Former Hills star Heidi Montag is boo-hooing to Life & Style magazine about her numerous plastic surgery scars that no one even would have ever seen had she not made the photographer zoom in 200x and then drawn little arrows pointing to them. The Daily Mail says:
She revealed a two-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a jagged line behind her ears from having them pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.
?I feel like I?m stuck with [my G-cup breasts] now,? she told the magazine. ?Sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi. I would love to not be ?plastic girl? or whatever they call me.
I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Surgery has ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world.?
Yes, surgery ruined her career. Not her complete lack of talent or likability. Not her douchebag asshat of a husband. Not MTV. Surgery. Even Sarah Palin isn?t that much in denial.

As 2010 comes to a close, Heidi Montag says it?s been the hardest year of her life, especially because of her massive plastic surgery run back in November of 2009.
The former ?Hills? hottie says she regrets getting all the work done, as it?s made her life and marriage quite complicated.
She explained,"This past year has been the hardest year and craziest year of my life. It's been a year since my surgery and that's really when my life and whole world kind of turned upside down."
"When I look in the mirror today, I don't really know who I see. It is me and it's not me. It's a very weird situation. Sometimes I'll run across an old photo and it's actually shocking sometimes because I've been three different people. I've had three different faces."
"Sometimes I wake up at night and I have chest pain, and... if I exercise a lot then I get sharp pains in my breasts sometimes. A lot of my scars won't ever go away."

Pity poor Heidi Montag. Someone held a gun to her head and forced her to have twenty million elective operations on her body in an effort to turn her into a more plastic version of a Barbie doll. And now that she has ?scars? she regrets the whole thing! SOB. Heidi gave an ?exclusive? interview to Life & Style Magazine for their cover story this week - and she even did a photo shoot with the magazine, showing off some of her plastic surgery scars. Heidi claims that she has terrible scarring from her watermelon-sized breast implants (shock!), her brow lift (gasp!), and her ass/back-scooping crap (gross). And there?s more!
Heidi sits down with Life & Style for an exclusive interview and photo shoot to share the unglamorous aftereffects of her plastic surgery, one year later.
Heidi Montag was seeking perfection when she famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in November 2009. Now a year later, Heidi reveals her operation-room battle wounds for the first time to Life & Style.
?Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery,? she told Life & Style exclusively at a photo shoot on Dec. 2. ?This is not what I signed up for.?
The former Hills star reveals a series of unsightly scars, red inflammation and uneven body parts including: a 2-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a horrifying jagged line behind her ears from having her ears pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots left on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs, a stretched mark on her chest and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.
?The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek,? Heidi tells Life & Style. ?People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.?
Heidi says the scars are constant reminders that she made a big mistake.
?I would love to not be ?plastic girl? or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I?m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.?

Do you feel for Heidi? I don?t. I don?t even think Heidi has a ?disease? - like body dysmorphic disorder. I think she?s just a famewhore who got a lot of dumb, unnecessary surgeries in an attempt to get attention and now she?s milking the after-effects for more sympathy and pity (attention!).

She?s openly admitted that she and husband Spencer Pratt are broke, and now Heidi Montag is learning martial arts because she can no longer pay for personal security.
The former ?Hills? star told Radar Online, "I can't afford security, so I practice self-defense and chain punching."
Adding, Heidi dished, "I have had to change my life. I can't afford to go out to the clubs anymore because the sort of protection I need can cost anywhere from 5 to 10 thousand dollars a night...That is actually where all my money went because safety is number one."
On a positive note, the insecure star may be benefiting from the martial arts classes as well. She said, "It gives me confidence I didn't have before. I am doing this self-defense because it gives me inner strength, and I feel safe in my home."

Coming in as no surprise, Heidi Montag is now trashing the plastic surgeon who tragically died in a car accident over the summer.
At the time of his Dr Frank Ryan?s death, the ?Hills? star expressed sadness, but now a few months later, Heidi is placing blame on the deceased doctor.
Claiming that she was misled about her 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, Montag told Entertainment Tonight, ?It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor?I didn?t know how excessive it really was?and to the extent a lot of stuff.?
A friend of Dr Ryan?s recently came to his defense, telling press, ?Heidi Montag is taking advantage of Dr. Ryan?s death. Heidi is just trying to stay famous.? (No surprise there.)

Declaring their love for one another once again, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have renewed their wedding vows.
According to ET Oline, the "Hills" couple said "I Do" during a romantic ceremony on Sunday afternoon at a beachfront house in Southern California.
Talking about the special occasion, Spencer told ET, "[This time] it's just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it's just about her. Versus last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings."
Chiming in, Miss Montag added, "It was about everyone but us, so this is really our first wedding about Spencer and I and our love. Now I feel like I can finally just be Heidi and just be in a marriage and just be a person. I?m just really enjoying every day."

It?s no secret that they?re one of the most hated celebrity couples in Tinseltown, and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have been offered jobs if they?re willing to leave the USA.
According to a report, the ?Hills? characters were given a $100,000-a-year salary offer from YouWager.com to head up the Entertainment Lines division of the company.
However, in order to fulfill their employment duties, Speidi would have to move to Costa Rica, where the company is stationed.
And while that wouldn?t normally sound appealing, the fact that Spencer and Heidi blew through $10 million and now owe $2 million in back taxes may have them heading south of the border.

These Heidi Montag photos are bothering me. First of all, her face once again looks different to me, although? it?s different in an old way. Has her plastic surgery ?settled?? Is this as natural as she?s going to look these days? Remember how horrible and plastic-Barbie-doll she looked before? Heidi?s face makes me think that no matter how much work you get, eventually you?ll go back to your original face in some way.
And then there?s the Curious Case of Tara Reid. Tara has been back on the sauce (amongst other things) for months now, and it seems that she?s also gotten some major work done recently. These are photos of Tara at a Halloween party on Friday night, and yes, that wig is doing her no favors (she went as Barbie). But still - if these photos weren?t labeled ?Tara Reid? I would have run out of guesses.
Basically, Halloween is extra scary this year.

Spending the holiday in Sin City, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were side-by-side at Pure nightclub inside Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday night (October 30).
The attention-loving pair shared smooches with Spencer also making time to play around with a stuffed doll while hosting a Halloween bash at the popular nightspot.
During their time in Vegas, Heidi chatted with Doug Elfman of the Las Vegas Review-Journal about being back together with Pratt.
She said, "Fortunately, we are together. So it's been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together and to have our friends there."
Continuing on, Heidi gushed, "I'm definitely feeling the best I've ever felt."

She made a name for herself by disapproving of daughter Heidi Montag's plastic surgery procedures, but now Darlene Egelhoff is having some issues of her own.
The restaurateur from Colorado is having trouble making ends meet since her 21-year-old establishment closed recently and now she?s cleaning houses to pay the bills.
Darlene gets recognized by her clients all the time. "That's very humbling for me and I very much appreciate that experience because I don?t ever want to get full of myself and think I?m too good to do anything."
Egelhoff claims she hasn?t spoken to Heidi in nine months and therefore hasn?t shared her financial hardship with her.
Instead, Darlene started a new blog called Metamorphosis of a Mother as a way of reaching out to Ms. Montag. There?s no word whether or not Heidi has read it.
