Treating themselves to an evening of culture, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted at a performance of ?God of Carnage? last night (April 13).
The ?Fight Club? stud and the ?Changeling? chick posed for a picture backstage at Los Angeles? Ahmanson Theatre following the show.
Brad and Ang looked to have enjoyed the opening night production by the Center Theatre Group, who also did the show in New York City in 2009.
Meanwhile, Angelina has been busy with her new jewelry collection, appropriately called ?Style of Jolie.?

Yesterday, I read that Brad Pitt had taken the older kids to see that movie, Hop, where the Easter Bunny is pooping jelly beans. It sounded like a fun outing, especially for a dad (temporarily) on his own with the kids. But Brad the Dad gets even cooler than jelly-bean-poop movies! Brad the Dad took the kids to an Easter egg hunt too. And it was for charity! Apparently, the kids were all very well-behaved in public:
Easter came early for the Jolie-Pitts! Brad Pitt took Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, and Shiloh, 4, to a screening of Russell Brand’s new animated film Hop on Sunday. The family- minus Angelina Jolie and 2-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox- also indulged in some sugary treats and hunted for Easter eggs.
“The kids participated in the hunt and everyone looked like they were having a great time,” a fellow guest told the L.A. Times. “They stayed for pretty much the whole time.”
Another witness told E! Online that Shiloh et all walked away with “chocolate-covered pretzel rods, gummy butterflies, gummy cherries and jelly beans.”
“The kids were so cute, polite and shy,” another source told the website. “Brad had to help them do the ordering of what they wanted in their little goody bags. They also made sure to take home some candy sticks for their siblings who weren’t there.”
Pitt, 47, was overheard quipping, “We always need something in our family, especially sugar!”
The event raised funds for EBMRF, a skin disease affecting children, and hosts included Hop stars James Marsden and Kaley Cuoco. Pitt is on the honorary advisory board for the EBMRF medical research foundation.

For some reason, I don?t think Brad is one of those fathers who seems overwhelmed when Mom is away. He actually seems to enjoy his ?single dad? time with the kids, which is really sweet. Of course, he only took the four older kids - I would imagine even SuperDad would find six kids (including two toddlers) overwhelming.
Also: I wonder what treats Zahara got? Do you think she?s a Peeps kind of Empress?

Showing off that infamous smile, Brad Pitt was spotted heading out for a bite to eat in Los Angeles, CA on Monday (April 4).
The ?Fight Club? stud teased the paparazzi by playing a game of peek-a-boo before hopping into his swanky vehicle and zipping off to Akasha health food restaurant with a friend.
On Sunday, Pitt took Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh to a screening of the new animated flick ?Hop.?
Afterward, the kids were treated to an early Easter egg hunt in which they hunted for eggs and Easter candy and looked to be having the time of their lives.

On Sunday, I published the new photos we had of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and all six of their children. The brood was walking around New Orleans, and they ended up buying some treats at Verti Market. The photos were cute, and notable because there hasn?t been a six-kid-strong public outing in a while. Also notable: how big Vivienne and Knox (and Fax Cannes, for that matter) are getting, and how all of the biological children basically all look alike. Anyway, for some reason, this outing was important enough to make the cover of People Magazine this week. Weird, right?
The family that sightsees together, stays together.
Roaming New Orleans last weekend, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were just continuing their family tradition of on-the-go together time with their brood of six: Maddox, 9; Pax, 7; Zahara, 6; Shiloh, 4; and 2-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
But the famously globetrotting clan isn’t always on the road: With the kids getting older, school schedules have started to take precedence and the family is often based in Los Angeles ? where their day-to-day life is surprisingly ordinary.
“The family live in a way that can best be described as organized chaos,” an insider tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story. “Of course it’s wild when all the kids are there, and evening tends to be a bit chaotic with dinner and bedtime.”
Pitt, 47, and Jolie, 35, “are both good with rules, and there are definitely consequences, like time-outs, for bad behavior,” adds the source. “But for the most part the kids all get along.”

Okay, this is actually starting to scare me a little, because I genuinely like/adore the Jolie-Pitts. What is up with them? Why the People Magazine cover reinforcing their solidarity? What are they trying to prove? It feels like there?s another shoe that?s about to drop. And I?ve said it before - I can handle whatever negative Jolie-Pitt story there is, because there are millions of negative stories and Angelina and Brad manage to keep on making it work. But I get suspicious and worried whenever their press gets too positive and ass-kissy. And this cover makes me suspicious.

Hard at work on his latest project, Brad Pitt hit the set of the crime thriller "Cogan's Trade" in New Orleans earlier today (March 21).
The 47-year-old actor and father of six was spotted wearing slicked-back hair, sunglasses, a black leather jacket and black trousers for the morning shoot.
Over the weekend (March 20), Brad took a little time out to join the rest of the Jolie-Pitt brood for a family outing at Louisiana's staple VertiMarte Deli, where the kids enjoyed a snack of juice and chips.
Angelina and the couple's six adorable little ones headed back to L.A last night (Marc 20), but Pitt will stay in New Orleans to film for the next couple of weeks,

I?m not even sure how to describe what?s happening in these photos. It looks like a photo shoot. A photo shoot with a really bad stylist, but a photo shoot nonetheless. I can?t even remember the last time I saw photos of Jolie-Pitt outing where ALL of the kids were present. Once again, I?m going to try to Guess the Biological Jolie-Pitt Child, but I?m pretty sure that Angelina is holding Viv in most of these photos, and Brad has Knox, and Shiloh is walking around. But really, who knows? At this point, Viv is a little Shiloh-doppelganger and Knox is pretty Shiloh-esque too, although? if you told me one of these kids was Fax Cannes, I would believe you.
Just a few things I wanted to point out:
*Knox/Mystery/Fax seems to be wearing Shiloh?s outgrown ?Montenegro Style? castoffs - little blazers and polo shirts, etc. Adorable.
*Empress Zahara is wearing skinny jeans and an oversized dress? Note that, stylists: dresses over jeans are BACK.
*In some of the photos, Empress Zahara seems to holding little Knox?s hand and mothering him a bit. Who knew? Empress Z will train Knox as her minion soon.
* I love how ?tough? both Pax and Maddox look. They?re like little gangsters. Like, the Asian kid version of West Side Story kind of gangsters.
*I have no idea what Brad is wearing. Why is he so covered up? Why does he have Beckham Hair?

Having arrived in the Big Easy on Friday afternoon, Angelina Jolie joined up with Brad Pitt for an outing with the entire family in New Orleans on Sunday (March 20).
The "Mr and Smith Smith" co-star couple each toted one of the twins, Vivienne and Knox, while Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Maddox all along for the weekend stroll to Berti Market in the Louisiana locale.
As for spending time in New Orleans, Pitt is currently in the midst of filming the Andrew Dominik directed mob movie "Cogan's Trade" alongside Ray Liotta and Sam Rockwell.
Meanwhile, Miss Jolie is easing into promotional mode as she and Johnny Depp's hit movie "The Tourist" is set to be released on DVD this Tuesday, March 22nd.

Getting into character as he partook in an evening shoot, Brad Pitt was hard at work on the set of "Cogan's Trade" in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday night (March 12).
The 47-year-old actor attired himself in an all-black ensemble with slicked back hair as he puffed on a cigarette while churning out scenes for director Andrew Dominik.
In the upcoming thriller, Pitt plays the lead role of Jackie Cogan - who is "a professional enforcer who investigates a heist that went down during a mob-protected poker game."
"Cogan's Trade" is slated to be released next year with the cast also featuring Oscar nominee Javier Bardem and "The Sopranos" star James Gandolfini, as well as Casey Affleck and Mark Ruffalo.

These are some newish photos of Brad Pitt, still on the New Orleans set of Cogan?s Trade. He?s still got the slicked-back hair, still doing the ?mobster couture? thing. But for some reason, I?m not getting as hot for these photos. Was I just attracted to Brad because of his sunglasses? Were the sunglasses the key to it?
Before I get to the smoking? I?d like to have a word about men and facial hair. I?ve dated guys who do this scraggly goatee thing before, and I don?t really hate it. I know some women and completely ?anti? any facial hair, especially when it?s a guy who would look so much better without it. But my general thought is that if you?re going to do facial hair, it should be a full goatee or a full (trimmed, but not excessively so) beard. The key is finding a balance between fussy facial hair and gross facial hair. How does Brad do on that count? Not bad, but not great.
Now, as for the smoking. It?s my understanding that the character Brad is playing smokes. You can even see Brad, about to get into the character?s car, with an unlit cigarette. BUT - Brad is still a smoker. He has gone back and forth over the years, and I do think he is able to quit for months at a time, but he always comes back to his addiction. I think his rule must be that he doesn?t smoke in front of his kids, and that he has to go and ?sneak off? to have a cig. Just my theory.

Is it wrong that I find Brad Pitt attractive with his Goodfellas styling? Is it wrong that I want to touch his greased back hair and have him tell me ?Fuggadaboutit?? Because I am genuinely disturbed by these turn of events. I?ve always thought Brad was an attractive man - too pretty in his early years, eventually maturing into a handsome-not-pretty man in his late 30s. But I?ve never really been hot for him. I?ve never wanted to wrap my legs around him, honestly. But these ?greasaball? photos are doing it for me, though. What is wrong with me?!? Anyway, these are new photos of Brad filming Cogan?s Trade in new Orleans on Wednesday. Here?s a bit more:
While the city of New Orleans was celebrating Fat Tuesday with parades and plenty of partying, one Big Easy resident wasn’t in the French Quarter clamoring for beads. Just three miles away in a warehouse in the Bywater section of town, Brad Pitt reported to the set of his new movie, Cogan’s Trade, which he’s also producing. In it, the leading man, who sported an all-black ensemble with slicked-back hair and long sideburns, plays a mob enforcer.
According to one eyewitness, when Pitt arrived back in New Orleans on Monday, “He genuinely seemed excited to be back in town. Brad waived to fans and had a huge smile.”
After spending the night at the family’s home in the French Quarter, Pitt had an early call time on Tuesday. “Brad arrived on the set bright and early,” a source says. “He was in a great mood and sipped a coffee while chatting with the cast and the crew.”
Angelina Jolie, who has been working on both Kung Fu Panda 2 and her directorial debut, which she’s filmed in Europe, is expected to join Pitt in New Orleans soon, along with their children.
Pitt’s Cogan’s Trade costars include Javier Bardem, Casey Affleck and James Gandolfini.
“Everyone on the movie is very excited that they get the opportunity to work with Brad,” a source tells PEOPLE. “He seems like a very nice guy.”

Also: you know that Javi is totally hot for Brad too, right? Javi has given several interviews about how beautiful and smart and amazing Brad is, and how their dongs might touch one day. God, I love homoeroticism. I want a Javi-Brad love scene in this film.
