Here are some new photos of Halle Berry at the Jenesse Silver Rose gala last night in Beverly Hills. Halle has been a long-time supporter of the Jenesse Center, which provides support, housing, employment and medical care to victims of domestic violence. Halle began working with the center more than a decade ago, as part of her community service (for that hit-and-run in 1997), but after her community service ended, she stuck with the program and is currently one of their biggest advocates/champions/fundraisers. She?s usually the hostess or the big headliner at their annual gala too – it?s one of her rare red carpet appearances over the past few years. Last night, Halle wore this Dolce & Gabbana dress which is? okay. It looks good on her, and Halle?s body is still INSANE. But I kind of think that a charity gala might need a more conservative look? But that?s probably just me. Halle?s fianc, Olivier Martinez, was also at the event, but she made him walk separately.
She once donned skin-tight leather to portray the role of Catwoman. And Halle Berry showed her fondness for felines hasn?t dwindled when she attended a charity event this evening. The actress, 45, picked a leopard print dress to walk the red carpet at the Jenesse Silver Rose gala, which was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The frock clung to her curvaceous frame but remained elegant thanks to its knee length and long sleeves. However it also boasted a low cut and lace trimmed neckline which drew attention to Halle?s ample cleavage. Halle teamed the printed dress with simple black peep toe pumps and the only accessory she wore was her engagement ring.
Her fianc Olivier Martinez was also on hand at the gala tonight, although the pair posed separately. Olivier, 46, sported a black and white buttoned up shirt tucked into smart black trousers. However he dressed the ensemble down with the help of a casual leather jacket.
Halle has long supported the domestic violence charity and was last year honoured for her work with the organisation.
Perhaps her reasoning for posing apart from her beau had something to do with the custody battle she is currently in the middle of with her ex, Gabriel Aubry. Halle is hoping to move herself and daughter Nahla, four, to Paris to live with Olivier.
According to recent reports by TMZ the star?s legal counsel hope to prove that Gabriel?s modelling schedule would mean he has plenty of free time to travel back and forth from the US to Europe to visit Nahla. It is claimed he works sporadically as a model and she thinks he can still maintain a meaningful relationship with his daughter even if it is a long-distance one.

At this point, I can barely keep up with all of the stuff that Halle has thrown at Gabriel Aubry. The last I heard, California?s child services had exhaustively investigated all of Halle?s claims that Gabriel was an unfit father, and the state of California basically found that Gabriel was not abusive in any way, and that he had every right to have joint custody of his daughter. Shortly after that, Halle decided that she just HAD to move to France. You know what the biggest surprise is? That Olivier Martinez has stuck through it all. I joke about Halle keeping him chained up in her basement, but really, I think Olivier just has a real high tolerance for drama. Plus, he?s probably a little bit afraid of what Halle will accuse him of if he ever tries to dump her.

They certainly make for quite the adorable trio, as Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez were spotted having a marvelous time on the beach in Malibu, CA on Saturday (April 7).
The "Dark Tide" co-star couple romped along the sandy shoreline in front of Berry's waterfront abode, with Olivier pushing Nahla on the swings as Halle took keepsake photos.
A short while later, Nahla offered up a precious moment as she ran up and down the beach searching for the perfect flower.
Once satisfied with a yellow bloom, the 4-year-old sprinted towards an open-armed Martinez to present the flower to him as a present as her 45-year-old actress mom smilingly watched on.
Meanwhile, the happy family is expected to be spending Sunday celebrating Easter together - with this year being extra-special as Halle and Olivier recently confirmed their engagement to be married.

As we know, Halle Berry is engaged to French actor Oliver Martinez, and she’s hell bent on moving to France. She’s petitioned the judge in her custody case to approve the move, and according to reports the judge has indicated that no ruling on that issue will be made for at least six to nine months. That’s not deterring Halle at all. She was seen in Paris in mid March checking out schools for Nahla. And according to In Touch, Halle and Oliver are so anxious to make it official they’re planning to marry this summer in a “simple ceremony” in the French countryside.
Halle Berry’s gift to fiance Oliver Martinez? “The wedding of his dreams – in his native France,” says an insider of the twice-divorced star. Guests at the “simple summer ceremony” will include Halle’s mom, Judith, and her daughter, Nahal, who’s “super-excited to choose her flower girl dress.”

If I didn’t know any background on this story I would say that sounds sweet. Given what we’ve heard, I hope it isn’t true. Halle may be engaged again, but she did tell Oprah in 2004 that, point blank she will “never marry again.” Then in 2007 she told Oprah that she wanted another baby with then-boyfriend and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry and added that with Gabriel “I feel more married, in a way, than I ever have in two marriages before. He really understands the spiritual connection is so much more important than the paper and the pomp and circumstance and the ceremony.” We all know how that turned out. Well something changed for Halle with this new guy and she may be eating her words. Or not. We’ll see.
Here’s a photo chronology of Halle’s leg brace/boot. She was wearing it on 3-14-12 while grocery shopping in L.A. She wasn’t wearing it in Paris on 3-19 and in these latest engagement ring photos, from 3-29 she’s still not wearing it. So I guess we can assume her broken foot is healed.

After wrapping up a photo shoot at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Halle Berry joined up with fiance Olivier Martinez for a shopping excursion in Century City, CA on Thursday (April 5).
The "Dark Tide" co-star couple lovingly walked hand-in-hand around the Westfield Mall grounds while purchasing a few items for Halle's daughter Nahla at the Riginals store.
At 45-years-old, Miss Berry clearly has quite the impressive figure, of which her personal trainer, Nat Bardonnet, recently spoke about with Health and Fitness UK magazine's May 2012 issue.
Of the Oscar-winning actress' diet, Nat told, "Halle is diabetic. Nutrition is a big part of training and with Halle I don't need to change anything. She has breakfast before our morning workout and I advise her not to eat protein afterwards, because we don't want to build muscle. I also recommend she gets lots of vitamins by eating plenty of fresh food and for a treat or snack she usually has a protein bar."
Praising her star client, Miss Bardonnet added, "Laughter and love work for Halle - she's energetic and smiles a lot. She's found a great balance - which can be hard - and has an amazing body to show for it!"

Getting herself a little exposure prior to her new movie's release, Halle Berry was looking lovely while traversing about Studio City, CA on Thursday (March 29).
The 45-year-old actress stopped by a friend's house to pay a quick visit, later emerging and heading to her nearby car while obligingly holding out her hand for the shutterbugs as they snapped shots of her exquisite engagement ring.
As for Miss Berry's soon-to-be-released film, "Dark Tide" is all set to hit theaters on a limited basis tomorrow, March 30th.
Co-starring her real life fiance, Olivier Martinez, the John Stockwell directed thriller finds "a professional diver tutor return to deep waters after 9 years, following an almost fatal encounter with a great white shark. The nightmare from the deep is still lurking - more carnivorous and hungry than ever."

Olivier Martinez has confirmed that he is engaged to Halle Berry.
The actors have been the subject of much speculation over their relationship status, ever since Berry was spotted wearing an emerald and diamond ring on her ring finger in January.
However, the Frenchman has ended speculation by telling The Miami Herald the good news.
While promoting his new South Beach restaurant Villa Azur, he told a reporter: “Yes, of course it’s true.”
Berry’s ring was designed by Robert Mazlo of Paris, who Martinez called “a real artist” who has been making jewelry for “kings and queens for many centuries”.
I would wish Halle many years of martial bliss, but seeing as he’s French I don’t really see that happening. I think French and asshole are kind of matter of national pride. I’m pretty sure they sing about it somewhere in the “La Marseillaise”. I wouldn’t know for sure, of course. I don’t speak pig.

Getting her foot checked out, Halle Berry was spotted visiting a doctor?s office in Burbank, California yesterday (February 16).
The ?X-Men? starlet looked cute and casual in a yellow sweater with distressed jeans and a khaki cap as she walked inside with the help of crutches.
As for her custody battle with former lover Gabriel Aubry, Halle is claiming that their daughter Nahla is deathly afraid of her daddy.
Nahla told the Department of Children and Family Services that her father repeatedly screams at her and physically intimidates her nanny.

I feel like every day when I read news about Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s custody battle I change allegiances, although lately I’ve been firmly in the “team Nahla, her parents are whacked” camp. This latest story about Halle’s very serious death threats from a stalker has me feeling sorry for her and understanding why she would want to move overseas. (Until I read the counter argument, which is covered below.) Yesterday it looked like Halle was moving to France out of spite because she can’t legally strip Gabriel of visitation rights, but that might just be an added bonus for her. Not only is Halle’s stalker just out of jail, there’s also a crazy dude who wants to kill her (and Madonna) who just escaped from an insane asylum. It sounds like something out of a movie, but then so does most of Halle’s life. Here’s the story, from E!:
E! News has confirmed that the Oscar winner filed a request in family court to be able to move to France with her daughter Nahla because she fears for her life.
Two men, including one convicted of stalking Berry, are no longer locked up and the actress has no interest in finding out what their plans are now that they’re out.
But wait, how did her convicted stalker get out again?
Richard Franco pleaded guilty to stalking Berry and was sentenced to 386 days in jail, but was given credit for 193 days already served and then released Saturday after amassing 193 days’ worth of credits for work and good behavior.
He remains on five years’ probation and there’s a 10-year restraining order in place requiring him to stay away from Berry and her family.
“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me and those I love,” Berry stated in her criminal complaint against Franco.
Meanwhile, Berry’s camp has been informed that Robert Hoskins, a man who allegedly threatened to slit Berry’s throat?and who also allegedly threatened to slit Madonna’s throat and was shot by the Material Girl’s bodyguard in 1995?escaped from a mental institution last week.

Halle has been looking for a more secure mansion in Malibu, according to TMZ. Of course Radar has Gabriel Aubry’s deep thoughts on his custody battle, as per usual. They’re trying to call out Halle on her claims that she’s so scared and are saying that she’s using it as a convenient excuse. This rings true to me, but again I’m thinking that both sides are pushing back too hard and making it much worse than it needs to be.
Berry has formally petitioned to move to France with Nahla and her fianc, Olivier Martinez, but she is going to have to go to battle with Aubry who has vowed to fight the move. Under current terms of their custody agreement, neither parent can move out of Los Angeles County without the other’s permission.
Aubry is absolutely stunned that Halle is attempting to whisk his daughter to a foreign country. “Gabriel feels that Halle is just being vengeful and vindictive by attempting to move Nahla to France,” an insider close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.
“First of all, if Halle is concerned for her safety, why is she routinely seen around town without a bodyguard? Yes, she has had several stalkers over the years, but she has a top of the line security system at her house, and she can certainly afford to move to a safer location in Los Angeles in a gated community. Why would Halle want to take the father of her daughter out of her life and move to a foreign country? It just defies logic.”

We haven’t heard any confirmation that Halle and Oliver are actually engaged, but this story suggests that’s the case. The “source” goes on to say:
“Halle will be getting married for the third time. Gabriel’s lawyers are going to argue that there is nothing to guarantee this marriage will last. What then? Nahla could be uprooted again, she isn’t luggage for heavens sake,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “She needs her father in her life. Nahla and Gabriel are very, very close. He has always played a major role in Nahla’s life and the fact the Halle is attempting to sever that relationship disgusts him. He feels that Halle is disgruntled because she was unsuccessful in having restraining orders granted against him, and lost her attempts to have his custody of Nahla stripped. The timing of this is very, very suspect. Nahla would be very isolated in France, primarily because the lack of family and friends, and the language barrier.”

I agree that Nahla should stay in LA where she speaks the language and goes to school. It does seem punitive of Halle to want to move overseas at this time, but the argument that she has two homicidal stalkers on the loose is a pretty powerful one.
I would be more on Gabriel’s side if he would just stop talking to the press. He probably doesn’t have any other recourse to all the stories Halle is putting out there, though. Poor Nahla, really.

The ?Monster?s Ball? babe designed 5th Avenue by Halle Berry for German retailer Deichmann Shoes and will hit stores in March 2012.
Of her new lineup, Berry gushed, ?It?s a dream come true. Women have always loved shoes. It?s like if your hair is not right and your shoes are night right, the woman is not right.?
She continued, ?If both of them are right, you're pretty much OK. And shoes are a statement. They can be very sexy; they can say something about where you are in the day; they can say what your mood is; they give you a chance to accessorize. And I'm a girl that loves to change my shoes all the time. It's an expression of who you are really. I'm a girl if I find a shoe that I really like I like to get them in all colors. I'm big on that.?
?I would say I'm a nude girl because this goes with everything. You can dress it up and dress it down. I can't think of any girl who wouldn't want her name on a brand of shoes. I think that's pretty cool.?

Treating her little princess to a magical day, Halle Berry took Nahla Aubry on a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Saturday (January 14).
The "Swordfish" actress plopped her growing girl on her lap as she zipped around the theme park on a mobility scooter while her "Dark Tide" co-star beau Olivier Martinez walked alongside.
The trip to Disneyland comes just after reports claimed that Miss Berry had gotten engaged to Martinez, which stemmed from a statement made by a rep for Gurhan jewelers after Olivier purchased a diamond ring.
Having since backtracked on the engagement story, the Gurhan spokesperson now tells, "Although Halle is a great fan of Gurhan, we cannot confirm that she is wearing a Gurhan design."
Whether or not they're officially engaged, a source tells that the twosome are going strong, "Halle has found her true soul mate in Olivier and it's only a matter of time before they tie the knot. She's madly in love and knows she wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Olivier has been the rock that Halle has never had in any of her relationships."
