As her life takes a drastic turn, Eva Longoria has her ?Desperate Housewives? co-stars to lean on.
Just a day after filing for divorce from Tony Parker, the Gabrielle Solis actress was back on set of the hit ABC show.
According to a source, "Everyone is being very sympathetic to Eva's situation. Work has to go on ? but the whole set is very protective of Eva."
Another friend of Longoria?s told People, ?the cast of ?Desperate Housewives? have been wonderful, especially Marcia [Cross] and Felicity [Huffman].

While many of their fans were caught off-guard when they filed for divorce, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's split was a long time coming.
According to Parker?s rep, ?Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately. He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles."
?Tony did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California. He plans to continue to keep their discussions of this matter private."
Meanwhile, an inside source leaked that everything came crashing down between Eva and Tony when Longoria found that her hubby had been keeping information about Erin Berry (his teammate?s wife) a secret.
?Tony had Erin?s personal information stored in an electronic program that only he could access. But one day he forgot to close the program and that?s when Eva found it. It was a double shot for her because not only did she find all the information but Eva also realized immediately that Tony had taken steps to hide it from her. The fact that Tony had been hiding Erin?s information and their correspondence made Eva feel like he had been lying to her for months, and basically he had been.?

Dealing with some troubling times, Tony Parker recently answered questions pertaining to wife Eva Longoria filing for divorce.
The Spurs player told reporters before his game against the Chicago Bulls last night (November 17), ?This is a difficult time right now for me and Eva.?
Adding on, Tony said, "I'm getting great support from teammates and coaches. Right now, I just want to concentrate 100 percent on winning basketball games with the Spurs."
When asked about the infidelity reports, Parker responded, ?That?s my private life.?

It?s no secret she?s having a rough week, and now it is being reported that Eva Longoria is out a hosting gig too.
Several weeks ago it was announced that the ?Desperate Housewives? star would be hosting the annual ALMA Awards, as she does each year, but turns out this year?s show has been canceled.
One of the show?s producers, Delia de la Vara, told Latina Magazine, "We're working toward a 2011 fall broadcast of the show during Hispanic Heritage Month.?
She continued, "Eva's been part of our core team on the production for the ALMAs, so she will be a part of the awards as she has been for the past four years."

Fresh off of the news that she's ending her marriage, Eva Longoria has commented on her divorce from Tony Parker.
The "Desperate Housewives" actress told in a statement, "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce."
Eva continued, "We love each other deeply and pray for each other?s happiness."
With the paperwork being filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday (November 17), Longoria cited "irreconcilable differences" while Us Weekly reported that the parting of ways is tied to an alleged affair of Parker's behalf.

Eva Longoria’s rep is going on the offensive after reports Tony Parker had filed for divorce from the “Desperate Housewives” star hit the interwebs yesterday. Radar Online says:
On Tuesday afternoon, TMZ had posted that Parker filed for divorce in Texas. The website subsequently removed the story from their homepage.
In a later post, the website was forced to backtrack on its claim saying, ?Our story that Tony Parker filed for divorce is not true. Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she?s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.?
I dunno… TMZ doesn’t usually jump the gun on stuff like this. And for it to be an “unsubstantiated rumor,” Eva sure has her PR people doing a whole lot of damage control. The lady doth protest too much, methinks! There’s definitely something rotten in the state of Denmark. Although to be technical, Eva and Tony actually live in Texas. And Denmark isn’t really so much a state as it is a constitutional monarchy. See, that’s why I don’t quote Shakespeare more often in my posts. That and the fact he never wrote a single play about seeing up a celebrity’s skirt.

Making for quite the saddeningly sudden news, Eva Longoria is reportedly getting divorced from Tony Parker.
According to TMZ, the San Antonio Spurs guard is the one who initiated the split, as he's said to have filed papers in Texas on Monday, November 15th.
The move comes after recent rumors of trouble in the marriage, as Tony skipped out on appearances alongside Eva in which he was expected to be on hand.
With the couple having tied the knot in France in July 2007, no comment has been made by either Parker or Longoria's camps regarding the matter.

Having finished up her weekend hosting duties, Eva Longoria underwent quite the hectic evening as she wound up changing in and out of thirteen various ensembles throughout the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid, Spain on Sunday (November 7).
The "Desperate Housewives" hottie kicked off the annual ceremony by walking the arrivals carpet at La Caja Magica in a short 'n sexy sateen black frock.
With a few bodysuits, a sexy red number and a chocolate Emilio Pucci dress all in the mix, Longoria also donned an engulfing ham costume as an ode to Lady Gaga's infamous MTV VMAs meat dress.
Of the ham outfit, British tab The Mirror claimed that Gaga was upset over the situation, as their insider claimed, "Lady Gaga seethed: ?Why can?t she stop stealing my ideas?' Gaga didn?t find it funny and said that Eva should find her own gimmicks.?
Denying any such ill-will, a source close to the "Poker Face" singer has since informed Gossip Cop, "She [Lady Gaga] thought it was hilarious."
