These are some new photos of Nicole Kidman in Paris yesterday. She arrived for Paris Fashion Week a few days ago, although she hasn?t been spotted front row at any of the shows, as far as I know. Instead of checking out the latest lines (Dior?), Nicole was shilling Tod?s. I had forgotten that Nicole was associated with Tod?s – didn?t she appear in their ads at some point? Or am I just hallucinating that? Anyway, I can guarantee that Kidman didn?t just show up in Paris for the hell of it – she was likely paid to appear at the launch of Tod?s new signature collection of handbags and accessories. If I was Nic, I would have asked to be paid in purses. God, I love Tod?s purses. Anyway, Nicole was the hostess/lady of honor at the dinner/event. And when she spoke to the press, she mentioned her love of French bread:
All Hollywood actresses are taught that carbohydrates are the enemy. But Nicole Kidman admits she can’t resist French bread whenever she visits Paris. Despite her super slim figure, the mother-of-four surprised fashionistas when she revealed her love for baguettes at a Paris Fashion Week party last night.
Kidman, 44, flew into the City of Lights specially for the launch of Tod’s new Signature Collection. The Italian luxury brand?s chief Diego Della Valle had invited Kidman to be the guest of honour at the lavish bash at the Italian Embassy.
The Australian certainly looked chic as the event as she arrived in an Erdem Pre-Fall 2012 Ivy Dress and pointed stilettos.
Before the party, she popped into the Laperouse restaurant for dinner and hopefully got her baguette fix.
She said at the Tod’s party: ‘It’s gorgeous to be in Paris. I just love bread, which I know in this day and age everyone says, “Don?t eat the bread.”‘
But given her super slim figure, Kidman could probably get away with a few baguettes. Also at the party was Margherita Missoni, Anna Wintour and Jade Jagger. Kidman is currently filming The Railway Man with Colin Firth in Scotland.

I?m kind of meh on her Erdem outfit/dress. It?s so? autumnal. If she had worn the dress in October, I think I would have liked it more. Plus, you know I don?t care for lace stuff.
Should we talk about her marble-like forehead or her lips? She?s still jacking the hell out of everything. It?s sad.

Making the most of her international travel schedule, Nicole Kidman was spotted arriving at her hotel in Paris, France today (March 5).
The ?Moulin Rouge? actress looked stylish in a tan brown winter jacket teamed with a grey scarf as she headed inside, fresh from a flight from Los Angeles.
In career news, Nicole will be replacing Rachel Weisz in the upcoming Colin Firth drama ?The Railway Man.?
The flick is based on the autobiography of ?Eric Lomax and his horrific experiences as a Japanese prisoner in World War II.?

Closing out the weekend with a blood-pumping workout, Nicole Kidman spent her Sunday morning (March 4) alongside her personal trainer in West Hollywood, CA.
The 44-year-old actress looked sporty in fitness gear as she briskly trekked through her posh neighborhood streets.
The sighting comes just as it has been announced that Miss Kidman has taken over Rachel Weisz's role in the upcoming movie "Railway Man".
Directed by Jonathan Teplitzky and co-starring Colin Firth and Jeremy Irvine, the drama tells the tale of "a victim from World War II's "Death Railway" who sets out to find those responsible for his torture," per IMDB.

If you would have told me when Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban got married that they were going to last over five years I wouldn’t have believed you. I know that sounds mean, but Keith went to rehab shortly after he was married and we heard some stories about his hard-partying ways. He didn’t seem ready to sober up and settle down, but he did it anyway. Keith now seems like a very devoted husband and father, and he must consider himself lucky to have such a great family.
That’s just a preface to these photos of Nicole and Keith at the airport in Sydney yesterday with their two daughters. They have daughter Sunday Rose, three and a half, and daughter Faith Margaret, 14 months. Faith was born via gestational carrier but I would guess she’s biologically Nicole’s as she looks just like her sister and her mom. Look at those ginger curls. Those girls are precious and I can’t believe how big Sunday is! We hardly ever see her and it looks like she grew up overnight. She’s so tall and I would have guessed that she’s older.
The family was in Australia partially for Keith’s job as a judge on the Australian version of The Voice. They also have family and friends in Australia, as the Daily Mail notes, and surely paid some visits while they were there.
I love Nicole’s dress and would like to own a cheaper version of it. The nude-tone underlay gives the illusion that you can see through it by some angles, which adds a little sexiness to it. It’s a very pretty dress and looks comfortable for traveling.
What a nice looking family they are. They look very happy and relaxed and I see a lot of pride on Keith’s face. Who knew?

Catching a flight in Sydney, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban walked through the airport hand-in-hand with their girls on Wednesday (February 29).
The "Moulin Rouge!" actress wore a sheer black dress with nude pumps and dark shades while her two daughters both looked pretty in pink.
As for the reason behind the flight, the Kidman-Urban clan is heading back home after spending the past two weeks in the Land Down Under.
During the family's time in Australia, Nicole stepped out for an appearance at the Tropfest 2012 short film festival in Sydney, Australia on Sunday (February 19) and her hubby, Keith, has been tending to his coaching duties on the upcoming Aussie version of "The Voice".

The "Paperboy" actress toted little Faith Margaret in her arms as her hubby held Sunday Rose's hand while exiting the Sydney International Airport terminal on the Valentine's Day holiday.
As for the reason behind the trip, Keith happened to have work lined up in the Land Down Under while participating in a show that's described as Australia?s version of "The Voice".
The country rocker nabbed the role as one of the program's coaches helping to lead hopeful artists towards their goal of success in the music industry.

Picking up her precious little one from a day at preschool, Nicole Kidman was spotted with Sunday Rose in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday (February 7).
The ?Moulin Rouge? mama was all smiles as she carried her daughter?s Pink backpack out to the car, with the two ladies hopping into their seats and speeding away.
During a recent interview for the Television Association Winter Session, Kidman explained that she prefers to keep her personal life out of the spotlight.
The respectable actress told, ?Part of the reason of being an actor is you like playing other people?s lives and exploring all the psychologies in that and the emotions. I think having my life be as private and quiet as possible is a way in which then I can go and play characters. I like the privacy of my life and I protect it quite vigilantly.?

Here are some photos of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards in LA Friday night. Nicole wore this black-and-white Collette Dinnigan dress which? I like? I think? You know how I feel about lace and stuff, but I think this black lace effect was done beautifully, and Nicole definitely does not look like she?s wearing a white tablecloth with a black lace overlay. Well? the belt helps. I?m a little disappointed that Nicole didn?t do a big bouffant, though. I was one of the few that loved her giant, Southern-style, teased-up look the other day, and seeing her on another red carpet with her hair down (save for one strand pulled back with a tiny clip!) is kind of boring.
I have a quick question – does anyone else think Nicole dresses too ?girlie? for her age, or is that not a thing? Like, she?s not Zooey Deschanel, a 30-something woman who dresses like a 6-year-old on a sugar high. And it?s not like Nicole is dressing ?too young? in the sense that her clothes are too revealing or too ?young startlet?. But there?s something that I find too ?precious? about Nicole?s red carpet style over the past year. Her style used to be so much more sophisticated and avant-garde, but now it?s just little lace dresses and frills and stuff. I?m guessing it only bugs me.
As for Keith – STOP FLAT-IRONING YOUR HAIR. Enough. You have the same hair as Cojo.
Shall we even discuss Nicole?s lips? There are a few photos where it seems like her bottom lip is a giant, immovable slug. I?m reminded of that photo Michael K just used the other day – go look at Nicole?s vintage, original lips, and then come back and look at her lips in these photos. Dear God.

Taking the stage as one of the night's illustrious presenters, Nicole Kidman presented Meryl Streep with Best Actress honors at the 2012 Australian Academy Of Cinema And Television Arts Awards on Friday night (January 27).
Held at Soho House in West Hollywood, California, the "Australia" actress announced Miss Streep as the winner of the prestigious award coming by way of her role as Margaret Thatcher in "The Iron Lady".
Wearing a lovely Collette Dinnigan dress, Miss Kidman attended the event's first annual ceremony alongside her suit and tie clad country star husband Keith Urban.
Along with Meryl, the big winner at the Australian Academy Of Cinema And Television Arts Awards was "The Artist" - with the French silent film taking home Best Picture, Best Actor (Jean Dujardin) and Best Director (Michel Hazanavicius).

Simply take this as evidence of how slow it is this morning. In a few minutes, I?m going to be writing about Peaches Geldof too, so there?s that to look forward to. These are new photos of Nicole Kidman, out to lunch. She?s not in costume. Her big, teased up hairstyle is not part of some stereotypical ?Southern? character. I?m not even sure if she?s currently working on any film, is she? Her IMDB says no – she?s got three films in post and nothing coming up.
I say all of that because these days, THIS is how Nicole dresses casually, when she?s out to lunch. This is her style. Do you hate it? My immediate reaction was going to be to hate on it, but as I really looked at the pieces of this look, I think it?s appropriate for her. It’s lady-like, somewhat dainty and fussy, but well-put-together. I like the idea of the trousers, but the tailoring seems off in the hips. The blouse is too frilly for my tastes, but I understand that Nicole loves these lacy, frilly things, and the stuff on the bust makes her chest look bigger.
As for the hair – how much would you love it if this was Nicole?s new hair style from here on out? I would love it. She lives in Nashville now (sort of), and it?s good to see some of ?the bigger the hair, the closer to God? philosophy rubbing off on her.
I can?t see much of Nicole?s usually jacked face, so I?m declaring this outing a style ?win.? I?m not even being assaulted by her lips (except for in that one profile photo). YAY for Nicole!
