Happy last week of October 2020, Celebitches, and welcome to our next round of What?s in Jennifer Garner?s Womb! Poor Jen is doing her best on Instagram to post some light-hearted, wholesome content and can?t seem to avoid people asking whether she?s knocked up or not. Just for context, let?s remember that Jen is 48, has been broken up from her last serious relationship for a few months now, and her ex-husband is supposedly moving in and on the verge of prosing to his younger girlfriend. The last time Wombgate happened, Jen was just trying to introduce us to her uncles cows when her fans were all, ?hey, is that a baby bump?? And she was like, ?who, the cow? Wait, me?! No, it?s pizza, relax.? This time, Jen tried to show off her pretty impressive pumpkin carving skills, and lo and behold, people looked right past the pumpkin to the message:

If you listen to our podcast, you?ll know that Kaiser and I have no patience for people who don?t wear masks, even outside when theyre around people. You may also know that this week we talked about a certain future queen who doesn?t wear a mask when meeting new people. Yes it?s not required in her country and she?s outside, but we?re in a pandemic. We just saw a bunch of Republicans get covid after hanging out laughing in each other?s faces about how they?re going to take everyone?s rights away. It?s so funny to them that they planning to replace RBG a minute after she passed away, against her dying wishes.
So that?s why I?m running these photos of Jennifer Garner on the beach in Malibu on Saturday with her kids. Shes in a one piece, wearing a mask part of the time. That?s what decent human beings should do, wear a mask when we?re likely to encounter people, even outside. I?m not exactly saying that?s what the Republicans should have done at Amy Coney Barret?s nomination. I don?t want them to spread it to other people, and you know they already have, but I?m not broken up about the fact that so many of them are getting sick when all they?ve done is try to make other people sick and miserable. They?ve put us all at risk and have caused countless deaths by reopening places and by downplaying mask-wearing. They?ve hoarded all the resources to themselves and for their rich cronies while trying to deny and take away the very meager social safety net offered by the government. They got sick, in the middle of a pandemic, while working to take healthcare away.
So there you go, I just used some photos of Jennifer Garner on the beach to rant about the Republicans spreading covid. I also like Garner a little more now for setting a good example. These photos seem somewhat set up, since several outlets have them, but I?m ok with that. We?ve seen Ana De Armas hanging out with friends and with real estate agents without wearing a mask, I?m just saying. We know Garner is practical and thoughtful and we also know shes a good Democrat who campaigned for Hillary. I bet her reaction to the Amy Coney Barrett nomination being a superspreader event was quite similar to ours.

Native American communities have been hit hard by COVID and wildfires here in California. I visited Mono Tribal land last week to see @savethechildren?s educational support and disaster relief in action, and met families whose homeschool plan (because, pandemic?) turned, in a moment?s time, to homeschooling three kids in different grades in a tiny hotel room (because, fire/evacuation?). The strength and resilience of families up against it always leaves me inspired; I am grateful to be trusted with so many stories. On this trip I saw capable and loving leadership from Big Sandy Rancheria?s Tribal Chairperson Liz Kipp, I helped deliver a celebrated truckload of necessities from friend of Save the Children @baby2baby, and I participated in a prayer and offering to the burned tribal land, led by Darlene Franco. All of this sent me home feeling extra grateful and certain of the good in our beautiful country. . ?Creator, I give thanks for all good things we?ve been blessed with. I ask you to watch over us and to guide us. Help us to receive all that is good, and let go of the things that we don?t need. Last Friday, Jennifer Garner posted a lovely video of herself at her family?s farm in Oklahoma. Jennifer, wearing some denim overalls and really cute red wellingtons, introduced the viewers to some of the farms family ?pets,? several cows, happily chomping their breakfast and going about their cow business. It?s just a cute and silly video to promote one of the farms used for her organic Once Upon a Farm baby food line:

Give this story a chance. I say that because when I saw the headlines and photos of Jennifer Garner crying because she?d watched the series finale of The Office, I rolled my eyes and jumped right over them. When I found out she?d posted them herself, I rolled my eyes a second time and gave a throaty ugh! However, it turns out I was too hasty. I should know by now to at least give Jen a chance. The story, according to Jen, is that she and her kids have been watching one episode a day of The Office during quarantine. Because lockdown has been prolonged over so many months, the Garner household wrapped up the series just recently. Jen, dressed in a Dunder-Mifflin logo tee and with some crazy dedicated Office wall art, fell apart. And for some reason, she recorded herself falling apart. Again, this is all over the series finale of The Office. To shake things up, I will quote her caption first. Jen wrote on Instagram:
My kids and I have spent months piled on the couch working our way through ?How to Behave as Grownups? ?????, aka #TheOffice. Apparently we are sensitive people?the finale hit us pretty hard. When I realized I?d accidentally shot my farewell testimonial in slo-mo I realized: your Monday might need this, too. ??????????

At this point, if you are cynical as I am, you are probably thinking this is kind of mawkish sentimentality that might just push you over the edge. But you have to watch the video she posted, it?s really funny. Apparently the Slo Mo taping was an accident but it allowed Jen to really examine her own reaction, which she acknowledged, in retrospect was a lot. Here?s Jen, watching and laughing at herself but in the middle of it, she starts feeling sorry for the Jen of the video. She even Bless Her Heart-ed herself!

Jennifer Garner kicked off this week with a week-long series on Instagram with yoga and meditation instructor Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Ph.D. . She hopes to make yoga and meditation more accessible by bringing us ten-minute daily Instagram Live sessions. This is a much-needed respite at this time.
Jennifer is hoping to create a daily meditation routine that she and her followers can stick to.
Garner took to Instagram on Sunday to share her very relatable struggles and announce that shes teaming up with Peloton yoga and meditation instructor, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Ph.D., for a week-long meditation series hosted on Instagram
According to Garners original IGTV every day from Monday, July 20 through Sunday, July 26 Roberts will go Live on IG Stories with Garner at either 7 a.m. or 10 a.m. PST (thats 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. EST) to guide followers through a 10-minuted meditation session
The pair kicked off their first session on Monday with a focus on getting to know one another. During the nearly 20-minute Instagram Live, Roberts shared how daily meditation can benefit everyone, especially amid the growing coronavirus pandemic and the fight against racism and racial injustice. She also revealed that meditation helps to inform and impact how shes experiencing the world today.
And before beginning to meditate, Roberts channeled her inner instructor and focused on a few basics, such as how and where to sit while meditating
From there, Roberts began to lead Garner and her groupies through a meditative body scan?a process thats especially ideal for beginners as it introduce[s] us to getting into our bodies and getting familiar and comfortable with our breath,? according to Roberts. No matter your level, a body scan involves mentally moving from your head down to your toes, honing in on any spots that might be holding tension. Roberts then instructed everyone to channel their breath as a superpower.

As a tantric yoga instructor for my brand The Aha Experience, I started a weekly yoga session on Saturdays for my Twitter friends. Its to help others ground themselves in these chaotic times and make yoga and meditation more accessible to people, especially people of color. With coronavirus and the injustices around the world, I know many are feeling drained, powerless, angry, and scared. Like Jennifer, I believe that having people choose one day out of a busy week to dedicate to themselves is priceless and healing.
As I work on building out a digital yoga platform, I will definitely be joining these daily sessions with Jennifer and Chelsea. In stressful times, even I forget to pause and check-in with myself. And it was not lost on me that out of all of the yoga and meditation instructors that Jennifer could have chosen, she chose a woman of color and that says a lot. Despite yoga and meditation being from India and South Asia, in the larger yoga and meditation worlds, people of color are largely erased.

Jennifer Garner did an interview with Ellen and while it wasnt clear what she was promoting, she did help raise money for Save the Children. I came away from it liking her more. She can be performative when shes live on traditional talk shows, which is completely understandable, celebrities need to be on, but she was natural and funny in this interview. She explained that shes having her kids clean their house every Sunday, and she also told the story of how they ended up ordering a stroller for their cat. So many of you have noticed and mentioned that! Ellen and Jennifer played a scavenger hunt game where she had to find items around her house, and that was fun too.
On how shes doing in lockdown
Its been great, weve had our moments of course, but I think they really get the call to action of staying put and working hard to keep your chins up. Theyre cleaning the house and helping out. Every Sunday we [clean] the whole house. I finally let my son clean his own bathroom, hes 8. I walked in after and the whole bathtub was gray. He had put so much cleaner in it and then just filled it with water and emptied the water out. It took me 20 minutes of scrubbing.
On stroller cat
One of my kids was not into going for walks and we just had to get out of the house. I said what can we do, we have to just commit to going to walks. She said I want to take the cat. So we ordered a cat stroller. I blame Jessica Seinfeld because shes a cat lady and all of a sudden I have a cat stroller and I have a cat and I take it for walks. It has a leash.
Does you cat enjoy the stroller? It looks [confused]
I think its happy to go out and about. Its very titillated by the whole adventure. Its into it.

In the Gossip with Celebitchy podcast #53 we talk about stroller cat! (Thats at minute 34, heres a link right to that section.) I picked a comment about stroller cat as one of our comments of the week. Chandra/Kaiser said that it was thirsty of Jen to take the cat out in a stroller, and shes definitely thirsty (I said its a mom thirst for Tang or Capri Sun), but as a solution to getting her kid to go out with her its not as bad. Notice how Jen never says the name of any of her kids or even of her cat in this interview. She knows what shes doing. She also killed two birds by buying a stroller for their cat because it makes for cute photo ops and interview stories.
My moms friend has an adorably sleek male cat which she brings with her traveling. Id never seen a cat on a leash before that and was kind of fascinated by it. He was very much cat-like in that you couldnt predict where he would go, but he also seemed ok with being on the leash. It was more a tolerance of it than an enthusiasm.
Also, Garner has been a good ally. Check her Instagram. Shes not like Kristen Bell talking out of both sides of her mouth, although that bar is so low. As a sidenote she really should put that cat on her Instagram.

For those of you with small kids at home at this time, my thoughts are with you when theyre not obsessively focused on myself and my own situation. My son is 15 and we have our own challenges but I am grateful hes with me and is mostly self sufficient. Im trying to stay positive, to come up with sh-t to do and to count my blessings. Yesterday I ate a pint of Ben and Jerrys Peanut Butter Half Baked (holy sh-t that is amazing, with Haagen Dazs Coconut Caramel Chocolate Trio a close second) and it made me feel better for about ten minutes. Sometimes I wish I had a dog to force me to walk twice a day as I usually feel better after that but its hard to make myself get out of the house, especially when its cold and rainy and staying in is for the good of all.
Thanks for listening to me complain under the guise of concern. That was my introduction to these photos of Jennifer Garner out with her three kids, Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, 8. They walked their sweet golden retreiver, Birdie, whom they got as a puppy in the summer of 2015. We were told at the time that the new dog was another sign they are working together to raise kids and be in a kind relationship. Back then they were still wearing their rings for the kids too. Memories. Look they have their cat in a baby stroller too! I love that. Check out its fluffy ears theyre adorable.
No shade on these photos and Im glad that 80% of the Garner-Afflecks are doing well. We know how Ben is doing because hes been doing pap walks with his new girlfriend, Ana De Armas, almost every day. To be clear I dont think Afflarmas are calling the paparazzi, but theyre definitely playing it up for them. I watched a video of the photos below, taken Monday, on the photo agencys site for subscribers. There are cars driving by constantly. Ana and Ben stop for her to stand on the curb and lovingly stroke Bens face. This is the same move they did over the weekend too.
This time Ben walked his dog too, a beautiful German Shepard. Those are gorgeous, loyal and protective dogs. I have a friend with one who can never have more than one person over at a time or her dog will go crazy. She says she always feels safe with him there though. This is making me wonder if I can talk my new landlord into letting me have a dog after I keep paying my rent for a few months. Im thinking I want a border collie. They are also protective when needed but are super friendly. Back in October, 2017, we heard that Ben adopted a stray husky puppy. ET Online reported that and I dont think they got the breed wrong either. I wonder what happened to that dog and Im sure many of you know.
Do you like Anas boho top and skirt here? Its not my style but she looks super cute as always. She seems to favor the color magenta and it suits her.
Oh and Garners kids are getting stir crazy like all the kids. Samuel wrote this poem which he attributed to a fictional pen name. Thats really clever! As for the title of the post, I bet Garner wishes Ben was more discreet, at least for their kids sake, but I also bet she monitors their screen time. Shes said they dont have phones or iPads but that was ages ago.

I was wondering when we?d get an update about Jennifer Garner?s love life. No matter how many memes she posts or pretend cooking shows she does, she still goes back to the traditional press method and that?s what this is. I know I?m a cynical bitch, but it takes a Type A person to know one and US is Garner?s go-to outlet. Sources tell US Magazine that Jennifer?s boyfriend of a year, John Miller, really wants to marry her but that she?s the hold out.

The pair, who were first spotted together in October 2018, recently went on a ski vacation in Montana and are ?very much together,? explains the insider. ?All of their kids have met one another.?
So what?s stopping the couple from tying the knot? That would be the 13 Going on 30 actress, 47. The insider says Miller, 40, ?very much wants to marry? her, but ?he knows she can?t be rushed.?

In USs video they mention that Jen and John went skiing together on vacation in Montana. The additional quotes they have in the video are that Jen admires John because its just normal and that their bond is totally drama free. Thats coded shade for Ben but shes done this before. Us also says that Jen and John are spending time at Jens house in the evenings before she puts the kids to bed. Her children still know him as mommys friend. They havent even kissed in front of the kids.
As for Jon wanting to propose, I don?t think thats how this is playing out, because last January US reported that they would get engaged by the summer. I know people change their mind though so that could be the case here. It?s interesting to me that he?s almost never papped out with her and has avoided the paparazzi for the most part considering how much we see her, Ben and their kids on a daily basis. (They did get photographed out together in February of last year, but only one agency had those photos.) I suspect those were his terms when they first got together. In my opinion this doesn?t bode well for their relationship as I see her with someone more demonstrative. I could be wrong though and I hope she?s happy and fulfilled. She?s a good person and deserves happiness.
A lot of outlets were reporting that Jen wore old school Uggs the other day. That doesnt mean theyre back. Her shoe game is not on point.

US Magazine has two stories claiming that Jennifer Garner and Ben Afflecks co-parenting relationship isnt as rosy as previously reported. It seems like US divided up one print story, which didnt even make the cover, into two sourced stories on the website. It sounds like Jen is so fed up with Ben that shes finally letting the cracks show in the leaked stories to Us. Remember US is Jens go-to outlet. Its a little surprising to me, though, that shes being painted as somewhat of a perfectionist. It does sound like theyre hinting that Ben either isnt sober or that she just suspects hes drinking again. At first I thought these stories might be leaked by Bens side, but now I think Jen is just being self deprecating. Here are excerpts from those two stories on US:

?Ben has been filming in New Orleans and hadn?t seen the kids in a few weeks. They had a big week with Thanksgiving and Violet?s birthday. There was a lot of family time and things do come up,? the source explains. ?Jen wants things done a certain way and sometimes Ben isn?t able to do it in that way. Ben had to head back to New Orleans and couldn?t be part of Violet?s birthday celebration in the way that they had hoped for. Its a balancing act.?
?They are continuing to coparent and spend holidays together but there are issues with schedules and commitments,? the insider tells Us. ?It can be challenging to always be on the same page when you?re dealing with kids personalities, priorities and decision making.?
A second source adds that both Affleck and Garner are ?present? with their kids ?whenever they can be,? noting that the Gone Girl actor is back in Los Angeles ?whenever he has a break from a movie.?

?Jen puts up with a lot and does everything she can to keep it together,? the insider tells Us. ?She wants Ben to be in the kids? lives. That means dealing with things she isn?t happy about. Jen?s major sticking point is that Ben needs to be sober ? and truthful about it. There?s no wiggle room on that as far as his relationship with his kids goes. He?s trying to stay on track and be the best he can for them. But Jen doesn?t always trust him ? and relapse is always a concern.?
The source added, ?Regardless of any disagreements, they try to put on a happy face for the kids and put their needs first. There?s definitely a lot of resentment, but they?re a family first and foremost.?

Yes Jen bugs, but they have three kids that cant be easy, shes the one organizing everything and she wants Ben to show up and be present. I dont think that revealing this to US is the best move for her, but it has to have reached a truly annoying point for her to do that. (If thats whats happening here.) Also Jen has done so much for Ben, especially after their divorce. Remember how, around Halloween, she did a family photo op right after he was photographed falling off the wagon? People may call that codependency and it likely is, but its also looking out for Jens brand and the father of her children. I hope hes not drinking again.
On Sunday December 1, Ben, Jen and Bens mom went to church and then they went to a Christmas tree farm together. It was Violets birthday. Look at how Ben is talking to his mom and how mad he looks overall. Thats around the time frame referenced in this story.
