Ready for a change, Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy husband Pete Wentz are putting their Beverly Hills luxury mansion up for sale.
The couple’s marriage, which has been rumored to be shaky and on the verge of divorce, are claiming they are making the move for baby Bronx.
The house simply is not baby-safe! “The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn’t a child-friendly house. They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”
Ashlee bought the mansion, at 5,896 square feet, in January of 2007 for $4.5 million. It has four floors, four bedrooms, four baths, and a master bedroom with his-and-her baths.
It, of course, has all things needed such as a television and game room, gym, a huge kitchen, swimming pool, and a two-story guesthouse.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has been axed from Melrose Place. The actress-and-singer has played Violet in the revival of the hit US TV show since March but now producers have decided not to renew her contract along with her co-star Colin Egglesfield.The show’s executive producer Todd Slavkin said: “It was the original plan going into the development of the show. We felt that once the murder mystery, which involved their characters, was resolved, the tone of the show was going to shift … and Ashlee’s character would move on.”After the news was announced, Ashlee said: “Having the chance to play Violet on ‘Melrose Place’ has been a thrill. Although I always knew her story would come to a final, insanely unpredictable end, playing a creepy, unstable character was something I always wanted to do, so I jumped at the chance. Thanks to the entire cast and crew of Melrose Place for allowing me this opportunity.”When she joined the drama, Ashlee - who is married to Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz - couldn’t contain her excitement.She said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the cast of ‘Melrose Place’ and look forward to being a part of its new generation of residents.”

Ashlee Simpson’s suckitude seems to have no bounds — she’s just been fired from the CW’s “Melrose Place.” According to Star Magazine
Executive Producer Todd Slavkinoth confirmed that both Ashlee and her costar Colin Egglesfield will be leaving the series.
He added they took the news “like professionals,” saying: “When you go into a show you never know what?s going to evolve and what the possibilities are. But because they knew ahead of time [that leaving was a possibility], it wasn?t a complete shock.”
Their final appearances will be in January.
Well, the good news is that Ashlee is just as good an actress as she is a singer. The bad news is that Ashlee Simpson couldn’t sing her way out of a wet paper bag if it were floating down a river in the middle of a hurricane. And I don’t even know what that means. That’s just how much she sucks.

She’s been one of the more noteworthy characters on the revival of “Melrose Place,” but according to a report, Ashlee Simpson will be saying farewell this season.
Todd Slavkin, the show’s executive producer, told press that Simpson’s departure has been “the original plan going into the development of the show.”
He explained, “We felt that once the murder mystery [involving her character] was resolved, the tone of the show was going to shift … and [Simpson’s] character would move on.”
And it sounds like Ashlee thoroughly enjoyed her short-lived gig. “Having the chance to play Violet on Melrose Place has been a thrill. Out spending her hard-earned cash, Ashlee Simpson was spotted imbibing on a retail romp in Studio City, California on Wednesday afternoon (October 21).
Joined by a friend, the “Pieces of Me” singer dropped by the local American Apparel store before then paying a visit to Urban Outfitters to load up on some new gear.
Meanwhile, you can catch Ashlee on the small screen when “Melrose Place” returns with another episode called “Nightingale” on Tuesday at 8/7C on the CW.
Per the show’s Web site, an episode summary tells: “Still freaked out by the recent murder, the Melrose Place tenants try to resume some sense of a normal life. Ella (Katie Cassidy) learns from her new boss, Caleb (guest star Victor Webster, “Harper’s Island"), that her job could be in jeopardy due to a recent merger unless she brings in a huge client. Ella forces David (Shaun Sipos) to take her to a Brentwood party, where she hopes to land a big actor client, Jasper (guest star Ben Milliken). Still in desperate need of tuition money, Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) agrees to go out on another date in exchange for money, but inadvertently winds up at the same party as David and Ella. Detective Rodriguez (guest star Nicholas Gonzalez) questions Auggie (Colin Egglesfield), and Auggie flashes back to when he first met Sydney (Laura Leighton) in AA. Riley (Jessica Lucas) and Jonah (Michael Rady) view surveillance video of Violet (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) acting oddly and begin to think she’s hiding something.”

Fitting in a little quality family time, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz ventured out with Bronx Mowgli in Hollywood on Saturday (October 17).
The loving family were all smiles as they enjoyed the relaxing weekend outing, with Miss Simpson toting her adorable baby boy in her arms as paparazzi snapped up shots.
As for fatherhood, Pete recently told People magazine: “Everything is awesome about being a dad. Eventually we want to be able to have a soccer team.”
But the family expansion is currently on hold, as the Fall Out Boy rocker says that he and Ashlee need to “schedule and time things right ... Ashlee is really focused on Melrose Place right now and I’m figuring what I’m doing next year.”
Continuing on about his daddy duties, Wentz tells, “The best part for me now is that I think for the first 9 months mom is so essential. When they start hanging out with dad more you’re like, ‘Wow I feel like a dad.’ You go to music class and do fun stuff together, it’s cool.”
