Heading out for some exercise, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted taking a bike ride near their home on Sunday (October 17).
And of course the former ?Hills? stars made sure they were ready for plenty of paparazzi action, as they both donned stylish attire as they pedaled down the street looking more normal than ever following their crazy Costa Rican summer.

Having recently rekindled their marriage, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were lovey dovey during a beachside outing in Malibu, CA on Thursday (September 30).
The former "Hills" stars looked happier than ever as they watched the sun go down while eating s'mores and burning their divorce papers.
With Miss Montag having filed her separation papers back in July, the couple recently told People magazine, "We are back together trying to make things work."
The duo's statement added, "Costa Rica really put things in perspective. We do love each other and realized we do want to spend the rest of our lives together."

Confirming what seemed all too clear, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have officially called off their divorce by reconciling their relationship.
With Miss Montag having filed her separation papers back in July, the couple have since told People magazine, "We are back together trying to make things work."
The duo's statement adds, "Costa Rica really put things in perspective. We do love each other and realized we do want to spend the rest of our lives together."
The decision to reunite comes after the twosome went through sex tape negotiations and a few crazy antics in Costa Rica before returning home joined at the hip.
Miss Montag's attorney, Jodeane Farrell, told People, "After spending time together over these past several months Heidi and Spencer have decided to reconcile. The papers are on their way to court to be filed."

Showing off his freshly shaven face, Spencer Pratt joined wife Heidi Montag on beach romps for the paparazzi over the past few days in Malibu, California.
On Tuesday afternoon (September 21), the attention-starved duo appeared to be relaxed and in love as they sported colorful garb while smooching for the cameras.
The previous day, the "Hills" couple opted for matching white ensembles as they splashed about in the water with Spencer swooping up Heidi in his arms while running towards the sandy shoreline.
The publicity-garnering outing comes after Spencer and Heidi looked to be heading for divorce prior to a not-so-surprising turn of events - which wound up with the pair's recent reunion.

In celebration of her 24th birthday, Heidi Montag was spotted at the Santa Barbara Zoo yesterday afternoon (September 15).
Joined by her estranged husband Spencer Pratt, the ?Hills? babe looked to be having a great time as she strolled around with friends Venom, Garth, and Cougar.
Heidi even enjoyed a lobster and fish dinner with champagne on the Santa Barbara pier, and was spotted kissing Spencer as a symbol that they might actually be back together.
This comes after Montag told press, "As far as I'm concerned the last thing in the world after everything we have just been through is to go through with this divorce. But we are just taking life second by second."

Adding another year under her belt, Heidi Montag is celebrating her 24th birthday today (September 15).
The former ?Hills? star has been through a lot these past few years, though it seems she may be settling down from all the reality television drama and marital complications.
In fact, her husband Spencer Pratt has claimed that his recent arms possession arrest at the Costa Rica airport has brought the two of them closer together.
Heidi reportedly stood by Spencer during the ?wildest day ever of either of our lives? and Pratt hopes this means they won?t get divorced.
Spencer told press, ?It was clear we?re soul mates. I don?t see any reason we can?t get back on track.?
