Limping her way around the west coast, Halle Berry was spotted running errands in Los Angeles, CA on Friday (January 13).
The ?Monster?s Ball? babe rocked a super casual outfit consisting of baggy jeans and a v-neck tee as she made her way out of a store with a bagful of goods.
It was announced earlier this week that Berry and boyfriend Olivier Martinez had gotten engaged, but a recent report is suggesting that is not the case.
A source close to the actress told People that Halle is not engaged, she is simply flaunting a new emerald and diamond ring from one of her favorite jewelry company, Gurhan.

Halle Berry went through an ugly separation with Gabriel Aubry where she called him a racist and he called her batsh*t crazy and had some emails to back it up. Well, looks like Oliver Martinez doesn’t read the tabloids because he proposed to Halle.
A rep for jewelry designer Gurhan tells PEOPLE that Olivier Martinez, Berry’s boyfriend of more than a year, has given her a diamond-and-emerald engagement ring.
The Oscar-winning actress, 45, costarred with Martinez, 46, a French actor, in the 2010 film Dark Tide. They soon became an item off-screen. PEOPLE
In 5 months, Oliver may find a shiv plunged deep in his liver over an argument about pancakes, but god, will the sex be great.

Radar, Star Magazine and Us Weekly are all claiming the same thing this morning – Halle Berry and her prisoner/boyfriend Olivier Martinez are engaged! Halle and Olivier have been photographed frequently over the past month, to the point where I was wondering if some big announcement was about to come out. My suspicion was about Halle?s custody battle with Gabriel Aubry, though – I thought there was another shoe to drop with that subject. Turns out, Halle just wanted us to know that she and Olivier are loved up and engaged.
Third time’s the charm for Halle Berry! The 45-year-old actress and Olivier Martinez are engaged, a source confirms to the new Us Weekly, on stands Friday.
Over the holidays, Martinez, 46, proposed with an emerald-and-diamond ring from Gurhan.
Berry, who has a 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, has been married twice before. (She dated model Aubry, 36, for nearly five years before splitting in April 2010.) She wed former baseball player David Justice in 1993 and divorced four years later. She then married R&B singer Eric Benet in 2001, only to separate in 2003 and finalize their divorce in 2005.
She first met French actor Martinez while working on the film Dark Tide; they stepped out as a couple in fall 2010. He previously dated Australian pop star Kylie Minogue for several years before splitting in 2007.
A source tells Us she “had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!”

Radar?s report is pretty much the same, only they add the detail that Halle wants to have Olivier?s baby too. A source tells Star/Radar: ?Halle is very serious about this marriage. She?s ready. Olivier has become her rock. Halle feels Olivier has made a connection and a commitment to her and her daughter. Halle would love to have more kids, but she knows it might be difficult because of her age and the fact that she?s diabetic. If they can?t conceive, they?d definitely consider adoption.?
Sure, it?s all happiness and glowing and planning a baby right now. But when they break up, Halle will let us know that Olivier was an abusive, racist monster. I?m just saying – Olivier should watch his ass, because Halle does not do breakups well.

Still dealing with her leg injury, Halle Berry was spotted taking her daughter Nahla to her school in Los Angeles this morning (January 6).
The ?Swordfish? hottie sported a fresh cast on her right foot as she hobbled down the stairs at the school, though she seemed to be in good spirits nonetheless.
As for how she keeps her 45-year-old body in such killer shape, Halle told press it definitely doesn?t happen by accident.
?I always had to diet. It?s a lifestyle for me,? she explained. Berry has four one-hour workouts per week with a personal trainer and eats five times a day due to her diabetes.

About a year ago, Halle Berry was photographed wearing a ring on her left ring finger, prompting media outlets to speculate that boyfriend Olivier Martinez had proposed. Except he hadn’t. MSN says:
The twice-divorced star, 45, was snapped this week wearing an emerald-like ring on her left hand, which may or may not be the same decorative piece of jewelry she had on when the initial reports circulated in January of 2011. At the time, her rep insisted the ring was one of her own, not a bended-knee offering from her squinty-eyed French amour.
Halle’s spokesperson did not respond to our request for comment on this latest round of engagement whispers.
So that’s it. Halle Berry chose to wear a ring that she already owned on her left ring finger. Again. It meant nothing a year ago; it means nothing now. Completely pointless. Honestly, people, “Halle Berry engaged” was the big thing trending this afternoon. It’s not my fault if you can’t bother to google anything interesting.

Getting back into the swing of things after the holiday season, Halle Berry was spotted walking her daughter Nahla to school in West Hollywood today (January 5).
The ?Monster?s Ball? mommy looked cool and casual in a light grey t-shirt, dark grey scarf, and distressed jeans as she carried her little girl up the street.
And though there haven?t been any official announcements, Halle was recently spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring on her left hand.
Ms. Berry has been dating Olivier Martinez for awhile now, though she famously said in the past that marriage wasn?t something that interested her after dealing with divorce.

Closing out 2011 with a fun filled family excursion, Halle Berry was spotted taking daughter Nahla to a children's New Year's party in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (December 31).
Accompanied by her "Dark Tide" costar beau Olivier Martinez, the Oscar-winning actress toted her darling little girl in her arms as she held on tight to her balloon party favor.
The family outing comes as Ms. Berry is readying for her alleged stalker Richard Franco's trial to get underway on January 19th.
Franco currently faces up to six years and eight months behind bars for counts of felony burglary and stalking, which stem from three incidences in which he was caught by Berry's security team while trying sneak onto her property this past summer.

Enjoying some rare downtime together, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were spotted out to lunch in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (December 29).
The ?Monster?s Ball? babe and her ?Unfaithful? beau looked to be in good spirits as they strolled back to Olivier?s car following their meal.
Halle has been taking things easy since breaking her foot back in September while working on a film in Majorca, Spain.
Meanwhile, Ms. Berry is lighting up movie theater screens all over the nation in her latest flick ?New Year?s Eve.?

He has been found on Halle Berry's property multiple times this year and now Richard A. Franco will stand trial for stalking and burglary charges.
According to a report, Judge Melissa Widdifield handed down her ruling that Franco will be arraigned on October 31st after hearing evidence against him.
An LAPD detective testified that Richard ended up snatching a key to the ?Monster?s Ball? babe?s guest house during one of his trespassing incidents.
Franco is still in jail on $150,000 bail after being arrested in July for showing up at Halle?s house three days in a row.

Biding her time as she recovers from her recent foot injury, Halle Berry was spotted hobbling down the streets of Mallorca, Spain on Sunday (September 25).
Wearing a pattern dress with a cast adorning her broken lower extremity, the makeup-free actress was joined by daughter Nahla and a security staffer while meeting up with a few friends for lunch at a cafe's outdoor patio.
Once finished up with the midday meal, Miss Berry treated her adorable daughter to a large ice cream cone - with little Nahla adorably looking after her mother as they crossed the road.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Halle broke her foot at her Spanish rented villa after a day off from filming her new film "Cloud Atlas," which co-stars Tom Hanks.
