Halle Berry has done a ton of work in recent years to rehabilitate her image after a nasty, years-long custodial and financial dispute with her ex, Gabriel Aubry. It?s still kind of wild to see Halle carrying on like normal, like nothing ever happened and everyone on her timeline yelling ?you go girl? at everything she says and does. It?s bizarre, because in 2012-14, all kinds of accusations were being thrown around like it was just another day. Even back in 2015, Halle was still instigating beefs with Aubry over the court-mandated (and repeatedly reaffirmed) child support payments Halle had to make to Aubry. She just couldn?t get over the fact that she had to pay child support to her ex, and she did everything she could to halt payments, to be a deadbeat, and to even yank the joint custody away from Aubry.
I guess people either forgot about all of that messiness or they just want to forget it. By the end of that years-long debacle, Halle had thrown so much mud, I?m sure people still think Gabriel did something wrong and that Halle was somehow the wronged party, always and forever, because that?s how she always leaves relationships. Anyway, Halle is getting attention this week because she seemingly made a reference to all of this.
Halle Berry is firing back at online trolls who targeted her and her love life. The 54-year-old Oscar winner shared a quote on Instagram Saturday that read, Women dont owe you s?, which received plenty of love from fellow A-listers such as Chrissy Teigen, Vivica A. Fox and Tia Mowry.
One online troll caught Berrys attention when they commented, With all of your accomplishments, fame, beauty, it seems, as if, you CANT keep a man, to which Berry replied with, Who said I wanted to keep them? Im all about living your best life, if you make a wrong move, course correct and re-spin and start again!
Another commenter wrote, Says the women who cant keep a man. Berry responded with, Who says I wanna keep the wrong man? cuz?..I dont.

First of all, the Instagram post? it?s funny because the family court judge had to order Halle to pay child support like a million different times, because Halle DID owe a man some sh-t. So I feel like that was a pointed IG. But in general, yes, of course, women don?t owe men sh-t. And ?keeping a man? is such a stupid concept and most men are objectively terrible and all of that. That being said? I still wonder why things went so dead-quiet between Halle and Olivier Martinez. And I do wonder if Halle has just tried to not be so toxic in relationships now or something. Maybe.

| Britney Spears hopes 'she will be finally be freed from the vice-like grip of her father' | Added 3 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

The Framing Britney Spears docuseries has introduced/reintroduced so many people to what happened to Britney over the years, and how many people mistreated her or stole from her or failed to protect her. It?s been happening for more than two decades, although Brit?s conservatorship only began following her breakdown in 2007-08. That?s the part which is still screwing her over the legal and financial web of her conservatorship and wanting to wrest control away from her father, Jamie Spears. According to sources, Britney is happy that all of this dirty laundry is being aired on the docuseries, and she ?feels like there is light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel? and hopes that because of all of the support, ?she will be finally be freed from the vice-like grip of her father.? Britney also made some kind of reference to what?s happening on Twitter last night:
Each person has their story and their take on other people?s stories !!!! We all have so many different bright beautiful lives ????!!! Remember, no matter what we think we know about a person's life it is nothing compared to the actual person living behind the lens ?? !!!!

| Katy Perry: 'Nobody talks about the first six weeks after you have the baby' | Added 3 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

While Katy Perry?s pregnancy came as a ?surprise? when she did announce it, she also telegraphed the fact that she was preparing herself for big changes. Remember that? She went to therapy, she started talking about meditation a lot, and it just felt like she was trying to change her life and make everything have a different energy for the next chapter. She spent most of her pregnancy in lockdown because of the pandemic and she gave birth to her Virgo baby in late August last year. She hadn?t talked about the birth or the first months with the baby until very recently. She chatted with Jimmy Kimmel this week:
During a Monday chat on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the singer told host Jimmy Kimmel that having her daughter, Daisy Dove, now 5 months, was the best decision I ever made in my entire life. Perry, 36, also confirmed to the host that having Daisy was, in fact, a conscious decision for her and partner Orlando Bloom, saying that she has family, support and an incredible fianc by her side as she navigates new motherhood.
Hes done this before, he has a 10-year-old son ? so as much as I was like, I dont need to hear all those stories, they actually helped, she continued of Bloom, 44. [It's] like, Oh, youve had a run of this, you know how to do this. So hes been amazing, incredible, and were so in love and so grateful, Perry raved.
The Never Worn White singer went on to praise her fianc for being such a great support in the delivery room, right down to multitasking (i.e., being by Perrys side while also managing to film some of the experience). We had a little boombox. He was there and he was so wonderful, and just holding my hand and looking into my eyes, she told Kimmel, 53.
Later, sharing more details of daughters name, the American Idol judge said, Daisy, to me, means purity, and Dove means peace and Bloom feels like it means joy, so its very, Pure, peace and joy.
The singer also called for more attention on the postpartum period, revealing that she could not wipe [her] own butt right after giving birth. Nobody talks about the first six weeks after you have the baby. Oh my God, thats wild, what a roller coaster! Perry said.
[From People]
A lot of people talk about what happens to a woman?s body postpartum, but I get Katy?s larger point, which she?s been making in several different interviews, which is that we really do need a different way to talk and think about motherhood and going back to work. I feel like Katy?s perspective of ?nobody talks about this? is coming from the fact that she went back to work at American Idol like five weeks after Daisy was born. Which is way too soon! People expect new moms to act like Wonder Woman two seconds after giving birth and women internalize that sh-t and they?re like ?why isn?t anyone talking about how fking hard this is??
