Bedhead already covered one of the first interviews with Woody Allen to come out of the Cannes Film Festival. Woody is there to promote his latest movie, Midnight in Paris, and these are some pics from the photo call. In my humble opinion, Rachel stole the show in this Maxime Simoens dress with floral appliqus. While the dress is kind of bridesmaid-y and bridal in general, Rachel looks stunning. She?s just? so pretty it hurts. I?m not a huge fan of her as a blonde, but this current blonde she?s working isn?t so bad. Not bad at all.

And here?s Rachel?s boyfriend, Michael Sheen, looking like Welsh Jesus.
And Owen Wilson, looking nice. I think he and Rachel are playing husband-wife or girlfriend-boyfriend in the film, but here they look like brother-sister.

Us Weekly has an exclusive photo of what looks to be a diamond ring on Rachel McAdams’ wedding finger. They ask if this means she’s engaged to Michael Sheen. Then a sentence later they say no, it’s just a ring. Cool story, bro!
In an exclusive Us Weekly photo, the Morning Glory actress, 32, showed off a brand-new ring on her wedding finger while out and about in L.A. on Sunday. Alas, it’s just a ring! A source close to McAdams tells Us she is “100 percent not engaged.” Sheen’s manager similarly denies the couple of about 10 months are headed for the altar.
So basically all Us did was get an exclusive photo of Rachel McAdams wearing a ring. Did they pay $500 for this? Because it seems totally worth it. Like my diamond encrusted Rolex that reflects so much light I can’t even tell the time.

Rachel McAdams takes the cover of the June issue of Elle Magazine. She?s promoting her work in Midnight in Paris, the Woody Allen film which is opening the Cannes Film Festival. She got to work with lots of good people in the film: Owen Wilson, Michael Sheen (who became her boyfriend), Marion Cotillard, and the FLOTUS of France, Madame Sarko, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. As for the interview in Elle (read the full Elle excerpts here)? well, Rachel is a well-adjusted, emotionally mature, intelligent woman. Which means that her interviews are never really dirty or juicy or anything fun. But I still like what she has to say:
On working with Owen Wilson: ?It?s definitely a different dynamic from the last time we were together. It wasn?t as fun being mean. I love that Woody likes good guys to be good guys and bad guys to be bad guys. Owen seemed to respond really well when I was a really bad guy.?
On her role in Mean Girls: ?With Mean Girls, I originally auditioned for the part that Lindsay Lohan played. I wouldn?t have seen myself playing Regina at all. But when I read the script, I thought, Oh, this part is way more fun; I wonder who will play that.??
On being a romantic: ?I am. When Billie Holiday comes on, I can?t help but be transported?and I?m sure it wasn?t as romantic then at all?but that?s the wonderful part of my job: dressing up and walking down the street in New York or Toronto, pretending I?m in the ?40s.?
On finding inspiration in her parents? marriage: ?[They are] Still together and still in love. I?m very blessed that way. I had a great example of love in front of me, and that?s probably what makes me such a romantic, because I?ve seen it firsthand.?
On her expectations for relationships: ?You grow up and you assume that everyone is like that, and you quickly realize that they?re not, and then you have those days when you wonder if you?re going to find it for yourself. It?s such a hard thing to find. I think it was more that realization that rocked me.?
On being hesitant to take on certain roles: ?Sometimes I don?t think I?m the best person for the job. That was the case with Morning Glory. Sometimes I think, Really? You see me as this? Just because I don?t see myself that way, does that mean I shouldn?t do it? I tend to go, Is this the right decision? What are the ramifications of doing this part? You can start to overanalyze. But once I make the decision, it?s full steam ahead.?
On the critics? reaction to Morning Glory: ?It?s funny, because so many people said to me, ?It?s the kind of film you don?t see anymore, done in a way that isn?t done anymore.? I thought that was a really positive thing, but apparently not. I only hear these businesspeople: ?Well, no one was sure who it was for.?

Oh, I loved Morning Glory! Have I talked about how much I enjoyed that film? There was a sweetness to it, and yes, there was something old-fashioned about it. It sort of reminded me of an old Katherine Hepburn movie - Rachel played the spirited, intelligent workaholic who threw everything into her career. I guess Harrison Ford was the Spencer Tracy character, the curmudgeon, the jackass who didn?t see what was right in front of him. I?m making it sound like there was something sexual between Harrison and Rachel, but there wasn?t it. It was just a really solid romantic comedy with an interesting female lead and solid character work by Harrison, Diane Keaton, Ty Burrell, Patrick Wilson and several other great people.

Making the most of her time up north, Rachel McAdams was spotted leaving the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto, Canada last night (April 6).
The ?Notebook? babe was joined by a few friends as she strolled out onto the street after catching some live music inside.
Rachel is in Toronto doing some reshoots for her new movie ?Dreamhouse? along with James Bond stud Daniel Craig.
Additionally, Ms. McAdams is featured in the new trailer for her upcoming flick ?Midnight in Paris? with Owen Wilson.

Giving a first look at his upcoming work, the theatrical trailer for "Midnight in Paris" has been released.
The much-awaited picture is directed by the legendary Woody Allen while starring Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams.
A synopsis via IMDB tells that "Midnight in Paris" is "a romantic comedy about a family traveling to the French capital for business. The party includes a young engaged couple forced to confront the illusion that a life different from their own is better."
Also starring Kathy Bates, Adrien Brody and Carla Bruni, the film is set to premeiere this May at the Cannes Film Festival.

Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen have been dating ever since last year?s Toronto Film Festival. Allegedly, or whatever, although there are many eyewitnesses who claim they saw them meet and spark immediately, and they?ve been all over each other ever since. The low-key couple has been spotted mostly in Canada, but we did get some great photos of Michael dropping Rachel off at the airport, including a cute airport makeout session. So? about five months. That?s how long they?ve been dating, by most accounts. Is it too soon to start with the engagement rumors?
From Wedding Crashers to wedding belle? Five months into the romance between Rachel McAdams, 32, and Michael Sheen, 41, ?they are heading towards a possible engagement,? a source says of the pair. ?He?s head over heels - it?s the real thing. There is no doubt they are made for one another.?

I agree that there is something about this coupling that gives me the warm-fuzzies (and I?m not that kind of person at all)? they just seem to fit together. I enjoy the idea of them together. So it wouldn?t surprise me if they were already talking about getting more serious, although Rachel doesn?t strike me as the crazy, lovesick type. She seems like a planner, a list-maker, not the kind of girl who would run off with a dude she?s been dating for five months. But maybe they just ?know?. Stranger things have happened!

We?ve had a lot of posts about Rachel McAdams and her need to hire a new stylist this week. Rachel and Harrison Ford have been on the Morning Glory publicity tour in Europe, otherwise known as ?Rachel?s fashion show of cheap-looking summer dresses?. Part of the problem has been that many of us feel that Rachel should go a shade or two darker with her hair. We also think she should rethink her makeup, especially the lipstick shades and the gold eyeliner. But a large chunk of the problem is, to put it simply, the budget clothes.
Anyway, these photos are of Rachel and Harrison in Paris today for the Morning Glory photo call (not the premiere). Rachel is wearing an Isabel Marant dress - this is the most covered-up she?s been from the waist up all week. It?s the most covered up, total, actually, considering that she?s wearing black tights too. I have to admit, I have a great deal of affection for the patterned-dress and black-tights look - it?s very 1990s. I used to wear stuff like this all of the time. When I was 19. It?s a very ?sophomore year at college, hang out at the coffeehouse? look. I?m not hating on it, I?m just saying it?s a bit dated and once again, it?s a bit too ?young? of a look for a woman of 32.
I get that Rachel looks younger, and she really is adorable and she?s got a great, petite figure, BUT I would love to see her try some ?I?m in my 30s and I?m business classy? looks. I great sheath dress, some pencil skirts and cashmere sweaters. A great pair of boots?and darker hair. This blonde crap isn?t working.

Here are some fresh photos of Rachel McAdams and Harrison Ford at the Madrid photo call for Morning Glory. Rachel decided to wear this odd, smocked green summer dress for the occasion. Much like her ?cocktail dress? at the London premiere a few days ago, I find this inappropriate for winter months, even if it is unseasonably warm in Madrid (is it?). Beyond the ?you?re wearing a smocked cotton summer dress in January? issue, there is also an issue of? cheapness. This looks like it came from Target. The discount rack at Target. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing something from Target, you know this dress probably costs hundreds of dollars. And that?s the problem. A $500 cotton, smocked, designer summer dress that looks like it came from a Target discount rack. Ugh. She really needs a new stylist.
Here?s Harrison Ford? I know some of you think he looks ancient, but I think he?s been looking really great on this press tour.

Showing up for some overseas promotions, Rachel McAdams and Harrison Ford were spotted at a photo call for ?Morning Glory? in Madrid, Spain today (January 13).
The ?Sherlock Holmes? hottie and the ?Indiana Jones? stud both looked to be in good spirits as they posed at the Villamagna Hotel with director Roger Michell.
