These are the first photos of Penelope Cruz since she gave birth nearly one month ago exactly. By the way, we still don?t really know the name of Penelope and Javier Bardem?s son, although one of Javier?s relatives claims that the boy is named Leo. Sweet. Anyway, doesn?t Penelope look great? She looks? healthy. Life she recently gave birth and she?s still got some baby weight but it?s all good. Those genes? I?m so glad they reproduced.
Ay caramba! Just a month after giving birth to a baby boy, new mom Penelope Cruz stepped out in Santa Monica on Wednesday — and showed off a truly enviable post-baby figure.
Visiting the offices of Hollywood producer Jerry Bruckheimer (the man behind Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, in which Cruz stars), the stunning Oscar winner, 36, looked every bit the international movie star in shades, clingy striped top and tight blue jeans.
(The slim star also flashed her huge engagement ring from husband Javier Bardem, a 3-carat sapphire ring worth a reported $30,000, according to sources.)
After an ultra-private wedding last year, Cruz and Bardem, 41, welcomed their first child in L.A., reportedly named Leo Encinas.
Although the Spanish superstar couple have remained fairly mum about their new family, Bardem couldn’t help but gush while accepting a Goya Award in his native Spain Feb. 13.
“I dedicate [this award] to my wife and son for awakening my heart and smile every day,” the Biutiful actor (who’s also up for an Oscar this Sunday) said.

Settling into life as new parents, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem stepped out to run a few errands in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday afternoon (February 23).
The Spanish lovers did their best to go unnoticed, to no avail, as they've been keeping a low profile ever since welcoming baby son Leo Encinas into the world last month.
Looking as if she's already snapped into pre-baby shape, Miss Cruz showed off her slim figure while clad in a black jacket, skinny jeans and black boots.
Meanwhile, Mr Bardem is gearing up for this weekend's Academy Awards - as he's presenting an award while also nominated for best actor honors for his work in the movie "Biutiful".

They?re the proud parents of a happy and healthy baby boy, and Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem couldn?t be happier.
The ?Vanilla Sky? hottie and her ?Biutiful? husband said hello to their little guy for the first time at Los Angeles? Cedars Sinai Hospital this past Saturday (January 22).
According to a report, Penelope and Bardem were surrounded by their family, including Cruz?s mother Encarna and her sister and brother Monica and Eduardo.
Of course, the details are still scarce, with Javier?s mom Pilar Bardem telling press, ?Have the parents said anything? Well then, I cannot say anything.?

They've been anxiously awaiting their first child's arrival, and it's being reported that Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are officially proud parents!
According to Spanish newspaper El Pais, the 36-year-old actress gave birth to her and Javier's baby on Tuesday (January 25) at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, California.
With no gender or name having been announced as of yet, Miss Cruz was first outed as being pregnant after debuting a baby bump on the set of "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" back in September.
Known to keep their personal lives as private as possible, the bundle of joy comes after the "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" co-star couple tied the knot during a secret ceremony in July 2010.

All the while, Penelope kept her baby bump well-covered; she?s expecting a child with husband Javier Bardem sometime in early 2011.
Speaking of Bardem, he appeared on the ?Tonight Show with Jay Leno? this week to chat about holiday traditions with his lovely Penelope.

The expecting Spanish actress was bundled up as she browsed the racks at the Ed Hardy shop on Melrose Avenue during a private shopping experience.
Once finished up, Miss Cruz exited through the back door of the popular retail outlet in hopes of going unspotted - though the efforts were thwarted by the always-present paparazzi perched in back of the store.
The sighting comes as Penelope is currently expecting her first child with husband Javier Bardem, as she's currently 7 and a half months along.

Braving the chilly weather, Penelope Cruz was spotted out to lunch in London, England earlier today (October 29).
The preggers ?Pirates of the Caribbean 4? star wrapped a black and white scarf around her neck as she headed into a hotel for some delicious eats.
Penelope has been wearing her baby belly quite well as of late, and her husband Javier Bardem is pumped that he?ll soon be a daddy.
He told press, ?It is true. I am very happy.? As for balancing fatherhood and career, he shared, ?It is a little too soon for me to be giving any advice. I don?t know yet. But I will find out soon.?

But I was just enjoying these photos of a pregnant Penelope Cruz leaving a London restaurant with her hot husband/baby-daddy Javier Bardem, and I thought I would pass them along. Unfortunately, for some reason, Javier was cut out of the photos we have access to (you can see some here, at The Daily Mail), but fortunately we have some other photos of Javi looking hot (below). Penelope is carrying very well, isn?t she? By my calculations, she?s late second trimester, maybe heading into her third trimester - People Magazine says she?s due ?in the winter.? She?s glowing!

The 6-months-pregnant ?Vanilla Sky? actress was joined by her husband Javier Bardem and sister Monica Cruz, though the paparazzi seemed more interested in her growing baby bump.
Penelope has been busy working on the 4th installment of the ?Pirates of the Caribbean? franchise along with Johnny Depp.
But given her preggers profile, Penelope?s sister Monica has been hired on as a body double for a few scenes.

Fresh off of news that they tied the knot, Penlope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem are reportedly expecting their first baby together!
According to Life & Style, who broke the wedding news which was later confirmed by reps, tells that the Spanish sweethearts wanted to tie the knot before their bundle of joy arrives next year.
As for the recent wedding vows, Miss Cruz and Mr Bardem are said to have said their "I Do's" at a friend's home in the Bahamas.
Liking to keep their private life just that, the ceremony was very small - as only the closest of family members were in attendance.
