Looking as lovely as ever, Eva Mendes stepped out in Venice, Italy earlier today (September 4) for the premiere of “Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans.”
Joined by co-star, Nicolas Cage and director, Werner Herzog, the “Hitch” star showed off her stylish ways in a sexy, long, black dress - all the while smiling and posing for pictures at the annual Venice Film Festival.
The “Bad Lieutenant” is a remake that follows Terence McDonough (Nicolas Cage) as he investigates the killing of five Senegalese immigrants.
As for Mendes deciding to take on the role, she says, “I didn’t even read the script,” The 35-year-old insisted. “I heard the name Werner Herzog and I said yes.”

There was something different about Eva Mendes at the Venice Film Festival Wednesday night, and it’s not just that she’s not topless or covered in oil. Can you guess what it is? The Daily Mail says
The Hollywood actress looked far from her usual luminous self Wednesday night, [appearing] tired as she arrived for the premiere of the Italian epic Baaria.
Perhaps jet-lag was to blame after her long-haul flight from Los Angeles.
Well, from the looks of it, she was probably up all night packing the bags under her eyes. Cross-continental flights really require a lot of organization, you know!

She’s been hanging out in the beautiful picturesque city of Venice, Italy this week, and earlier today (September 4) Eva Mendes was spotted at a photo call for her new movie “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans.”
The “We Own the Night” hottie was joined by costar Nicolas Cage and Director Werner Herzog as she hammed it up for the paparazzi at the 66th Venice Film Festival.
And of course Eva was looking stunning, sporting a cute and conservative black dress with white microdots and a pair of black heels.
“Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans” follows Terence McDonough as he investigates the killing of five Senegalese immigrants.

The festival kicked off yesterday and it’s a pretty big deal, at least in Italy. Eva Mendes, on the other hand, is a big deal everywhere—at least in my opinion. And the last time I checked it’s the only one that really counts around here (except for those of you who comment). So yeah, Eva showed up in this red, full length evening gown and looked amazing. She left a little something to the imagination, and mine, by the way,is running wild right now. When it comes to women, there are two types: hot trash and high class. In town to promote their new flick “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans,” Eva Mendes and Nicolas Cage were spotted at the Venice Film Festival today (September 3).
The “We Own the Night” actress and her “National Treasure” costar were both more than happy to strike a few poses for the paparazzi as they meandered around the festival grounds.
Always a snazzy dresser, Mr. Cage donned a dark suit with a white button-up shirt as he stood next to Miss Mendes who was sporting a peach colored dress with black peep-toe heels.
“Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans” is a remake of the original that follows Terence McDonough as he investigates the killing of five Senegalese immigrants.”

Wearing a leopard-print red dress, the sexy actress is on hand promoting her new movie, “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans.”
Co-starring Nicholas Cage and Val Kilmer, the movie is a remake which “follows Terence McDonough as he investigates the killing of five Senegalese immigrants.”
To be officially screened on September 4th, the Werner Herzog directed flick will then be slowly released throughout Europe beginning in December.
