She’s like the Road Runner and he’s Wile E. Coyote. Next time you see them he’s going to attach a big ACME rocket to her head only to have it fall off and land in his pants.

Singer Mariah Carey has repeatedly claimed her measurements are a diminutive 34-22-35. Perhaps nobody ever told her you’re supposed to measure your bust, waist, and hips, not your forearms, neck, and thighs. Ugh. I haven’t seen that much pit sausage since Bring-Your-Own-Pork night at Talladega.

Mariah Carey is the “least green” celebrity, according to a new Earth Day poll, for flying her personal trainer in from St. Barts. “People saw that as an extravagance rather than a necessity and the consequences for the planet probably don’t justify it,” said Jonathon Morgan, editor-in-chief of GreenDaily.com. John Travolta, a licensed pilot, flew into second place because of his fleet of private jets. The greenest celebs were Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey, Bono, Ed Begley Jr., Brad Pitt and Prince Charles.

Mariah Carey is not pregnant - but she knows how the rumors got started. In her mind, it was just one bad dress. Not really, Mariah, but we?ll humor you. Mariah thinks that the tight-fitting pick-peach dress she wore on Easter Sunday somehow just started the pregnancy rumors. Considering the pregnancy rumors started last year, that must be one seriously bad dress.
What?s funny is that Mariah is rarely photographed in anything other than tightly-fitting, age-inappropriate cocktail dresses. This pick-peach dress was no different. Mariah looks the same as always - like she?s a voluptuous girl who poured herself into a dress that?s a few sizes too small. She didn?t look bad or overweight, she looked the same as always. But Mariah just felt she had to address ?the rumors?:
Mariah Carey insists she is not pregnant: She was just wearing a bad outfit. On Easter Sunday, Carey was photographed in a tight, peach dress with husband Nick Cannon.
Blogs soon began speculating that she was pregnant.
“I don’t know what was worse, the bleak angles and bright peach dress … or the b.s. commentary/blogs,” she says (via Twitter).
Although “Nick looked cute” in the photos, she says she “could’ve definitely lived without” seeing the pictures. (She also admits that her “dress and hair” were not suitable for the “red carpet.”)
She added, “And if I gained a few pounds.. my trainers back living with me again.”
Her rep also shot down pregnancy rumors when contacted by Usmagazine.com. Asked about media reports that she and Cannon spent Easter Sunday at a fertility clinic, her rep tells Us: “No, not true. Nick and Mariah spent Easter Sunday with family in southern California.”
Carey and Cannon secretly wed nearly a year ago in Eleuthera in the Bahamas.
They’re already prepping for parenthood. Cannon recently told Us that he bought Carey a dog for their anniversary.
“I got her a short-haired Jack Russell terrier — a girl, named Cha-Cha,” he said last month. “She’s eight weeks.”

Oh, Mariah. This is-she or isn?t-she pregnant thing has got to stop. It really seems like Mariah is the one pushing the rumors now, whereas it was the tabloids and gossip sites a few months ago. Now Mariah just seems to be looking for attention. If she wants to get pregnant, good for her. I?d be happy for her. But blaming the ?rumors? on the same dress she?s been wearing for decades is a little cheap.

He and Carey, 39, secretly wed in Eleuthera in the Bahamas last spring.
Cannon said being married to Carey is “the most amazing thing ever. I couldn’t wish for anything else. She’s the most incredible woman. Being in a strong union and being there for each other is something that I’d never really experienced before, so to experience it with my wife is remarkable. We’re together as one, and that’s important to me.”
He was mum on their anniversary plans, but told Us, “We never went on a honeymoon, so I guess I can tell you we’ll probably go to Barbados.”
Asked if there are any babies in the near future, he laughed.

For whatever reason, I like Mariah Carey. I think she has better staying power than most. But she strikes me as the sort who?d do best having several dogs that are like her kids. Mariah is a known diva. To the point that I?m sure she was one long before she was ever famous. I just have a hard time imagining her being able to tend to a child the way they?d need ? especially once they weren?t small and cute. But tiny dogs? Those things stay small and cute forever. I think that?s the perfect present. Mariah and Nick are currently in Barbados ? I guess on their belated honeymoon. It?s also her 39th birthday. Despite the dog, something tells me those baby rumors are going to triple by the end of the month.

While Mariah Carey’s husband Nick Cannon has his own burgeoning recording career, the 28-year-old says he’s not quite ready to go down the duet path with the missus.

Another day, another Mariah Carey pregnancy rumor. Although this time, the rumor comes with a $125 million price tag. Mariah and her new husband/man-candy are rumored to be interested in buying David Saperstein?s $125 million Los Angeles estate. The mansion is described as a ?minipalace with Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, a nine-car garage, ballroom, private running track and movie screening room.? Sounds nice, if you like that kind of thing. But for that money there better be a solid-gold bidet that shoots out chocolate liquor. Ew, I grossed myself out on that one.
Why would Mariah and Nick need that kind of crib? “Crib” being the operative word, of course. Even though the rumor was denied before the New York Daily News published it, they?re still claiming that Mariah has already hired a designer and ?has requested an all-pink nursery.? Whatever.
Mariah Carey is ready to expand her family - and she wants a baby girl.
The pop superstar has prematurely dropped $200K on furniture, including a Pink crib and highchair, from a children’s store in San Francisco for the new Hollywood home she intends to buy with hubby Nick Cannon.
A source close to the diva reveals she has made an offer on the David Saperstein estate in the exclusive western L.A. neighborhood of Holmby Hills. Her neighbors would be the Beckham brood and Hugh Hefner. The French Chateau-style mansion, which has been on the market for months at the asking price of $125 million, is a minipalace with Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, a nine-car garage, ballroom, private running track and movie screening room.
“It’s 45,000 square feet and looks like a European castle,” says the insider. “It’s so big, it can’t even be called a mansion - it’s similar to Buckingham Palace!”
But the opulent surroundings aren’t quite enough for Mariah. She’s planning on putting in a few touches of her own, most notably the nursery. Says our source, “She has asked [interior decorator] Kenneth Bordewick to advise on her new home and has requested an all-pink nursery. It’s going to be over the top!”
Despite plans for the baby room, there is no indication that the singer is pregnant. But an insider tells us, “Mariah has tossed around the idea of adopting.”
Her husband, meanwhile, seems to have a different time line when it comes to having a brood. Nick, who at age 28 is 10 years Mariah’s junior, recently joked that he was planning on kids “soon. Like a couple [of] years soon!”
Contacted for comment, a rep for Carey would only say of the story, “not true.”

Mariah should adopt, if that?s what she wants. I?ve always liked her because she?s not one of those women who constantly plays the is-she-or-isn?t pregnant games in the press (cough, cough, Eva Longoria). Mariah seems to know just how big of a diva she is, and she probably feels pretty strongly that the spotlight should always be on her. That?s one thing about babies - they always steal the show from needy divas. Still, Mariah has been in this game for a long time, and I could see her seriously considering motherhood now. Let?s hope that in addition to the all-pink nursery, she considers that gold bidet.
