Taking care of her daily duties, Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted walking her son James Wilkie to school in New York City today (April 7).
The ?Sex and the City? actress was all smiles as she strolled around Manhattan with one of her twin daughters strapped into her chest harness.
And though she and husband Matthew Broderick are thrilled about their baby girls, SJP says they definitely weren?t expecting a double baby dose.
"There's no sugar-coating it. It's wonderful. It's what we wanted. We didn't want twins but we wanted a bigger family and it's a blessing. It's a thrill. But it couldn't be more different."

Tending to her children, Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted walking her son James Wilkie to school this morning in New York City.
The ?Failure to Launch? babe looked to be enjoying the beautiful weather as she held her son?s hand while carrying one of her twin daughters in a chest harness.
In a recent interview, SJP confessed that the secret to her success as a working mother is keeping things organized.
?Honestly, it?s funny. It?s comedic. It really is. There is so much organization and advanced planning that happens, like a military operation and with a seven-year-old who has needs, too. They?re different. The bag is less but it?s crazy.?

Here are some new photos of Sarah Jessica Parker with one of her twin girls, out and about in New York this morning. Much like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, I have no idea which twin is Marion and which is Tabitha. They?re both adorable, of course. Look at this one?s sweet little chubby baby legs! However, I?m starting to wonder if SJP and Matthew have a hard time differentiating too, because it looks like they gave one of the baby girls a Mohawk.
Now, I?m not judgy. This little girl is too young to be irreparably damaged by her parents giving her a Mohawk. But it?s funny, isn?t it? At first I was like, ?Oh, her hair is just a little weird, it?s just standing up in the front?. But it?s not! This baby?s hair is shaved on the sides, and it?s long on top. SJP, style icon, gave her baby a Mohawk.
Anyway, it?s good to see SJP spending time with her these babies that she wanted so badly. There were reports that she was worried she wouldn?t have a chance to bond with them when they were babies, just because she began filming Sex and the City 2 like two seconds after Tabitha and Marion were born. Well, SATC wrapped, and now SJP gets to spend some quality time with her babies and their Mohawks.

Stepping out with the whole family, Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted toting one of her twin girls in New York City on Monday (March 22).
Shielded by an umbrella, the Carrie Bradshaw cutie left her Big Apple abode as a nanny then took the other twin girl outside as they both put Marion and Tabitha into their car seats.
From there, SJP ran back into the house and came out with son James Wilkie and husband Matthew Broderick before loading into the car and speeding away.
The sighting comes after Sarah returned home from Las Vegas, where she attended the ShoWest gala, during which she dished on the upcoming "Sex and the City" sequel.
She tells, "This time around, Carrie has been married for a couple of years. She is about to publish her fourth book. She is content. She and her husband, John, have found a nice and modest apartment, and they are living their lives, and she is seeing her friends as much as time allows."

All glammed up for a night on the red carpet, the stars of "Sex and the City" were among the stars at Paris Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday night (March 18).
With Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis all joined together, the trio of ladies smiled as they snatched up the Best Ensemble Award at the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners.
Meanwhile, the gals are all getting ready for the May 27 release of their hit movie's sequel - which is directed by Michael Patrick King.
Of the amazing popularity that "Sex and the City" has garnered, Miss Nixon recently told Variety that "people have just grown very fond of the characters, the wit of the writing and the glamour and the fashion and all that."
She adds, "One of the things that has kept it so strong is that (writer-director) Michael Patrick King doesn't try to take us through the same thing because it worked so well the last time. If we stayed the same, going out and drinking and having sex, we would turn into 'Absolutely Fabulous,' which is not what we are. He has allowed us to age, and the audience has allowed us to come along for the ride."

Joining in on the ShoWest 2010 festivities, the stars of "Sex and the City" turned up at Paris Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday afternoon (March 18).
With Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis all on-hand, the trio of ladies smiled hit up a Warner Bros. Pictures' 'Big Picture 2010' event as they ready to collect a Best Ensemble award.

She’s always up for a swanky shindig, and last night (March 10) Sarah Jessica Parker was in the house for the Bravo Upfront Party in New York City.
The “Sex and the City” babe looked amazing as she arrived at Skylight Studios for the evening, sporting a white jacket overtop a pale Pink dress with black heels.
Once inside, SJP reportedly mingled with several of the “Real Housewives of New York” starlets throughout the night.
Also in the house for the fete were Matthew McConaughey and his lovely girlfriend/babymama Camila Alves.

Here?s Sarah Jessica Parker looking SO MUCH better than she did at the Oscars. Honestly, I do like SJP?s style, but she?s so much better in business-cocktail-wear than evening wear. Look at how pretty and fresh she looks! And compare that to her Wrath of God appearance at the Oscars (photo below). Anyway, here is SJP going solo last night at a bash for? wait for it? Bravo?s ?Real Houswives?. Honestly, I think the party was for Bravo programming in general, but there were a lot of ?Housewives? there, and SJP should be totally above that sh-t. Is she trying to sell something to Bravo? Like, a television show or something? Why the downmarket appearance?
And why was she alone?!? Oh right, because Matthew Broderick rarely makes public appearances with his wife, and when he does, he looks totally uninterested in each other. Like at the Oscars. There?s some interesting gossip about them at the Oscars, actually. In Touch Weekly reported that ?Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick were barely speaking at the Oscars, used separate dressing rooms and arrived and left separately.? Oh, that a good one, gossip-wise, isn?t it? And it goes along with a blind item I read yesterday:
There was a well-known entertainment pair at the Academy Awards who sat together, occasionally holding and laughing together. What a nice couple! Not. They actually can?t stand each other and haven?t lived together in months. However, as one of Hollywood?s perceived stable couples, they are not yet ready to explain to the world that their long-time (by Hollywood standards) relationship is over. Certainly not in such a public setting. And if one of them had showed up solo, or with another escort, it would have brought up too many questions. So it was easier just to go together, pretend that everything?s great, and to go their separate ways after the big event? each to a new boyfriend.

It could be them. My initial thought was ?Melanie Griffith and Antonia Banderas? but I think SJP and Broderick might be a better fit. We?ll see.
Lastly, SJP and her Sex and the City girls are going to be honored at this year?s Showest with the ?Best Ensemble? award. That?s right, at some point this year (I don?t feel like looking it up) we?re going to be inundated with SATC crap for the sequel film. New stills were just released, and Agent Bedhead has them, in all of their sketchy hilarity. Agent Bedhead theorized, ?I gotta wonder whether the makeup artist really didn?t like Sarah Jessica Parker all that much because she?s resembling a cadaver.? Bedhead, try this word on for size- “Corpsey”. And I totally agree.

Getting her morning underway, Sarah Jessica Parker said goodbye to her husband Matthew Broderick and left her New York City apartment today (March 9).
The “Sex and the City” babe headed off to a business meeting at Silvercup Studios in Queens, looking cute in a grey cardigan with jeans and boots.

The “Failure to Launch” actress looked lovely as she emerged, sporting a black fedora and carrying an armload of stuff.
During a recent promotional event, SJP chatted a bit about the latest edition to her ever-growing fragrance collection, SJP NYC.
“What I really wanted to do was capture an image, a snapshot in my head of Carrie Bradshaw, that sort of freeze-frame of her walking down any New York City street at an idyllic time of year in a floral-print dress on her way to meet somebody or to do something, or surrounded by her women friends.”
