likely impractical too, at least for Shiloh and Vivienne. Viv is just too young for diamonds and Shiloh would have preferred a video game too, I?m sure. Zahara probably loved her necklace though. Hell, maybe she got all three. And now I do wonder what Brad got Angelina for V-Day. I also wonder if Brad & Angelina are in town for the BAFTAs tonight. They haven’t been to the BAFTAs together in years! God, please let them go to the BAFTAs.
PS? Angie got her hair trimmed. It looks good!

Spending some one-on-one time with her eldest child, Angelina Jolie arrived at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday (February 14).
The "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" star looked cute in a white sweater and black skinnies as she headed inside with Maddox Jolie-Pitt.
Though Brad was MIA, the couple recently had some time for romance Down Under, where the 38-year-old is directing her new movie, "Unbroken."
Earlier this month, Angelina and her longtime partner headed to Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays for a few nights of couples time with her man.

No sooner did we finally get some new photos of Angelina Jolie (and her family) then the tabloids have begun their body nitpicking anew. This week?s issue of The National Enquirer has yet another in an unending line of stories about Angelina and her thinness. At this point? Angelina has been thin for a really long time. Maybe it?s just her metabolism? Maybe it?s just her natural body? Some women DO just eat like birds. Some women legitimately ?forget to eat? (even though that concept is ridiculously foreign to me). Maybe Angelina is just one of those women who will always be on the skinny side. But no, the Enquirer has to claim that Angelina is on some kind of extreme diet, something fit for a bird.
Angelina Jolie is eating like a bird ? literally! Sources say the already scrawny actress has become hooked on foods prepared with ?ancient grains? that only a parakeet could love.
?Angie?s always been a fan of healthy seeds and grains, but lately she?s taken it to a whole new level,? said an insider.
?She?s into eating products made with ?ancient grains? and raves about their health benefits. She claims they provide her with nutrients she can?t find anywhere else, plus shinier skin. But the problem is that she?s not balancing her diet with fruits, meats or vegetables.? ?Ancient grains? ? such as millet, chia seeds, spelt, buckwheat and quinoa ? are truer to their original roots than grains like wheat and rice, which have been bred selectively over thousands of years.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, Angelina?s weight has plummeted to a spindly 93 pounds while she?s been directing the film ?Unbroken? in Australia. The 38-year-old mother of six was said to have collapsed on the set from exhaustion. Her rail-thin physique has also contributed to unsightly bulging veins in her arms that a source says she plans to combat with laser surgery.
While her fiance Brad Pitt has tried everything to persuade her to eat more, ?there?s no talking to Angie when it comes to food,? the source added.
?The fact that Angie?s replacing her meals with what?s effectively bird food is a huge worry for Brad. Her diet might be healthier but Brad?s telling her she needs to put some meat on those bones! He?s tearing his hair out watching her fade away with each passing day.?

Quinoa in particular is in vogue these days as a ?superfood? ? one of those foods that is so packed with nutrients and vitamins that doctors should invest in getting us all Quinoa IV drips. So what?s the problem? I don?t know, I really don?t. I doubt Angelina is only eating seeds and spelt (?), but maybe she grazes on that stuff throughout the day, in between meals. She seems like a grazer.

Praise the Oscar Gods, Brangelina is back in LA!! HUZZAH. Finally, some proper Oscar campaigning for 12 Years a Slave at long last. Do you realize how long it?s been since we?ve seen Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on a red carpet together? It was last summer, for World War Z. Do you know how long it?s been since they?ve done an awards season together? Not since early 2012. Too long.
(And, incidentally, this is the beginning of what should be an exciting year in Brangelina-watching: not only do we get 12 Years a Slave Oscar campaigning, but we?ll also get lots of Brangelina for the Maleficent promotion in a few months!)
So, I guess Angelina finally wrapped on Unbroken. That took a really long time, but to be fair to her, it?s a WWII drama with lots of location sets and period costumes and you have to get that stuff right. Brad and Angelina attended the wrap party earlier this week ? there were some great photos floating around, which you can see here.
It?s nice seeing the kids here too. The very idea of traveling with six small children makes me break out in an anxiety rash, but they seem to manage pretty well. Pax with his kickass aviator shades and security toy (a purple bear?), Shiloh looking every bit the badass tomboy (her hair looks amazing), Vivienne looking every bit the girly-girl in her dress-leggings combo, Knox and Zahara holding hands, and of course Maddox with his buds in, trying to ignore his uncool family.
PS? Angelina travels in bold green shawls and flip-flops?! I love it.

I?m about to do a big ?Hot Guys of the Grammys? post, but I just wanted to write this up quickly because it?s as much a part of our Grammy coverage as anything else that happened last night. In the middle of the Grammys, Disney dropped a bombshell new teaser for Maleficent that kicked my ass. There?s a lot of Angelina Jolie. There?s a lot of Maleficent Cheekbones. There?s a lot of green smoke of DOOM. And there?s a really creepy/surprisingly amazing version of the Sleeping Beauty song ?Once Upon a Dream? covered by Lana del Rey. I love everything about this!!!!
This is scary-good, right? The first two trailers made me queasy, because I worried that Angelina would come off as cheesy or that Disney would try to make Maleficent into some kind of antihero. Maleficent should be evil, and camp and genuinely scary too, so this trailer is excellent. As for Lana del Rey doing ?Once Upon a Dream? ? according to The Daily Mail?s sources, Angelina hand-picked Lana. A source told The Mail:
?Angelina has been incredibly active in all aspects of the movie, even bagging a role for her daughter Vivienne, so it?s no surprise that she helped choose who would sing the song. Angelina and the film?s producers think Lana is perfect to breathe new life into an old classic.?

If Angelina did suggest Lana, then good for her. I?m sure Lana was pleased about it too. I?m not a crazy fan of Lana at all, but I jam to ?Blue Jeans? and ?Young and Beautiful? sometimes, and her voice really works for this song. It?s appropriately haunting and scary.

Oooh, Maleficent has a new trailer! And unlike the first teaser trailer, we actually get a really good look at Angelina?s Maleficent cheekbones and her Green Smoke of Doom. Here?s the thing: Maleficent is actually a pretty terrifying villainess, even in the original Disney cartoon. I?m worried that Disney is going to pull their punches a little bit in this new era of ?not scaring children? and that Maleficent is going to end up a secretly nice villainess. Is that what this trailer is showing? Or are they just trying to get children in the theater, and then they?re going to scare the pants off them?
I wish they would have ended it with Maleficent?s laugh, which is what they did with the first teaser. But I do appreciate a real glimpse of The Villainess Maleficent kicking ass and throwing her smoke around. Villainess Realness! Anyway, this is the first film from Angelina (where she?s been in front of the camera) since 2010. It?s been a really long time and I hope she starts working more as an actress.
