These are some new photos of Lindsay Lohan at last night’s launch event (?) for Mr Pink’s Ginseng Drink in Beverly Hills. I know. I KNOW. She looks like a mess. I don’t think she looks coked up, though. If anything, she looks like she took a bunch of downers and was sleep-walking her way through the carpet. As for her hair, Lindsay admitted, “It’s actually the wrong color than it’s supposed to be. But it’s the color of my natural hair and it will get there.” Bitch, your natural hair color isn’t orange-pink. Incidentally, Lindsay told E! News that she had made up her mind as to which candidate would get the much-sought-after Crackie Vote. Yes, Lindsay is voting for Mitt Romney. Her crack logic: “I just think employment is really important right now. So, as of now, Mitt Romney. As of now. It’s a long story.” UGH. That makes me feel bad for Mitt.
Okay, there?s a ton of other Lohan crap to get to this morning. I know, I know. If a crackhead crack-squawks in the woods, does it make a sound? And other deep thoughts. Sorry for getting so philosophical! I?ll try it a different way? time for another episode of ?The Crack Diaries: Totally Lohan, Y?all!? Here?s some stuff that?s happened in the past 30 hours or so since the police stormed the Long Island Lohan residence after *someone* called the cops during a violent, coked-out altercation between Lindsay and Dina.
*Lindsay did in fact ?lend? her mother $40,000 to save Dina?s Long Island home. Dina?s house was put on foreclosure notice back in 2010, but Dina worked out some kind of new payment structure with JP Morgan Chase to keep her house. TMZ reports that since then, Dina has been getting Lindsay to make the payments. Still, Dina recently ?fell behind? and asked Lindsay for an additional $40,000. That was the money Dina and Lindsay were arguing about.
*Dina has apparently gotten A LOT of money from Lindsay over the years, and Lindsay has even paid for her brother?s college tuition.
*Lindsay called into TMZ yesterday, and she had a lot to say and crack-deny. First and foremost, Lindsay claims Dina was NOT on cocaine during their argument early Wednesday morning. Lindsay fell on her own sword, saying: ?I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom. She was not on cocaine.”
*Lindsay said she can?t believe that Michael Lohan betrayed her AGAIN by recording their conversation and selling it to TMZ. The word used is ?betrayal? I guess. Lindsay claims she is ?done? with him forever and Michael ?doesn’t know what it means to be a father. He doesn’t want to be a dad.” She also says Michael was the one to call the police.
*Lindsay on the crack-drama fight with Dina: “Daughters have fights with their moms. It happens a lot. It’s normal.” Lindsay says she?s ?really regretful? about the fight and that Dina is an ?amazing woman.?
*Lindsay still hates Dr. Phil, and says Dr. Phil?s conduct during his interview with Dina was ?vile and disgusting.?
*Lindsay claims Dina wasn?t drinking before the fight and that ?it?s not true? that the family is trying to get Dina into rehab.
*Lindsay left New York on Thursday. She flew back to LA, leaving her mom to deal with all of this. Lindsay was due back in LA to do some promotional work ? a paid gig for a ginseng-infused health drink called Mr. Pink.
*Dina has not issued any statements thus far. Neither has Lindsay?s ?rep? Steve Honig. Coincidence?!?!?

I?m not sure what?s going on with Lindsay Lohan?s Twitter, but lately I haven?t been able to find the relevant tweets that other sites report on. Is she tweeting-and-deleting? We need a word for those people. Tweleters. Tweetleters? Whatever. Anyway, since Lindsay is an unemployed crackhead, she just sits around doing coke and watching crappy television all day, so she can rest up for her wild nights of crashing into pedestrians and crack-heisting phones. So LL ended up seeing Katie Couric?s episode devoted to Whitney Kropp, the young high school girl who was nominated for her homecoming court as a nasty prank by some douche bullies. Somehow, Lindsay watched the whole show and came away from it thinking only of herself:
Lindsay Lohan is getting personal on Twitter. The 26-year-old actress was inspired by an anti-bullying episode of Katie Couric’s new talk show, Katie, that she came forward with her own story.
“Katie Couric I think what you did today on your show for Whitney Kropp was lovely,” she wrote Tuesday. “It had me crying. I’d love to meet her. Stop bullying.”
In honor of Bullying Prevention Month (October) Couric interviewed bullied high school sophomore Whitney Kropp, who was voted into her school’s homecoming court as a cruel joke.
“I was actually bullied at my public school when I would leave to film,” Lohan tweeted (via Huffington Post), but appears to have since deleted from her account. “Whenever I came back . . . girls and boys would call me names.”
“They would also mock me because of my home situation,” the Mean Girls actress added. “When people found out that my father was in jail . . . they would yell things, try to trip me and more . . . I moved to home-schooling instead. In 11th grade. I stuck it out for a while.”
“So I can relate to the girls that you spoke with on your show today,” Lohan explained. “I appreciate you reaching out to them. XO.”

Why do the crackiest and most narcissistic amongst us always try to convince us that they are the true victims, the bullied, the oppressed, the forever maligned? Was Lindsay bullied? Eh. Maybe. Sure. But let?s face it ? she?s playing a little fast and loose with her teenage years too. She was living in the Chateau Marmont (her crackie home) at the age of 16. She wasn?t being ?homeschooled? unless you count ?doing lines off a newspaper? and ?trying to figure out her going rate.? And besides Lindsay?s tortured history, I tend to think she?s one of the biggest bullies (or ?Mean Girls? if you will) out there now. She?s always talking trash and inflicting physical and emotional harm on other people. Should we call her a bully? Or should we just call her a violent, narcissistic crackhead?
I did find this when I was looking through Lindsay?s Twitter. Your guess is as good as mine.

Lindsay Lohan called the police early this morning after claiming to have been assaulted in her hotel room by a a man she’d met earlier that evening. TMZ says:
The man was identified as Christian LaBella, who was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.
Lohan told police she met [LaBella] at 1 Oak, a nightclub in Chelsea. Lohan said the two got into an argument later on in her hotel room after Lindsay noticed the man had taken photos of her on his phone.
A few of Lindsay’s friends were in the room at the time the photos were taken.
Lindsay told police she confronted the man about the pics and he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands. We’re told Lindsay ran out of the room, but returned later. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.
According to our sources, a friend of hers was able to pull the man off her. Lohan claims she pulled the fire alarm to signal for help and cops were able to arrive in time to arrest the man.
Ah, what to say here? We all know how hilarious assault is. I really wish Lindsay would stop lobbing me softballs like these. I need a challenge.

Making for her first sighting since getting into another run-in with the law, Lindsay Lohan was photographed as she exited her New York City hotel on Thursday afternoon (September 20).
The 26-year-old actress looked to be in high spirits as she toted a young boy in her arms while flashing a grin at the paparazzi before loading into an awaiting ride.
Miss Lohan's midday hotel departure comes a day after she was nabbed by police in NYC on a hit and run charge stemming from a pedestrian's claim that they were struck by Lindsay's Porsche early Wednesday morning.
As an update, grainy surveillance footage capturing the crime scene was released earlier today (watch below). Lohan's camp, however, has stated that the allegations are "untrue" and plan to fight the charges in court.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in NYC this morning for hitting a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan and fleeing the scene.
Cops say Lindsay was parking her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel when she ran into the knee of a 30-something guy around midnight. One of the passengers got out to check the vehicle for damage and then they went into the hotel. Naturally, we wouldn’t want some peon’s knee damaging the Porsche.
Police were called while she was inside and 2 hours later when she walked out, she was immediately arrested. She was heard screaming, “Call my dad! Call my dad!”Lindsay was booked for leaving the scene of an accident and then released with a desk appearance ticket.
The victim was checked out at the hospital but didn’t have any visible injuries. He claims Lindsay was “slurring” her words and reeked of booze. Granted, that’s not really an indictment of Lindsay considering she always reeks of booze. That’s all her sweat glands produce now.
However, surveillance video of the incident shows the guy is exaggerating. The video shows Lindsay’s car going at a very slow pace going down a ramp while the guy was walking in the pedestrian path. The car did get close to the guy but it’s unclear if it ever made contact. After reviewing the tape this morning, one detective believed Lindsay grazed the back of the victim’s leg while another thought the car never made contact.
Not that it’ll matter because the video shows that after Lindsay goes down the ramp, the victim starts sprinting after her. Only when he caught up to Lindsay did he realize it was her since there was a crowd forming at the entrance of the club. When asked about this, the victim will probably look side to side, grab his knee and go “Ow, ow, ow, ow!”
The only odd thing is Lindsay left the club minutes after arriving, got in her car and left for a little bit and then came back. Probably to refill on cigs and condoms.
For her part, Lindsay is calling the story “really fishy” because the guy had no visible injuries. She believes she was set up. Which may be true but can’t we put her in jail anyway just to be safe? And when I say jail, I mean dungeon. The kind with lepers and surrounded by a moat with hungry crocodiles and that you have to fight your way out of to gain your freedom. I think that’d be pretty cool.

It feels like it?s been a little while since we had a series of Lindsay Lohan stories in one day, all involving some cracked-out crime. When was the last time? Her crack-heist at a slumber party, right? Right. That was last month. But it?s been a while since Lindsay has gotten into any kind of car accident (months!), so we were due. Anyway, as we already discussed, Lindsay plowed into some poor pedestrian early this morning in NYC. She was arrested for leaving the scene of the crime and her victim was sent to Bellevue for treatment. These are just some updates to the story, because crack dramz tends to get spread out over the hours:
*Lindsay was with her manager and ?a male pal.? Who is her manager again?
*A NYPD source tells Us Weekly, “While driving down the alley, she was trying to get people to step aside by flashing her lights. Everyone moved except one person.? Basically: MOVE THOSE PEDESTRIANS, I?M Lindsay Lohan. This was at approx. 1 a.m.
*She really was going into a club ? The Dream Hotel?s nightclub. She was in the club for approx. an hour and a half, and she was arrested when she exited.
*TMZ updated their story with this (try not to LOL too hard):
Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn’t until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on. As for the story about one of the passengers in her SUV getting out of the car and checking for damages, she says it never happened. Nobody ever got out of the car.
Lohan is calling the incident “really fishy” because the man didn’t appear to have any visible injuries and feels she’s the victim of a set up. She’s not going to let the incident go and is planning on fighting it to the end.

*TMZ also has a Cracken-sympathetic story about the surveillance video outside of The Dream Hotel. They claim that the video reveals that the Cracken?s victim is ?grossly exaggerating his claim at the very least.? You can read the story here ? basically, you can?t tell from the video if Lindsay?s car made contact with the dude, and the NYPD detectives investigating have different theories.
*On the video, you can also see the alleged victim sprinting after Lindsay?s car after she allegedly hit him.
*TMZ says the tape shows that ?Lindsay decided to leave the club minutes after arriving, got back in her car and left for a short time … then came back.? Crackie.
So, basically Lindsay is just going to claim that she never hit the guy, or that she grazed him so insignificantly that he?s not even really injured, and that he?s just making this all up because she?s so epically famous and rich and everyone picks on her because she?s The Biggest Celebrity In The World and everybody else is a crack liar.
PS? Where the f?k is Ali? Is she still in ?South Korea??

Prepare to clutch your pearls. The Cracken was arrested early this morning! She was just sitting in her pristine apartment, reading her Bible and sipping a glass of water when BAM! She was arrested. No, of course not. She was out clubbing like a crackie with some of her friends/dealers/sycophants in New York City and The Cracken hit some poor guy with her Porsche when she was parking, and then she and her peeps just walked away from her victim and went into her hotel. She was arrested a short time later.
Lindsay Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident early this morning after allegedly clipping a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when — at a very low speed — she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old guy. That was around shortly after midnight.
We’re told one of Lindsay’s passengers in the SUV got out and checked the vehicle for damage, and then LiLo and co. went inside the hotel.
We’re told someone called police while Lindsay was inside … and when she walked out of the hotel — around 2:30AM ET — officers arrested her.
According to our sources … Lindsay was booked for leaving the scene of an accident — a misdemeanor — and then released with a desk appearance ticket … meaning she did not have to pay bail before release.
We’re told alcohol was not involved.
We’re told the alleged victim was hospitalized … however, he was not knocked down or dragged, and didn’t have any visible injuries.
This arrest could absolutely trigger a probation violation in Lindsay’s jewelry theft case because one of the conditions of probation is she OBEY ALL LAWS.
Even without a conviction, Judge Stephanie Sautner — the judge in the jewelry theft case — could haul Lindsay’s butt into court if there’s probable cause to believe she committed a crime.

Yeah, I doubt anything will happen. Even though this went down in NYC, and that gives me a small twinge of crack-hope that she’ll have to face the consequences for something, anything, I doubt it. The California legal system will be like, “Huh? What happened? It probably wasn’t important. I sentence you to a friendly pat on the firecrotch!” And the NYPD will probably be the same, God knows.

She?s no stranger to the long arm of the law, and Lindsay Lohan is upset that Amanda Bynes seems to be squeaking though the legal system without any penalty for her misdeeds.
The ?Mean Girls? actress took to her Twitter page to express her disapproval of how things have been handled with the troubled star.
LiLo tweeted, ?Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?? last night (September 16).
She later added, "These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all.?
Bynes has been pulled over multiple times and charged with everything from DUI to hit-and-run, and is yet to have a judge throw the book at her.

I already covered the other photos of The Cracken?s Double Chin here, in a story about Lady Gaga offering to pay for Lindsay?s Marmont bill. Speaking of Lindsay and Gaga?s friendship (ugh!), these pics are of crackie attending the launch of Lady Gaga?s ‘Fame’ fragrance at the Guggenheim. The dress is extremely budget, and it does not flatter Lindsay whatsoever. That being said, I don?t think Lindsay looks completely awful here. Does she look crackie? Of course. But she doesn?t look like she?s been on a week-long vodka-and-coke bender, you know?
Lindsay is in New York after a quick stop in Atlanta to film her cameo in Scary Movie 5, with Charlie Sheen. Incidentally, this seems to be Lindsay?s latest M.O. ? one day of work, followed by weeks of partying to ?celebrate? said ?work?. Anyway, according to Page Six, Lindsay got along with Charlie. Of course she did:
Legendary ladies? man Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan shared a bed this week on the set of ?Scary Movie 5? ? as well as playful pillow talk between takes, Page Six has learned.
?Charlie and Lindsay filmed a love scene,? said a spy. ?The scene they were shooting for the movie was of them in bed together.?
We hear the ?Scary? script called for Lohan to kiss Sheen, and also to slip into a kinky collar.
Lohan got cold feet about shooting the scene, Page Six reported, and had blown off a string of meetings and flights because she ?freaked out? about mocking her public image.
However, ?Lindsay was a great sport,? a spy told us. ?She was poking fun at herself, and she really got into it and seemed to enjoy it.?
The spy added that the two actors with Hollywood?s most infamous off-screen reputations even ?shared some playful pillow talk during shooting.?
?They were ad-libbing,? a source said, and bonding over their reputations between takes. ?They were joking that they?ve both had a lot of issues over the past couple of years.?
At one point while filming the horror spoof, Lohan got scared and turned to Sheen: ?Lindsay was scared by a sound effect, and actually jumped into Charlie?s arms,? our spy added. ?But everything went smoothly and surprisingly on schedule.?

So, did they hit it? My general thought is? YES. They hit it. And it was probably epic. Meaning that it was incredibly gross and I can?t even imagine how disgusting it was, but I bet both of them enjoyed it immensely. It?s like when FDR met Winston Churchill for the first time, only with two crackheads and a mountain of coke and lube.
By the way, Lindsay also tweeted this yesterday:
