Two years ago she found herself in a car accident that was allegedly her fault, but Eva Longoria has finally settled the whole thing without going to trial.
The former ?Desperate Housewives? actress reportedly came to an agreement with plaintiff Roman Gasparyan, whom she crashed into on Hollywood Boulevard.
Hence, the trial that was supposed to begin on August 15th will no longer take place, and Eva can stop having to worry about the unfortunate incident.
Longoria paid Gasparyan an undisclosed amount of money to keep the case away from court, and the announcement was made late last week.

On Saturday (August 4) Eva Longoria took her democratic views to Florida's Women's Summit in Miami.
The "Desperate Housewives" starlet fit the bill when it came to her fashion choice as she wore a royal blue dress and black heels, while showing support for the re-election of President Barack Obama.
A few weeks ago, the 37-year-old beauty spoke with "Extra" and explained her support for the President. "The reason I support President Obama is because he?s the one that most reflects what I want our country to look like moving forward? It was an honor to be named one of the co-chairs of the re-election campaign and I?m a big Obama supporter.?
Though she just finished her duties in Miami, Miss Longoria will continue to gain supporters and join Valerie Jarrett in another summit in Orlando on Sunday (August 5).

Getting back to work in New York City, Eva Longoria was spotted leaving Fox and Friends studio on Monday afternoon (July 23).
The 37-year-old actress looked amazing in an all-white ensemble that showed off her perfectly toned legs as she walked down the streets with her large posse.
When she?s not busy in the studio, the ?Desperate Housewives? beauty is spending time with her best pal Victoria Beckham and her god-daughter Harper.
In a recent interview with People, Miss Longoria said, ?I was in L.A. [when Harper took her first steps]. I saw the Tweet, but Victoria had emailed me a picture earlier."
The brunette stunner also cleared up dating rumors between her and New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez stating, ?We're just friends.?

Sweeping the red carpet, Eva Longoria closed out the 52nd Monte Carlo Television Festival in a fancy ballgown on Thursday evening (June 14).
The "Desperate Housewives" actress waved to cameras and posed for pictures in what seemed to be a chopped-up then stitched-together frock before throwing her arm around Prince Albert II of Monaco for a photo op.
Earlier in the day, Eva slipped into a plunging and short Pink beaded cocktail dress to meet Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene on the Monte Carlo TV festival grounds.
During the royal gathering, the 37-year-old tweeted a picture of herself (in the tiny dress) raising her arms and one leg into the air while captioning the pic, "At the palace in Monte Carlo acting crazy!"
Eva has been on hand at the Monte Carlo Television festivities since Monday (June 11), partaking in events including a photocall for her just-concluded series "Desperate Housewives".

Stepping out to attend a photocall for 'Desperate Housewives', Eva Longoria stole the spotlight at the 52nd Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monte-Carlo, Monaco on Wednesday (June 13).
The "Desperate Housewives" diva strutted around in sky-high Pink pumps and a colorful dress while posing for pictures and signing autographs and at one point, she gracefully sat on a massive golden statue of a naked woman for a photo-op.
One of Eva's friends snapped a photo of her while she was signing autographs which she posted to Twitter earlier today adding, "With the fans outside the Monte Carlo film festival!"
After arriving in Monaco for the television festival yesterday, the 37-year-old actress traded her fashionable airport attire for a stunning white cocktail dress to kick off the festivities.

Making full use of her newfound free time, Eva Longoria was spotted shooting a commercial for Lays potato chips in New York City yesterday (June 3).
The ?Over Her Dead Body? actress, whose regular gig ?Desperate Housewives? came to an end last month, looked gorgeous in a sleeveless red dress as she worked her magic for the cameras.
Eva was joined by celebrity chef Michael Symon as she smiled brightly with a big bag of Lays chips, despite her own personal view on snack foods.
Longoria previously told press, ?I love raw almonds, I soak them in water overnight. It makes them plump and they pop in your mouth.?
Additionally, Eva has been keeping busy working hard for President Barack Obama?s re-election campaign.

Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Eva Longoria was spotted at a press conference for the Dynamic Walk-A-Thon in Marbella, Spain today (May 23).
The ?Desperate Housewives? starlet was all smiles as she posed for the paparazzi, sporting a leggy grey minidress with an updo.
Eva will serve as the honorary chair for the Annual Dynamic Walk-A-Thon, which will benefit the Eva Longoria Foundation and Cesare Scariolo Foundation.
The walk will begin at the Dynamic Marbella Gym and wind its way through the beautiful city of Marbella, closing with an awards ceremony.
