Working hard to maintain his fabulous physique, Matthew McConaughey went for a jog in Belo Horizonte, Brazil on Friday (December 27).
The ?Dazed and Confused? stud listened to his iPod as he trudged through the rainy conditions, sporting a grey windbreaker with khaki shorts and sneakers.
McConaughey recently told press that he?d be spending his fair share of time in the kitchen during his family?s Christmas trip to Brazil.
?I do a lot of cooking. We all cook. A lot of music and then obviously when college football bowl games get going, those are all on.?
Matthew added, ?It?s been a wonderful year. I have a 10-month-old son who?s come into this world so we?ve got a lot of wonderful things happening to me right now.?

Covering the latest issue of GQ, Matthew McConaughey was asked the question on everyone’s minds. One that has plagued people since 1999. Does Matthew McConaughey still play the bongos while naked?
Of course I still play the congas naked.I just close the windows.
You may now breathe a sigh of relief. Also, please stop camping in Matthew McConaughey’s bushes with a pair of binoculars. Those blinds aren’t going up any time soon.

These are some straggler photos from the Hollywood Film Awards, which Kaiser covered earlier. Julia Roberts was honored, as was Matthew McConaughey, who took home the Hollywood Actor Award for Hollywood Buyer’s Club, I believe. That movie comes out November 1.
Both Matthew and Camila look tired to me here, like they don’t want to be there or just got into a fight. Maybe the flashbulbs were too bright for them. Camila is in a black and white MaxMara dress that is very striking. I love the cut and color on this dress. Camila’s makeup is excellent but her hair looks a little fake and too-long to me. Maybe it’s the ombre, which makes it look like her extensions don’t match the color of the rest of her hair. Matthew may need to gain some weight to get back his hotness.
In contrast, Juliette Lewis looked absolutely thrilled to be there. She’s in a bold contemporary print strapless Monique Lhuillier. I love her casual loose braid and this dress is amazing.
Octavia Spencer was in black and blue Tadashi Shoji. I do not like the embroidery on this dress, but Octavia’s styling is great. Her hair is very cute with the loose curls.
Viola Davis was in light orange v-neck Escada with abstract black applique around the sides of the bodice. I’m not sure if I like this dress, but Viola is working it anyway.
Finally Jane Fonda rocked a very 80s Reem Acra pantsuit with a deep v-neck and bold buckle belt. Jane looks great.

Here we have photos from two premieres at the Toronto Film Festival this weekend: Dallas Buyer’s Club, featuring Jennifer Garner and Matthew McConaughey, and Prisoners, with Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal. Of the two, Dallas Buyers Club is getting more advance buzz, with McConaughey’s performance receiving a standing ovation at TIFF. In this adaptation of a true story, McConaughey plays an AIDS patient who set up a patient-run HIV prescription drug smuggling ring in the 1980s. He of course lost 50 pounds for the role and it’s definite Oscar bait.
At the TIFF premiere, Garner was wearing a nude and red lace Dolce & Gabbana dress paired with matchy Brian Atwood pumps. I like the fit of the dress but I’m divided on whether I like this look. The two fabrics look bizarre together. Maybe if the base color didn’t match her skin tone so closely the dress would have popped more. Overall she’s gorgeous as usual though. Look at how comfortable Garner and McConaughey look together. This isn’t their first movie together, they also co-starred in 2009?s Ghosts of Girlfriends past, remember that God-awful movie? I tried to watch it with a friend and ended up falling asleep. Maybe it redeemed itself at the end, I have no idea.
I love me some Matthew McConaughey but his orange makeup and barely there scruff is throwing me off here. He still looks very thin to me too.
Look at their co-star Jared Leto’s glorious ombre hair. I swear that’s a weave. Leto plays a transsexual in the film. He lost 30 pounds for the role, which he’s since gained back.
We don’t have as many photos of the Prisoners premiere so I’m including them at the end. Its a kidnap drama in which Jackman’s character goes vigilante when his daughters are taken. Here’s a link to the trailer, it looks intense. The film also features Jake Gyllenhaal, Maria Bello, Viola Davis and Terrence Howard.
Maria wore this blue silk suit with navy Louboutin pumps and a navy shirt. What was she thinking? Her hair is cute though, I like that so many celebrities are getting this easy bob.
Hugh in need of a shave. He just got rid of his Wolverine beard, he must be missing it.
Jake Gyllenhaal is not doing much for me. Why so somber, Jake?

These are photos of Matthew McConaughey, 43, and his wife Camilla, 30, at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on Saturday in Jersey City’s Liberty State Park. I guess they were there because their Just Keep Livin’ Foundation was honored. Camilla just had a baby five months ago, can you believe it? I guess I can since she’s a model and she’s married to Matthew McConaughey, that lucky bitch. These two have three children together, son Levi, 4, and Livingston, 5 months, and daughter Vida, 3. They admit that they have a busy household and that it feels strange for them to travel without their kids. They told People Magazine that this was their first trip without baby Livingston. In another interview, with E!, Matthew gushed about how sexy Camila is. He has such an unique way of phrasing things.
?You know, this is the first time [we've taken a trip] without the baby,? Camila observed, referring to their 5-month-old son Livingston.
The pair stepped out on a blisteringly hot sunny day at the Sixth Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Liberty State Park, where the couple?s just keep livin Foundation was also recognized. ?It?s very relaxing and exciting. It?s like, ?No car seat,?? Camila, 30, adds of the kid-free jaunt.
Her husband agrees that it?s almost an odd feeling. ?It is [our first time alone since the birth]!? McConaughey, 43, says. ?On the plane we were like, ?Where is everybody???
As for the change in dynamic after adding a third child to their brood ? the couple are already parents to Levi, 4, and Vida, 3 ? Camila admits there are challenges.
?It?s not that it?s tougher, it?s just that I had my system and now with three I?m still learning my system,? she explains, joking, ?I?m taking tips if anyone has them!?
Adds her actor husband, ?It?s a colorful house for sure. ??And talk about personalities. One thing you don?t know as a parent that I didn?t know beforehand, is how much DNA [matters]. As soon as they?re born they are who they are.?
That?s not to say he doesn?t try to guide his children. ?You can shape ?em ? but boy they are very unique and different from each other immediately,? he says. Asked who?s most like him in the brood he says, ?Right now there?s a whole lot of me in all of them. ?

“There are all kinds of ways,” he tells E! News in response to what he finds most sexy about his wife.
“There are ways she is sexy as a woman. There are ways she is sexy as a human. There are ways she is sexy as a mother. There’s many angles. I will say that.”
Alves, who also noted how handsome her hubby looked in a three-piece suit, spilled on how she’s managed to lose the baby weight so fast. “I just started to exercise two weeks ago. Breastfeeding helps a lot. I am not having dairy. Diet is the main thing for me,” she tells us. – E! Online

Unlike other celebrity dads, Matthew McConaughey didn’t gain hotness points for me when he got married and had kids. (Not in that order.) You can tell he’s fully devoted to his wife and family, but that doesn’t have the appeal for me that it does with say Hugh Jackman or Matt Damon. I think that’s because I’m not a huge fan of McConaughey’s wife. He was more attractive to me when he was a free spirit living in his airstream trailer, going for shirtless jogs and playing bongos nekkid. Also, I recently saw Magic Mike and I’m sad to say that McConaughey’s stripper character didn’t do it for me! That’s probably because he was so convincing in that role, and his character was kind of skeevy.
So does he look hot here? He looks sweaty-hot and like his spray tan is melting off, not sexy-hot. I’m kind of meh on him in this white suit. Not that I would say no by any stretch. He’s gained a little weight back since his stint filming Dallas Buyer’s Club, but he still needs to beef up some more. Oh I forgot that In Touch had a story this week that claimed he almost went blind when he dropped all that weight. They were vague about it, though, and just quoted a source who said “Matthew consulted doctors, who confirmed that when you starve yourself, you begin to lose your vision. But they monitored him, and things are back to normal now.” Scary.

Tossing the pigskin around for a good cause, Matthew McConaughey teamed up with football star Drew Brees for the Amazing Race charity event on Friday (May 17) in New Orleans.
The ?Dallas Buyers Club? hunk took kept casual in black sweats and a grey tee as he and the pro athlete greeted fans from their French Quarter hotel balcony.
Benefitting both McConaughey?s Just Keep Livin? Foundation and the Brees Foundation, the event proceeds go towards providing care, education, and more for underprivileged children and families in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
According to JKL?s website, ?The just keep livin Foundation is dedicated to empowering high school students to lead active lives and make healthy choices to become great men and women.?

He's known for his charming personality and great looks, so it's no wonder that Matthew McConaughey was selected to co-host the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on June 1st.
The "Failure to Launch" hunk will be sharing his hosting duties with polo player Nacho Figuera, his wife Delfina Blaquier and Veuve Clicquot US President Vanessa Kay.
Adding also more excitement for Matthew, this year's match will give it's proceeds to his "Just Keep Livin Foundation."
The foundation was established by Mr. McConaughey and his wife Camilla to empower high school students to lead active lives and make healthy choices.
The famous polo event will be held in Garden State Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Though some have criticized Justin Bieber for his penchant for going shirtless, Matthew McConaughey has his back.
In an interview with MTV, the "Magic Mike" star is briefed on the 19-year-old's tendency to go bare-chested, and Matthew notes that if the teen pop star is flying private, he can "wear whatever he wants."
Next, he was asked where it is appropriate to go shirtless. Known for frequently flashing his own pecs, the 43-year-old actor replied, "It's appropriate wherever you say it's appropriate. It's your shirt. "
As for the chance he'd bare his chest in a Broadway musical version of "Magic Mike," Mr. McConaughey told Vulture, "Oh! I don't know! I'd have to see. I want to see it! I've got Dallas. If someone else is taking Dallas, I would hope they would change his name. If it's someone else. But I look forward to seeing or perhaps being a part of whatever rendition there is, if there's going to be a sequel or what. I'd like to see whatever version there would be. Magic Mike's living on, yeah!"

Stopping to sign autographs for fans and pose for pics, Matthew McConaughey headed to the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday (April 22).
The "Lincoln Lawyer" star looked handsome in his dark suit with a crisp white dress shirt as he made his way inside.
Recently, the 43-year-old actor spoke to ComingSoon.net about the mysterious Christopher Nolan sci-fi flick, "Interstellar," described as a, "heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding."
Not giving away much of the plot, Mr. McConaughey explored his own feelings on the topic, sharing, "I always used to say, 'I'd rather be a sailor than an astronaut,' because if you go over the same land that man has gone over before it's still the first time because it's through your eyes the first time. This is - you're talking about astronaut stuff, you're talking about galaxies, you're talking about new frontiers completely. First time by ANY man stuff. That is much more of an aspect I can realize and get my head around, but it doesn't seem that far. It's that same thing when you're a kid, your neighborhood is as far as you can go. Then you grow older it's your county, your city, your state, your nation and then all of a sudden continents become part of your backyard. Then as you get older you go, 'Well the moon's just a chip shot away too.' Then you wonder what's in our solar system, it's just one solar system. How many solar systems make up the universe. How many universes are there. Its an idea I can't scientifically lay out to you, but it started off when Galileo said, 'The world's not flat.' Then the other man went, 'Yes it is!'" "Interstellar" hits theaters and IMAX on November 7, 2014.
