A few days ago, we got the preview of Jessica Alba?s photo shoot and interview for the November issue of GQ UK. These photos are from the actual shoot, as opposed to screen caps, like we had before. This photos are very, very sexy, and you can see that Jessica?s ?Hotness Renaissance? is back and in full effect. Of course, Jessica doesn?t think so. In the excerpts so far, Jessica is fishing for compliments and telling us that she doesn?t see herself as beautiful or sexy. Right. That?s why she?s posing like this. Here are more excerpts from her interview:
Jessica Alba has revealed she would be up for appearing in Avatar 2. The actress would relish the thought of working with filmmaker James Cameron again, after he gave her her big break when he picked her to star in cult TV series Dark Angel.
“He knows where to find me - I’m always available to him,” she told GQ. “If we can work together and have a successful movie and make a lot of money, then great. But most importantly, he’s my friend.”
Jessica, who next stars in Robert Rodriguez’s Machete, added: “Career-wise, the most impactful people for me have been James Cameron and Robert Rodriguez.”
The 29-year-old also admitted she felt nervous around Robert De Niro, who she co-stars with in the slasher thriller.
“It felt like I was dreaming. You work with De Niro and you suddenly feel totally different,” she said. “My heart was beating fast, I got tongue-tied, I was sweating and so nervous. But he was so sweet, and gentle, calm, quiet and kept to himself.”
She couldn’t resist asking him for advice: “I said to him, ‘Robert, please help me, I don’t want to f**k this up, please don’t let me suck’.”
Alba also told UK men?s magazine GQ that she is not confident about her looks and that she doesn?t understand why she is regarded as a sex symbol.
She said: ?”My breasts are saggy, I’ve got cellulite, my hips are bigger, but I love it - there’s something so amazing about having a child. [I'm] way more comfortable, since I had a baby. I’m far less self-conscious now I have her to worry about. I just feel better about myself. I’m not so hard on myself. I don?t get it. Every actress out there is more beautiful than me. Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner, Beyonc, you name it. All better looking than me. I?ve seen them without make-up, so I know.?
And despite being regularly featured on the cover of men?s magazines, Alba admitted that she doesn?t enjoy the experience.
She said: ?I?ve never been comfortable showing my body off like that. I used to have anxiety attacks before I did the photo-shoots. I?d never worn high-heels or even dresses before I did movies? ?I wasn?t even allowed to show my stomach in my house when I was growing up ? my parents were very strict. But this is the business I?m in, and it?s made me a lot of money, so I can?t complain.?

So, there you go Hollywood. You have a young star who hates her body, has really low self-esteem, believes that her modesty can be sold for a couple of million, and will do ?anything? to work with James Cameron. Sounds like a lot of girls, honestly.

Having just arrived back home on the west coast, Jessica Alba imbibed on a shopping trip to Costco in Inglewood, California on Thursday afternoon (October 7).
Joined by a friend, the always-adorable "Sin City" stat loaded up on electronics while purchasing a television, 2 receivers, a DVD player and some bulk drinking water before checking out and loading up the car.
And while she's widely considered one of the most attractive stars on the planet, Jess recently said in an interview of stripping down for the cameras: ?I?ve never been comfortable showing my body off like that. I used to have anxiety attacks before I did the photo-shoots. I?d never worn high-heels or even dresses before I did movies?"
The 29-year-old Pomona native adds, ?I wasn?t even allowed to show my stomach in my house when I was growing up ? my parents were very strict. But this is the business I?m in, and it?s made me a lot of money, so I can?t complain.?

Getting in some girl time, Jessica Alba treated her daughter Honor Marie to a delicious meal at Nate N? Nals restaurant in Bevelry Hills today (October 5).
The ?Good Luck Chuck? actress looked to be in good spirits as she carried her little girl into the popular eatery, both ladies sporting big smiles.
And though she has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood, Jessica insists her pregnancy hampered her sexiness.

Jessica Alba is the cover girl for the November issue of GQ UK. We are mid-way through what some are describing as Jessica?s ?hotness renaissance? - she lost so much of her fan-base of younger men when she got pregnant, and Jessica has never really recovered. She tried to appeal to women - we get lots of paparazzi photos of Jessica with her daughter, and lots of fashion pics where we debate her (questionable) style. All to appeal to women in the hopes that we can make up for the cult following she gained and lost when she was The Hot Girl (circa 2005-2006). Anyway, I think Jessica is trying to go back to her ?Hot Girl? roots and let men know that even though she?s a mom now, her body is still to die for. Keeping herself busy over the weekend, Jessica Alba was spotted gassing up her ride in Los Angeles, California on Saturday afternoon (October 2).
Wearing a casual and baggy outfit, the "Into the Blue" babe dutifully filled her Yukon up with petrol before continuing forth with the day's agenda.
Having just recently released her new movie "Machete," Jess can next be seen in the sure-to-be hilarious movie "Little Fockers".
Starring Ben Stiller, Robert DeNiro and Owen Wilson, the comedy sequel is slated to hit theaters just after Christmas on December 27th.
The storyline via IMDB reads: "It has taken 10 years, two little Fockers with wife Pam (Polo) and countless hurdles for Greg to finally get "in" with his tightly wound father-in-law, Jack. After the cash-strapped dad takes a job moonlighting for a drug company, however, Jack's suspicions about his favorite male nurse come roaring back. When Greg and Pam's entire clan-including Pam's lovelorn ex, Kevin (Owen Wilson)-descends for the twins' birthday party, Greg must prove to the skeptical Jack that he's fully capable as the man of the house. Bringing an end to the weekend with a retail excursion, Jessica Alba stepped out with Honor Marie for a Sunday afternoon (September 26) shopping trip to Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.
With the "Sin City" actress dressed casually while showing off a black bra underneath a cutoff white t-shirt, Jess and Honor busily tried on clothes and shoes at the popular shopping destination.
After making their selections, the two lovely ladies closed out the day's outing by grabbing a bite to eat for lunch on the department store's top level.
On the career front, Miss Alba recently finished up filming a new movie called " An Invisible Sign" - which is a drama about "a loner named Mona Grey who as a child turned to maths for salvation after her father became ill."
