There are a lot of things that you can say about Jennifer Garner, but no one can say that shes a mean girl or isnt thoughtful. Jennifer became an Instagram darling over the pandemic with cooking videos and live segments featuring yoga and her famous friends. Jennifer has taken the high road following some of her exs recent comments and is minding her business. She is also focused on helping people who are fighting the pandemic. Jennifer recently shared a video where she made homemade cookies and delivered them to first responders at LAC+USC Medical Center. Below are a few more details from Yahoo! and the video is below:

In the clip, Garner whips up a batch of cookies, then ties them in bags, which she places in a basket.
Shen then heads to the hospital and greets workers.
I?m so sorry to take you away, she says.
I appreciate you, she adds, before taking a group photo, with one person holding her basket of treats.
Garner has a reputation as a Nice Person, and her efforts here struck a chord.

This is such a feel good story. As you all know, I love a celebrity who finds ways to give back. Those cookies look delicious. I really liked that Jennifer took the time to take pictures with the workers. Jennifer has been one of my favorite celebrity accounts to follow during the pandemic because of how Betty Homemaker she is. She is still doing the live meditation sessions on Instagram with Pelotons Chelsea Jackson Roberts as well. I am sure the first responders at LACUSC appreciated Jennifers kind gesture. Jen is showing us how something as simple as homemade cookies can be a wonderful way to give thanks.

Baby2Baby is an LA-based charity that provides diapers and supplies to families in need. So many celebrities have been working with them for years, and the turnout was excellent at their tenth annual gala on Saturday. Kaiser is covering some of the other women who were there. First off is Jennifer Garner in a black satin strapless gown. Shes not wearing the maybe-engagement ring! I was hoping wed get a whole engagement announcement, but she either wasnt engaged or isnt ready to announce it. This is a pretty, simple gown and it makes her styling shine. Those emerald and diamond drop earrings and necklace are gorgeous and I love her green clutch. This is an elegant look.
Kerry Washington was also in Prada, in a blush off-the-shoulder silk-wool gown with crystal and sequin embroidery, according to an email Prada sent us. I like the retro silhouette and how tailored and flattering this is. It fits her perfectly. I like how the sequins are kind of raining down the front, thats cool. Her hair matches the late 50s/early 60s style of the look too.
Nicole Richie was in black Vintage Christian Dior with a subtle embellished overlay and little bows at the neck and waist. Her earrings are phenomenal. She must have had a busy weekend attending Pariss wedding and this gala. I cant confirm whether she went to either or both of Pariss wedding parties. If I was her I would have gone to the wedding and carnival at least.
Hilary Duff was in this red sequin Osman gown with puffy shoulders and a deep v-neck and high leg slit. This is straight out of Dynasty and is not that cute. It would be a fun dress for another occasion.
Ciara wore a brown Peter Dundas look that seemed mismatched. Its like they threw two separate dresses together and tried to make the parts work. This is just bizarre. Without the ruffles it might be a decent look.
Jenna Dewan was in a baby blue off the shoulder floral print satin gown. The print is a little fussy for me but she looks glamorous and happy.
Vanessa Bryant was there with her daughter, Natalia. They look so cute in coordinating Pink and I hope theyre both doing well. Vanessa was honored with the Giving Tree award for her support of Baby2Baby.

Jennifer Garner did an Instagram video talk with her friend Judy Greer. Its 25 minutes long and honestly I did not watch the whole thing, but you can see it below. They talked about their drinking habits during the pandemic, with Garner saying that she noticed she was drinking about a half glass of wine a night and maybe two on the weekends. Both Garner and Greer said that they are careful about how much they drink and have able to go without booze for week. They did not sound like they have issues with alcohol at all, but its good that theyre conscientious about it. Ive been sober five years and I would not need to abstain entirely if I could have a half drink a night or just two on a weekend night. I was never able to do that.
Garner is getting the most headlines for wearing what looks like an engagement ring on her left ring finger. She was drinking tea from a mug. It looked like she wanted everyone to see her ring and talk about it. If so, this was a cute way to make the announcement! Its a pretty three stone gold pearl ring and its unique and understated. It looks like it could be an antique ring, maybe something thats been in her boyfriends family.
If Garner is engaged, congratulations! Shes been back together with John Miller since April of this year. They were previously together from about the fall of 2018 until the summer of 2020. US reported at the time of their split than Miller wanted to get married but that Garner wasnt ready yet. The last we heard about them they were planning to introduce their kids to each other. Did he propose and did she accept? So far we dont have any official word, so well have to see. She hasnt denied the rumors yet either.

However on Wednesday she was wearing it on her middle finger. I bet its an heirloom ring and its too big for her!

In May and June, when the Bennifer reconciliation was new, sources were telling E! that Jennifer Garner wanted to stay out of the media circus surrounding her ex and his on-again ex-fiance. Other outlets reported that Garner could tell Affleck was happy and that she thought J.Lo was a good person. We also heard in May that Garner had reunited with her elusive ex, fast food technology businessman John Miller. Garner and Miller were previously together from about February, 2018 to the summer of last year. (We heard about them in the fall of 2018.) It looks like they really are on again because they were photographed out in New York together last week. You can see the photos in the tweet below and on People.com.
Garner is likely able to travel because Affleck and their kids are now hanging out in LA with Lopez and her kids. Bens mom is there to help out too with her grandkids. They were all seen at a showing of Hamilton and at a placed called The Magic Castle in Hollywood, which sounds awesome. Heres Peoples writeup on the Garner Miller sighting. Garner, 49, was spotted with John Miller, 43, in New York City on Tuesday. Garner donned a sweater, jeans and a face mask for the outing, while Miller wore dark pants and a flannel shirt rolled up to his elbows.
The pair casually dated in 2018 following Garners split from Ben Affleck, with a source telling PEOPLE at the time, Its not serious, but she enjoys his company. About a year later, Garner and Miller were seen together again, but never publicly confirmed their romance or split.

The photos are from somewhat far away, there arent any photos where theyre side by side or looking loved up, and none of the outlets have any sourced quotes about how this relationship is going. Plus the photo agency is Splash, which is not the agency that consistently has photos of the Garner-Afflecks, thats Backgrid (formerly Fame Flynet). All of this suggests that Garner didnt call the paps and that she was legitimately caught out with Miller. I could be wrong and she could be playing this cleverly by not giving any quotes yet. Anyway I hope shes getting hers and that shes able to chill and have a good time in NY. Its got to be nice to have a mini vacation on the other coast. I only have one kid and when he was younger it felt like a huge vacation just to get time off. He wasnt a tough kid to raise at all, its just a lot of work to be on mom duty 24/7. I didnt have nannies or help around the house though. Plus I bet she flew private to NY. That must be a major advantage to being crazy rich like that. I dont care about designer stuff but I would love to fly private.
Garner is back in LA now. She was spotted out shopping for school supplies with her kids on Sunday.

Happy last week of October 2020, Celebitches, and welcome to our next round of What?s in Jennifer Garner?s Womb! Poor Jen is doing her best on Instagram to post some light-hearted, wholesome content and can?t seem to avoid people asking whether she?s knocked up or not. Just for context, let?s remember that Jen is 48, has been broken up from her last serious relationship for a few months now, and her ex-husband is supposedly moving in and on the verge of prosing to his younger girlfriend. The last time Wombgate happened, Jen was just trying to introduce us to her uncles cows when her fans were all, ?hey, is that a baby bump?? And she was like, ?who, the cow? Wait, me?! If you listen to our podcast, you?ll know that Kaiser and I have no patience for people who don?t wear masks, even outside when theyre around people. You may also know that this week we talked about a certain future queen who doesn?t wear a mask when meeting new people. Yes it?s not required in her country and she?s outside, but we?re in a pandemic. We just saw a bunch of Republicans get covid after hanging out laughing in each other?s faces about how they?re going to take everyone?s rights away. It?s so funny to them that they planning to replace RBG a minute after she passed away, against her dying wishes.
So that?s why I?m running these photos of Jennifer Garner on the beach in Malibu on Saturday with her kids. Shes in a one piece, wearing a mask part of the time. That?s what decent human beings should do, wear a mask when we?re likely to encounter people, even outside. I?m not exactly saying that?s what the Republicans should have done at Amy Coney Barret?s nomination. I don?t want them to spread it to other people, and you know they already have, but I?m not broken up about the fact that so many of them are getting sick when all they?ve done is try to make other people sick and miserable. They?ve put us all at risk and have caused countless deaths by reopening places and by downplaying mask-wearing. They?ve hoarded all the resources to themselves and for their rich cronies while trying to deny and take away the very meager social safety net offered by the government. They got sick, in the middle of a pandemic, while working to take healthcare away.
So there you go, I just used some photos of Jennifer Garner on the beach to rant about the Republicans spreading covid. I also like Garner a little more now for setting a good example. These photos seem somewhat set up, since several outlets have them, but I?m ok with that. We?ve seen Ana De Armas hanging out with friends and with real estate agents without wearing a mask, I?m just saying. We know Garner is practical and thoughtful and we also know shes a good Democrat who campaigned for Hillary. I bet her reaction to the Amy Coney Barrett nomination being a superspreader event was quite similar to ours.

Native American communities have been hit hard by COVID and wildfires here in California. I visited Mono Tribal land last week to see @savethechildren?s educational support and disaster relief in action, and met families whose homeschool plan (because, pandemic?) turned, in a moment?s time, to homeschooling three kids in different grades in a tiny hotel room (because, fire/evacuation?). The strength and resilience of families up against it always leaves me inspired; I am grateful to be trusted with so many stories. On this trip I saw capable and loving leadership from Big Sandy Rancheria?s Tribal Chairperson Liz Kipp, I helped deliver a celebrated truckload of necessities from friend of Save the Children @baby2baby, and I participated in a prayer and offering to the burned tribal land, led by Darlene Franco. All of this sent me home feeling extra grateful and certain of the good in our beautiful country. . ?Creator, I give thanks for all good things we?ve been blessed with. I ask you to watch over us and to guide us. Help us to receive all that is good, and let go of the things that we don?t need. Last Friday, Jennifer Garner posted a lovely video of herself at her family?s farm in Oklahoma. Jennifer, wearing some denim overalls and really cute red wellingtons, introduced the viewers to some of the farms family ?pets,? several cows, happily chomping their breakfast and going about their cow business. Give this story a chance. I say that because when I saw the headlines and photos of Jennifer Garner crying because she?d watched the series finale of The Office, I rolled my eyes and jumped right over them. When I found out she?d posted them herself, I rolled my eyes a second time and gave a throaty ugh! However, it turns out I was too hasty. I should know by now to at least give Jen a chance. The story, according to Jen, is that she and her kids have been watching one episode a day of The Office during quarantine. Because lockdown has been prolonged over so many months, the Garner household wrapped up the series just recently. Jen, dressed in a Dunder-Mifflin logo tee and with some crazy dedicated Office wall art, fell apart. And for some reason, she recorded herself falling apart. Again, this is all over the series finale of The Office. To shake things up, I will quote her caption first. Jen wrote on Instagram:
My kids and I have spent months piled on the couch working our way through ?How to Behave as Grownups? ?????, aka #TheOffice. Apparently we are sensitive people?the finale hit us pretty hard. When I realized I?d accidentally shot my farewell testimonial in slo-mo I realized: your Monday might need this, too. ??????????

At this point, if you are cynical as I am, you are probably thinking this is kind of mawkish sentimentality that might just push you over the edge. But you have to watch the video she posted, it?s really funny. Apparently the Slo Mo taping was an accident but it allowed Jen to really examine her own reaction, which she acknowledged, in retrospect was a lot. Here?s Jen, watching and laughing at herself but in the middle of it, she starts feeling sorry for the Jen of the video. She even Bless Her Heart-ed herself!

Jennifer Garner kicked off this week with a week-long series on Instagram with yoga and meditation instructor Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Ph.D. . She hopes to make yoga and meditation more accessible by bringing us ten-minute daily Instagram Live sessions. This is a much-needed respite at this time.
Jennifer is hoping to create a daily meditation routine that she and her followers can stick to.
Garner took to Instagram on Sunday to share her very relatable struggles and announce that shes teaming up with Peloton yoga and meditation instructor, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Ph.D., for a week-long meditation series hosted on Instagram
According to Garners original IGTV every day from Monday, July 20 through Sunday, July 26 Roberts will go Live on IG Stories with Garner at either 7 a.m. or 10 a.m. PST (thats 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. EST) to guide followers through a 10-minuted meditation session
The pair kicked off their first session on Monday with a focus on getting to know one another. During the nearly 20-minute Instagram Live, Roberts shared how daily meditation can benefit everyone, especially amid the growing coronavirus pandemic and the fight against racism and racial injustice. She also revealed that meditation helps to inform and impact how shes experiencing the world today.
And before beginning to meditate, Roberts channeled her inner instructor and focused on a few basics, such as how and where to sit while meditating
From there, Roberts began to lead Garner and her groupies through a meditative body scan?a process thats especially ideal for beginners as it introduce[s] us to getting into our bodies and getting familiar and comfortable with our breath,? according to Roberts. No matter your level, a body scan involves mentally moving from your head down to your toes, honing in on any spots that might be holding tension. Roberts then instructed everyone to channel their breath as a superpower.

As a tantric yoga instructor for my brand The Aha Experience, I started a weekly yoga session on Saturdays for my Twitter friends. Its to help others ground themselves in these chaotic times and make yoga and meditation more accessible to people, especially people of color. With coronavirus and the injustices around the world, I know many are feeling drained, powerless, angry, and scared. Like Jennifer, I believe that having people choose one day out of a busy week to dedicate to themselves is priceless and healing.
As I work on building out a digital yoga platform, I will definitely be joining these daily sessions with Jennifer and Chelsea. In stressful times, even I forget to pause and check-in with myself. And it was not lost on me that out of all of the yoga and meditation instructors that Jennifer could have chosen, she chose a woman of color and that says a lot. Despite yoga and meditation being from India and South Asia, in the larger yoga and meditation worlds, people of color are largely erased.
