Obviously, these are new photos of Lindsay Lohan in LA, filming Liz & Dick. She?s ?in character? can?t you tell? She?s in character because she has DARK HAIR. Just like Elizabeth Taylor!! Nothing else is like Elizabeth, though. And is it just me, or can you see Lindsay?s crack-face in these blurry photos? Like, the first thing you see are her ridiculous lips (pursed into a smug little smile) and her huge cheeks. As for that fur coat? I hope it?s fake. Real or fake, it?s totally going home with Lindsay (if it hasn?t already). She?s probably already wiped out a chunk of the wardrobe department.
Anyway, remember how Lindsay crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway? Remember how she tried to pay off the other driver? Remember how she blamed the other driver, then she blamed the brakes, then she lied to the cops about being the one driving? Remember the mysterious Pink bag and the water bottle full of vodka? Yeah. Radar?s sources say that the investigation has led back to Lindsay being the source of everything to do with the accident:
The investigation into what caused Lindsay Lohan to crash into a truck on Pacific Coast Highway is winding down, and the contributing factor to the accident was the fact that the embattled actress was speeding, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As we previously reported, Lohan, 25, rear ended the dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway on Friday, June 8. The Porsche, driven by Lindsay, was totaled and the accident sent the Mean Girls star and her assistant to the emergency room. Both were later released and miraculously didn’t suffer serious injuries.
A source close to the situation tells us, “The investigation is almost complete, and Lindsay was speeding in the moments before the accident. She was probably going ten miles over the posted speed limit, which would have been around fifty miles per hour. There were no skid marks, which indicate that Lindsay was indeed speeding and didn’t have time to even hit the brakes before she crashed into the truck. Lindsay is truly lucky to be alive, and that no one else got seriously injured. Lindsay could be cited by the Santa Monica Police Department for causing the accident, but it doesn’t seem very likely. The police report and investigation findings will be turned over to Lindsay and the trucker, James Johnson’s respective insurance companies. Lindsay’s Porsche was totaled in the accident and was a complete loss.”
Media reports circulated earlier this week that cops found a plastic bottle containing alcohol in the trunk of the car, however, Sergeant Richard Lewis of the Santa Monica Police Department told RadarOnlline.com, “There was no container retrieved from the vehicle. There was a container found in the debris by the side of the road but that doesn’t mean it came from the car.”

She can literally do anything she want with no legal consequences. I guess the state of California figures it?s cheaper to simply ignore her and fail to prosecute her than actually hold this crackhead accountable for anything. I?m glad CB covered the latest cracktastrophe from Lindsay Lohan, because I?m really over it at this point. I guess I should say that I?m in a constant state of ?Jesus, what did she do NOW?? with Lindsay at this point. This is the second week (IN A ROW) in which Lindsay did something dumb on a Friday afternoon after most people were done for the day. Two Fridays ago, she totaled her (rented) Porsche on the PCH. This Friday she was so ?exhausted? she was unresponsive for hours. Allegedly. Sort of.
CB initially thought that this Friday?s incident was proof that Lindsay was going even further downhill fast, and that the end was nigh. But as time passed, even CB realized that Lindsay is simply the same ol? cracked-out mess that she always is, no better and no worse. I agree with some of the commenters claiming that the now-official version of what went down – Lindsay was initially ?unresponsive? but the paramedics didn?t take her to the hospital and she?s totally fine – is the cover story for something more crackie. But for now, Lindsay herself is pushing the ?exhaustion? story. She got on Twitter (I forgot she was on Twitter) and wrote this:

CB and I were trying to figure out if the ?85 hours in 4 days? figure is some crack-math by Lindsay. What does ?85 hours? include? Does it include the hours of downtime waiting to go on set? Does it include all of the hours of ?preparation? (coke) to get into character? Did Lindsay really mean to write ?85 lines in 4 days?? Ugh, whatever.
My real theory about this incident is that Lindsay really was ?passed out?. I think she had been drinking and mixing medications and she unconscious, not asleep. And I think Lindsay is like that a lot of the time – mixing prescription meds with illegal drugs and alcohol to create a cracked-out cocktail that makes her barely lucid. But my theory doesn?t have an answer for ?Why didn?t the paramedics just take her to the hospital?? I don?t know.

Seemingly re-energized and ready to go, Lindsay Lohan was in costume while on the set of "Liz & Dick" in Los Angeles, California on Saturday afternoon (June 16).
Decked out in a bright red dress with a shiny tiara atop her head, the "Georgia Rule" starlet conversed with set staffers while readying to shoot more scenes as she portrays the iconic Elizabeth Taylor for the Lifetime made for TV movie.
The weekend workday comes as LiLo took a moment to address her recent medical scare by posting a message on Twitter earlier in the morning.
Of being found unresponsive at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the 25-year-old wrote, ??Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door?. Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down.?

It seems like there are multiple stories every day about Lindsay Lohan’s delusions, lies, and the very dangerous scrapes she’s been getting into. As terrible as it is to say, I was just thinking this morning that she might overdose soon. I know that sounds awful, and I in no way wish for it to happen, but a lot of people have her on death watch. The more serious problems she has, the more you wonder if she’s going to have a fatal one soon.
So we just heard that paramedics were called to Lohan’s room at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey at around 10am this morning. Apparently “someone found her unresponsive,” according to TMZ, and called 911. She wasn’t hospitalized, and her people are using the old standby excuse for all celebrity drug issues: “exhaustion” and “dehydration.” They’re also explaining that she was either filming from 7pm to 8am that day or for 2 days straight, depending on which outlet they told the story to. Like every catastrophe Lohan gets into, other key details about the story have changed over time, including who found her and how this came about.
I think TMZ has the most complete “official” side of the story, so I’ll quote them for now. Even TMZ, which is firmly team Lohan, admits that their story has changed on who called 911. (Note their update, which suddenly involves Lindsay asking for help prior to this. Her rep’s statement never included this important detail.) E! has yet another “official” version, or maybe they have a quote from her camp along with a source at the hotel. Either way, the story is of course different from the version they’re selling to TMZ and People. Here’s TMZ’s:
Paramedics rushed to Lindsay Lohan early today after she was found non-responsive at a hotel by the ocean in L.A.
Sources tell TMZ … Lindsay had been shooting almost non-stop without sleep for 2 days and was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey to get some shut eye. She has been shooting parts of her movie near the hotel.
We’re told someone became alarmed because they could not wake her up and the person called 911.
Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.
Lindsay is back on set shooting her Lifetime movie, “Liz and Dick.”
As far as we know, Lindsay did not go to the hospital herself.
Update: We have more specifics. We’re told Lindsay wasn’t feeling well after complaining of exhaustion, she called someone from the “Liz and Dick” production team early this morning, and the team sent a private doctor to check on her. Before arriving, the doctor called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to her door, “checked on her” and determined she was “unresponsive.” The hotel then called 911.
Lindsay’s rep says it was someone from the production team who called 911.

People Magazine has Lindsay’s overworked rep’s statement on the matter. Steve Honig said:
“She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning. She took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution.
“Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration.
“She is resting now and is hoping to be back on set later this afternoon.”
The thing about how this was Lindsay’s final scene to shoot, do you think that it became her “final scene” after they had this drama with her? I mean, it doesn’t seem like she’s been on set long at all. She totaled a car last week and now she’s treated for “exhaustion” and all of a sudden she’s shooting her “final scene.” I’m thinking this comeback is going to be short-lived for her. Unless she gets the addiction treatment she so obviously needs. Not that it will work at all given how many times she’s been in rehab, and I don’t think any of them were willingly.

I have an honest-to-God question: does Lindsay Lohan tell crack-lies because she?s afraid of ?getting into trouble? or does she just crack-lie because it?s second nature to her? Like, lying is like breathing to her. Like, Lindsay doesn?t know who she is unless she?s lying her ass off. What would have been the big deal if Lindsay had simply admitted that she was driving her Porsche at the time of her accident, an accident that was HER fault and not the other driver?s? Sure, there would insurance issues, both with the Lifetime film and with her car insurance. But wouldn?t it simply have been easier to start with the truth without going out and creating a neverending cycle of crack drama, crack lies and crack denials?
Anyway, the latest in a long line of ?Yeah, Lindsay has never been sober? moments. TMZ reports that ?law enforcement sources? are telling them that Lindsay had an open container of alcohol in her trunk at the time of the accident. She was carrying said alcohol in a water bottle – which is her absolute favorite way to get her drink on, by hiding it in a water bottle:

Both law enforcement sources and the tow truck driver tell us … cops confiscated a plastic water bottle from the trunk of the Porsche, and our law enforcement sources tell us the bottle contained alcohol. Another law enforcement source tells us the bottle was actually in the debris field and scooped up along with other parts and placed in the trunk before it was towed away.
It’s not a violation to carry an open container in a trunk, so Lindsay is in the clear. And according to cops she had no alcohol in her system.
Nevertheless, Lindsay has been to rehab several times, so it’s not the swiftest move to roll with booze.

Of course the LAPD is all ?Meh.? They were meh about LL LYING to them too. They were meh about Lindsay getting coked up while on probation, while taking court-ordered drug tests. They were meh about her doing any and all cracked-out activities over the course of the past five years. The California justice system has thrown up their hands – they no longer give a crap. They never did. The California justice system?s current thinking is ?Let?s just cross our fingers and hope that this fire crotch terror doesn?t kill someone, but if she does, we still won?t do anything.? It?s disgusting.

Lindsay Lohan totaled her car on Friday. I?m sure you?ve heard. When I saw the news, my first thought was ?Of course she did.? My second thought was ?I?ll be damned if I?m going to treat LL?s latest cracktastrophe like breaking news.? At first the story was relatively basic – Lindsay was driving her rented, black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway and something happened and she plowed into the back of an 18-wheeler. The Porsche is a goner and Lindsay and her assistant (who was traveling in the car with her) were both taken to the hospital, although neither LL nor her assistant were seriously injured, although the assistant went to the hospital in an ambulance. The (male) driver of the 18-wheeler was not seriously injured either. Anyway, you can see some photos from the crash here.
Lindsay was already back at work just hours after the accident – she was actually on her way TO work when she hit the 18-wheeler. She?s allowed to come into work at noon? That?s when the accident took place. Still, TMZ dutifully reports that ?Lindsay Lohan is so determined to prove she’s no longer a slacker — she’s hiding extensive injuries she sustained during her massive car wreck yesterday … just to keep shooting her new Liz Taylor movie.? She apparently ?refused? to allow producers to cancel for the day (once again, she was coming in at NOON), and Lindsay ordered the makeup people to simply cover up all of her bruises and she ?refuses to let the crash become a distraction.?
But things got interesting quickly. TMZ?s ?law enforcement sources? claimed that LL and the truck driver were both sober at the time of the accident. Lindsay or someone close to her immediately ran to TMZ to claim that the truck driver was to blame for the accident because he cut her off. But the driver of the 18-wheeler has a completely different story. Of course.
The guy driving the giant truck that got rear ended by Lindsay Lohan Friday tells TMZ … LiLo was trying to flee the scene and when he tried to stop her … her people tried to buy his silence.
Lindsay was driving on the PCH yesterday when she collided with a semi-truck driven by James (we’re leaving out his last name). Lohan was trailed by a Cadillac Escalade (which James refers to as a limousine) … driven by someone connected with her Lifetime movie.
James tells TMZ after the accident, he called 911 as Lindsay and her male assistant got out of the Porsche and into the Escalade. James says the assistant picked up a Pink bag, “filled it up with something” and then put clothes on top of it.
James claims the driver of the Escalade was trying to keep him away from the SUV. James says he wanted to exchange info with Lindsay (whom he did not recognize) but it was apparent to him she was about to flee the scene.
James says the Escalade driver offered him money, saying they could “go to the bank” and withdraw some cash.
James says the Escalade driver and Lindsay’s assistant put on a full court press: “Him and the guy took me across the street and told me this was some kind of famous person and they didn’t want to be in the media. But I’d already called 911 because they were trying to get away from the scene. But they packed a bag and then the limousine driver told me, ‘Don’t mention the bag to the cops.’”
Steve Honig, Lindsay’s rep, tells TMZ, “Lindsay is cooperating fully with law enforcement. She has answered all their questions and provided them with everything they have asked for.”

James also tells TMZ that he did not cut her off, and that multiple witnesses saw her ?flying? down the highway and besides all that, he was in the right lane when she hit him.
So? was Lindsay on ?something? when she hit this guy? Was she carrying? Did her people try to bribe the driver? Is this all her fault? Will the police do anything about it. Yes, yes, yes, yes and NO. Dumb, dangerous crackhead. I don?t want to hear anymore about Lindsay ?deserving? a ?comeback? or anything about how she?s NOT a crackhead. THIS is who she is.
UPDATE: Latest crack denial from Team Lohan: not only did James cut her off, but her brakes failed too. Because of course.

In what could have been a much bleaker outcome, Lindsay Lohan has been released from the hospital after being involved in a car wreck while on the way to work on Friday (June 8).
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the troubled young actress was on the way to work on the Pacific Coast Highway when her Porsche slammed into the tail end of an 18 wheeler.
Taken to a medical center after the bang-up, the 25-year-old has since been released - as her rep released a statement telling that she was "on her way to the set [of Liz & Dick]. She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution. She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work.?
While LiLo ended up okay, her sports car wasn't so fortunate - as the car suffered serious damage including a banged up hood, smashed passenger window and the loss of a bumper.

Lindsay Lohan was taken to the emergency room this afternoon after a car accident.
According to reports, she was driving her black Porsche, a rented car by the way, on the PCH when she slammed into the back of an 18 wheeler, totaling the Porsche. Lindsay and her assistant (the passenger) were both bleeding and bruised. Someone drove Lindsay to the hospital while her assistant went by ambulance. Police say neither Lindsay nor the truck driver had been drinking.
Lindsay is saying the accident wasn’t her fault and that the big rig cut her off. The excuse sounds fishy if you’ve ever driven anywhere in the vicinity of an 18 wheeler in your entire life. Those cars take about 2 minutes to change lanes and you’d have to be blind to rear-end one. Not to mention she’s driving a Porsche who’s braking distance from 60 mph to 0 is less than 100 ft. She must have the reactions of a sloth after smoking weed.

This is yet another ?official? promotional image from The Most Important Television Movie of Our Time, The Crack Chronicles: The Making of ?Liz & Dick?. Seriously, I would rather watch the ?making of? Liz & Dick than actually have to sit down and watch Lindsay crack-rasp her lines in between her horrid crack-pouting. But to hear the Lifetime people talk, this is the most magnificent production EVER. The rules for the Academy Awards are going to be re-written so The Cracken?s performance as Elizabeth Taylor can be nominated.
When Lindsay Lohan first walked onto the set of Lifetime?s Liz & Dick dressed as screen legend Elizabeth Taylor, ?there was an audible gasp,? the movie?s costume designer, Salvador Prez, tells PEOPLE. ?You?d swear it was Elizabeth.?
Dressed in Taylor?s favorite styles ? jewel-toned cocktail dresses, fur coats and those famous gems (well, good fakes) ? the actress looked remarkably like her screen idol. ?She just walked into the clothes and became Elizabeth Taylor,? says Prez.
Producer Larry Thompson had some of Taylor?s most famous bling, including the 33-carat Krupp diamond, recreated for the film. ?Part of the magic is the wardrobe,? he says. ?And Lindsay said she wants to bring magic to the movie.? Many of the vintage dresses fit her like a glove, too; Lohan?s waist measures a tiny 23 inches, while Taylor?s was a mere 22 inches.
Lohan will wear 66 different looks in the 80-minute biopic, which begins in 1961, ends with Richard Burton?s death in 1984 and focuses on their tumultuous relationship (an affair while she was still married, two weddings and two divorces). To prep, Lohan hired a voice coach and even dyed her auburn hair a deep brunette to better match Taylor?s dark tresses.
Lohan?s hair and makeup will span all of Taylor?s looks, from the long lashes and red lips of the 1950s (attained using M.A.C?s ?Hot Tahiti? lipstick) and the Cleopatra-inspired eyeliner and nude mouth of the ?60s to her teased ?80s bouffant, always with her trademark eyeliner to accentuate her famous violet eyes. (Lohan is wearing opalescent lavender contacts for the role.)
?She brings in makeup for me,? makeup artist Eryn Krueger Mekash, who?s using mostly Chanel, Dior and M.A.C products, tells PEOPLE. Adds the movie?s hair stylist, Beatrice De Alba, ?She looks so much like her. There was a moment when she saw her picture on the monitor and said ?I?m her.? It was thrilling.?

Lindsay saw herself on the monitor and said, ?Ew, gross, that?s such a horrible shot of Liz! She looks like such a sketchy hooker.? Why is this whole thing like a children?s story gone awry? One of my favorite stories when I was a kid was ?The Emperor?s New Clothes?. That?s what this is – why is everyone even bothering to pretend that Lindsay is NOT a wildly offensive choice to play Elizabeth Taylor. Look at these photos – The Crackhead simply does not resemble Taylor in the slightest.
Did you notice – my question about the jewelry reproduction was answered. Lifetime can?t afford to even borrow any real gems, so everything is being recreated on a budget. And I bet Lindsay STILL crack-heists every single (faux) bauble.
Do you believe Lindsay?s waist is 23 inches? I don?t. I?m not judging her size either way, I simply don?t believe her waist is 23 inches.
