Amanda Bynes was spotted out and about in Los Angeles and the actress, in my opinion, is totally losing it. Actually, I am not sure she ever even had it. At least not completely.You know it, as in hotness? Amanda has always had a young, cute look–but I think she is rapidly going downhill and, in fact, I think she will be washed up and offmy celebrity radar is less than two to three years.
