This might not be the most popular opinion, but I think Madonna is physically transforming herself into a version of Courtney Love. Right? These are new photos of Madonna at the Macy?s launch of her perfume, Truth or Dare, last night in NYC. Madonna wore Dolce & Gabbana, and she must love how little she looks, because she looks incredibly tiny and petite here. The dress is? meh. I don?t love it or hate it on Madonna. It looks like something she?s worn a million times before. I do kind of like the sheer sleeves, and I like her coat too.
I?ve been saying that I like Madonna?s current body transformation so much, and that holds here – she just looks softer and prettier. She?s not so gristly and ?roidy like she was when Tracy Anderson was training her. I have no doubt that Madonna is still really fit and she could probably kick my ass. But I like that it?s not all about her bulging muscles and her veins now. I also think Madonna?s current hair color and length is really beautiful and flattering. As for her face? well, the cheek implants have ?settled? so that?s good. But her face is still incredibly CRAZY.
Madonna spoke to reporters while on the red carpet too. She claimed that she?s been ?trying to develop a fragrance for probably the last 15 years?It’s never worked out with various companies and different people and trying different fragrances? They never turned out the way I wanted them to smell.” The reason? Because Madonna has expensive taste, of course: ?It’s the mass producing part that always gets tricky, because for some reason the fragrances that I like tend to be really expensive. One time I created a smell and I was told the amber, it was like a million dollars to ship from India or something. …And then they tried to make a synthetic (version). This happens a lot and it never smells as good as you want it to smell. That’s happened a couple times. Finally I got a smell I like that I can mass produce. Tending to promotional duties as she hopes for big sales, Madonna launched her signature scent 'Truth Or Dare' By Madonna in New York City on Thursday night (April 12).
The 'Material Girl' was in fine form as she greeted the gathered crowd at Macy's Herald Square while clad in a black Dolce & Gabbana frock.
Madge's fragrance launch comes after her commercial for the product caused a bit of a controversy while deemed by many to be "too sexy".
The New York Post reported that the ad (watch below) led ABC to request a revised version from Madonna before airing it in a primetime slot.
The Post's source dished, "ABC viewed the ad [and] came back with a list of changes. They say they want her bra digitally made bigger, and to extend higher to cover more of her chest, and her corset longer to cover more of her bottom. ABC also wants to cut another suggestive scene where Madonna writhes around."
Meanwhile, those who wish to purchase the scent - 'Truth or Dare' is available at Macy's in a 2.5 oz bottle for $68.

Madonna’s new CD MDNA set a new crash-and-burn record, dropping nearly 88% in the second week of sales. Radar Online says:
The CD sold 359,000 copies when it debuted at the top of the Billboard charts and has now plummeted to 46,000 copies.
?People are really digging it,? [Madonna' manager Guy Oseary] claimed about MDNA, [but] perhaps he should have read some of the reviews. Said the LA Times: “MDNA more than anything sounds like an album made by someone who?s lost touch with the desires of today?s popular music… the Madonna of today has lost the art of surprise.”
Boy, I think the last time Madonna sucked this hard, Dennis Rodman was in the room. Zing!

The new commercial for Madonna?s ?Truth or Dare? perfume leaked yesterday. It?s pretty cheesy in general – just the sheer fact that Madge is getting into the perfume game is bad enough, but add to that the fact that Madge?s perfume gets a major print ad and commercial publicity campaign? Please stop. Anyway, the commercial dropped yesterday, and people are already upset about it. Apparently, it?s too? busty?
From what I can tell, it?s the quick cut at the 15 second mark that?s being deemed ?too busty?. According to ABC/Disney, this commercial won?t be aired as-is – it has to go back to the digital wizards (gnomes) who slave away for Madonna 24-7. The Gristle?s breasts must be digitally ?covered up.? Get thee to a Photoshop nunnery, you aged, gristly, busty harlot!
Madonna?s cleavage is just too much for Disney-owned ABC. The network says Madonna?s ads for her Truth or Dare perfume are too racy to run and have insisted that shots of her breasts and behind be covered up.
ABC execs ordered producers of the perfume ad to digitally alter offending shots of her body in the 30-second black-and-white ad, which leaked on the Internet yesterday and shows her cavorting in a low-cut corset and fishnet stockings, wearing a cross and singing over a dance beat, ?I?m a bad girl.?
A source told us: ?ABC viewed the ad [and] came back with a list of changes. They say they want her bra digitally made bigger, and to extend higher to cover more of her chest, and her corset longer to cover more of her bottom. ABC also wants to cut another suggestive scene where Madonna writhes around.?
Ironically, Madonna?s team wanted the ads to run during the shows ?GCB? and ?Scandal.? But even once the requested changes are made, ABC brass think Madonna?s sexy black-and-white ad can only run after 9 p.m. ? oddly with the exception of daytime show ?The View? (perhaps because its viewers are unshockable).
Page Six earlier reported that Madonna?s video for her new song, ?Girl Gone Wild,? had to be re-edited after YouTube banned it from open view and slapped it with an ?18 years and over? rating because of racy content. A second source confirmed to us, ?ABC has requested some changes be made to the content of the Truth or Dare perfume commercial.?

The video for ?Gild Gone Wild? had problems too? I bet I know why – because hot, sweaty, mostly-naked gay dudes were making out, and that freaked people out? Dear world: you?re playing into Madonna?s hands. She wants to still be a ?controversial? artist, and you?re making her believe she still is.
As for Madge?s bust? ugh, really? This commercial was fine. It?s silly and it?s trying too hard, but the images aren?t disgusting or inappropriate or anything. Considering ABC doesn?t have the best record on women?s issues these days, they should STFU. ABC has two shows with ?Bitch? in the title (sort of – GCB and Don?t Trust The B— in Apt. Whatever), plus they greenlighted that horrible Work It show (about cross-dressing, but not really). Basically, I?m saying that people see more offensive things on Dancing With the Stars than in this Madonna commercial.

Last month, I covered Madonna?s first music video from her new album MDNA. The single was ?Give Me All Your Luv? and the video was absolutely AWFUL. It was epic in its sketchiness. So now Madge has a new music video for her next single, ?Girl Gone Wild?. Yes, Joe Francis already threatened to sue her for the ?Girls Gone Wild? reference. I don?t even know what to say about that. Sigh? here?s the video, and I?ll add my thoughts afterwards:
Black and white. Plastic face. Cigarettes. Pills. Apple. Crotch-grabbing. Chains. Dudes in pantyhose. Chicken cutlet cheeks. Wall climbing (except not really). Gay dudes nuzzling each other. Sculpted eyebrows. Dudes in high heels. Basically? this is a sad mess. As Michael K said, it?s like Madonna is referencing Lady Gaga?s Madonna referencing. Madge is trying to do some old-school ?Vogue? stuff, but it?s just? sad.
I have to give Madge credit for two things, though. One, her body is looking much better these days. I?m not being facetious either. I remember how gristly and hard an ?roidy she looked when she was training incessantly with Tracy Anderson. I don?t know who is training her these days (I doubt it?s still Tracy), but they?re doing a much better job. Madge?s body looks long and toned and graceful. The second thing I have to applaud her for: the weak vocals in this song. She?s not a strong singer, and these vocals seem very, very soft. You can barely hear what she?s saying.

Other women in their 50?s may posts photos on Facebook of family, nights out with friends or of their significant others. But if you’re Madonna, you’re going to post photos of your bruised ass instead. But hey, as long as she’s not posting pictures of her sinewy nether regions, I think we got off pretty easy. Celebrity Fix says,
The 53-year-old copped some nasty injuries while rehearsing for her Girl Gone Wild tour recently, and she wasn’t shy about sharing pics of her war wounds with fans.
Madonna treated her friends on Facebook to a series of snaps showing off her swollen lip, battered leg, and even the “heart shaped” bruise on her backside.
If I hadn’t read the article and just looked at the pictures, I would have assumed they were warning photos to the other young virgins locked in Madonna’s dungeon of the consequences of trying to escape.

Back in 2009, Madonna’s former chef and house manager spoke on the record to the National Enquirer, claiming that Madonna spent “maybe half an hour with the kids” a day. Eric Ienco shared details of Madonna’s daily schedule, which began with “two hours of yoga” followed by “two [additional] hours of Pilates and exercise.” After that Madonna would check her e-mail and conduct business, during which time the kids were not allowed to disturb her at all. In response to that story I wrote that it seemed pretty reasonable for Madonna to carve out eight hours a day for herself working from home, and that she just exercised half the time as part of her “work.”
It’s also well established that Madonna has nannies for her now four children, probably several on duty at a time. In 2007 Madonna’s former nanny was shopping a tell-all, which never went anywhere as far as I can tell. Then in 2009 another nanny either left or was fired and posted some unflattering entries on Facebook thought to refer to Madonna. And here are photos from 2011 of two different nannies with Madonna’s youngest children.
That’s all preface to this story of Madonna complaining about how hard it is to be a single mother, as if she has any inkling of what that translates to for average moms.
Her headaches over Lourdes, 15, Rocco, 12, David, six, and Mercy, five, are just the same as any divorcee holding down a job, according to the multi-millionairess.
And Madonna, 53, blasted critics of her parenting skills ? fuming: “Everybody has something to say about the way I live my life.
“At the end of the day I’m doing my best. If people don’t like it, then that’s really their problem.”
Madonna said four years after her divorce from 43-year-old Brit film director Ritchie: “Sometimes I cope with it very well, sometimes it’s a struggle.”
The star has used her experiences as a lone parent as an inspiration for some of the tracks on her forthcoming album, MDNA.
Discussing song I Don’t Give A, she explained: “It’s about the life of a single mother.
“It’s a challenge juggling everything ? multi-tasking is my middle name. I try to express that.”…
But the song is also a clear broadside at Ritchie ? Rocco’s dad. The lyrics include “I tried to be a good girl, I tried to be your wife”, and describe how she was “trying to be all you expected of me”.
And if that wasn’t explicit enough, she also raps about the “life of an ex-wife”, having “no time”, “doing ten things at once”, “custody” and “pre-nups”…
Speaking to The Sun from her New York apartment ? while taking a break from son David’s French homework ? she said: “I hope I’m a role model. I hope I give other girls a voice, women a voice, other women someone to look up to and admire. I keep rolling with the punches and trying to have integrity.
“And I hope I inspire women and give them strength to deal with life no matter what comes their way.”

Oh Madonna. She might be inspiring to other women if her boyfriend wasn’t less than half her age, if she wasn’t injecting and nipping and tucking until she turned out looking like a puppet, and if she didn’t dance around in her underwear in her last music video while faux breastfeeding a baby doll.
I get that Madonna isn’t entirely isolated from heartbreak and struggle because she has over half a billion dollars. Money doesn’t solve everything. It’s just that she certainly is insulated from the concerns that the rest of us have just trying to get by. It’s sounds so disingenuous when she claims that she struggles as a single mom and wants to serve as some kind of role model. That’s Madonna, oblivious as always.

All of this time, I?ve never really formed an opinion on Madonna?s boy-toy, Brahim Zaibat. Really, though, I tend to forget that Madonna actually has a boyfriend. Brahim keeps quiet for the most part, although Madge has let him speak a few times recently, and let?s just say that he?s not really lightning in a bottle. He?s cute. He has a good body. He?s young. That?s why Madge keeps him around. It also seems like Brahim is close with Madonna?s children – perhaps as a like-minded playmate/babysitter. Who knows? Anyway, The Mail reports that Brahim has proposed to Madge, and that she did NOT turn him down flat. She?s actually considering him?
She once said she would rather be run over by a train than get married again ? but now Madonna is considering a proposal from her toyboy lover. The 53-year-old singer is ?making up her mind? after dancer Brahim Zaibat popped the question at a Kabbalah centre in New York three weeks ago. Twice-married Madonna, who kicks off a new world tour in May, has told 24-year-old Brahim that she needs more time to think about his proposal.
A source says: ?Brahim asked Madonna to marry him at the centre a few weeks ago, but Madonna hasn?t given him an answer yet. She doesn?t want to rush into anything. She is very happy with Brahim, although her friends are not sure she is ready for marriage again. That said, Madonna has a real fear of being on her own. It?s a major issue for her, and she loves having a man in her life who is young and makes her feel young.?
It was Madonna?s messy divorce from film director Guy Ritchie in 2008 after eight years of marriage that provoked her ?never again? comment, as she declared: ?I think I?d rather get run over by a train.?
But during a recent appearance on Graham Norton?s BBC chat show, she appeared to have had a change of heart. ?Every girl wants to be swept off her feet by a knight in shining armour,? she said. ?Even if we are sophisticated, educated, intelligent, evolved human beings, we like to think in the back of our minds that Mr Right is going to sweep us off our feet and take us into the sunset, and we?re going to live happily ever after.?
Her relationship with Brahim became serious when he took her to meet his 45-year-old mother Patricia Vidal, a strict Muslim who loves in France. Ms Vidal said of the meeting: ?My mouth fell open when I realised that my son was Madonna?s new boyfriend. I?m still trying to come to terms with it.?
Quite apart from concerns about the 29-year-age gap, there is said to be tension between Brahim and his mother over his frequent visits to meetings of Kabbalah, which is a sect of the Jewish faith.

Yeah, I?ve got to wonder how the religious stuff plays out at home. When Brahim says anything about anything, though, I?ve got to think that Madonna just tells him to STFU. Maybe I?m not being fair, though. Madonna is so weird these days, and she really will do anything to look young, to act young, to BE young. So maybe Brahim is the answer.

Madonna released a new single called Girl Gone Wildthe other day which was accompanied by an image. An image of her that looks nothing like her. This thing is so Photoshopped that it should just be called “Madonna: Re-imagined 30 Years Younger.” A Picasso is more realistic than this.

Brahim Zaibat’s dubious reign as the latest toy boy of Madonna might be on the wane; that is, if this Us Weekly story is to believed, Brahim might want to give up his dream of making an honest woman out of Madonna and start looking for an actual job other than breakdancing, which is what I’m convinced is code for whatever he does for Madonna in the bedroom. Us seems to believe that Madonna’s eye is roaming, and she’s set her sights upon NFL star Victor Cruz (of the New York Giants). Fortunately for Victor, he is already spoken for and has a wife and baby. But Brahim had better start working on that resum, for it’s now only a matter of time before Madge settles upon another young, nubile young man to take his place:
Prey for Madonna! The singer, 53 — who is dating Brahim Zaibat, 24 — had her eye on New York Giant Victor Cruz, 25, at the Super Bowl February 5. “She wanted an introduction,” says a source. Four days later at an Oster Media bash in NYC, “people were still hounding him to meet Madge.”
Alas, Cruz is taken: He and PR exec Elaina Watley have a month-old baby. Madge’s rep contends she didn’t want to meet Cruz, but needed “footage of him doing his salsa dance. She wanted to try it at a press conference.”

Right. Madonna didn’t just want video footage of Victor’s salsa dance. She probably wanted a lot more, and it’s been awhile since she’s dated an athlete. Remember how Madge dated Dennis Rodman for a period of time? Man, that was weird. Anyway, it looks like Victor is conveniently taken and can breathe easier as a result. But Brahim? He’d better watch out.
