Taking care of her to-do list, Halle Berry was spotted doing a little grocery shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (May 17).
The sexy ?Swordfish? starlet headed over to the popular market Bristol Farms where she nabbed a few bags of goodies before heading hom.
Halle is featured in the latest Revlon Global Brand Ambassadors ad campaign, which will be featured in July 2012 fashion magazines.
And she?s in good company- other celebs in the campaign include Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde.

Spending some mommy/daughter time together, Halle Berry took her daughter Nahla for a quick shopping session at CVS in West Hollywood, CA on Wednesday afternoon (May 16).
The Academy Award-winning actress kept her look casual in a floor length flowing black skirt, see through brown top and sandals as she helped her adorable daughter do some after school shopping.
In other news, the "X-Men" actress recently opened up about her frustration with the paparazzi in the United States, and has even talked about moving elsewhere with stricter law enforcement.
In a recent interview with Extra, the gorgeous actress explained she wants to take her concerns to President Barack Obama adding, "You know, I think I?m going to call Obama and say, ?Look, can you help us? I know this seems like a little issue right now, but it?s a big issue in our lives and our lives at the school and our children being protected."
She added, "There are no laws here that protect our children and, as a mom coming to the school ? not only my child, but all the children that are there. It?s just wrong, wrong, wrong.?

These are some new photos of Halle Berry at Revoln?s Run-Walk yesterday in LA. I?m really not crazy about her hair – does anyone think she looks a bit Janet Jackson-ish? And by that I mean tweaked. Anyway, last week, CB discussed an unfortunate incident in which Halle Berry went OFF on some paparazzi who were set up outside of Nahla Aubry?s school. As CB said, while Halle seems like a piece of work, the paparazzi?s actions were ridiculous and likely illegal too. It doesn?t matter if Halle calls the paps to photograph ?happy family candid portraits? with Nahla and Olivier Martinez – the paps still shouldn?t be at Nahla?s school. Halle had every right to be angry and to yell about it, and she probably should have pressed charges too. Unfortunately for Nahla?s father, Halle is also going to use the incident to push harder to move to France with Nahla and Olivier. Oh, Halle. Stop.
Halle Berry is “more committed than ever” to moving her four-year-old daughter to France, following a nasty altercation with an over zealous and aggressive paparazzo, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The pressure that has been building over recent months reached boiling point for the 45-year-old actress this week when she arrived to pick up Nahla from school and ended up in a heated verbal battle with an angry photographer.
The Catwoman star was swarmed by photographers and asked them get off the school property or she would call the police, reveals an eyewitness, prompting one snapper to snarl, ?f**k off… you make millions and I have a right to make money too.?
Halle became inflamed by the confrontation and began arguing with the photographer telling him, ?Why don?t you go do an honest job and stop harassing me and my daughter??
A school official and another parent got drawn into the drama, and the police soon arrived to inform all of the paparazzi to leave the grounds and helped the Oscar winner safely escort Nahla to her car.
?The school has only ever seen this type of chaos since Halle arrived with Nahla,? revealed a fellow parent, adding that even though there are other celebrity children who attend the school, they?ve only witnessed this type of aggression from the paparazzi towards Halle.
One of the mothers revealed that after the photographers were forced to leave by police, Halle broke down in tears and sobbed that this is no way for Nahla to live, saying she does everything in her power to protect the little girl.
In the past, friends have stated that Nahla is terrified when she sees the paparazzi anywhere and Halle has asked them to stop taking her picture and leave her alone.
?They scream out her name constantly and say awful things about Halle in front of her,? said a pal.
Halle is now “more committed than ever” to get Nahla away from Los Angeles the pal says, and as RadarOnline.com previously reported, this is the primary reason Halle has given for wanting to move to France with fianc Olivier Martinez, because the paparazzi laws there offer more protection.

Regarding the ?Nahla is terrified of the paparazzi? issue? am I alone in thinking it?s way more complicated than that? I see paparazzi photos of Nahla with Gabriel and with Halle. Judging solely from those photos, Nahla simply seems more relaxed and less anxious when she?s with her father. When I see Nahla and her dad, it feels like Nahla is feeding off Gabriel?s calm, loving energy, and she seems like a normal kid.
But when Nahla is photographed with Halle, there?s a wider variation in moods, and I?m assuming that part of Radar?s sources? arguments is true – the paparazzi are more aggressive with Halle, they?ll get closer to her, they?ll say things to her, and Nahla reacts to that. I also think Nahla is reacting to her mother?s mood swings too, because kids are smart and if a parent freaks out, the child will freak out too. There are also (mostly telephoto lens) shots where Nahla and Halle and Olivier are all looking happy and everything is beachy-fun-family, and Halle – I believe – sets up some of those photo shoots to ?prove? that Nahla has a new daddy – Olivier.
So? while I think Halle has a valid argument against the paparazzi, she also feeds the chaos and she feeds Nahla?s bad reactions to the chaos too. Mostly I just think Halle kind of sucks for using this unfortunate incident as an argument FOR moving her daughter far away from her father.

Coming together for a good cause, Halle Berry, Stacy Keibler and Matthew Morrison gathered in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday morning (May 12) for the 2012 Entertainment Industry Foundation Revlon run/walk for women's health.
After doing her part to assist the charity, Miss Keibler took to her Twitter page to post a picture of the dramatically large crowd in attendance sharing, ?Wow! What a wonderful way 2 start the day @EIFREVLONRW_LA Loved sharing this moment w each 1 of you!?
Also on hand to help host the event was Extra TV host Mario Lopez who also shared his enthusiasm tweeting, ?Cheering on the crowd & supporting the runners w/ @StacyKeibler & @Matthew_Morrison ! #SaveTheTatas?
Per the foundation?s website, the walk was created in 1933 and is now ?one of the nation's largest 5K fundraising events for women challenged with breast and ovarian cancer.?

Halle Berry went off at some photogs after picking her daughter up at school yesterday. Sources say she felt the photog was being a threat to her child.
“It is inappropriate for these people to stalk a child’s school everyday,” a source close to Berry tells E! News, “these people” being the paparazzi who chronicle an awful lot of Berry’s comings and goings.
“They pushed too far [today],” the source added. “Halle felt that her daughter was being threatened. Having words with someone who is stalking your family is not out of line.” E!
Pfft, whatever. Since when is skulking outside an elementary school waiting for children to get out of class so you can take pictures of them for a “collection” threatening.

Halle Berry was photographed angrily yelling and confronting a photographer outside her daughter’s school yesterday. I guess I don’t blame her. We all know that Halle stages happy family beach photo ops with Nahla’s bonus/replacement dad, Oliver Martinez. So she’ll use the paparazzi when they work in her favor and curse them out when they don’t. I still take her side, though, when it comes to protecting her kid. School should be off limits to paparazzi, and there was a law passed in California in 2009 that makes it illegal to “take and sell unauthorized photos of celebrities in ‘personal or familial activity.‘” A school pick-up outing would fall under that category, and Halle could have called the cops if she wanted to. Having a little fun in the sun, Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez were spotted with playing in the sand with Nahla in Malibu, California on Saturday afternoon (May 5).
Celebrating Cinco de Mayo as a family, the trio looked perfect for a day in the rays as the "X-Men: Last Stand" actress sported distressed boyfriend jeans with her natural curly hair, while her 4-year-old cutie played with a friend in khaki pants and a cute floral-print top.
Although the Academy award-winning beauty seemed to be having a great day out with the French actor, there's still trouble brewing with her daughter's father, Gabriel Aubry.
In a report put out by TMZ earlier this week, Aubry is asking a Los Angeles judge to grant him $20,000 a month in child support and more than half a million dollars in attorney?s fees.
The model was in court on Thursday (May 3) to argue his case, but the judge continued the date after paperwork was filled out incorrectly. A source says that Aubry believes he is entitled to the money so he can care for Nahla in a proper environment.

My first thought on seeing Halle Berry’s new curly wig/weave was that she must be wearing it for a role. I vaguely remembered that she had on a very frizzy, curly wig for a movie she was filming at some point, and assumed she might be doing reshoots. That was a film called Frankie & Alice, which premiered at the Cannes film festival and was only out in very limited release in late 2010, earning less than $11k at the box office. So I doubt this hair is for that specific long-over, almost forgotten, role. It could be for another film, but if so there’s not word yet. Halle has actually rocked two versions of this new hair in recent paparazzi photos, a longer two-tone look during the school pickup photo op on Friday, and a shorter darker style during a beach outing with “bonus dad” (my words, Halle probably just calls him Nahla’s dad), Oliver Martinez, and Nahla on Saturday. C’mon, we all know that whether Halle Berry’s hair is long, short, straight or curly, she looks darn good because she’s Halle Berry.
But we did enjoy seeing a somewhat fresh new look from the gorgeous actress, who sported some tight-curl extensions while picking up daughter Nahla from school.
What do we mean by somewhat?
Berry debuted the new ‘do last night after a dinner date with fianc Olivier Martinez at Italian restaurant II Piccolino in West Hollywood, but that’s not what we’re referring to.
The 45-year-old actress actually worked a similar hairstyle back in 2008, but it was slightly different, with a little more poof and no two-tone coloring.
We loved it then and we love it now.

Which version of Halle’s hair is your favorite? I think she looks best with the mid-level curls, in the beach photos. Maybe I’m getting confused because the wind is blowing it back, and/or humidity is making her hair curl up tighter. She possibly has the same hair in both of those photosets, but I doubt it. I like her with the short spiky hair too, it really highlights her face. She’s looking a little Botoxy lately, so perhaps a softer longer style is a better choice. Her hair reminds me of Rihanna’s two-tone curly hair, the style she had during her raucous Hawaiian vacation. If all I saw in those photos of Halle picking up Nahla were her hair and outfit I would have assumed she was Rihanna. Check out this picture in particular:
This is one way to get attention after her big admission that she’s engaged. It’s not a bad strategy, actually. At least she didn’t dip dye it.

Rocking her cute 'n curly new hairdo, Halle Berry spent her Saturday (April 21) enjoying family time on the beach in Malibu, CA.
The "Frankie & Alice" actress roamed the sandy shore with her adorable daughter while also accompanied by fiance Olivier Martinez and one of Nahla's young friends.
Aside from spending quality time with her loved ones, Miss Berry recently confessed that she has quite the hankering for footwear.
Of the shoe shopping addiction, the 45-year-old dished, "I'm pretty addicted. I have thousands of pairs and I have a real relationship with them. I think many women do. Shoes are like a good hairdo; they reflect how we feel. If you're feeling sexy, fun, sporty, if you're feeling casual ... your shoes say a lot about you."
Halle added, "I have a storage room where I keep them all, in their boxes with a picture of each pair taped to the outside. I'm pretty obsessive."

I was surprised that so many of you cared about Halle Berry wearing a trashy-looking animal-print dress over the weekend, so now you?re going to get even more Halle news. Excited? Sure you are. These are new photos of Halle promoting the ?Celebrity Golf Classic? at the Wilshire Country Club. Is this appropriate golf gear? Maybe she?s not golfing. Maybe she?s just promoting and then retiring to the club for a martini. Anyway, while Halle was out and about over the weekend, Extra got a hold of her and they got her to confirm her engagement to Olivier Martinez:

Sounds like Halle Berry has learned her lesson. The Oscar winning actress once swore she’d “never, never” get married again. Then Olivier Martinez entered her life.
Dating since 2010, Us Weekly broke the news in January that the French actor, 46, had proposed to Berry–who has been married twice before, to baseball player David Justice and R&B singer Eric Benet–over the holidays.
Still, Berry, 45, had refused to confirm her and Martinez’s happy news until now.
Opening up to Extra at an event Saturday, the Dark Tide star laughed when asked about her engagement to Martinez. “Who knew? I swore [marriage] off, right?”
Added Berry, “Never say never, people!”
Martinez, for his part, finally confirmed the couple’s engagement in March, telling Miami.com, “Yes, of course we’re engaged!”
Prior to meeting the actor-turned-restauranteur, a source told Us that Berry really had “given up” on marriage–but changed her tune as soon as she got to know Martinez, and saw how wonderful a father he would make to Nahla, her 4-year-old daughter with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
“She trusts Olivier,” the source shared. “He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!”

It?s really sad – I often feel like this whole custody battle with Gabriel has been an exercise in Halle?s long-standing temperamental nature. As in, she has a hair-trigger temper and she holds crazy grudges for little to no reason. And it?s still so unbelievable to me that Olivier Martinez is co-signing this whole thing with an engagement. What?s the current over/under on whether Halle and Olivier will actually make it down the aisle?
Her skin is so amazing. Damn.
