Stepping out to promote their latest motion picture, Penelope Cruz and Emile Hirsch attended a photocall during the 6th International Rome Film Festival for ?Venuto al Mondo? on Wednesday (October 26).
The ?Bandidas? beauty and the ?Into the Wild? actor were also joined by Margaret Mazzantini and Sergio Castellitto for the Auditorium Parco Della Musica event.
As for the movie, ?Venuto al Mondo? is a drama that centers around a single mother who takes her teenage son to Sarajevo, where his father died in the Bosnian conflict years ago.
The film will be released in Italy on September 21, 2012 and after that, debut in Spain come November 9th.

Kicking off the work week with an early morning, Penelope Cruz was spotted arriving on the set of ?Venuto Al Mondo? on Monday (October 10).
The ?Bandidas? babe looked cute and casual as she emerged from her trailer and sipped on her caffeinated treat while the paparazzi snapped up pics.
Filming for ?Venuto Al Mondo? is currently taking place in Rome, Italy and revolves around a single mother who takes her teenage son to Sarajevo, where his father died in the Bosnian war years before.
The drama flick also stars ?Into the Wild? actor Emile Hirsch with a release date tentatively set for September 2012.

Readying herself for a day of filming, Penelope Cruz was joined by husband Javier Bardem on the set of "Bop Decameron" in Rome, Italy earlier today (July 18).
The real-life Latin lovers kept it casual as Miss Cruz dutifully clocked-in, with the good-looking twosome both sporting black sunglasses, loose t-shirts and jeans.
Penelope first arrived in the Eternal City with her son Leo last Thursday - all set to start up work on the new Woody Allen comedy.
"I'm really happy to be in Rome and to shoot a film with Woody Allen," Cruz told press.

Getting down to work on her new project, Penelope Cruz was spotted on the set of ?The Bop Decameron? this afternoon (July 11).
The ?Vanilla Sky? actress looked to be having a marvelous time as she filmed scenes in the beautiful picturesque city of Rome, Italy while fans and paparazzi looked on.
?The Bop Decameron? is the latest Woody Allen film, following ?Midnight in Paris,? which is on pace to be Allen?s highest-grossing film.
And Penelope has plenty of star power around her, including Alec Baldwin, Jesse Eisenberg, Ellen Page, Judy Davis, and Roberto Benigni.

Here are some new photos of Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem and Pedro Almodovar at the opening of Spain?s ?Walk of Fame? in Madrid. Penelope is in Roksanda Ilincic, a designer I?ve never heard of, probably for good reason, because this dress makes beautiful Penelope look frumpy and bumpy. Still, small mercies: Penelope seems to have retired the clip-on bangs-trauma that was killing me during her promotional tour for Pirates of the Caribbean.
My favorite part is just seeing Penelope and her husband/lover/baby-daddy Javier standing next to each other. Slowly but surely, they?ve begun to do more and more events together, showing up for one another and being more couple-y. I think Javi and Penelope are the real deal, so I have my fingers crossed that they stand the test of time. Plus, look at how he looks at her - he?s checking out his hot wife! It?s so cute.
Now, I don?t want to make fun of Spain as a country, because I know Spain is the homeland of la Goop, but this ?Walk of Fame? thing looks so budget! I get that Spain has their own film/television industry, so why couldn?t they put together a Walk of Fame that looked a bit more ?special? than a Las Vegas party for a Kardashian perfume?

Bringing a walk of fame to the Spanish capital of Madrid, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem were on-hand for the opening of the "Street of Stars" on Monday (June 27).
The Hollywood couple joined good friend, director Pedro Almodovar, as they watched on while their stars were unveiled at the busy Calle Martn de los Heros locale.
The tribute to Spain's celebrities included a total of 25 inaugural stars - with each receiving a sidewalk plaque made of granite, marble and steel.
With actor Antonio Banderas, singer Julio Iglesias and tenor Placido Domingo also among those receiving the accolade, reports tell that there are plans to add one to two new stars each year.

Penelope Cruz has been to so many premieres lately and photocalls in Cannes that I’m surprised to see these new photos of her. She’s now in Madrid for the premiere of Pirates will never die or whatever, and as you may recall we saw her at a photocall there yesterday wearing a questionable navy jumpsuit with front pockets. It wasn’t the worst outfit, and Kaiser and I really loved her hair. It was so pretty long and wavy like that and thank goodness she ditched the clip on bangs.
Last night Penelope attended the premiere in Madrid wearing a long black form fitting gown with lace sleeves and sequins running along the bustline and the sides. This dress reminds me so much of my early 90s prom dress. It had long lace sleeves very similar to these, although the shoulders were puffy and the thing was deep purple with black lace. While this dress may draw our attention to Penelope’s fabulous nursing boobs it’s fug, as was my prom dress. Like her navy jumpsuit, there’s something “off” about it but it’s not terrible.
I do like her hair pulled up like that with some strands hanging down. Coupled with those lovely drop earrings and her pretty makeup there’s something so elfin and dainty about her look. She’s a beautiful woman.
Here’s Penelope with Spanish actor Jordi Molla. He’s not in the movie but I guess he’s big in Spain.
Look he’s seducing you with his eyes. He’s alternately intrigued and disgusted by you.
And here she is with costars Oscar Jaenada and Sam Claflin. That one dude Oscar Jaenada is wearing a rock t-shirt with a fancy black jacket over it and big black beads. He’s cracking me up.
Penelope is also shown with Astrid Berges-Frisbey in the picture above. Astrid turns 25 next week although she looks much younger. She’s so pretty and must play the ingnue.

Continuing her non-stop promotional schedule, Penelope Cruz was spotted at the premiere of ?Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides? in Madrid, Spain last night (May 18).
The ?Vanilla Sky? actress looked absolutely gorgeous in a black dress with lace arms as she posed outside Kinepolis Cinema.
In a recent interview, producer Jerry Bruckheimer sang Penelope?s praises, especially given that she was with child throughout the shoot.
"She worked so hard, you never knew she was pregnant because her energy level was great, her performance was great and there is such great chemistry between Johnny and Penlope. They actually really do like each other. They worked together 10 years ago [on 'Blow']. You see that chemistry onscreen."

As we?ve seen throughout the past two weeks, Penelope Cruz?s style choices for the Pirates of Caribbean 4 publicity tour have been? odd. Sometimes she?s looks absolutely gorgeous and perfect. Other times, she looks like bang-trauma?d, ice-skater hell. She?s been playing with these odd clip-on bangs, and they are unfortunate. And then she keeps choosing the wrong dress for the particular event. Take the difference in her Cannes premiere look and her Berlin premiere look. The red Armani should have been the Cannes look, no doubt. She would have been stunning in that, at that venue. But instead she chose the tulle monstrosity from Marchesa.
Anyway, these are new photos of Penelope in Madrid, promoting POTC 4. I guess this is the photo call?? Sure. While I don?t HATE her jumpsuit, it does have issues, right? Usually I like a clever little pocket on an otherwise simple ensemble, but these pockets are rather garish. They seem like they were stuck on as an afterthought. Fug. I do love her hair here. She should just keep it like this.
By the way, have we discussed the other hot dude in POTC 4? I?m not talking about Johnny Depp. I?m talking about this young guy, Sam Clafin? He?s a little English actor, and he?s pretty cute, right? Rather dashing and sexy. I love his giant ears.
