Kicking off the week with some motherly duties, Halle Berry was spotted dropping her daughter Nahla off at school in Hollywood today (August 1).
The ?Monster?s Ball? babe looked cute and casual in a grey v-neck shirt with dark trousers and a beige hat as she walked back to her car.
As for her stalker Richard Franco, Ms. Berry finally obtained a restraining order, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family.
Franco was caught jumping the wall around Halle?s house twice last month. He?s facing stalking and burglary charges.

Making the most of the gorgeous weather, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were spotted out in Malibu, California yesterday (July 31).
Joined by Berry?s daughter Nahla and mother Judith, the superstar couple hit up Geoffrey?s restaurant for some delicious eats.
After lunch, Halle and Nahla opted for some mother-daughter bonding time at the nearby beach, along with some friends.
And with the usual failure rate of relationships in Tinseltown, it seems Halle and Olivier just may have what it takes to make it last.

Meanwhile, Halle's love life looks to be right on track with her beau of a few months, Oliver Martinez.
Just last week, the much-talked twosome got touch-feely with one another while enjoying a romantic lunch at posh L.A. eatery Little Door.

Reuniting with her little one after a day of learning, Halle Berry was was spotted picking up her daughter, Nahla, from her Los Angeles preschool earlier this afternoon.
The 44-year-old actress proudly held on to a duo of arts and crafts her adorable 3-year-old tot made, all the while looking rather unhappy about the impending shutterbugs.
Meanwhile, Halle's custody battle with her ex and father of her child, Gabriel Aubry carries on.
During a recent court visit, Berry's attorney claimed Aubry had broke the rules of the twosome's custody order and even went as far as to allege that the Calvin Klein model had neglected Nahla during a prior visit.

Heading home after a routine trip to the doctor's office, Halle Berry and daughter Nahla Aubry were side-by-side in Santa Monica, California yesterday (July 18).
The adorable mother/daughter duo kept it casual for the tot's stop at the pediatrician's, as 44-year-old Halle sported a ball cap, gray t-shirt and cut-off jean shorts and 3-year-old Nahla donned a precious white sundress topped off with a colorful pair of Crocs.

Well, I was wrong. My sixth sense failed me. Or did it? DUN-DUN-DUN. A few days ago, I got a spooky feeling that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were dunzo. They hadn?t been pap?d together for nearly more than a month. Well, Olivier hadn?t been seen at all for more than a month, and I thought he might have bolted, or he could have been shackled in Halle?s dungeon (you never know). But Halle and Olivier stepped out yesterday, looking? er, not exactly happy. In some of these photos, I swear Olivier is being led, hostage-style, at gunpoint. So I?ll admit that I wrong, but I?ll also take credit for this perp-walk. Perhaps Halle figured it was time to do a photo op and her crazy ass demanded that Olivier walk with her in front of cameras. OR ELSE.
What does this mean? Perhaps it?s like Halle said to Gabriel Aubry, in a conversation he allegedly, secretly recorded - Halle views this relationship as ?business?. She and Olivier are ?together? for as long as it takes to get their film Dark Tide out and promoted, and then they?ll not-so-quietly split and suddenly we?ll hear from Team Halle about how Olivier is a terrible, racist, abusive monster?
All I know is that this doesn?t really look like a couple in love. Oh, and Halle?s hair is much too short. I don?t like this new haircut.

Yesterday, as I was looking through these photos of Halle Berry and Nahla, I had a spooky moment of intuition. My thought: I don?t think Halle and Olivier Martinez are together anymore. He hasn?t been photographed in LA since the beginning of June, and I?m wondering if he hasn?t gone back to France or something. Maybe it?s nothing. Maybe I?m just creating controversy where none exists. But I just had a feeling that I thought I?d share. Incidentally, the film that Olivier and Halle did together in South Africa, Dark Tide, had a trailer-release a few weeks ago, but then the trailer was pulled off of most sites. It still doesn?t have a release date, as far as I can find. Is there some kind of conspiracy? Hmm?
Anyway, new photos of Halle and Nahla. Halle has been getting a lot time with Nahla in front of the paps lately, so it?s not like this photo set is anything new. What?s interesting, I suppose, is that both Halle and Gabriel Aubry seem to be doing a lot of candid photo ops with Nahla, especially since Halle is trying to end Gabriel?s parental and custodial rights.
Oh, and Halle?s stalker was finally arrested. He was all over the news over the weekend, hopping over her fence and trying to get to her. Anyway, they finally caught him, thank God. He?s being booked for felony stalking.

Heading out to pick up her little lady from school, Halle Berry was spotted in Beverly Hills, CA on Monday (July 11).
The ?Catwoman? beauty looked cute and casual in cropped sweats, a white tank and military hat as she carried her too-cute tot to their nearby car.
Wearing a big smile on her face, Halle's cheerful mood comes after she had quite the scare over the weekend when she noticed a man holding some sort of book staring at her through her kitchen window.
After running to the phone and calling for help, an LAPD helicopter circled Berry?s home for nearly an hour on the lookout for the trespasser.
A number of police officers scanned the area as well, but the hunt for the man is still on. The police believe the suspect is an obsessed fan.

The 44-year-old beauty looked summer chic as she filled up her tank with petrol - wearing a pair of over-sized sunglasses, a multi-colored print dress and gold sandals.
Aside from going about the daily grind, Halle is readying herself for her newest project, the sci-fi film "Cloud Alas."
The movie, which intertwines six stores set in different times and places, also stars Hollywood heavyweights Tom Hanks and Susan Sarandon.

Getting their 4th of July weekend started on the right note, Halle Berry was spotted picking up Nahla from a party on Friday afternoon (July 1).
With a trendy shorter ?do, the ?Catwoman? babe looked gorgeous in a white frock and gladiator sandals as she picked up her little princess from the Los Angeles soiree
Earlier in the week, Ms Berry made an appearance in family court, accusing her ex, Gabriel Aubry, of neglecting their daughter, specifically imperiling her safety.
After Halle asked the judge to rule that Gabriel violated their custody agreement, but since he was not in court, the issue has been pushed back to another hearing at a later date.
