Now that she's steering clear of the club scene, Lindsay Lohan spent her Saturday evening (January 21) shopping it up at 14 Karats jewelry store in Los Angeles, California.
Clad in an all-black outfit sans bra with a brown leather jacket, the "Mean Girls" starlet spent the evening browsing the store's offerings before emerging to find two parking tickets adorning her black Porsche sports car's windshield.
The retail outing comes just days after reports emerged telling the LiLo is in the running to land the role of Elizabeth Taylor in a movie about the star's life.
With Megan Fox's name also having been mentioned, the film's executive producer Larry Thompson told E! News, "I've been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox. It's a very serious selection. It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."
Before being able to take the job, Miss Lohan still must finish off her probation requirements - as she has another progress hearing scheduled for February 15 with her final hearing slated to take place on March 29.

Say something nice. I?ll start. I don?t hate the trousers that Lindsay Lohan wore to court yesterday (which was just a progress report, and LL did well). With a different blouse or sweater, I would probably wear this kind of trouser. But overall, Lindsay?s latest court look was? awful. Crackie. As always. I don?t get the sweater thing – at first I thought it was a belly shirt, but it?s not, right? It?s a color-blocked sweater, and the bottom part is ?Lohan corpse? colored.
Can we talk about her boobs for a second? Look, I think I?m probably a cup size bigger than Lohan, so I know what a pain in the ass it is to have giant tatas and to find cute bras that actually fit. But that?s no excuse for consistently going braless, which LL definitely is doing here. Her boobs are in BAD shape. She needs to wear a bra – full stop. I don?t know if Lindsay thinks this braless look is cute, or if she?s delusional about her size or whatever, but she needs to shove ?em in a 36D and just be done with it.
After that, I can?t even start in with the white-blonde hair or the ghoul makeup or the crack lips. Thankfully, there?s a new story to discuss – a crazy man is suing Lindsay, and he claims that she?s a high-class hooker who was in league with Seal Team 6 or something?? His name is not Michael Lohan.
Lindsay Lohan got SERVED with a lawsuit on her way into court this morning … by an apparently delusional man who believes he played a role in the killing of Osama bin Laden.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court … which is essentially 12 pages of incomplete, incoherent gibberish.
From what we gather, the man who filed the claim, Thomas A. Green, alleges Lohan communicated with him via Facebook and led him to believe she would participate in a dot-com business he wanted to create.
It appears Green feels he was duped … and when he pressed Lohan about her true intentions, he uncovered a conspiracy about the killing of Bin Laden.
In his suit, Green writes, “[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency.”
Green also claims he is a former U.S. Marine — who recently spent time in a homeless shelter due to a “depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations.”
Then, for no apparent reason, he writes, “[Lohan] might be a high end prostitute.”
Green is suing Lohan for engaging in unfair business practices — and he’s demanding $300,000.
But as crazy as his lawsuit seems, Green hired a process server … who served Lindsay at her progress hearing in L.A. this morning.

It sounds like Mr. Green was reading our comments! So, let?s correct the record for him: Yes, LL is a hooker but she?s not high-end, unless ?high-end? is some kind of code for ?trading drugs and party access for sex.? And no, LL didn?t have anything to do with Osama. Unless you want to make a connection between Afghan poppy fields and Lohan?s crackhead status?? My God, it all makes sense!
Seriously, though – how sad is it that this poor Marine isn?t getting better medical care?

Lindsay Lohan is due in court today. Apparently, everything is going down at 10 am PST, which is 1 pm EST, or any minute now. You can see the live feed here at TMZ. I?m not expecting much, and as such, I plan to make my way to the gym this afternoon. Thus, you can treat this post like your ?Linnocent Open Post? and discuss all things ?breaking news.? According to both Radar and TMZ, LL is doing okay with her structured probation, although the hint of the old crackie is still coming through:

No one invites Lindsay Lohan to parties anymore but don’t worry, you’ll still be seeing her at them. Such as at the Weinstein Company hosted pre-Globes party last Wednesday at the Chateau Marmont in LA.
Lindsay didn’t get a formal invite per say but the existence of a backdoor was proof enough that they wanted her there. So she sneaked in through the hotel’s back entrance and “made her way to the front for photo ops” where Globe nominees Jean Dujardin, Berenice Bejo, Kenneth Granagh and Michelle Williams were having their pictures taken. Considering Lindsay’s dignity left her long ago, it’s safe to say she didn’t feel awkward at all.

Making the most of the evening, Lindsay Lohan was spotted living it up at the Weinstein Company?s 2012 Golden Globe Awards after-party last night (January 15).
The ?Mean Girls? actress looked absolutely fabulous as she arrived at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in an ivory dress with curly blonde locks.
Later this week, LiLo will appear before Judge Stephanie Saunter for her second probation progress report hearing.
And according to a report, Lohan will once again pass the judge?s requirements, though two of her twelve morgue visits were completed over the weekend. Talk about waiting until the last minute!

As I began to look through the photos from last night?s Golden Globes, these are the photos that caught my eye. For real. LL crashed the Weinstein post-Globes party – and the pre-party too, apparently. HuffPo reports that several days ago, The Weinstein Company hosted a Globes celebration at the Chateau Marmont, and Linnocent ?snuck in through the hotel?s back entrance.? She made a beeline for the A-listers (including Michelle Williams and Jean Dujardin) and she took photos with them. A source told Fox News that LL is back to living at the Marmont too – ?She came because she had a room at the Chateau.” If that wasn?t enough, Lindsay has caught the eye of another sketchball – Jeremy Piven:

The troubled star and Piven ? who played Hollywood agent Ari Gold on HBO?s ?Entourage? ? were spotted in deep conversation at the Chateau Marmont during Harvey Weinstein?s Golden Globes party Wednesday. Who sounds more pathetic, the crackhead or the crackhead enabler? In any case, LL is due back in court for her monthly progress report tomorrow. Apparently, she?s in compliance, but just barely:
Lindsay Lohan goes before Judge Stephanie Sautner tomorrow for her second probation progress report and she will once again pass with flying colors … but this time it came down to the wire … sources tell TMZ.
As the judge dictated back in November, Lindsay was required to complete 12 morgue visits and 4 psychotherapy sessions by Tuesday’s court hearing. Sources close to Lindsay tell us she’s done just that … but she completed the last 2 morgue visits on Friday and Saturday.
According to our sources, Lindsay has been a model morgue employee. Translation — She gets the job done with no drama and she’s friendly with the staff.
After tomorrow’s hearing Lindsay will be at the halfway mark of her probation. She has another hearing February 15, where she’ll have to show proof she completed another 12 morgue visits and 4 therapy classes. And on March 29 — her final hearing — she must show she’s completed the remaining 17 morgue visits and 6 therapy classes.
Should Lindsay slip up at any point, she gets 270 days behind bars.

Can?t you feel the old crack itch coming back? As if the itch ever left! It?s always there, she can just contain for a month or so. And then it pops up and crashes a party and then shows up to a big industry party, looking like the raging crack urge it is.

Lindsay Lohan has always been the model of personal responsibility and sound fiscal management, so I was just as shocked as you are to discover that she somehow owes the The Internal Revenue Service $93,701.57 for failure to pay federal income tax in 2009. TMZ says:
Lindsay Lohan had no idea she was so deeply in the hole to Uncle Sam … because she THOUGHT she had accountants to take care of that crap for her, sources close to Lindsay [reveal].
The I.R.S. hit Lohan with a big, fat tax lien, claiming she failed to fork over $93k in federal income taxes from 2009.
Our sources say Lindsay believes the debt was most likely “lost in the shuffle,” but the issue will be handled immediately.
I sure hope for Lindsay’s sake that the IRS accepts stained designer dresses and sea jasper as payment. That’s really all she’s good for these days.
