Yesterday, Us Weekly released what must have been the jackpot millionth cover story involving ?Brangelina? and ?wedding?. At this point, all of the variations on this theme have been exhausted, but Us Weekly still made the panties of Brangeloonies everywhere a little bit damp when they claimed that the wedding is totally on, and that three different sources told them so. By the way, I read Us Weekly?s cover story last night (the full story), and there was just one hilarious line that really stood out: ?Brad and Angelina think large, glitzy weddings are tacky.? According to the gerbils, I suppose. OMG! So Brad thought his first wedding was tacky? And they think the royal wedding was tacky? Imagine what they’ll think of Kim Kardashian’s mess! Anyway, I guess the gerbils must have been on some really intense heroin high (they borrow it from Angie!), because People Magazine is now telling Us Weekly to STFU.
Those distant wedding bells that are supposed to be sounding for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are even further away than you think. Contrary to reports, multiple sources tell PEOPLE the couple won’t be walking down the aisle any time soon.
Calling the latest rumors “false,” one source says, “There is no evidence nor any single truth” to recent published reports that the couple will wed this summer or in the next few months, though the couple remain open to one day tying the knot.
Besides, they are too busy with projects and causes close to their hearts ? Pitt on set abroad filming his latest movie, World War Z, and Jolie just returned to Los Angeles, having spent family time with their children on Pitt’s Malta film location.
After shooting, Pitt will be busy with promotion for Moneyball and Cogan’s Trade, and Jolie will put the finishing touches on her directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey.
Last month, in her role as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Jolie also visited two islands in the southern Mediterranean Sea to highlight the crisis in the region, which is absorbing an unprecedented wave of asylum seekers fleeing starvation and political upheaval in Africa.
Not that the couple seem to be down on the thought of marriage ? and a few recent interviews helped fan the rumors.
Jolie, 36, told ABC News last year she and Pitt would get married if their kids ? Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, twins Knox and Vivienne, 3 ? asked them to, saying, “I think it would be hard to say no to the kids.” And Pitt, 47, told USA Weekend, “The kids ask about marriage. It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at.”
Add to that construction going on at Chateau Miraval, their home in the south of France, as well as the recent passage of gay marriage legislation in New York state (Pitt once said he and Jolie would get married when everyone legally can), and the rumor mill churns away!

So it?s not like People Magazine has gotten a hardcore, named-source denial either, they?re just being told by ?multiple sources? that Brad and Angelina ?have no plans? while Us Weekly?s ?multiple sources? keep saying ?they do have plans.? My guess is that People Mag wouldn?t have run with the denial unless they got a confirmation somewhere high up the Brangelina food chain (higher than gerbil of doom?!?!).
Lainey posited an interesting theory yesterday about the current round of marriage rumors - Lainey thinks that whether or not they?re actually planning something, they both want people to talk about them getting married, because of the presumptive Oscar campaigns that will be waged. I guess Brad is already thinking ahead to Tree of Life?s Oscar chances? But I don?t think Angelina has anything coming out.
Last thing - I wish we had access to these new photos of Angelina, Shiloh and the Empress exiting LAX yesterday. Empress Z?s shank-face is so magnificent, and Shiloh is just? she?s going to be such a beautiful woman.

I don?t know why Us Weekly is running what seems like a filler-article about Brangelina?s alleged upcoming wedding. This seems like more of an OK! Magazine or In Touch Weekly cover, but it seems like Us Weekly got ?confirmations? that a wedding is in the works from three different sources (Empress Z, Shiloh and Pax? Or three gerbils?). I still think this has a whiff of BS, thought. Enjoy:
Get ready for a royal wedding of another sort: After six years together (and six kids!), Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are planning a wedding set to take place within the next few months, three separate sources confirm in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday.
The “I do’s” could take place at their newly renovated Chateau Miraval in Correns, France (conveniently featuring a 16th-century chapel) — but don’t expect a lavish bash in the manner of Pitt’s $1 million nuptials in 2000 to Jennifer Aniston.
This super-couple’s wedding “would be intimate and informal,” one insider says of the pair.
?They are talking about getting married this summer,? a source close to the couple says. ?They are seriously considering it, but they may just do something on the fly, without any notice.?
Another source confirms the details, saying, ?They?re planning on to do it in September.?
?Marrying at home will show the kids their mom and dad are committed to each other for the long term,? yet another friend of the couple says.
Although Jolie, 36, and Pitt, 47, have long resisted traditional marriage until it became legal for everyone — gay or straight — their kids may have changed their mind.
“The kids ask about marriage,” Pitt told USA Today in May of Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 3. “It’s meaning more and more to them.”

My opinion is still that Angelina isn?t opposed to getting married, and that Brad is the holdout. Just last week, he issued a statement to People Magazine, reiterating his stance on gay marriage and making it sound like he wouldn?t marry until the gays could, in every state. Maybe that was just a deflection for the ZOMG WEDDING. Maybe we?ll get to see photos of Empress Z as a flower girl?!!? Don?t get my hopes up, Brange.

Brad Pitt is in Cancun, Mexico to promote Moneyball, for some reason. It doesn?t come out until September 23, first of all, so this is WAY too early. Second of all, CANCUN? Bitches just wanted a vacation! No, it?s the ?Summer of Sony? event where Sony films are previewed in a nice locale, and seemingly only a handful of photographers are invited, so not every outlet gets pics. It?s all done in the dumbest way. So, unfortunately, we don?t have access to the photos of Brad in Cancun - you can see some here, at The Mail. Brad Pitt may be hailed for his good looks but he’s revealed a sports accident at school nearly put paid to a career in Hollywood. Talking in Cancun, Mexico, where he’s promoting his new baseball movie Moneyball, the actor said: “I knew very little about baseball apart from taking one in the face in junior high.”
The accident resulted in 18 stitches and a scar underneath his left eye.
These days the star prefers to keep off the pitch but added: “I like to play ball with my boys.”
In Moneyball, Brad plays baseball manager Billy Beane. It’s based on the true story of the Oakland A’s general manager’s attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.
The 47-year-old, sporting a new blonde look, said the shoot was one of his toughest yet and eased the pressure by taking part in high jinx with his co-star Jonah Hill.
“It took so much mental power, it’s important to remember to enjoy your life,” he said.

Wait, what? It ?took so much mental power? to play a real-life baseball manager? I?ve seen the trailer for Moneyball - Brad doesn?t really look like he?s doing much heavy lifting, physically or emotionally, in the film.
But I would love to see Brad playing baseball with Maddox and Pax (and eventually ginger Knox). Why can?t the girls play too, though? I bet Empress Z has a good pitching arm.

The In Touch Weekly team decided to avoid writing a cover story about their pity party mascot for the past six years, Jennifer Aniston, and went with a Brangelina story this week. Sidenote: Us Weekly is the ONLY tabloid running with a ?Aniston is a homewrecker? cover story this week - how is this possible?!? Anyway, ITW?s cover story is all about how Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are finally going to get married this year. This September, to be exact. Of course this is all a figment of some editor?s imagination, but I think the wedding plans sound nice, and thinking about Empress Zahara as a flower girl is a great ?happy place.?
Brad and Angie decide after years of saying they would never tie the knot to take the plunge, and it?s all for their kids!
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have always been open about the fact that they do not feel the need to get married to prove their love ? but that is all changing! InTouch reports, ?the couple will wed in September, once all the renovations on their sprawling French estate, Chateau Mirval, are done.? What a huge change of heart!
A source tells the magazine, ?They want to hold it at the chapel at Miraval, and they?re already making up the list of people to invite. Out of all of their homes, it?s the perfect place for their family and closest friends to come together for a celebration.?
The children will all be involved of course, with Shiloh, Zahara and Vivienne walking down the aisle as flower girls and Zahara particularly excited about helping her mother select a dress! The kids have already started making artwork and decorations to paste in the chapel. Brad’s brother will be best man, Angie’s assistant Holly will be maid of honor, and Angie’s brother James Haven will help conduct the ceremony. And Angelina’s dad will walk her down the aisle, even though they have a contentious relationship.
The dress will be designed by L’Wren Scott. As for the rings, they are being designed with a special message by designer Robert Procop.
On the guest list: Johnny Depp, the Gwen Stefanis, Guy Richie, Bono, Paul Allen. Etc. Brad and Angelina have chosen September 23 as the wedding date because that is the autumnal equinox. A source says: “They both feel that the equinox holds special meaning because it is the day that the Earth is most balanced ? the night is as long as the day and the sun’s center is on the same plane as the Earth.”
The mag adds: “Will getting married on the equinox ring in a new age of balance and calm for Brad and Angelina? One can only hope.”

Paul Allen? Johnny Depp? I doubt it. Now, if the guest list included Matt Damon and Marianne Pearl, sure, THAT would be believable. Oh, and now I can?t get the idea of a L?Wren Scott wedding dress out of my head. I love almost everything L?Wren does - she cuts a beautiful, flattering dress, consistently. Angelina could do a lot worse than L?Wren as her wedding dress designer.

Here are some new photos of Brad Pitt on the Malta set of World War Z, which I think he?s going to be filming for most of the summer. I guess this is his style for the film too, because I think they?ve already started production. I have to say - Brad is looking really good to me lately. I liked it when he was looking all mobbed-up in NOLA, but now that his mullet has grown out and he looks cleaner, he?s working a genuinely attractive vibe. Plus, the man just looks good in blue (that scarf should go, though).
Considering I never really thought World War Z would ever get off the ground, I?m playing catchup as to the plot. It?s some kind of post-apocalypse story where Brad plays? a diplomat?
Brad, along with partner Angelina Jolie and their brood, have relocated to Malta while he films his new post-apocalyptic horror movie.
He plays the lead role of role of Max Brooks, an agent of the United Nations Postwar Commission who published a report a decade after the Zombie War.
Brooks scours the world collecting the stories and experiences of those who have survived the conflict that almost eradicated humanity.
The film, directed by Marc Foster, also stars Mireille Enos and Matthew Fox.

You know the name ?Mireille Enos? because she?s the redhead on The Killing. You know the name ?Matthew Fox? because he?s a douche, and he was the least-liked lead character on Lost. I fear that working with Brad will only go to Matthew Fox?s head and he will become utterly insufferable.
But I guess that we should be grateful that after the apocalypse comes, there will still be A) Handsome Brad Pitt-esque diplomats and B) Man-scarves.

Here are some new photos of Brad Pitt in Malta yesterday, where he will be filming World War Z shortly. Most people are saying that he?s scouting locations for the film. Sure. I will say this - Brad looks hot. I thought he looked hot when he was shooting that mob movie in NOLA, but now that his bob is grown out and he looks clean and de-greased? well, he?s really, really hot. According to Us Weekly, the Jolie-Pitts are due to spend a month in Malta, and they?ve rented an $11 million mansion in Qrendi, Malta, which is ?just five minutes from the ocean.? On Tuesday night, Angelina and Brad went out to dinner with some people from the film:
Explains a local insider: “It’s a lunchtime restaurant, so it was opened especially for them. Brad wanted a dinner for some of the people working on the film. It was an intimate setting.”
As ever, Pitt was “a gentleman” with his love of six years. “He held the door, and pulled out her seat,” the insider says, adding that the sat next to each other.

Er? honestly, and let me just let my Brangeloonie freak flag fly, I?ve always wondered which one - Brad or Angelina - was more opposed to getting married. At first, when they got together and Angelina was pregnant with Shiloh, I thought that Angelina was the one who didn?t really care about getting married, and that Brad was the one to want to nail this thing down. But over time? I tend to think that Brad is the one who is more reticent about marriage. I think Angelina is the one who not-so-secretly wants to get hitched. Basically, I doubt this story simply because I don?t buy these dynamics. I think Angelina is the one more in favor of marriage.
By the way, an unnamed insider tells Gossip Cop that Brangelina have ?no plans for a wedding, by the end of the year or otherwise.? It doesn?t really mean much, but there you go.

In the end, it was just too much color for her. Her system got overloaded by red-orange-coral sacky goodness and she ordered the gerbils to prepare a very special all-black ensemble for yet another outing, this one designed specifically to make us forget that she ever, EVER wore a color. So the gerbils arranged this outing - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, exiting Ozzie Dots yesterday in LA. Apparently the store is some kind of party supply place, and they got what seems to be birthday party decorations. Probably for Shiloh?s fifth birthday, which is this Friday (tomorrow!)? For some reason, though, I doubt Shiloh wanted a birthday theme of anything you could find at a party supply store. She probably wanted a samurai theme and Angelina was like ?How about ponies? How about a horse theme, babe??
Also, notice that in every photo, Angelina isn?t putting that lollipop to her mouth. It?s a prop! I want to see her eat a lollipop. I suspect she doesn?t know how to. She?s probably just holding it for Brad. Oh, and she?s carrying a Louis Vuitton bag. Of course!
Meanwhile, Brad has been talking about the Missouri floods and all of the terrible tornados in the Midwest: ?I spent a lot of time in Joppa Joplin*, MO. My grandparents are from there and it is about 50 or 60 miles from where I grew up, so we?re looking into it now? My thoughts are certainly with (the victims) and of course a lot of them will be coming out in the next few days, they have a big mountain ahead of them. I wish them the best.?

After spending the previous night on the red carpet, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie paired up for a relaxing afternoon of shopping in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (May 25).
The lovely couple first headed to La Luz De Jesus Gallery before stopping at Ozzie Dots to check out some costumes - possibly in preparation for a costume party for Angelina's upcoming birthday on June 4th.
As for their night on the red carpet on Tuesday, Brangelina were busy premiering Brad's new movie "The Tree of Life" an Bing Theatre.
Talking with press during the screening, Pitt told Us Weekly of his abusive father character: "I certainly don't raise my kids the same way [as my character does]. I am painfully aware that my actions leave an indelible mark on them in these formidable years. So I make sure I don't bring my crap home. I want to keep it free."

Back in the States after promoting overseas at the Cannes Film Festival, Angelina Jolie was joined by Brad Pitt for the Los Angeles premiere of DreamWorks Animation's "Kung Fu Panda 2" on Sunday (May 22).
With fellow stars Jack Black and Lucy Liu also on-hand, the castmates took to the Grauman's Chinese Theatre venue as they ready for their family film's May 26th release.
Recently talking about the Jennifer Yuh directed movie with the Sun-Times, Jolie brought up how she - as an adoptive parent - can relate to the storyline mulling over the adoption of the popular Po character.
Angelina told, ?I wondered if my children would ask questions. In our home, adoption and birth home are everyday words. Now those are words that Po is using in their favorite movie, and I think it?s just lovely.?
The mother of six added, ?We have conversations about how families come together all the time. My kids have been there to pick up a brother or sister from the orphanage. The word orphanage is not a bad word in our house. They?re good words.?
