Taking a break from her fledgling romance to spend time with her children and ex-husband, Kate Winslet was spotted enjoyed a little family get-together in New York City on Tuesday (Septemebr 28).
With ex Sam Mendes by her side, the Oscar winning actress happily watched on as son Joe Winslet Mendes participated in a kiddies soccer game at a local park.
As for her newfound love, Kate is said to be over the moon about boyfriend Louis Dowler.
A source tells Female First, "As far as Kate is concerned, they could go all the way together - get married, have kids. She's the happiest we've ever seen her. He really brings out a wonderful, carefree side to her that we haven't seen for years."
The insider added, "It wasn't that long ago that Kate was heartbroken. But we're all so happy to see her back to herself and looking sensational."

It?s always funny to think about Kate Winslet as a tabloid celebrity. She isn?t really, in America at least. But I guess she?s had some bouts with tabloid fame in Britain - and she?s even sued a few tabloids and magazines, and that?s probably why she lives in America most of the time - she gets treated like an actress, not a tabloid celebrity. However, Kate has been doing some Jessica Simpson moves lately. Since her split from husband Sam Mendes, Kate has only been dating one dude that we know of - male model Louis Fowler. Kate and Louis have probably been dating for about two months or so, and Kate pretty much gave him a tabloid roll-out, posing for candid photos with him just weeks into their relationship. If she was American, she might be getting a ?Revenge Divorce Diet? tabloid cover right about now.
Not to say I dislike Kate?s moves - she and Louis were in Madrid last night for a Vanity Fair party, and they amiably posed for lovely-dovey photos that I tend to think are aimed partially at her ex-husband. Something like, ?See, he doesn?t think I?m boring! I?m fabulous, a–hole!? And Kate does look fantastic. I don?t know if she?s on a Revenge Divorce Diet or whatever, but her figure looks great and her face has settled down after it looked like she was heavily Botoxed late last year and earlier this year. As for Louis? well, he?s no David Gandy, but he?ll do. He?s very cute, but he?s not ?pretty? which is nice. Kate can be the pretty one!

She?s never been one for sharing her private life, but last night (September 20) Kate Winslet was all about showing off her hunky new boyfriend.
The ?Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? actress looked to be enjoying the attention they received at the 58th Annual San Sebastian International Film Festival in Spain.
Winslet and her handsome gentleman caller Louis Dowler both looked snazzy as they smiled and posed for the paparazzi before heading inside.
Kate opted for an off-the-shoulder shirt black dress, while Dowler donned a black suit with a white button-up shirt.

Showing off her new partner, Kate Winslet held hands with her man Louis Dowler as she left the Groucho Club in London on Friday night (August 20).
Looking absolutely smitten, the Oscar winning actress and her new suitor headed to Mahiki nightclub in Mayfair to continue their night on the town.
The new romance comes after Kate and director Sam Mendes called it quits in March after seven years of marriage.
"The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement," a lawyer told press at the time. "Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."

I recently watched Revolutionary Road, and it took me a while to finally rent it as I’d heard that it was depressing. It was a real downer, but it also felt like a brutally honest film, one in which the color had gone out of a woman’s life and subsequently her marriage. (It bothered me that the children were shown so infrequently in the movie, but they were peripheral to the characters’ lives and I guess it made sense in that context.) The arguments were frustrating and I thought the performances by all the main characters were superb.
Leo recently commented in a kind of vague but telling way about the fact that Kate’s marriage to their director for the film, Sam Mendes, has ended. He said that “Hollywood and this movie business can be a killer for marriages.” Is Leo giving us hints that he’s not the marrying type? I think he’s already demonstrated that. Is he hinting that he knows more about the end of Kate and Sam’s relationship? It’s hard to tell, but Kate was gushing about how much she loved Leo when she was winning awards for that film, and called him more like her husband than Mendes. I never bought the rumors that these two were secret lovers, but they do admit that they’re close friends and I’m sure Kate confided in Leo about her relationship. Here’s more:
The Oscar-winning actress was so disturbed by the relaxed attitude of her husband Sam Mendes ? who she is now separated from ? to the raunchy scenes in 2008 film Revolutionary Road it made her question her marriage.
?It was certainly a difficult time. She was really worried that Sam wasn?t bothered by the fact that his wife was making out with another guy right in front of her,? Leo said. ?I told her it was only acting, but she kept on saying, ?This is really weird.?
?When Sam started telling her exactly how to have sex with me she didn?t like it at all. She was freaking out because she was supposed to be having sex with her best friend ? me ? while her husband directed. But I didn?t find it weird at all. It didn?t bother me, because that?s part of acting.?
Kate and Sam ? who married in secret in the Caribbean in May 2003 ? split in March by ?mutual agreement? and Leonardo thinks Hollywood was responsible for the death of their marriage.
?She loved being a wife,? he said. ?Some people are meant to be married and I think Kate?s one of them, but Hollywood and this movie business can be a killer for marriages.?
Shortly after their split it was reported Kate and Sam had a trial separation in 2009 after falling out while working together on Revolutionary Road.

That’s sweet that Leo called Kate his best friend! A couple of weeks ago we reported on the rumor that Kate had hooked up with a hot male model who worked for Burberry, among other high end designers. Kate was since photographed out with the guy while he was conveniently jogging shirtless, semi-confirming the rumors. I’m sure she doesn’t mind her estranged husband, who was rumored to be getting hot and heavy with a young actress, seeing those photos. Kate and her husband announced their split in March after seven years and a child together. (Kate also has a daughter from her first marriage.) As far as I can tell they have not officially filed for divorce yet. Maybe that’s coming now that Kate has so publicly stepped out with a new man.

And it seems things are going quite well for the ?Revolutionary Road? actress and the handsome British model.
A source close to the pair leaked, ?Louis has a good sense of humor and really is a lovely guy. He loves to surf and he's really quite engaging and very down-to-earth.?
?He's a good looking guy and gets lots of attention when he's out and about - but he's not your typical model. Not at all big-headed.?

The ?Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? actress has been spending plenty of quality time with her new beau Louis Dowler after friends introduced them.
A News of the World source explained, "They?ve been on lots of dates and get on really well. It's early days for them but they enjoy each other's company."
And it sounds like Dowler has a bright future in the modeling industry. His rep told press, "Clients love working with him and he is a fabulous and talented guy."

Kate Winslet is moving on in style after her director husband Sam Mendes may or may not have cheated on her with one of his young starlets. News of the World reports that she’s dating a Burberry model named Louis Dowler, that they’ve been together a few months and that they’re “inseparable.” For Kate’s sake, I hope this is true and that it’s not just a case of some model out for publicity. It would be worse if it was true and that the guy leaked the news for publicity, but if they’ve been together a few months that’s probably not what happened:

The Oscar-winning actress met hunk Louis Dowler secretly a few months ago through mutual friends. Since then they have become inseparable.
Like the blonde Titanic star, Louis - who has appeared in campaigns for fashion house Burberry with Kate Moss - is 34… ten years younger than Mendes.
And the British six-footer’s striking good looks certainly set him aside from the type twice-married Kate normally goes for.
A close source said: “Louis has been spending a lot of time with Kate recently and they were in New York together while he was shooting an advert.
“They’ve been on lots of dates and get on really well. It’s early days for them but they enjoy each other’s company.
“They have been desperate to keep the relationship under wraps so they’ve been a bit low-key so far.
“Louis has a good sense of humour and really is a lovely guy.

I don’t profess to know Kate’s type, but doesn’t she go for older men usually? Mendes is ten years older than her, and I know she had a relationship with a much older man who died when she was in her early twenties. She was married to another director named Jim Threapleton before Mendes, though, who is around her age and with whom she had her first child, daughter Mia, 9. (Kate is also mom to son Joe, 6, with Mendes.) If this is true, congratulations to Kate. I hope the guy is decent and that he’s good with her kids when and if she makes the choice to bring him around. Whatever is going on, he’s definitely nice eye candy.

Making for the third day of production, the trio of beauties are churning out a sure to be captivation campaign for Longines.
Aside from working alongside Aishwarya and Lin, Kate has been in the headlines for her amicable post-split relations with director Sam Mendes.
Denying the the friendliness is any sign of a rekindled romance, a source tells the Daily Mail, "The relationship is not going in the direction of a reunion at all, in fact it's quite the opposite. They are trying to deal with the break-up with dignity as privately as they can. They remain committed to the children and will be spending a limited amount of time together this holiday when one is dropping the children off, and so on, but that is all."
The insider adds, "To be crystal clear, there is no reunion, and there's no chance of a reunion."

The Miss World hottie and the ?Revolutionary War? beauty looked breath-taking as they shot several scenes for the cosmetics and beauty brand.
As a long time brand ambassador for L?Oreal, a source spoke of Aishwarya telling that she has always admired Winslet?s work and is very excited to meet and interact with the award-winning actress.
Ms Rai?s time with L?Oreal marked the beginning of the beauty giants launch into the Indian subcontinent.
