Puffing on a cigarette to start his day, Josh Duhamel headed to breakfast in Brentwood, California on Wednesday (December 12).
The "Transformers" star was dressed casually in a white shirt, black coat, tan pants, and black sneakers as he headed inside.
Recently, the 40-year-old actor's pop star wife, Fergie, spilled the beans on what she wants from her handsome hubby.
The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman told E! Online, "A big makeout session, old school style! Like when you're dating. When you're first dating and you haven't even hit the ?Boom Boom Pow' stage yet. Just a big high school makeout session."
As for the happy couple's holiday plans, Fergie says, "This year we're having a Cali Christmas at my mom's. Having some nice lasagna. She makes a big ole batch of lasagna. She's famous for it and it's turkey lasagna, so it's a little bit less guilt involved."

Getting a look at the newest Nicholas Sparks romance story, the trailer to "Safe Haven" was released on Tuesday (October 23).
The clip, which features co-stars Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough, gives eager moviegoers a glimpse into the fun-loving relationship and thrills that lie ahead.
Based on the novel of the same name, the Lasse Hallstrm directed flick follows a young woman with a mysterious past who lands in Southport, North Carolina, where her bond with a widower forces her to confront the dark secret that haunts her.

Josh addresses the cheating at 2:00
Fergie’s “Oprah’s Next Chapter” interview aired last night. I’m not going to front like I watched it at all, I didn’t, I’m just going on the clips and quotes posted online. We previously saw a preview clip in which Fergie addressed the “rumors” that Josh Duhamel cheated on her in 2009, nine months into their marriage, with a stripper he picked up in Atlanta while filming there. The story was pretty much confirmed by multiple outlets, and the stripper went on the record with some sordid details. Josh’s response at the time was to admit being in the strip club that night, but he dismissed the woman’s claims as “ridiculous.”
Fergie didn’t deny to Oprah that Josh cheated, she just very carefully worded her statement to neither confirm nor deny that story, while explaining how they overcame that period in their marriage. She told Oprah that they went to therapy together and that those “difficult times” made them “stronger as a unit, as a partnership… Our love today is a deeper love.” It looked to me like Fergie was kind of acknowledging that Josh cheated, while not directly saying it.
Well now we know how Josh addressed it. (That video is above.) He kind of talked around it, which I don’t blame him because he was at a family dinner with Fergie while talking to Oprah. It was uncomfortable to see. He said that he’s glad that incident happened because “it put me in check and made me realize what kind of man I wanted to be… I’m actually happy that all that happened… As much anger as I carried about it before, I’m actually happy that it did happen. It made me straighten my ass out.” At no point did he deny cheating at all, which honestly surprised me. Here’s more, thanks to ET Online:
Nine months after Fergie and Josh Duhamel tied the knot on January 10, 2009, rumors hit the tabloids alleging that Duhamel had a one-night stand with a stripper. Today, the couple explained how that rocky period strengthened their marriage on Oprah’s Next Chapter.
“We went to therapy,” Fergie said when asked if the couple ever thought of breaking up. “The whole thing just became a positive for us … Our marriage today — I couldn’t ask for anything more.”
Duhamel expressed similar sentiments later in the interview.
“Now, I’m actually happy that all that happened, because we wouldn’t be as strong as we are now,” said Josh, who has admitted to visiting a strip club, but has always denied the cheating claims.
“As much anger as a carried about it before, I’m actually thankful that it did happen, because in a lot of ways it made me straighten my ass out,” the former Las Vegas star continued.
With those dark times behind them, Fergie and Duhamel seem to be looking toward the future which could include kids.
“Two is our number. We negotiated that early on,” Fergie said when asked if they wanted a lot of kids. “He told me he wanted five and I said, ‘I’m not going any higher than two.’”

You know, these two were surprisingly honest and open about this. Just reading the quotes, I expected to find Josh full of sh*t, but I didn’t. I got the impression that he wants to change, that he considered himself changed. I was impressed that he didn’t directly deny anything, because I really expected him to. That doesn’t mean I think he’ll be faithful throughout the rest of his marriage, but maybe he’s trying.
That video above also includes the part mentioned by ET where Josh and Fergie say they want two kids, and that they negotiated that number together. Fergie is 37. I wonder if they’ve been trying to get pregnant for a while and if they’re having fertility issues. If so, they’re not saying.
Oprah has another clip with Fergie online in which she talks about overcoming her crystal meth addiction. She’s discussed this before. She says that “therapy, soul searching” and “discovering why I took the drugs in the first place” helped her get past that period. She claimed that “feeling inauthentic” in her group Wild Orchid led her to take drugs, but she didn’t know how to break free and “got into a [drug] scene.” She also describes her rock bottom (around 2:00) in which she says she was having paranoid hallucinations and had a moment in a church where she told God she would quit doing drugs. It seemed a little hokey to me, but it sounded like it was real for her.

In an interview with UK Glamour, Josh says he’s still surprised Fergie married “Mr. Straight White Boy.”
?To be honest, I?m sometimes surprised she picked ?Mr Straight White Boy,? because she?s very rock ?n? roll, so I?d have thought she would be with someone who is a little more ? out there,? he told the January issue of UK magazine, Glamour. ?Then again, maybe that?s exactly why she chose me.
?I don?t think of us as an ?It? couple. I don?t look to publicise our relationship, because I know what we have, and the rest of the world don?t need to know. That said, I don?t mind talking about her, because I?m proud of her and I love her.?
Welcome to Bizzaro world where Josh Duhamel currently resides. A place where Fergie is as desirable as Scarlett Johansson or Megan Fox or even that block of cheese left out in the open for a week. And if that wasn’t enough to wrap your mind around, Josh then said something that will scar my brain forever.
Duhamel has revealed that the pair relies on modern technology to keep the spark alive in their marriage.
?Well, there?s Skype ? She makes sure the lighting is pretty perfect,? he explained. ?You?ve heard the term, ?Absence makes the heart grow fonder,? right? Well, hers is ?Absence makes the c**k grow harder.??
That sound you hear? That’s me dry heaving into a plastic bag. I mean, what in the world could be considered perfect lighting for this? Utter darkness?

For whatever reason, the tabloids are warring over the state of Fergie and Josh Duhamel’s marriage this week. The first story concerns the Fergian womb, which has been the subject of speculation as recently as August when its owner mysteriously glowed while going on hiatus for her band, The Black Eyed Peas. Now, the rumors are back courtesy of Fergie herself striking some suspicious poses on the red carpet of the New Year’s Eve premiere. Further, an In Touch insider who claims that Josh is “dying to be a dad.” Hence this story:
When Fergie showed up to support husband Josh Duhamel at the premiere of New Year’s Eve in LA on December 5 wearing a tight-fitting dress, she sparked new rumors that she’s expecting. “She was looking thicker than usual and rubbing her stomach,” a witness tells In Touch. “She also did a lot of over-the-shoulder poses so you didn’t see her midsection.” A baby would be the culmination of a dream for he 36-year-old singer. “She took some time off from working to get pregnant and prepare for a baby, but was having a tough time,” an insider tells In Touch. “Luckily, Josh has been supportive.” In fact, Josh gushes that “it just makes it a little more fun around the house” with Fergie home! And if now is the time to start a family, they’re ready: “That is definitely part of the plan,” Fergie told In Touch at the launch of The Black Eyed Peas Experience game. “And when that happens, it will be a blessing.”

Basically, anytime a female celebrity places a hand upon her stomach, this automatically means that she’s with child, right? So that particular posture could mean nothing. As for her over-the-shoulder poses, I’m just going to assume that Fergie likes showing off her booty:
Meanwhile, Star puts in its two cents with a different story about how Fergie is partying her ass off, and Josh is really pissed off about it:
Fergie is a rock star, and sometimes she parties like one — much to the dismay of hubby Josh Duhamel, Star has learned. “The other night at an industry event, Fergie seemed visibly drunk,” an insider tells Star. The singer, 36, is no stranger to partying and boozing for a good time, but when she does, Josh “gets so annoyed with her when she’s like that. Josh gets embarrassed,” explains the insider. “He finds it really annoying. He’ll roll his eyes and look unhappy.” It seems more than anything, the actor, 39, is concerned about appearances. “Josh is aware of the attention on him. Having a wife who seems drunk mortifies him.”

So which story, if either, is true? Each of them negates the other, so it’s a tough call. Josh doesn’t seem like the type to freak out over his lady knocking back a few drinks, assuming that she’s not pregnant. If anything, you’d think he’d freak out over the fact that his wife’s face is continually morphing. That has to be strange to deal with, right?
Who knows though — Fergie could very well be pregnant. After all, Josh does seem rather, uh, enthused about her midsection in this photo:
Then again, when her stomach is in plain view, she doesn’t really look pregnant at all. Maybe it’s just a case of a little weight gain (although she looks great) and awkward posing on the New Year’s Eve red carpet.

Keeping an eye on their physical fitness, Stacy ?Fergie? Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were spotted out for a run yesterday (September 25).
The ?Big Girls Don?t Cry? songstress and her ?Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? hubby worked up a sweat as they jogged around Calistoga, California. They were in town for Molly Sims? wedding.
And despite the recent rumors, Fergie-Ferg is actually not pregnant. Her rep denied the claim in a statement to press.
Ferguson and her band Black Eyed Peas performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Friday (September 23).

He got his start in the acting biz thanks to ?All My Children,? and Josh Duhamel is set to reprise his role as the soap opera prepares to close up shop.
The ?Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? actor will play con artist Leo du Pres, a character who supposedly died back in 2003.
Du Pres? body was never found after trying to save Greenlee in a waterfall accident, hence leaving the door open for Duhamel?s cameo.
After a long and successful run, ?All My Children? will air its last episode this coming September.

He?s always been a humanitarian, and yesterday (March 23) Josh Duhamel was spotted sporting a t-shirt to show his support for the Japanese tsunami/earthquake victims.
The ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? stud was out and about in Los Angeles, teaming his top with a black leather jacket, black ball cap, and distressed jeans.
Josh will host a 2-mile youth run this Sunday, March 27th in Santa Monica to raise money for disaster relief efforts in the Land of the Rising Sun.
He told Ryan Seacrest, ?When this happened in Japan, I was looking at it thinking, ?oh my God, I?ve never seen anything like this.? In a lot of ways it?s worse than the things that happened in Haiti. We?re trying to do what we can to help the people of Japan and empower the youth of L.A.?

Doing their best to stay inconspicuous, Stacy ?Fergie? Ferguson and
Josh Duhamel were spotted at their friends? wedding last night (March 6) in Los Angeles.
The ?Big Girls Don?t Cry? songstress and her ?Transformers? hubby showed up at the Park Plaza Hotel to see Keith Harris and Brandee Stephens tie the knot.
The night before, Fergie was spoofed by none other than Miley Cyrus who was hosting ?Saturday Night Live.?
?Our Time! With Taboo and apl.de.ap? was a play on the fact that all the Black Eyed Peas performances seem to feature Fergie and will.i.am, and Miley ran out on stage to see if they needed help.

Heading overseas for a much-deserved holiday getaway, Stacy ?Fergie? Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were hand-in-hand while out in St Barts on Sunday evening (January 2).
The lovely couple was spotted arriving on land to head to dinner at 'Le Ti St Barth' with the Black Eyed Peas showing off her figure in see through dress overtop a two piece swimsuit.
Following another busy year for the pair, Fergie made the trip to St Barts with her man following co-hosting efforts on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.
Held in Times Square, the 35-year-old spent much of the evening alongside Jennifer Hudson with the show featuring performances by Willow Smith, Avril Lavigne, Ke$ha and many other top acts.
