Gwyneth Paltrow is the September cover girl for Elle Magazine, because she?s promoting?Contagion? But doesn?t she die really quickly in that movie? They put her stroke face and her death front and center in the trailer, so surely a quickie death part in a budget Soderbergh film about the bird flu doesn?t warrant the cover of Elle? But it?s Dame Gwyneth, so the would have put her on the cover if she just wanted to talk about her farts. Guess what she does talk about, though? BEYONCE!! Because Goop and Bey are TIGHT. Because Goop is totally over Madonna. Because Bey is cooler, smarter, hipper and younger than Madge. Because Gwyneth thinks she can be cool by association! Also: Goop talks about Chris Martin and her marriage? which she?s been doing a lot lately. Interesting?
On getting support from Beyonc on her surprise duet with Cee-Lo Green at the Grammys: “This story always makes me cry?It’s 10 in the morning and Beyonce schleps it all the way down to the Staples Center to watch. I mean, she’s Beyonce!”
On the advice Beyonc gave her before her performance: “Beyonce’s like, ‘OK. The singing is great. But you’re not having any fun.’ She’s like, ‘Remember when we’re at Jay’s concert and Panjabi MC comes on and you do your crazy Indian dance? Do that. Be you!’”
On going public with her personal care regimens: “It’s so much easier to sit home and not exercise and criticize other people. What I love is inspiring people. People come up to me and say, ‘I want to have two kids and wear a bathing suit and not feel terrible about myself. I see how hard you work and it makes me feel like I can do that too.’”
On her decision to take on other roles like ‘Glee’ to be able to focus more on family: “I can do short jobs. If I was still starring in three movies every year, there’s no way that I’d be the person my kids want when they fall down.”
On the false rumors of a split: “Sometimes it’s hard being with someone for a long time. We go through periods that aren’t all rosy. I always say, life is long and you never know what’s going to happen. If, God forbid, we were ever not to be together, I respect him so much as the father of my children. So many goodies in here, right? First, for the Jane Austin fans out there - what Austin supporting character does Gwyneth remind you of? Mr. Elton?s wife from Emma, right? Mrs. Elton was the queen of saying stuff like, ?People say I have an eye for fine art? or ?My dear friend and fishmonger thinks that I should record an album, he?s always telling me how beautiful my voice is.? Because if you cite another person?s compliment, you?re not really bragging or being a narcissistic monster, right?

A few months ago, Dame Gwyneth Paltrow was named the new ?brand ambassador? for Coach. Nevermind that Dame Goop doesn?t know the meaning of the word ?coach? (she only takes first-class, so as not to mingle with the peasantry), and nevermind that in her Coach-announcement interview, Dame Goop made it sound like she was given a Coach purse when she was six years old, found it tacky and has never used the brand ever again. All of that doesn?t matter, because Dame Gwyneth is The Star! She?s got an ad campaign! Of course, she probably considers this whole endeavor terribly down-market.
As for the ads - I like the full-on face shot, but the profile shot gives me the impression that Gwyneth is looking down at all of the Manhattan peasants and she?s snorting with derision at their obvious poverty. Goop was photographed by Peter Lindbergh, and these ads are only going to appear in European and Asian markets, not American. Is that because in America, Goop?s endorsement of a product does nothing? Does she only help a brand overseas? Goop is like the anti-Blake Lively, I swear. Blake is an accessible Mall Girl who only has a fanbase in America, and she?s making the storied House of Chanel look budget and downmarket. Goop drips with elitism, is only popular outside of America, and is capable of making any moderately-priced product look like the next big (expensive) thing with one snort of derision. Blake and Goop totally need to trade places as far as their endorsement deals.

Wrapping up their July getaway, Gwyneth Paltrow and her children were spotted hopping aboard a private jet in Porto Cervo, Italy on Sunday (July 10).
The ?Country Strong? actress, daughter Apple and son Moses were heading home after enjoying some time away and touring the coastline of Italy on Gwyn?s godfather Steven Spielberg?s yacht.
Sporting teeny bikinis throughout her vacation, the 38-year-old showed off her impressive slim figure to which she attributes to celeb trainer, Tracy Anderson.
"Tracy completely changed my legs, butt, arms, and stomach," Paltrow told the May issue of Self. "When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, 'Yeah? Good luck,' "The amazing thing is, she was right! And it's still changing!"

Gwyneth Paltrow spent the weekend in Porto Cervo, Italy with her kids and her godfather Steven Spielberg and without her husband Chris Martin who’s still on tour.
Considering she’s had two kids and, she doesn’t look bad in a bikini. Most women would pack on the pounds between projects but that’s something Gwyneth can’t do because what will her GOOP newsletter subscribers think of her then?!

Dame Gwyneth Paltrow deigned to go on vacation with her godfather, Steven Spielberg and his family. Dame Goop brought along her kids, Apple and Moses, but not her husband. Because, let?s face it, Gwyneth and Chris Martin just have one of those marriages where they live almost completely separate lives. What I can?t figure out is why they don?t just split up. Sigh? anyway, Spielberg, Goop and a little red bikini. As I was looking through the photo set, I became increasingly fascinated by Gwyneth?s rack. We?ve discussed it before - Gwyneth has never had big boobs, and she still doesn?t have much going on there, but do they look slightly fake to anyone else? In certain light, at a certain angle, I swear they look slightly bolt-on-ish. If she got implants, they?re very small implants that look pretty natural. In which case, I guess we should praise her for attempting a natural look. If that is Gwyneth?s natural rack? hm? she used to be much flatter, I swear (and yes, I’m taking into account her pregnancies - even after Moses, she was flatter than this).
As for her rest of her figure in the little red bikini - she looks pretty good. She looks toned and healthy, not too skinny. Gwyneth looks like she eats normally (somewhat) and works out a lot, which I think is the truth. Her butt looks especially cute, in my opinion. Remember, Gwyneth used to have a ?long, square [elitist] butt? but through hours and hours and hours of work, Tracy Anderson changed Goop?s square ass.
Re: the kids. I?ve always thought Apple looks just like her mom, and as she grows up, I see more and more that Apple seems to adopt her mother?s facial expressions and seemingly, her attitude. I mean that in a good way, too, even if it didn?t sound like it. Apple seems like a very self-possessed, self-aware child. And her little face is adorable. As for Moses, I think he looks like Deacon Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan?s son. Right?

Whoops. Forgot to finish that sentence. Hoity-toity Gwyneth Paltrow, while promoting her cookbook at the iTunes festival Tuesday, told British host Jonathan Ross she would rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a can. “Oh hell no!,” exclaimed Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson.
Her highness also talked about her kids’ eating habits saying she has a no McDonald’s policy. “I take them to Pizza Express because I think that’s much healthier,” she said. “Don’t tell them there are toys!”
This isn’t the first time Gwyneth has been prone to exaggeration either. She once told Conan O’Brien, “I would rather die than let my kid eat Cup-A-Soup.”
Gwyneth Paltrow’s kids must think she’s a joy to be around. If she were any more protective of their health, they’d be rolling around in a bubble.

She?s no stranger to looking hot for the camera, and Gwyneth Paltrow shows off her sexy side in a new photo shoot for Vanity Fair magazine.
The 38-year-old actress/singer sheds her motherly image for a skin-bearing black and white spread in which she wears nothing more than Louis Vuitton diamond jewelry and fishnet stockings.
Gwyneth confessed that she has to work hard to keep her killer figure. ?I?m really not a morning person at all. It is just sheer determination. I?m very strict with myself. When I practice six days a week and eat clean food, I feel much better.?
To that end, Paltrow is also said to be planning the launch of a chain of gyms with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson.

Gwyneth Paltrow goes topless for a special issue of Vanity Fair set to hit newsstands alongside the regular August edition of the magazine this Friday. Of course, it’s hard to get excited about a woman being topless when she can cover both breasts with one of her hands.
