Well, we can all have a collective sigh of relief. Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez did not keep Nahla in France for very long, because these are photos of Halle and Olivier arriving back in LA with Nahla. Which is good news. Gabriel Aubry must have given Halle permission to take Nahla out of the country for the wedding and that?s it. Also good news? The paparazzi didn?t swarm Halle, Olivier and Nahla as much as they usually do, so there wasn?t some huge catastrophe when they arrived at LAX.
Meanwhile, Halle is still carrying beautifully, and she is ?glowing?. I think that?s a cheap way to describe a pregnant lady, but there it is. Halle looks beautiful and glowing from her pregnancy and her new marriage. Godspeed, Olivier. And don?t come crying to us when the whole thing falls apart.
Meanwhile, Halle was showing off her new wedding band at the airport ? I?m including a close-up of the band and her engagement ring, which Olivier designed with a friend, apparently. I actually love emeralds so, so much, but I have a real hate-on for this ring. It looks like a man?s pinkie ring rather than an engagement ring ? so much yellow gold, such a masculine setting. And that wedding band looks like it was molded out of Play-Doh.
Also: check out Halle?s henna tattoo on her clavicle. That?s really pretty!

After an eventful weekend, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez arrived back in the United States on Tuesday (July 16).
The newlyweds, along with Halle's daughter Nahla, tried to keep a low profile as they made their way past the waiting shutterbugs at LA's LAX Airport.
Showing off her growing baby bump in a figure hugging black dress, the bride sported a temporary tattoo across her chest.
On Saturday (July 13), Halle and Oliver tied the knot in a small ceremony at Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France.

Well, the reports last week were right! Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez got married yesterday in France. I guess they scouted locations for the wedding in June, when Olivier was a judge for the Paris Film Festival and Halle came along for company. Us Weekly was the first to confirm the Saturday nuptials, and it seems that they had the ceremony at Chateau des Conde. There are some photos from the locale at the end of the post ? it looks more like an old church rather than a ?chateau? but there is some kind of tent set up, so maybe the vows were said indoors and then they had the reception in a tent?
Halle and Olivier flew to France with Nahla, although there are no photos of her in France. I suspect ? and sincerely hope ? that Gabriel Aubry authorized this whole thing. Meaning, I hope it was okay with him that Halle took Nahla out of the country, and hope he has some kind of guarantee that Halle and Olivier will return to America. For Olivier?s part, he seems to have made his peace with living in LA, and he seems fine with having an American baby. I personally think that this wedding ? the timing of it ? was a rush-job, and perhaps Olivier?s way of shoring up his parental rights in advance. Basically, if and when Olivier and Halle split, Olivier will have an easier time asserting his custodial rights with his son than Gabriel ever had with Nahla.
Anyway, congrats to Halle and Olivier. I hope the third time?s the charm.

Taking some time out of her schedule for a pampering session, Halle Berry visited a Studio City, CA nail salon on Monday (July 8).
Rocking her baby bump in loose-fitting white pants and a tank top, the ?Cloud Atlas? cutie looked refreshed as she headed back to her SUV post appointment.
Meanwhile, a Montreal auction house has called off an auction of approximately four hundred items it claims belong to the mom-to-be.
The items include a hairbrush, nail clippers, and a custom sofa, however the merchandise belongs to Halle?s ex Gabriel Aubrey rather than the star.
After attorney?s drew up a cease and desist letter, the auctioneer posted a statement to their website saying, "No items were used by her, nor were any items provided by her or any agent of hers for the auction.?
It continued, "We apologize to her, and to the public, for the error. All goods were and are the property of Mr. Gabriel Aubry only.?

Taking care of some items on her to-do list, Halle Berry was out and about running errands on Saturday (July 6) in Hollywood, CA.
The "Cloud Atlas" cutie had a smile on her face as she showed off her growing baby bump in a black sundress while she and an assistant made a stop in a fabric store for some goodies before heading off for some lunch at Pink Taco.
With the birth of her second child, a boy, not to far off the actress is still managing to keep busy.
Late last month, Halle testified at the California Assembly in favor of better restrictions on paparazzi.

Keeping a close eye on her bun in the oven, Halle Berry headed over to her doctor?s office in Los Angeles for a routine appointment Wednesday afternoon (July 3).
The ?Swordfish? starlet tried to hide her growing baby bump beneath a draped tunic with a loose black skirt and black t-strap sandals as she exited the medical center.
Berry previously told press that although she felt it was unlikely she'd get pregnant again, she?s thrilled to be expecting.
?At 46, I didn't know if I'd be able to get pregnant again. Olivier and I have always wanted to be parents. But I didn't want to get my hopes up...God made the dream come true.?
?This pregnancy is like a miracle for me, an amazing gift, because this child was as wished for as it was expected. It's like a renewal of life...Good things happen too.?

Getting ready for the arrival of her baby boy, Halle Berry went furniture shopping on Friday (June 28) in Culver City, CA.
Showing off her growing baby bump in a blue patterned maxi dress, the ?Call? actress visited HD Buttercup with a friend to check out their collections.
On Wednesday, the 46-year-old mother testified before California lawmakers in support of stronger anti-paparazzi laws, saying her young daughter Nahla is scared to go to school because of intrusive shutterbugs.
Halle explained, ?I have to yell ?She?s a child. Leave my child alone. Leave my child alone.? We get into the car, and my daughter is now sobbing, and she says to me, ?Are they going to kill us? Are they going to kill us???

People are postponing weddings all over the place these days. I guess no one wants to get married in 2013? Is the 13th year of the millennium bad luck? Anyway, first Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux postponed their wedding (indefinitely!) and now Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are telling friends that they have no interest in getting married before their baby is born in October. Us Weekly says that they?re postponing the wedding because Halle?s ?fairy tale wedding? dream doesn?t include a baby bump:

?Halle wants to give birth to their son and then think about a beautiful wedding,? a Martinez family source says of the couple, who are set to welcome the little one in October. While Berry, 45, is thrilled to be pregnant, says a confidant, ?she wouldn?t be comfortable walking down the aisle with a big baby bump showing. For her, that?s not what fairy-tale weddings are all about.?
But the pair do have one plan nailed down: their baby will be born stateside.
?My son will be an American,? Olivier said. ?I feel good there.?

What do you think? I?m throwing shade on a 45 year old woman ? who is twice divorced, FYI ? still wanting a fairy tale wedding. I mean, it?s her life, her decisions, etc, but considering this is her third marriage and considering she?s 45 years old and she?s pregnant, you would think that ?fairy tale weddings? would be? I don?t know. Impossible? Impossibly cloying? Besides, I just have my doubts that the wedding will even take place. But you never know ? I think Halle found a guy who feeds into her issues perfectly. Halle and Olivier might be perfectly suited for each other.

The "Cloud Atlas" star donned a gray maxi dress and black sweater as she chatted with guests while feeding her baby bump.
Though the 46-year-old actress is thrilled to expand her family, her daughter Nahla seems equally stoked.
On Thursday, Halle took home some of her daughter's school projects and one included the question, "What is one thing you wish for?" The adorable 4-year-old responded, "A baby."

The "Cloud Atlas" star looked cute in a light gray shirt, black cardigan, black pants, and a gray cap as she carried her meal back to her vehicle.
Last week, the 46-year-old actress was in France for the Champs-Elyses Film Festival with her fiance Olivier Martinez.
During interviews with the press, the 47-year-old daddy-to-be revealed their little one's sex, saying, "My son will be an American, but I remain French."
