Taking some time away from their busy careers, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted out at a park in Budapest, Hungary today (November 5).
The ?Mr. and Mrs. Smith? actors were joined by their kids Zahara, Shiloh, and Pax as they enjoyed the chilly fall weather while the paparazzi looked on.
Ang has been working overtime on her directorial debut ?United Love Story? on location in Budapest as of late.
And soon she?ll be heading to Bosnia. A rep from her production company shared, ?Angelina is coming, her arrival depends only on how much longer the shooting in Budapest lasts. For now they are on schedule, so we expect one part of the crew to arrive here in ten days. Our job will be to make Angelina feel at home, just like the first time she was here.?

Last night was the NYC premiere of Megamind, the new animated film featuring voice work by Will Ferrell, Tina Fey and Brad Pitt. Thus far, Tina and Will have done most of the promotional work for the film, but Brad flew into NYC yesterday to attend the premiere. He didn?t get dressed up or anything - Angelina must have picked out his premiere outfit, because I didn?t know you could get so many shades of black packed into one outfit. My favorite part is the fingerless gloves! Those look badass. Surprisingly, Brad didn?t bring any of the kids to his premiere, although Maddox and Pax did fly into New York with him. NOTE: I was wrong, Madd and Pax did go to the premiere, we just don’t have any photos of them. You can see the boys here, at PopSugar. Brad spoke to Us Weekly on the red carpet:
After spending the last few weeks in Budapest, Brad Pitt returned to the U.S. with sons Maddox, 9, and Pax, nearly 7, Wednesday to attend the NYC premiere of his new movie, Megamind.
“At the end of the day, it’s my kids,” he told UsMagazine.com when asked why he signed on for the toon, out Friday. “I did it for my babies … I’m sneaking the boys in there now!”
In the movie, Pitt, 47, voices Metro Man, the superhero of the film. Asked if he has any real-life super powers, he told Us, “Yeah. I’m a father of six! I mean, I’m a dad and with that comes some super powers. I just thought it would be kinda cool to be in this movie.”
Will his kids like it? “I hope so,” Pitt told Us.
Pitt told Us “everything is great” with his family, most of whom are still in Budapest as Angelina Joie shoots her directorial debut, a Bosnian love story (Pitt told Us she is doing “great” so far).
“We just flew over this morning and then we’re going back really soon,” Pitt told Us.
He told Extra his unconventional family will celebrate an unconventional Thanksgiving this year.
“I’m not really sure where we’ll be for it, but yeah, it’ll be overseas,” he tells Extra. “We’ll whip up a turkey somewhere.”
He said his family is used to traveling around.
“We are like a military mobile unit,” he joked. They recently celebrated Halloween. Said Pitt, “I was sort of a bunny.”

Not shocking, any of it. They?ll spent Thanksgiving overseas, everyone is doing well, and Brad is concentrating on fatherhood. But I do love that he was ?sort of a bunny? for Halloween. There?s no shame in that, Brad! He just wears whatever Empress Zahara picks out for him.

His lady Angelina Jolie is overseas filming her directorial debut, so Brad Pitt opted to promote his new movie ?Megamind? in New York City last night (November 3).
The ?Fight Club? stud hit up the AMC Lincoln Square Theater for the big event, and brought his sons Maddox and Pax along for the ride.
Pitt voices the character Metro Man, a superhero who aspires to be a singer, though Brad isn?t looking to lead his family in song. ?Oh no! I want them to be influenced by a proper singer. That?s one talent I do not have.?
He added, "[I'm] just Dad. This is why we do these - for the kids? so they'll think Dad is cool - hopefully."

Landing yet another honorable role, Brad Pitt has reportedly signed on to star in the upcoming novel based film called ?Cogan?s Trade.?
Although nothing has been confirmed just yet, the ?Ocean?s Eleven? hunk could possibly be reuniting with director Andrew Dominick for the project in which he is being considered for the part of Jackie Cogan.
According to MTV News, the plot centers on Cogan as he's tasked with investigating a heist that goes down during a high-stakes poker game that's under protection from members of the mob.
Furthermore, Cogan's keen awareness of other people's strengths and weaknesses serves him as he proceeds to thwart the poorly planned plot with all the surgical precision an expert mob enforcer has at his disposal.

They're no strangers to spending long periods of time overseas, and Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and the brood experienced the weekend's Halloween holiday situated in Budapest.
Located in Hungary as the "Wanted" actress shoots her directorial debut, insiders tell Us magazine that the Jolie-Pitt gang made sure to partake in all of the typical Stateside festivities over the past few days.
Dishing on the costume choices, the Us source said that "the kids sketched out the types of costumes they liked" before joining their nannies to put the outfits together.
As for the happenings on Sunday (October 31), the family held a dress-up party at their temporary abode with Zahara opting to wear a "spring fairy" ensemble complete with flowers tucked in her hair.
Meanwhile, Maddox tossed on an all-black costume with a chimney-sweeper brush while Pax chose to portray a mad scientist.
On a somber note, Shiloh was unable to participate due to a cold as she was tended to by helpers already looking after twins Vivienne and Knox.

Drawing an end to the weekend with a relaxing outing, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took Pax and Zahara out in Budapest, Hungary on Sunday (October 24).
The happy family leisurely ventured around town, checking out the sights including the Lukacs Thermal Bath before filling up with a tasty midday meal at the local McDonald's.
Earlier in the day, Brangelina's two youngest children, Knox and Vivienne, were spotted by paparazzi while enjoying a stroll on the couple's temporary property.
The adorable twins showed off their improving walking skills while accompanied on the outing by family nannies.

There are tons of new photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on the set of her new film, which she is still working on in Budapest. Brad continues to visit the set - and I think Angelina has made him the official photographer or something, because there are lots of photos of him fooling around with cameras. It?s kind of cute. Also cute? Something about a woman with final cut power turns Brad on, and there are photos of the two of them making out like teenagers. It actually seems really sweet - like this is some kind of honeymoon for them or something.
Not to break anyone concentration from the Brangelina cuteness, but check out Angelina with her leading man:

Anyway, shock of shocks, Angelina Jolie?s film isn?t really about a rape victim falling in love with her rapist, and the whole ?Angelina?s film got banned? thing was just a technical problem with the script submission, and now everything is over. Bosnia has lifted their ban, and now Angelina can film her movie in-country, if she so desires.
Angelina Jolie is all set to start filming in Bosnia next month. After the eastern European country initially banned the star, 35, from filming her directorial debut there, a government source confirms to UsMagazine.com that it has granted her filming permit back. The permit had been rejected because no screenplay was attached to the application, as required by law.
“The script has been approved and they are back on schedule to film in Bosnia next month,” the government source tells Us.
“Everyone is relieved,” adds the insider. “Jolie feels like a huge weight has been lifted off the team’s shoulders. It’s great news.”
False rumors had circulated that the permit was rejected due to the supposed plot in the film involving a rape victim who falls in love with her captor.
An insider slammed the rape romance report. Jolie said in a statement: “There are many twists in the plot that address the sensitive nature of the relationship between the main characters, and that will be revealed once the film is released…My hope is that people will hold judgment until they have seen the film.”

So it?s onward and upward. She?ll probably shoot the majority of the film in Budapest, and then move production to Bosnia for some of the critical exteriors. Good for her.

She's been working non-stop on her directorial debut, and on Sunday (October 17) Angelina Jolie got a supportive visit from partner Brad Pitt in Budapest, Hungary.
In between shooting scennes, the "Salt" actress lovingly smooched and hugged her "Fight Club" beau - who cruised to the work locale from their rented abode on his trusty motorcycle.
And while everything's been running smoothly in Hungary, Ang was recently notified that her permit to film in Sarajevo has been revoked - though those involved in the movie's production expect to receive a new permit very soon.
Edin Sarkic, who's the director of the Bosnian company helping with the project, told ABC News, ?We were promised by the Ministry of Culture that the permit will be issued on Monday. It was supposed to be done on Friday, but now it is sure to happen on Monday.?

These are even more photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on the set of her new film, which she has written and will be directing. We had some photos yesterday, but there are a little bit better - the photographers got much closer. Anyway, as it turns out, the big story was not about Brad visiting the set and the two of them being solid. The big story was about Bosnia banning the film?s production. While Angelina seems to be filming the bulk of the film in Budapest - which I believe is standing in Bosnia, as they?re trying to recreate a war zone - Angelina probably wanted to move the production at some point to Bosnia, probably for some exteriors that wanted to be ?authentic.? Some people are claiming that this is just horrible, and Angelina is going to fail as a director because she can?t get into Bosnia - well, whatever. In my opinion, they probably have a contingency plan that involves shooting the whole thing on the cheap in Budapest. That?s not what bothers me, though. What bothers me is WHY Bosnia refuses to let the film production in. It involves a den of whispers about what the film?s story is actually about? a rape victim falling in love with her rapist?
Bosnian authorities on Wednesday revoked permission for US star Angelina Jolie to shoot part of her directorial debut film there after complaints from a women war victims group, Bosnian radio reported.
Gavrilo Grahovac, the Culture Minister of the Muslim-Croat federation — one of the two entities in post-war Bosnia — revoked permission to shoot scenes in Sarajevo and the central town Zenica, he said on Bosnian radio.
Hollywood trade daily Variety reported that the film will tell the story of a Serbian man and Bosnian woman who fall in love in the middle of the war, but are driven to take different paths. However Bosnian press reported the movie would be a love story between a Muslim victim and her rapist, a Serb, causing outrage among victims’ groups.
“They no longer have the authorisation to shoot in Bosnia. They will have it if they send us the scenario with a story which will be different from what we have been told by people who read it,” Grahovac told the radio.
The culture minister said that while he could not stop the film from being shot somewhere else, revoking the filming license was a way to “express our disapproval for the shooting of a movie which does not tell the truth and hurts a large number of victims”.
But women war victims groups were up in arms over the film’s reported subject of a rapist and his victim falling in love.
“This is misleading history. Among thousands of testimonies by women raped during the war, there is not a single one that tells of a love story between a victim and her rapist,” Bakira Hasecic, the head of the “Women victims of war” association in Sarajevo, told AFP.
“We will not allow anyone to falsify our pain,” she added.
International organisations have estimated that thousands of women were raped during the Bosnian war. In February 2001, the UN war crimes court for the former Yugoslavia convicted three Bosnian Serbs for crimes against humanity and war crimes after they were found guilty of rape and forced prostitution of Bosnian Muslim women in the southeastern town Foca.

So did Angelina Jolie actually write a screenplay in which the main love story is between a rape victim and her rapist? Or is this just some dumb rabble-rousing by a Bosnian official and a jacked-up deejay? According to one of Jolie?s producers, everyone is getting all up in arms over nothing:
Hollywood star Angelina Jolie on Thursday battled to convince Bosnian authorities to allow her to film a war-time love story after they revoked the licence to film her directorial debut. Sarajevo’s Scout Film which works with Jolie on the movie said it had submitted the script to the culture ministry of the Muslim-Croat federation after claims it involved a relationship between a rapist and his victim.
“I brought them the script and I am waiting for a positive response as soon as possible, I hope even today,” Scout Film’s Edin Sarkic said.
Sarkic told AFP that there was no storyline involving the rape of a Muslim girl by a Serb captor, whom she later falls in love with.
“Of course I deny that. It is not in the script,” he said.
He added that he spoke to Jolie’s production company about the trouble in Bosnia and “they are confident that things will be worked out quickly”.

So, like with seemingly everything around Angelina Jolie, people jumped the gun, misreported and got enraged and huffy over nothing. At least some rape-victim-advocacy groups got some publicity out of it, though. I bet they were able to raise some money off this issue. While I?m not thrilled that Angelina is off in Budapest doing this film (she should be in Hollywood, making Gravity for a more than $20 million paycheck), I do give her credit for being smart enough to NOT write a ?love story? about a rape victim falling in love with her rapist. I mean, come on.

Angelina Jolie was on the Budapest set of her directorial debut (for non-documentary films) when her lover Brad Pitt showed up and ruined everything! Miss Bossypants (excuse me, SAINT Bossypants) had to stop yelling at people long enough to greet Brad and look all lovely dovey. Temporarily! Because as soon as Brad was out of sight, she went back to yelling at people.
Totally unfair? You know I love her. But the paparazzi caught her in several ?compromising bossypants? situations, with her mouth mid-yell. It?s funny though. I wouldn?t mind if she yelled at me. And after all, she is the director. She?s supposed to order people around. Or order people to order other people around (delegating!). Anyway, Us Weekly has the ?scoop? on Brad?s visit to the set - hint: they started making out in front of EVERYONE. Not really, it just seems like a little kiss. Scandal.
Angelina Jolie got a pleasant surprise Wednesday on the Budapest, Hungary- set of her Bosnian love story: Beau Brad Pitt!
The actress, 35, was all smiles as she showed Pitt, 46, around. At one point, they even smooched!
The still-untitled film - which is being produced by Oscar winner Graham King — centers on a love story set against the backdrop of the Bosnian War.
After wrapping up Moneyball in Boston, Pitt arrived overseas last week — with 2-year-old twins Knox and Viv — to join Jolie and the rest of their family.
With the kids enrolled in school, the Jolie-Pitt clan will likely remain in Europe for the next several weeks as filming continues.

Honestly, I?m still depressed that Angelina is doing this film. Sure, I?m proud of her for stretching and doing something different, but I have the sneaking suspicion that this might be a crappy film, based on a crappy screenplay (which Jolie wrote). I can?t comprehend how she would do this as opposed to Gravity, which she rejected twice, even after the producers offered even more money than her already high asking price. If Angelina would have signed on to Gravity, she would have been one of the most highly paid women in Hollywood history. Instead, she chose to go to Budapest and direct this. Sigh? we?ll see, Angelina.
