Kicking off yet another work week, Katie Holmes and Josh Duhamel were spotted filming scenes for their upcoming movie “The Romantics” this morning (November 16).
The “Mad Money” actress and her “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton” costar looked to be enjoying themselves as they chatted with cast and crew in between scenes on the Long Island, NY set.
Yesterday (November 15), Katie and her husband Tom Cruise celebrated their anniversary with a romantic dinner at Abe & Louie’s in Boston, Massachusetts.
TomKat, who got married on November 18th, 2006, enjoyed their meal before returning to their hotel to tend to their daughter Suri.

They’ve been having a rough go of it lately, but Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were both spotted at their New York City hotel yesterday (November 15).
The “Big Girls Don’t Cry” songstress looked a bit annoyed at the paparazzi attention as she made her exit from the Midtown Manhattan hotel, no doubt dismayed at the recent stories of her hubby having a one night stand with a stripper in Atlanta.
Soon after Fergie stepped out, Josh was spotted leaving as well, leading to reports that the two have reconciled and decided to put the drama to rest.
Meanwhile, stripper Nicole Forrester is still stirring up trouble, telling Extra, “I’m sorry. I thought, ‘Nobody’s gonna find out. It’s not gonna hurt anybody.’ I’m sorry that I didn’t think of it like I think of it now.”
Forrester added, “She’s standing by her man, so obviously I’m not wrecking the home too bad, huh?”

Kicking his morning off with a stop at Starbucks, Josh Duhamel was spotted out earlier today (November 7) in Atlanta, GA.
Even with rumors and reports flying around the gossip world of the “Transformers” star cheating on wife, Fergie, he looked focused and prepared to take on his day of filming for his latest movie “Life As We Know It.”
Of the alleged affair with Atlanta stripper, Nicole Forrester, Josh continues to deny any allegations. A rep for the actor says, “This story is absolutely ridiculous. It is unfortunate that we have to respond to a story that was created because money was exchanged between a tabloid and this woman.”
So far Fergie is standing by her man and doesn’t buy the stripper’s claims, telling press, “These allegations are nonsense.”

The Atlanta stripper who claimed to have had a one-night stand with a very-married Josh Duhamel didn’t just pass a lie-detector test last week — turns out she is also in possession of several racy texts sent from the Transformers star himself that categorically corroborate the alleged affair. It also helps that Josh went around the set of his new movie blathering about it to anyone who’d listen. Us Magazine says
Nicole Forrester didn’t seek out the the National Enquirer in hopes of a payday.
“Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,? [Forrester's lawyer said]. “The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”
Various women across the country have now come forth to claim their own dubious sexcapades with Duhamel, 34.
On Oct. 30, a woman named Serena called in [to a San Francisco radio station] to say that while the then-engaged actor was filming the Transformers sequel at a New Mexico Air Force base in 2008, he slept with her best friend who was stationed there.
I think the lie-detector test and the texts pretty well seal the deal. The only way that stripper could be more convincing is if she also had a signed and dated photo of the actor which read “I put my wiener inside you and moved it in and out, Love Josh Duhamel.” And with his stellar track record for subterfuge, I wouldn’t necessarily rule that possibility out yet. Remember, celebrities are notoriously fucking stupid. It’s the only reason I have a job.

The Atlanta stripper who claims to have had a one night stand with Josh Duhamel told her story on a local radio station yesterday. The woman in question, Nicole Forrester, first sold her tale to the National Enquirer last week for a reported $20,000, although she says that money has yet to come through. She claims to have had a porn-filled hotel night with Duhamel after he came to her place of work, the ironically named “Tattletales.” Forrester isn’t backing down from her story, and is currently featured on the covers of People and US Weekly.
After watching the video of the woman’s interview, available on E! Online and below, I have to say that I believe her story. She’s not the brightest bulb, but it really sounds like she’s telling the truth. She says that Duhamel came in while she was working and that she had no idea who he was, but “knew he was really freakin’ hot. He was so hot.” A waitress at the club told her it was Josh Duhamel from Transformers and that he was married to Fergie. That doesn’t seem to have stopped her from hooking up with him or from letting him drive drunk with her to his hotel.
Forrester, a single mom, claims that the National Enquirer approached her first about the story and that she didn’t want to talk to them because of her kids. “I didn’t want my kids to find out I was a stripper. [They're] 13 and 10 and it would kind of mess up their school and just stuff like that.”
The Enquirer called her three times and said “we’re going to print the story anyway, they’re going to know you’re a stripper, so why don’t you make money off of it?” At that point she decided to come forward. E! Online has more from the interview:
Josh Duhamel seemingly put a stop to this, but it appears that Nicole Forrester is just getting started.
“We did hook up, we had lots of sex, and we had a really, really good time,” the stripper and mother of two said in an exclusive interview with The Bert Show on Atlanta’s Q100-FM.
“And then the next morning, when I left, you know, he kissed me on the cheek, really sweet guy.”
And a really married guy, too, of course.
Duhamel’s rep has vehemently denied Forrester’s story about having a one-night stand with the Transformers hottie. Mrs. Duhamel, aka Fergie, was with her hubby last night in Atlanta, where he’s filming Life As We Know It.
But Forrester says she has saved text messages and “a lot of evidence” that she had a tryst with the actor.
She denies feeding the story to the National Enquirer herself, saying that the tabloid came to her, offering her $500 just to come in and talk, after an anonymous tipster reported that Duhamel was bragging on the set that he had “banged a hot, blonde stripper at Tattletales.”
Forrester insists that she is not in this for the money or the 15 minutes of fame. She just wants to clear her name and not be branded a liar.
Yet she did, in fact, take money from the Enquirer?$500 for the initial sit-down and $1,500 to pass a polygraph test. (She says she was supposed to get $20,000 for spilling all the details to the mag, but that transaction was never completed.)
“I would actually pay money to make this go away. If I had it, I would do it, you know? But I don’t,” she shrugged. “Nothing I can change now…If it was going to get out there, I figured I might as well benefit from it. I think most people would.”
And she says she doesn’t fear Duhamel, Fergie or their legal team.
“No, because it’s the truth. I’m not lying about anything, and he’s just as guilty as I am.”
Sounds like a classic case of he-said, she-said, everybody-cringes.

As Kaiser said when she first covered this story, I believe this. The woman seemed genuine to me in the interview. Fergie is standing by her man, though, and the two made a very public show of solidarity on Tuesday night at a restaurant in Atlanta. Reports claim that Josh is in the doghouse, but it sure didn’t look like it as the two noshed on steak and lobster and were “snuggling up.” Do you think that Fergie knows what’s going on and either doesn’t care or has made peace with it?

With accusations of infidelity heating up, Fergie and Josh Duhamel are doing their best to put up a united front.
Spotted out on a date night in Atlanta just last night, the Black Eyed Peas singer and her “Transformers” hubby continue to deny allegations that Duhamel got cozy with a stripper named Nicole Forrester at the St. Regis Hotel on October 9th.
Of Fergie and Josh’s night out at Chops, the restaurant’s manager Kevin Brown tells People magazine that “they were snuggling up a little bit…. They were sitting next to each other in a booth side by side and talking closely.”
Brown adds, “We offered them a discreet table [but] she said, ‘I want to sit out where the action is.’ “
As for the alleged stripper tryst, a rep for Duhamel replied, “This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity. This story is absolutely ridiculous.”

The Josh Duhamel-stripper scandal is the cover story of both People and Us Weekly this week. The news of Josh?s alleged affair with a Georgia stripper broke in last week?s National Enquirer. The Enquirer paid the stripper for her story, and she (and the publication) are not backing down from the epic story of pr0n-filled seduction and sketchiness. Yesterday, the Chicago Sun-Times and the Enquirer even reported that Josh was ?in the doghouse? with Fergie because she knows there is something to the report.
Neither People nor Us Weekly has released their full cover stories online yet, but I?m going to take a wild guess and say that People?s story (?Rocked By Scandal?) is going to basically be written by Fergie and Josh?s publicist. Meanwhile, my guess is that Us Weekly?s story (?Cheating Shock: Fergie Betrayed?) will have some denials, but probably some juicy stuff too. Here?s the version People has online now:
Josh Duhamel and wife Fergie are denying another round of allegations from an Atlanta stripper that she had a one-night stand with the actor.
“This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity,” says Duhamel’s rep. “This story is absolutely ridiculous.”
A rep for Fergie adds: “These allegations are nonsense.”
In her latest interview, Nicole Forrester says she had sex with Duhamel in an Atlanta hotel a week after he came into the Tattletale club, where she works as a dancer. Forrester says she has text messages and polygraph test to back her up.
“We did hook up and had lots of sex and we had a really, really good time,” Forrester told Atlanta radio station Q100’s “Bert Show” on Monday.
Forrester, who originally sold her story to the National Enquirer for more than $20,000, says she now regrets coming forward because her children, a daughter, 10, and son, 13, hadn’t known she was a stripper.
“My son’s like: Mom are you doing anything different now? He doesn’t want me to do this anymore. He doesn’t want me to dance and I feel like I can’t dance,” she says. “I feel like people are just looking at me. It’s just bad. It’s just an uncomfortable situation with my children and all their friends know.”
But when the National Enquirer told her that it would run the story with or without her cooperation, she agreed to an interview and a polygraph, which she says she passed.
“It’s the truth,” she says. “I’m not lying about anything. I have nothing to hide and he’s just guilty as I am.”

Meanwhile, Radar has an interview with ?polygraph expert? Kenneth E. Blackstone, who conducted Nicole Forrester?s (the stripper?s) polygraph test for the Enquirer. Blackstone claims that Nicole was telling the truth:
Blackstone is a board-certified polygraph examiner and expert witness regarding the proper use of polygraph in civil, clinical and criminal testing settings about allegations of rape, child molestation, child abuse, and child homicide. He has thirty years of experience and has conducted more than 15,000 examinations and has more than one hundred court appearances as an expert witness. He conducted the polygraph test of Forrester at his headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
Blackstone tells RadarOnline.com, “In my 30 year career I have conducted between 15,000 and 20,000 polygraph examinations. The polygraph examination showed Nicole Forrester was being non-deceptive, telling the truth when she answered my questions. One of those questions was had she had sex with Josh Duhamel. And she answered yes.”
Forester’s account of Duhamel in her strip club has been verified by another eyewitness. And RadarOnline.com has learned that there are other incendiary charges affecting both Forester and Duhamel - charges that haven’t become public YET. Story developing.

I?ve said before, once I read the full story in the Enquirer, I believed that Josh had cheated. I?m not saying the stripper is being 100% honest, but I do think she and Josh had sex. I?d really like to hear Fergie?s thoughts on this whole thing. If she married Josh knowing that he had a zipper problem, and she?s willing to stick by him, then God bless. But if she is just taking his denials at face value, I?m worried for her. Poor Fergie.

Yesterday, we talked about the National Enquirer?s story about Josh Duhamel maybe having an affair with a stripper named Nicole Forrester (?Delilah?) while he was filming a movie in Georgia. From the moment the rumor of this story first hit the intertubes, Josh?s people have been denying it. Yesterday evening, Josh?s rep even went to Us Weekly with an even more hardcore denial: ?This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity. This story is absolutely ridiculous.?
It could absolutely be the case that the stripper is making the whole thing up - and paying for her story does not add to any credibility she might have had. I want to make that clear: this could be (and probably is) total bullsh-t. CB said I was too mean to Josh and Fergie yesterday, so let me correct myself - I don?t hate either of them, I just think they?re a really strange couple, and I, personally, could see how Josh might be the kind of guy who would cheat on his wife with a stripper. I guess I?m saying that I didn?t find the story shocking, but I can totally see how Josh and Fergie could be (and probably are) victims of some nasty tabloid reporting.
That being said, I enjoy some nasty tabloid reporting every now and then, and I enjoyed reading the stripper?s (paid) account of what went down between her and Josh in this week?s Enquirer. Here are some of the highlights:
Nicole tells the Enquirer that Josh initially identified himself as ?JD? at the club, and said he was in town making a pr0n movie. After drinking Grey Goose vodka together, Josh Duhamel had Nicole perform a nude dance for him and a male friend.
?The dance was $10, and he gave me a $10 tip on top of that,? Nicole said. Before Josh left, they exchanged phone numbers. The next day, Josh contacted her and asked her to visit him at his hotel.
?I got there at 1 a.m.,? she says. They began chatting, but Nicole said Josh was reluctant to talk about himself - or his wife Fergie. ?I kept asking about Fergie. He said, ?You know what you know.??
After drinking a Bud, Josh told Nicole he wanted to go for a drive and had a valet bring his car. He seemed drunk ?and he wanted to party,? Nicole said. ?He wasn?t using his turn signals, abiding by speed limits or stop signs. He said, ?This is an adventure.? He?s gorgeous - but crazy.?

I just wanted to stop right there with this question - why am I so much more offended that Josh was driving drunk (with the stripper?s enabling) than his alleged affair? Is there something wrong with me that I think drunk driving is way worse than cheating on your wife with a skeezy stripper? In my defense, he could have killed someone while driving drunk. By the next morning, Josh was ready to give Nicole the boot. ?He said, ?I can?t sleep with you here.? He sounded worried that somebody was going to come up. He was getting paranoid. When I walked out the door, he kissed me on the cheek. He said, ?I?ll call you. I?m in town for another month.??
?He went away for a week,? said Nicole, ?and didn?t answer my calls.? When they finally spoke again, she asked where he?d been. She says Josh snapped back: ?Don?t ask questions about my personal life!?

The story goes on - Nicole claims Josh tried to ?cover up? their one night of passion. By the way, I love the part of the story where the stripper is calling him again and again after their one night stand. That cracked me up. Anyway, the ?cover up? was Josh telling Nicole ?Honey, you have to deny that you ever knew me.? He told her that he loved his wife, and then they got into an argument. Honestly, both Nicole and Josh sound like total tools. The Enquirer goes on to state that Josh denies the sex, but not the being in the strip club, and the strip club people confirmed that he was there. Eh. Now that I?ve read the whole thing, I kind of believe it. So sue me.

Unhappy about the rumors swirling around him, Josh Duhamel’s rep is clearing up reports from the National Enquirer that said the actor cheated on his wife, Fergie.
The tabloid claimed that the affair happened in October with a blonde Atlanta stripper that goes by the name Delilah.
“This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity,” Duhamel’s rep claimed.
Continuing to deny any wrongdoing, the “Transformers” star’s rep adds, “This story is absolutely ridiculous.”

Back in July, we reported on an interesting little piece in the National Enquirer. They claimed that Josh Duhamel and Fergie were on the rocks after only six months of marriage. The reason? It seems that Josh really wanted to settle down and start their family, while Fergie was happy to go out every night and get smashed. A source told the Enquirer, ??He?s a traditional guy, and he wants a family? but she doesn?t seem capable of slowing down long enough to really consider children? She?s the toast of the music world? and has an incredibly hectic schedule touring, recording and performing. There aren?t enough hours in the day for everything she wants to do. Plus, she?s a major partier.? The gist was that even though Josh was ?madly in love? with Fergie, if she didn?t ?grow up? Josh would be out the door.
Now the Enquirer is reporting that Fergie has decided to try to get pregnant. No mention of whether she and Josh were really fighting, or if he was badgering her, they only say that Fergie has got it into her head that a baby would be cool or whatever. A source tells the Enquirer, ?She says pregnancy will be a crash course in cleaning up her act.? That really bothers me, actually. I believe you should clean up your act before your pregnancy, not during.
Desperate to get her marriage to Josh Duhamel back on track, Fergie has agreed to get pregnant - and she announced her change of heart in the middle of a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game!
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, the Black Eyed Peas thrush and her hunky thesp hubby were fighting just six months into their marriage.
Josh, 36, was ready to start a family, while Fergie, 34, continued to party. But after some soul-searching, she agreed to chill and promised Josh they could start trying for a baby after her tour ends in the fall, say sources.
“Fergie turned to Josh right in the middle of the baseball game and told him she wanted a baby to make their lives complete,” revealed a close friend.
“She says pregnancy will be a crash course in cleaning up her act.”
While Fergie had always planned to have kids, she wanted to put it off for a while.
Josh is thrilled by her change of heart, said the friend. “He adores Fergie, and he can’t wait for her to be pregnant.”

I?m still at a loss with this couple. I just don?t get it. Whenever I read or see an interview with Josh, he seems like a nice enough guy, though bland. How in the world did he end up with a girl like Fergie? And why does he think that she?ll ever be able to settle down and be this little wife and mother that he seems to want? In any case, even though I don?t get it, I wish them the best. They seem relatively harmless, and I do hope Fergie cleans up her act and gets pregnant, if that?s what she wants.
