Tending to her injured hubby, Tori Spelling was spotted making her way to a Los Angeles hospital yesterday afternoon (July 4).
Joined by her children Liam and Stella, the ?Beverly Hills 90210? babe carried ice cream cake cones to lift her ailing husband Dean McDermott?s spirits.
Dean is currently recovering from injuries he suffered during a major dirt bike accident, including a punctured lung.
Yesterday he tweeted, "Happy 4th everyone!!! Feeling better today? I'm healing, slowly. I'll be doing rehab for a while. I messed a few things up when I crashed."

I get a lot of promotional e-mail that I usually ignore. It’s often for things like a kind of haircare product that a reality star allegedly uses or a brand of expensive jeans that several celebrities were seen wearing. When I got an e-mail detailing some products seen at Tori Spelling’s daughter Stella’s second birthday I thought it was just another one of those promotional e-mails where a company touts the fact that a celebrity chose to use their merchandise. (Often because the stuff was gifted to them.) Then I saw the photos of Stella’s party at Entertainment Tonight and decided to go back to the original e-mail. Tori and Dean didn’t just happen to use a particular product that they either picked out or had comped - they had her entire party sponsored. Check out the photos and read this press release and tell me this isn’t a sponsorship. However, the PR Firm that sent me this message said “We?re uncomfortable saying the party was sponsored by BornFree as it is inaccurate.”
This Saturday, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott celebrated their daughter Stella?s 2nd birthday with a celebratory combination of Barbies, bright Pink and BornFree products at their LA home. Infant and toddler partygoers were treated to an all pinked-out party replete with a several foot-high Barbie cake, BornFree Trainer Cups and the latest BornFree Twist?nPop Straw Cups.

A couple days ago, I received another e-mail from a PR company with a photo of Dean McDermott clutching another product while his son, Liam, gave him a thumbs up sign. That photo is below, and the e-mail accompanying read, in part “It was father/son bonding at the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat on Saturday for Dean McDermott and his adorable son Liam. After eating too much birthday cake at daughter Stella?s 1st [sic] birthday party, Dean stopped by the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat to burn off those extra calories and to get in a quick workout to kick off his special Father?s Day weekend.”
Ok, so in that instance Dean may have legitimately visited a gifting event and then he gamely posed for a photo with the product afterwards. That’s fine, and a lot of celebrities do that in order to get free stuff and services. The e-mail for the Muscle Milk came from a gmail address and the other was from a PR firm, so maybe those two recent product placement incidents for Tori and Dean aren’t related.
Is it ok to accept a sponsorship product placement for your two year-old daughter’s birthday party, though? I’m positive that’s what’s happening here because the damn cups are laid out prominently in every photo, including giant signs with their logo on them. The party’s color scheme even matches the cups.
We had a nice party for my son’s second birthday with friends and a cake and I remember it was the first time he really seemed to process everything and understand that it was his birthday. He wouldn’t have realized if the party was sponsored as what mattered to him was that his friends were there and he had a good time. Does Stella look like she’s having a good time? Hopefully these pictures were taken before the guests arrived and the kids started playing. They really make it look like Tori and Dean were more concerned with making a buck than making their daughter’s day special, though. Maybe I’m just being too skeptical. There’s something awesome yet scary about that giant Barbie birthday cake.

Tori Spelling has admitted that she worries that her husband Dean McDermott may cheat on her.
In an interview on KIIS-FM’sRyan Seacrest Show, the 37-year-old said that she struggles with insecurities which make her feel naturally suspicious of McDermott’s loyalty.
“I’m a normal girl, and I worry about that stuff,” she explained.
“You know how girls are! Girls get jealous. You have to deal with that living all the time. It happens. We are who we are.”
She added that her husband doesn’t share her fears for their relationship.
“He doesn’t really get jealous. I feel like an oddball being jealous all the time.”
Constantly asking your spouse, “Do you love me?” and demanding to be told how beautiful you are and following around them around in a floppy hat and sunglasses and peering through binoculars and leaving little notes for them outside the door of their work that say, “If you ever leave me, I would kill myself, and maybe you” and painting pictures of them and leaving them so they can see them when they wake up in the morning, is probably the very best thing you can do to win their affection. I did that with my ex and I got a stupid restraining order, but it’s just his stupid interfering parents that made him do it, so I know he REALLY WANTS TO BE WITH ME. Sweetie….call me.
Signing her new book “uncharted terriTORI” with husband Dean McDermott and son Liam. I wish she would stop doing a play on words with her name. Get over it, already.

Tori Spelling was interviewed on the Ryan Seacrest radio show yesterday. She’s promoting her new book, Uncharted TerriTORI. She initially talked about the “farm” she has on her property, explaining that she wants to be “asked anything besides ‘marriage,’ ‘mother’ and ‘weight’.’ She said they have chickens, dogs, bunnies and a goat along with a small vineyard. The conversation soon turned to the well worn topics that Spelling claimed she wanted to avoid, of course.
On worrying that Dean would cheat - it was taken out of context
“I did say that, in context. It’s part of my book. People Magazine had an excerpt from my book. I said ‘I’m a normal girl, we worry about that stuff.’ You know how girls are, girls get jealous.
“When you take it out of context and say ‘I think my husband’s gonna cheat on me,’ it sounds horrible.”
“[Dean] doesn’t get jealous [of me]… I feel like an oddball being jealous all the time.”
On her illness and weight loss
“I was in the hospital for… two weeks. [with Swine Flu] Then I was sick after that for months because of it.
“I literally didn’t have the energy to get out of bed to care for [my kids]”
On her “hard year”
“I had a hard year. It’s kind of this journey I went on… emotionally with having the flu and then my marriage - you know we had some problems, then having my mom come back in my life. It’s kind of this emotional journey that I went on. It makes my book a little bit different than the other two I think.
“It’s a little bit deeper”
On how all the 90210 cast members “hate her”
“All my [90210] cast members hate me.”
“[Tiffani Amber Thiessen] doesn’t talk to me anymore.”
“Jenni [Garth] and I are still friends.”
“We were all great friends… after 90210. They all came to my first wedding. Then all of a sudden I marry Dean, I don’t know what happened. I lost all my cast members.”
What Tori neglected to mention is that she dumped her first husband for also-married Dean after less than a year of marriage. She also had a ridiculously lavish $1 million wedding at her father’s estate to her first husband, Charlie Shanian. Now she’s complaining that her friends don’t talk to her anymore, but did she even reach out to them when she hooked up with Dean? I bet a lot of them were wondering what the hell she was thinking.
On burying the hatchet with her Mom - “hype from the press” made it harder
“We both had to agree to disagree and put the past behind us, because there was so much baggage…
The hype from the press made it extremely [inaudible]. We had to say… ‘From this day forward, we’re just moving on with our relationship.‘”
Tori also fielded a question from Ryan about her psychic encounter with Farrah Fawcett, explaining that she wasn’t crazy because a celebrity medium shafted her for big bucks, not just an everyday medium. “It was with John Edwards, it’s not like I just walked down the street and paid $5 bucks to get a psychic reading.”
There’s Tori, using a feud with her mom and her low weight to promote her books and reality show - then complaining when the press actually covers the trivial details in a life that she keeps trying to package and sell us.

Stepping out to promote her new book ?Unchartered TerriTORI,? Tori Spelling was spotted in Huntington, New York yesterday (June 15).
The ?90210? babe had cancelled two television appearances and kicked up some rumors of an eating disorder with her uber-thin appearance.
But during an interview on the ?Today? show this morning, Spelling vehemently denied having an eating disorder.
She explained, "It?s important, I think, just because at this point of my life, I'm a role model for a lot of women, and I have a daughter of my own too, so all this stuff like, 'She's too thin, she has an eating disorder,' it?s definitely something I want to address, because that's not what's going on."

Toting her young son in her arms, Tori Spelling and Liam McDermott were spotted arriving at the Four Seasons Hotel for Mother's Day in Beverly Hills on Sunday (May 9).
Meeting up with the rest of the family, including her parents, Tori tweeted to her beloved mother, "Mommy, Happy Mother's Day! See u soon for brunch. We love you."
The sighting comes just a day after Tori and husband Dean McDermott renewed their marital vows at a private home in Beverly Hills with close friends and family in attendance.
Coming on the heels of rumored domestic woes, Miss Spelling said on the Today show, "We're committed to each other, we're committed to this family."

Tending to her little ones, Tori Spelling and her children enjoyed some healthy snacks inside their Hollywood, California home.
The ?Mommywood? author, along with son Liam and daughter Stella, shared some Hansen?s All Natural Soda along with turkey meatballs while taking a break from the filming their reality TV show.
On the career front, it is being reported that Ms Spelling is branching out to the daytime talk show world and is currently in search of a co-host.
Although the development is only in its early stages, ABC is looking for a ?Will & Grace? vibe and are in search of the perfect male to be Tori?s side-kick.

The tabloids have been attacking Tori Spelling for months now, claiming that she?s too thin and that she?s ?scary skinny?. After giving birth to daughter Stella, her weight really hasn?t fluctuated that much - she?s been really, really thin, but consistently thin. Only the coverage of her thinness ebbs and flows, most of it proceeding a new season of Tori & Dean, shocking. Last October, Tori got into a war with Star Mag, after the tabloid claimed she was down to 95 pounds. Tori revealed her weight at the time - 107 pounds. After that, she maybe put on a few more pounds, which she then dramatically lost again in time for this new season of Tori & Dean, leading to a new round of reports - once again, from Star - that Tori was scary skinny.
This week Life & Style picks up the ?Tori is scary skinny? mantle, claiming that she?s now down to 93 pounds, and that she ?shows signs of an eating disorder.? Here?s more, courtesy of Jezebel:
Life & Style - Tori Spelling is 93 lbs. She doesn’t eat, and doesn’t even drink water. The mag uses an arrow to point to the “fur” on her upper arms, notes that her eyes are sunken, and claims “She’s showing signs of an eating disorder.”
The story also points out: “Tori often overcompensates for extreme thinness by talking up her indulgences. Tori’s Twitter page is filled with accounts of hearty meals and snacks.”
Tori allegedly has a 24-inch waist, which the mag illustrates by printing the “actual size” of her jeans’ waistband. We took a tape measure to these jeans and they’re printed 10 inches wide so we don’t know what the hell is going on.

Eh. I?ve given Tori so many passes on her skinniness, but today I?m feeling a little less generous. Yes, it could be that she?s just a ?naturally thin? girl who is running after two kids and maybe she forgets to eat. But perhaps she really isn?t all that healthy, and making excuses isn?t helping. In any case, I was looking through recent photos of her, and while she does look very thin, she doesn?t really look ?eating disorder thin? to me, but maybe my radar is off. Tori?s arms look healthier to me than Sarah Jessica Parker?s. Maybe Dean just needs to encourage her to eat. Like, they could do family dinners or something.
Speaking of Dean, here?s another little tidbit from this week?s tabloids - Star Mag reports that ?Candy Spelling offered Tori Spelling $10 million to divorce Dean McDemott, whom Candy feels is a ?leech.?? Only $10 million? Come on, Candy!

Dear God, why? So, Tori Spelling is all over the tabloids this week, probably promoting the new season of Tori & Dean or whatever. She and Dean sat down for an Us Weekly interview to help draw attention to whatever bullsh-t relationship drama they created in order to sell their show. And you know I usually don?t mind Tori, but she?s grating on my nerves big time today:
[Tori]… insists it’s all par for the course. “There are good days and bad days with everything,” she explains. “I’m happy fans will see we have ups and downs like everyone else.” But the two remain each other’s favorite costars.
“If I were on another series or Dean was, we’d be gone 17 hours a day,” Spelling says.
“We get to be together.” Echoes McDermott, “It’s a lot of fun, and we get to spend time together.”
And the duo love to be close, lazing around on mornings with 22-month-old daughter Stella and on Liam, 3.
“We feel like everything family-wise revolves around the bed,” Spelling says. “We call it cozy time.” Even more fun: Both kids have distinct personalities. “Liam’s mellow,” Spelling says. As for the more outgoing Stella? “She’s into fashion,” Spelling reveals. “She obsessed with shoes, and starting to pick out her own outfits!”
Meanwhile, Spelling and her mom, Candy, have put their long-standing feud - which peaked after Aaron Spellings’s 2006 death - to rest.
“She’s a very doting grandmother,” Spelling gushes. It’s great for us, it’s great for her. Everyone wins.”

Eh. Do I believe that they?re probably pretty happy together? Kind of. I always say this when I?m talking about Tori and Dean, but I?ll just say this sh-t again - they?re not very good actors, and when I watch Tori & Dean, I think they genuinely love each other. Whatever.
Star Magazine does not have an interview with Tori or Dean, so instead they?re running yet another ?Tori is scary skinny? piece. It?s basically a series of comments from ?eyewitnesses? who recently saw Tori on a red carpet, but some of the insults lodged at Tori are slightly funny just for the sheer meanness:
At the How to Train Your Dragon premiere, one mom stood out.
?There was a woman holding a young child in front of me, and she looked absolutely emaciated,? says an eyewitness. ?She was wearing a backless dress, and you could plainly see her chicken-wing shoulder blades and the outline of all her ribs sticking out against her skin. I thought, ?This poor woman. She must be ill.? Then she turned around and it was Tori Spelling! Her eyes seemed to be sunken into her head, and I gasped at her sickly appearance.?
An insider tells Star: ?Lots of Tori?s friends have always secretly believed that Dean only married her for the fame and career opportunities. And now Tori may have some doubts herself about his commitment to their relationship - and the strains has been taking a huge toll on her eating habits and physique.?

Blah, blah, blah, there?s more stuff about the new season of Tori & Dean that reads like a promotion. But Star also notes that Dean has been spending $5000 a week on motorcycle stuff, and that Tori has been ?constantly pleading? with Dean to cut back. Oh, and Tori is paranoid about Dean leaving her, and she?s always checking his cell phone and e-mails. All of which makes her more neurotic, and makes her lose more weight. Vicious cycle. My thoughts on Tori?s weight is actually a lot like what I think of Angelina Jolie?s weight loss - I think some women?s bodies just go haywire after they give birth, and their metabolism gets f-cked up, and it becomes difficult for them to keep weight on. Granted, both women probably do need to eat more and eat healthier, but I?d be willing to bet that Tori isn?t starving herself or anything.

They?ve always seemed like a solid couple, but recent footage from their reality TV show suggests Tori Spelling and Dean Sheremet?s marriage may be in trouble.
Clips from season five of ?Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood? reveal that tears, tension and screaming matches have become common in their once-cozy household, according to Life & Style.
"What changed with me?" Dean pleads with his wife in the footage that was filmed last year. "It's like you got more and more unhappy and angry," while Tori cries back to her husband. "I just want the old Dean back. I really do. I miss you so much."
Apparently, Dean is not the attentive man he once was as he has been spending a lot of his time motorcyle racing, leaving his ?90210? star wife left home alone to tend to the kids.
However, according to an insider, "She won't leave Dean right now. It would be very embarrassing for her and her family. She's stuck."
