With plenty of hit movies and an impressive collection of accolades, Sandra Bullock can score a table at any restaurant in Tinseltown.
However, when it came time to decide on a location for her 50th birthday celebration, the ?Gravity? gal opted for a trip to Wyoming.
Sandra and her crew kicked things off Thursday (July 24) at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson Hole, and it looks like they all had a blast.
An eyewitness told People, "They said they kept it [quiet] because she sometimes likes to just act like a normal person. They came out and danced and took a bunch of pictures."
One of those photos, posted by Chelsea Handler, included a Pink thong and a full moon, along with the caption, ?Birthday girls.?

Enormous fame can unfortunately bring about some scary situations. When fans get overly obsessed, they may go to great lengths to meet their favorite star and Sandra Bullock knows all too well what that type of situation looks like.
In a newly obtained document, we learn that the Oscar-winning actress' home intruder Joshua Corbett waited outside the star's bedroom when he trespassed inside her home last month.
According to TMZ, the police report that Sandra heard a loud noise inside her home at approximately 1 a.m. When she went to shut her bedroom door, she saw Corbett standing in the hallway, wearing dark clothes. Bullock slammed and locked her door before calling 911. She informed law enforcement that she had showered before going to bed, and that Corbett may have been in her house the entire time.
When police arrived, Corbett reportedly said, "Sandy, I?m sorry! Please don?t press charges.? When he was taken into custody, officers found a notebook with magazine pictures of the brunette beauty and a handwritten note that read, ?I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you.?

A few weeks ago, we heard the scrumptuous news that Sandra Bullock (she of the decade of hotness) was dating Chris Evans, a.k.a., “Captain America.” Chris has been crushing on Sandra since her Speed days and even kept posters of her on his teenage bedroom wall. They met in 2012 and reportedly just started dating. We heard that “they really like each other,” but neither of their reps confirmed the relationship. I shipped them pretty hard.
Chris has been able to avoid the press lately, but Sandra hasn’t been so evasive. How is she dealing with the questions of her new rumored man? Sandra’s cracking jokes when people ask her about this new romance: “We’ve since married and it started breaking apart, so we separated. We filed for divorce, and I hope everyone can respect our privacy. But we’re going to remain friends and share responsibility of the farm animals we’ve taken on, because you just can’t abandon the animals.”
Ha. I bet Chris is enjoying the heck out of this. He’s so private, and Sandra is throwing the rumors back at the media. Lainey points out that Sandra used to tease the press the same way way back when she dated Matthew McConaughey. Sandra is very good at letting the press know what she won’t talk about. But yeah. Sandy and Cap are hitting it. Totally.
Now for more Sandra news that isn’t so happy. CB already covered the weekend intruder at Sandra’s home. CNN updates the story and says the man was inside Sandra’s home for over an hour while she slept. The intruder was charged with felony counts of burglary, stalking, and possession of a machine gun. (He did not have the machine gun with him when he broke in.) This is so scary! I am glad that Sandra and her son are okay, and hopefully, the intruder will be locked away.

Over the weekend she had a wicked scare when a man broke into her house while she was home, and now Sandra Bullock has obtained an emergency protective order.
On Sunday morning (June 8) Joshua Corbett entered Bullock?s residence through the back door and the ?Proposal? actress called 911 immediately.
And while she wasn?t physically harmed, Sandra was understandably shaken by the incident and has taken appropriate measures to ensure her security.
Meanwhile, Corbett was arrested and charged with burglary though the charge will likely be modified to include stalking and trespassing.

| Sandra Bullock gives surprise speech at high school graduation: 'hug with two arms' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

The lovely Sandra Bullock was a surprise guest at the graduation ceremony for the Warren Easton Charter High School in New Orleans yesterday. Bullock has long been a supporter of the Warren Easton Charter School, an acclaimed public school which was devastated by Hurricane Sandy. She helped fund a new health clinic which was opened there in 2010. So her involvement isn’t unexpected, but that doesn’t make it any less special. US Weekly has details of Sandra’s speech and it sounds like she made it personal and kept it interesting. I’m always so impressed with Sandra’s public speaking ability, she’s so excellent at awards ceremonies.
I didn’t remember anything because I was so worried about the future. I wasn’t present. Which made me think about a question someone asked me just recently… if you could go back and talk to your younger self, what would you say? I thought ‘wow, that’s kind of heavy.’
I wished someone had said to me what I’ve been spending the last four years, telling a little boy, who I love more than anything, who happens to be my son and he’s from New Orleans. So I thought, ‘Maybe I will share that with you guys, that what I tell a 4-year-old, is what I wish someone would had told me before I stepped out into the world.’
Stop worrying
The first thing is: stop worrying so much. Stop being scared of the unknown, because anything I worried about didn’t happen. Other stuff happened, but not what I worried about. The unknown we can’t do anything about. I don’t remember any of the moments in my life where I worried. So that’s a lot of time I couldn’t get back.
Challenge yourself
The second thing was: raise the bar higher. It is noisy out there and for some reason, people want to see you fail. That is not your problem, that is their problem. I only remember the moments where I tried beyond what I thought I could do and I do not remember the failures because I didn’t. Nothing’s a failure, it’s just not supposed to work out that way because something better is supposed to come along.
Listen to music
The third thing we work on at home is in the morning… We turn on the music really really loud before we leave the house. And the rule is, you have to dance a little bit before you step out in the world, because it changes the way you walk out in the world.
Eat something green
Eat something green every day in every meal. It’s growing food for adults as well.
Don’t pick your nose
Do not pick your nose in public [crowd laughs]. Think about it, how about we just don’t pick it in private either? How about we just get a tissue? I know it takes a little extra effort but it gets the job done right away and there’s no public humiliation. And that can go with a lot of other things as well. Make a little bit of an effort.
Hug like you mean it
When someone who cares about you hugs you. Hug them back with two arms. Don’t do the one-armed hug, because when you hug with two arms, it allows you to lean on somebody, and we always need somebody to lean on. And if someone doesn’t want to play with you, it’s okay. Not everyone is going to love us, go find somebody who does want to play with you, and who appreciates what you have to offer.
Find your joy
Last but not least is: go find your joy. Whatever that is. Go find your joy. Are you gonna have a good day or are you going to have a great day? Because it’s completely up to you. It’s what you’re gonna remember in the end. You’re not going to remember how you worried. You’re not going to remember the what-ifs, or the whys or who wronged you. It’s the joy that stays with you and I want to thank you guys for the amazing joy that Warren Easton brings to me every day. You make me walk into the world with pride and I want you to go find it. I want you to save the world while you’re at it.
[From video and US Weekly]
I have to admit that some of that was hokey. It sounded somewhat like the “wear sunscreen” speech which was actually an excellent editorial (and was not by Kurt Vonnegut). The reason that other (faux) speech went viral is because it was masterful, as was Bullock’s speech. She was funny, she was memorable and her message was meaningful. The graduating students will be talking about this moment at every reunion to come. What a class act she is.
Here’s a video of Sandra’s speech:

Taking a night off from her crazy career, Sandra Bullock showed up at Craig?s Restaurant in West Hollywood for a delicious dinner on Wednesday evening (March 12).
Joined by a mystery man, the ?While You Were Sleeping? starlet looked city chic in a black leather jacket with black trousers and a black top.
And it?s safe to say that Sandra picked up the check once dinner was over, given that she?ll clear at least $70 million from her latest film ?Gravity.?
Bullock was reportedly paid $20 million by Warner Bros to star in the flick, in addition to receiving 15% of first-dollar gross. ?Gravity? has already made $750 million worldwide, so Sandra is sitting pretty!

| Sandra Bullock in Alexander McQueen at the Oscars: regal or over the top? | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Last night, when Gravity was taking home technical award after technical award, the camera kept panning to Sandra Bullock. Bullock looked choked up every time, and she looked like she was savoring the moment. The speeches from the people who worked on that film were some of the most moving, too. You could tell that the crew had a strong sense of camaraderie and that they truly enjoyed the work. It seemed strange to me, though, that George Clooney didn’t bother to attend. Yes the movie was mostly Sandra, but Clooney could have shown up to give his support.
Sandra was in this flowing strapless Alexander McQueen gown which just looked amazing. I love the way the fabric criss-crosses to the side to form that waterfall-like panel across the front. This was one of the best looks of the night, in my opinion. Coupled with Sandra’s amazing styling this was a home run. She had old Hollywood sideswept curls, a smokey eye and peachy cheeks and lips. She was tastefully decked out in Lorraine Schwartz diamonds, including a huge brooch-like earring on her left side and a stunning bracelet. This was perfection.
Sandra won the Best Actress Oscar in 2010 for The Blind Side. Her marriage imploded soon afterwards. I thought of that a few times when I saw her last night, and I thought of how expertly she distanced herself from that mess. It’s been four years and it may seem like a lifetime to Sandra. She didn’t let any grass grow under her feet after that debacle, that’s for sure. Look at her now. She’s 49 years old and on the top of her game.

| Sandra Bullock in Lanvin at the SAGs: striking or green tin foil mess? | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

During E!’s red carpet coverage, we saw Sandra Bullock’s Lanvin dress from a high and side angle and she looked like a million bucks. She had on strappy gold pumps, a gold clutch and sported a strategically messy bun. I just re-watched her interview with Giuliana and she looked amazing. In photos, the dress doesn’t shimmer like it did on camera, and looks more foil-like. It also seems somewhat goofy with that giant side waist bow and huge slit, which wasn’t visible while Sandra was on camera. She wasn’t a presenter or a winner this time, unfortunately, so I felt robbed of a better view of that dress. For me it was a win, though.
Also looking incredible we have Anna Gunn of Breaking Bad ruling the red carpet in blue Monique Lhullier. Check out her cool Breaking Bad clutch! Anna doesn’t always get it right on the red carpet, so I like to see her so triumphant. Breaking Bad won for performance by an ensemble in a drama series, although Anna lost out on female actor in a drama, to Maggie Smith. I noticed that Anna’s partner/date (I don’t have a name for the guy, she’s divorced from her first husband) looked a little like Mr. White and was super supportive and happy when BB won. I wish Anna would get some awards too, she’s a phenomenal actress. I think Skyler doesn’t get enough respect because everyone is rooting for Walt.
Here’s Anna’s co-star, Betsy Brandt, in Alice + Olivia. What is going on with this dress? There were a lot of actresses last night in black dresses with gold embellishments, but this was way too busy and fug. Also Betsy needs to show some respect to her character and wear purple. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a purple dress and that’s Marie’s favorite color.
Bonus pics of the amazing Breaking Bad cast celebrating their win. My favorite moment was when Bryan Cranston quipped that the guys on stage were the “greatest bunch of white supremacist nazis I?ve ever worked with.” Oh and Cranston won for best actor in a drama. He gave an awesome speech then too.
