This is the most ridiculous story, and both People Magazine and Us Weekly are running with similar versions, so God knows. It?s probably true. It probably originated with some bored movie theater staffer, or maybe even a studio publicist trying to promote Hugo 3D. According to reports, Brad Pitt took his four older kids to Hugo 3D – no Angelina, so Knox, no Vivienne. Just Brad and his four oldest, and it doesn?t seem like there was a nanny on-hand either. So Brad took his kids to Hugo, and when the movie ended, he and the kids left the theater. What Brad, Maddox, Pax, Shiloh and the Empress didn?t realize was that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux had entered the same theater just moments before. DUN DUN DUN.
It was bound to happen sooner or later. For the third time since their 2005 divorce, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston nearly came face-to-face at ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood Friday. (The couple have only been in the same place twice since their split: in 2009 at the Academy Awards and in 2010 at the Hope for Haiti telethon; they didn’t cross paths at either event.)
Pitt, 47, took four of his children with Angelina Jolie — Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 6, and Shiloh, 5 — to see the 2:00 showing of Martin Scorsese’s Hugo, starring Chloe Moretz, Sacha Baron Cohen and Jude Law.
Once the family flick ended, Pitt and his brood headed to the parking garage just as Aniston, 42, and current love Justin Theroux entered the theater for a later showing.
“Justin and Jennifer skipped the popcorn and went straight in. Like five minutes later, Brad and the kids came out of the theater,” a source tells X17. “They just missed each other!”
Perhaps it was a good thing the ex-spouses managed to steer clear of each other. “They don’t talk,” an Aniston insider told Us Weekly in September. “She will always think of him as a jerk.”
[From Us Weekly]
I would like some eyewitness accounts of whether or not Jennifer and Brad actually made eye-contact if there were actually in the same theater for a few minutes. But maybe it was a large theater with several different entrances and exits. Maybe Brad, being on dad-duty, was just focused on herding the kids out of the theater and shuffling them off to the bathroom. Maybe Jennifer and Brad didn?t even notice each other. Or maybe Brad and Justin had a glaring contest while Empress Z (who is her mother?s daughter) gave Aniston the Side-eye of Doom. There was so much potential in this story! I want to know what went down in the theater.

Everyone calm down. Brad Pitt isn’t really retiring in three years like he said he might during a Australian 60 Minutes interview. Pitt explained that he wasn’t putting an exact deadline on his expiration date but he sees it coming, he just has other interests and enjoys the production side. Pitt then added that he’d rather be old and smart then young and dumb and presumably full of, um.
“Me, personally I like ageing. With age comes wisdom and I have said it before and I say it again, I will take wisdom over youth any day. I think certainly, being a father has changed everything for me as far as perspective and interest, taking care of myself and wanting to be around for them,” he said. Telegraph
Ask Madonna and she’d say the opposite. Actually, she might just beckon you towards her with her veiny, gnarled hands and croack, “Come here, dearie,” before pushing you in an oven.

Taking care of some overseas promotions, Brad Pitt was spotted at the premiere and press conference for ?Moneyball? in Seoul, South Korea today (November 15).
The ?Curious Case of Benjamin Button? actor was all smiles as he arrived at Coex Megabox for the red carpet festivities - which are being held to boost interest in his baseball movie through the Asian market.
As for his recent comments that he?ll stop acting at age 50, Pitt clarified his remarks during the question and answer portion of the press conference.
He explained, "I wasn't actually putting an exact deadline on my expiration date [in Australia's "60 Minutes" interview], but I see it coming. I just have other interests and I do quite enjoy the production side."

These are new photos of Brad Pitt arriving in Seoul, South Korea, and then attending a press conference and a premiere solo - no Angie! Shall we talk about his look? I?m getting so tired of the shades. Brad thinks he?s Jack Nicholson these days, like his shades are his signature. It makes me wonder if he?s self-conscious about his eyes, which really so show his age (and no, I don?t think he?s had eye work - his eyes look 40-something). But! I do like Brad in all-black, which he wore during each promotional stop. It makes me think that Angelina is dressing him, and I like the idea of Angie packing his bag. I especially like the way he looks in that black button-down. Mm, nice. His hair is a problem, though. I don?t mind the length so much (I like some long-haired dirtbags, so it?s fine), but the overall grooming is too lacking. I feel like Brad needs a good shower and some hair product.
Yesterday, we talked about Brad?s recent statements to an Australian TV show in which he seemed to be saying that he would be quitting acting in three years? time, likely to spend more time producing and being a dad. During the press conference in Seoul, Brad corrected himself:
Brad Pitt, who is in Seoul to promote his movie, “Moneyball,” explained that he saw himself retiring from his acting career to focus on producing.
“I wasn’t actually putting an exact deadline on my expiration date [in Australia's 60 Minutes interview], but I see it coming. I just have other interests and I do quite enjoy the production side,” he said.
He also added that given the choice, he would take the wisdom that comes with ageing, over youth.
“Me, personally I like ageing. With age comes wisdom and I have said it before and I say it again, I will take wisdom over youth any day. I think certainly, being a father has changed everything for me as far as perspective and interest, taking care of myself and wanting to be around for them,” he said.
[From The Telegraph]
I really like ?I will take wisdom over youth any day.? I don?t particularly feel the same way (I wouldn?t mind having my youth back, personally), but I appreciate that Brad is happy where is, and that he feels like his journey has been worth it to get where he is. As for his career and whether it will end? meh. I think he was just chatting, and he didn?t mean it as a major announcement or anything. Whatever.

Speaking to Australia’s 60 Minutes, Brad Pitt was asked how much longer he’d like to keep acting. The answer? Three years. Though he won’t quit the business completely. Pitt, now 47, plans to step behind the camera when he turns 50.
“I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together,” Pitt says. “Getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher times otherwise.” E! Online
I guess when you have millions of dollars in the bank, it’s good to take time off to fill a vault with stacks of bills and go swimming like Scrooge McDuck.
But what about his kids. Is he done having them?
Something he may not be ready to say goodbye to? The possibility of expanding the Jolie-Pitt family! “You know, I don’t know that we’re finished,” Pitt says. “I don’t know yet. I don’t know.”
With six children, Pitt says he “obviously” enjoys the chaos and that the lack of sleep is fine with him right now. “Those late nights are so fun when one of them’s up or those mornings when they get up and make pancakes or something. That’s what it’s about.”
With every new kid, there’s an increased chance that at least one of them is going to blow through all their savings. My money is on Zahara. She looks like a shifty troublemaker.

In a new interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes, 47-year-old Brad Pitt revealed that he will be retiring from acting at the ripe old age of 50. Us Magazine says:
“[I'm going to retire in] three years,” he says, explaining, “I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together… getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher times otherwise.”
The star is less definitive about expanding his brood of six kids with love Angelina Jolie. “You know, I don’t know that we’re finished,” he tells 60 Minutes of conceiving (or adopting) more kids to join Maddox, 10, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and Vivienne and Knox, 3.
The star also had an unusual answer when asked if he’s happy these days. “I think happiness is overrated, truthfully. I do,” he says. “I think sometimes you’re happy, sometimes you’re not. There’s too much pressure to be happy. I don’t know. I don’t really give a [shit]. I know I will be at times and I know I won’t be at times. Satisfied, at peace, those would be more goals for myself.”
Hey, you know who isn’t retiring? Alessandra Ambrosio. And wouldn’t you know, I just happen to have these pictures of her in her bra and panties at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last week. What a stroke of good fortune!

Bringing an end to their time in Japan, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted at the Haneda International Airport in Tokyo today (November 10).
Joined by their six kids, the ?Mr. and Mrs. Smith? costars smiled for fans and press as they boarded an outbound flight following their brief 48-hour stay in the city where Brad was promoting his new movie ?Moneyball.?
During a press conference in Tokyo, Pitt shared his feelings on the amazing recovery efforts in Japan after the massive earthquake/tsunami disaster earlier this year.
?You are bringing everything forward to rebuilding and reclaiming the lives for yourselves and for others. It?s valued and inspiring to us. Your tenacity and perseverance and survival has a great effect on us, to the world community, and I applaud you all for that.?

Angelina in COLOR. Dear God, is the end nigh? These are photos from the Tokyo, Japan premiere of Moneyball. I saw Moneyball and really, really liked it, and I?m not even a baseball person. The Japanese like baseball, though. Right? I mean, I?m not trying to generalize about an entire nation, but baseball is a popular sport over there, correct? I believe it is, so I imagine they?ll like the film.
Anyway, Angelina is wearing this RED(!!!!!!!) dress. I can?t find the designer ID, but I suspect it?s L?Wren Scott, just because of the way the bust is cut - that?s the way L?Wren does it, and Angelina has worn similar L?Wren dresses and gowns before. She does well in L?Wren (and Versace). I wish she would wear sexy, well-cut dresses like this more often. I wish she would wear color more often too. She also looks like she?s put on a little bit of much-needed weight. Her boobs look great, and her midsection looks a bit fuller. Her arms are still pretty bony though. Also: RED LIPS. Goodness.
As for Brad? Jeez, look how long his hair is. Is this his new thing? Growing out body, facial or head hair randomly? His hair was longish a few months ago when he was filming World War Z in Scotland and England, and I believe he?s still filming that interminable sci-fi film still, now in Budapest. I think the difference in hair length will probably be justified because the film moves back and forth in time. Maybe long-haired Brad is the super-future Brad. I don?t know. I kind of like him with longer hair.

Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted at the premiere of Brad?s new movie ?Moneyball? in Tokyo, Japan today (November 9).
The ?Curious Case of Benjamin Button? hunk and his ?Changeling? chick both looked to be in good spirits as they posed for the paparazzi on the red carpet.
And of course, Angelina had all the boys drooling in her super sexy red spaghetti strap dress, while Brad opted for a black v-neck with matching blazer and trousers.
Earlier in the week, Brangelina and their brood of six children created quite the scene at the Haneda International Airport as they arrived in Japan.

| Brad Pitt's 'World War Z' is an over-budget, gun-smuggling disaster | Added 13 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Did you know that Brad Pitt is still working on the interminable World War Z? By the time they finish filming, an actual zombie army will have taken over the world. The filming has taken Brad to Malta, England, Scotland and now Budapest in what is one the longest and most involved films Brad?s ever been involved with. They?ve been filming for most the year, it feels like. Is this a miniseries or a feature-length film? Anyway, now that the production has moved to Budapest, producers and crew had to shop all of the armaments from England. Unfortunately for all involved, those ?props? were just confiscated in a SWAT raid. No joke.
Brad Pitt isn’t a terrorist — but he’s certainly being treated like one. On Monday, a SWAT team raided a Budapest warehouse holding weapons being used in Pitt’s upcoming zombie movie World War Z.
“The film is already over budget and over schedule,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Brad is furious.”
Police seized 85 fully-functional weapons, most of which were automatic, military-style assault rifles. “We can confirm that weapons were confiscated at an airport,” Hajdu Janos and Zsolt Bodnar, the director and deputy director of Hungary’s Anti-Terrorism Unit, tell Us.
The problem, a source says, is that the guns came with paperwork claiming they were non-functional — but they’re actually in working order.
“This morning a private plane brought guns wrapped in a parcel from a company to an individual [in Budapest],” Janos and Bodnar add. “Guns like these are highly illegal to transport even if they were to used as stage guns, which hopefully they weren’t.”
According to a source, Pitt, 47, isn’t to blame for the prop problem. “The movie company’s employees must have made a mistake bringing the guns in without the Anti-Terrorism Unit’s permission.”
Janos adds: “We are interrogating witnesses now, getting closer to solving the firearms story.”
Pitt’s company, Plan B Entertainment, is producing World War Z. It is scheduled for a December 2012 release.
[From Us Weekly]
Yeah, I was getting ready to pull the old ?It?s not really Brad?s fault? card when I was reminded that as producer, he?s partially to blame. He should have encouraged whoever was responsible for the gun supply to make sure everything had proper documentation. The last thing Brad needs is to get the reputation as an international gun smuggler. (Although that might explain a few things.)
Also: I wonder if his cute assistant followed him to Budapest? Angelina needs to shut that down.
