She?s been thoroughly enjoying Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week 2015 and on Wednesday night (February 18) Blake Lively stepped out for the Marchesa runway presentation.
The ?Gossip Girl? actress was happy to show off her slim-and-trim post-baby body, clad in a scoop-neck halter top with a chartreuse bird print skirt, all from the new Marchesa line.
Blake gave birth to her daughter with Ryan Reynolds less than two months ago, so it?s nothing short of stunning that she?s already in such fine form. Her new movie ?Age of Adaline? hits theaters April 24th.

| Kristen Stewart: 'I?m endlessly, and to this day, f?king proud of Twilight' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Kristen Stewart covers the March issue of Interview Magazine. The interview was conducted by icon of not giving any f?ks, Patti Smith. It?s interesting to me that Patti Smith would agree to interview Kristen ?It?s like a poem, it?s about water? Stewart. But stranger things have happened, of course. Anyway, I only skimmed the Interview piece ? I find Interview Mag?s cover stories pretty tedious these days, too much mutual appreciate and ass-kissing for my taste, but you can read the full piece here.
On Twilight: ?Anybody who wants to talk sh-t about Twilight, I completely get it, but there?s something there that I?m endlessly, and to this day, f-cking proud of. My memory of it felt?still feels?really good. People are always comparing Twilight to things and trying to figure out why I?ve made certain decisions that I?ve made, and I always say every single moment that has led me to this moment has made me who I am. Every movie that I’ve done, they don’t stand independently from one another because a little bit of me is in every single one of those, and it’s part of my own personal growth.?
Becoming a child actor: “Well, I’m sitting back and enjoying the benefits of a decision that I made when I was a person who I can still relate to but am not anymore.?
On Jodie Foster: ?I was really lucky to work with her at such a young age because I’ve had some serious self-persecuting … People sometimes actually get me to think I take things too seriously and maybe I’m too earnest and it’s coming across like I’m better than them. But working with people like Jodie?we are quite kindred. There’s just something when people look at you and go, “Listen, I know it’s awkward, but just keep being honest.” I could have gotten really unlucky and compared myself to another kind of actress and felt inadequate. I can’t, like, put on the show. I’m not a performer. And it’s hard for people to accept a serious tone from a kid without thinking they’re sort of stuck up.
On wearing heels: ?I can do it for about three minutes.?
Her next project: ?I?m writing a poem for the wedding of one of my best friends.?
[From Interview Magazine]
Here?s something interesting: Patti Smith is a Twihard!!! For real. She compliments K-Stew on the Twilight franchise, saying, ?I loved your work in those films. I thought the commitment of everyone in those films was true. Like The Hunger Games?if you accept the world that you’re entering, and if the people deliver that world, that’s what we’re looking for.? Ha, that?s a dangerous thing to compare the Twilight franchise to The Hunger Games, but whatever. Patti Smith is a Twihard. Patti Smith likes sparkly vampires and lip-biting heroines.
As for Kristen still feeling proud of her work in the franchise? so be it. I like her more for owning that part of her filmography. It?s not like it?s something she can walk away from, you know?

| Blake Lively steps out for Marchesa's NYFW show: lovely or too matchy' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some photos of Blake Lively outside of Marchesa?s NYFW show last night. This was Blake?s second postpartum outing, and it was also her second NYFW appearance. Blake has a history with Marchesa ? she?s worn Marchesa gowns to major red carpets and she allegedly wore Marchesa to her wedding with Ryan Reynolds. She and her parents apparently sat front-row with Anna Wintour. God, I bet Wintour gives her another cover this year. Wintour adores Blake?s bland, vanilla vibe.
Anyway, I think Blake looks pretty here. Her hair has improved since her first outing and I don?t hate the hummingbird print on her skirt. I?m ambivalent on the matchy-matchy shoes though. Blake apparently loved the Marchesa show, writing on her Instagram: ?Turns out it’s not appropriate to drool at a fashion show? in awe of Georgina & Keren.? Gurl, it’s Marchesa!! You don’t need to work that hard.
I think Blake?s parents must be staying with her these days. Earlier this week, Blake and Ryan had a date night in upstate New York, when they went out to dinner at The Inn at Pound Ridge (terrible name). According to People Mag, they sat beside each other in the main dining room and seemed ?super lovey dovey.? Since they don?t have a nanny (that?s what Ryan said), I guess her parents were watching sweet baby James.

| Kendall Jenner was mean girled by NYFW models, this time with evidence | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Kendall Jenner has logged another New York fashion week in her model portfolio. Many people argue that Kendall didn’t pay her dues because her name allowed her to skate toward the front of the line. Like I said when Kendall was busily dissing tattoos, she’ll score a Vogue cover sooner rather than later. I don’t have a problem with Kendall’s instant success because she’s making money for designers. Yeah, she got her first gigs through nepotism; but if famous connections were all it takes for runway success, then Riley Keough would be a supermodel. That’s not the case.
We’ve heard before that Kendall’s fellow runway models may not appreciate her presence. At the last NYFW, a source named not-Kris Jenner leaked word that girls put out their ciggies in Kendall’s drinks. There was never any evidence that the story was true, but it’s not hard to believe. A brand new story does come with evidence. Here’s a screencap of a photo from Vogue German’s Instagram. This picture shows Kendall backstage at the Donna Karan show on Monday. The comments are very telling.
Two NYFW models threw shade at Kendall in the comments. You probably won’t recognize their names (I didn’t), and they must have thought no one would notice. Lexi typed “never looked better,” and Binx replied, “that’s f*** up>.” Both girls typed little crying/laughing emojis that communicate shade from the cool kids.
After everyonce noticed this high school behavior, Lexi’s rep scrambled up a statement: “I wasn’t thinking and made a silly comment. Kendall’s had a killer NYFW. A big congrats to her!” Riiight.
Binx kept it real by refusing to back down. She tweeted the following:

| Kate Hudson: 'Getting healthy is not a 2 week process, it's a change of lifestyle' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Kate Hudson covers the March issue of Shape in a pair of camo workout tights. I think she’s promoting her Fabletics clothing line, which offers a subscription service for workout clothes. (I looked into it, and decided it wasn’t for me after reading all the complaints about how hard it is to cancel.) Inside, Kate talks about her personal workout philosophy and how she finds it fun to work different types of exercise into her day. You have to hand it to Kate, she’s always admitted that she works out hard and counts calories, she’s doesn’t just blow smoke about how she “runs after her kids” to get those abs. Here’s some of what she said, with more in the print edition of Shape:
On having to prove herself to her brothers
I?ve always had that girly gene, but I lived with boys. So I?d go out in a party dress looking pretty and come back torn, muddy, and bruised. I was the sister who wanted to keep up. I was that bungee-jumping, rock-climbing kind of girl. My brothers and I would ski the double black diamond. Now that I look back, I can?t believe I did it.
By nature, I?ve always been a ?dive in the deep end? person. Literally. My mom says as a kid I used to jump in the deep end the pool without knowing how to swim.
Why she hates dieting
It puts so much pressure on people to lose weight quickly. Getting healthy is not a two-week process, it?s a change of lifestyle.
How shade from a French woman helped her rethink her diet
I was at my favorite French restaurant in Paris ? eating everything I love ? steak, fries, lots of wine. Then the dessert came, and I was having strawberries and cream pastries plus the wine. [Then,] a svelte, sophisticated woman approached [my] table. She pointed to my glass of wine. ‘This is your piece of cake. That?s how you should be thinking.’ And I always try to remember that: Everything in moderation!
On exercise and being active
I?ve been switching up from the softer stuff, like Pilates and yoga, to more aggressive activities like TRX and boxing. It?s not just about trying to look good physically, it?s important to get oxygen to my brain and feel like my blood is really circulating. I love skiing, walking, hiking and especially riding my bike. It makes me feel like I?m a kid again.
[From Shape via Page Six and Huffington Post]
I agree with her that you feel better when you’re exercising. It’s awesome when you get that high and suddenly feel happy. Exercise improves your whole day. Plus there’s something really wonderful about riding a bike, especially around a city. You feel like everyone else is missing out by walking around like chumps.
The story about that woman in a restaurant telling her not to drink and eat cake too was ridiculous. If some random person tried to tell me not to eat dessert I would have some words for them, I wouldn’t take it as inspiration. Kate has spoken in the past about how she doesn’t believe in diets, but she does count calories. It may sound like she’s arguing over semantics, but diets can be so much more limiting than calories. She’s not telling people to go on juice cleanses or cut out gluten and dairy like so many other celebrities.
Also, last week’s Star has a little blurb about Kate that sounds like it’s true. They claim that she was mistaken for a hostess at a restaurant and she played along by picking up menus and leading the guests to a table. The real hostess stopped her in time and “Kate was laughing her tail off.” It sounds just like her.
