Enjoying the beautiful weather, Katherine Heigl was spotted out at a studio in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (April 18).
Joined by her mother Nancy and a realtor, the ?Grey?s Anatomy? gal took a stroll around the area looking at various properties for sale.
As for the recent rumors that she?s planning another adoption to save her marriage, Katherine?s rep says it?s all bogus.
According to the spokesperson, things between Katherine and her hubby Josh Kelley are fine, and if they ever decide to adopt a sibling for their daughter Naleigh, it will be purely out of a desire to expand their family.

Katherine Heigl stepped in Beverly Hills yesterday looking like fresh hell. She paired several trends together and the result was a big “no.” This isn’t the worst outfit I’ve seen on a celebrity this week, because Coachella just happened, but it’s up there.
She’s wearing a pleated white wide-collar blouse with flared sleeves and a mustard-colored tiered fringe skirt. That would be bad enough without the ridiculous mini cow’s head belt (it’s Ralph Lauren, natch) and the slouchy brown boots. The boots are cute, just not with that outfit, but the real kicker is her leopard print purse. How does leopard print go with a Western theme at all? To top it all off she wore giant grape-style gold earrings. I’m just surprised she didn’t opt for some big ‘ol horseshoe earrings and maybe one of those bolo tie necklaces. That would mean sticking with one trend, though, and she’s incapable of doing that. Plus her hair looks like she just stepped out of a wind tunnel and into a cloud of Aquanet to tame the ends.
Where was she going dressed like this? The photo agency, Fame, reports that she went to “a studio location in Beverly Hills.” That means that she wore this getup to a meeting!
The last we heard of this unlikely romcom star she was considering adopting a second child with her husband to save their marriage. Because it’s always a great idea to bring a child into a troubled relationship.
Heigl has completed filming on the movie version of the first book in the Stephanie Plum series, One for the Money. She’s also in that New Year’s Eve movie that looks like a pale imitation of Valentine’s Day.

It?s no secret she?s one of America?s favorite stars, and Katherine Heigl has signed up for an upcoming project with HBO.
The ?Knocked Up? beauty will play the central character in a film based on Ann Hood?s bestselling novel called ?The Knitting Circle.?
In addition, Heigl and her producing partner/mother, Nancy, will produce the flick in collaboration with Pine Street Pictures.
The story surrounds a mother mourning the death of her young daughter who struggles to overcome the grief that begins to destroy everything in her life, including her marriage.

Am I the only one who consistently feels sorry for Josh Kelley? Like, whenever Katherine Heigl opens her big bitchy mouth, I think ?Poor Josh.? Whenever I see photos of Heigl?s latest fashion and/or hair disaster, I think ?Poor Josh.? And when I read this latest story - about Katherine and her BFF mom - I thought ?Seriously, poor Josh.? You see, Katherine is a mother-lover. There?s nothing wrong with it, per se. I?m really close to my mom too, and we go shopping together and gossip and go to movies. Katherine has a similar relationship with her mom - only she takes to the next level, and it?s getting kind of creepy. It?s not just that Katherine?s mom Nancy is her BFF - Nancy is also Heigl?s manager and producing partner. And Nancy also lives a few seconds away from Josh and Katherine?s house. And Nancy spends the night at their house all the time. And Nancy won?t ever let her daughter and her husband be alone, EVER.
Katherine Heigl?s meddling mom is wrecking her marriage! Heigl?s husband Josh Kelley has complained that Heigl?s mom Nancy spends so much time at their LA home that it?s ruining their love life, sources say.
?Josh is a patient guy, but he?s fed up playing second fiddle to his mother-in-law,? an insider divulged. ?Nancy lives around the corner from Katherine and Josh in her own place, but she spends so much time at their home that she may as well move in. She often stays overnight and knocks on their door pretty much every day she?s in town.?
Nancy even vacations with the couple, and Josh claims it?s hurting their romantic life, the source said.
?Josh told Katherine that they need more quality time together - without her mother,? says the insider. ?He demanded Katherine spend more time with him and less with Nancy - period. He loves his mother-in-law, but this is a real problem for him and it?s becoming a major issue in their marriage.?
To make matters worse, Nancy is also her daughter?s manager, and has produced two of Heigl?s films.
?Katherine and Nancy aren?t just mom and daughter, or even best friends for that matter. They?re business partners who live and breathe every aspect of each other?s lives.?
The mother and daughter are so close they even got matching haircuts!
?It?s all too much for Josh? he?s become increasingly irritated by Nancy?s influence. Josh feels as if he?s married two women - Katherine and her mom.?

I think it?s probably a particularly touchy subject considering that Katherine and Nancy don?t have even a typically tight mother-daughter relationship/friendship. They?re business partners, and Nancy has a vested interest in Katherine financially. I?ve felt for a long time that Katherine and Nancy need to part ways professionally - Nancy is not helping Katherine?s career, at all. Heigl needs a team of professionals, she needs to be represented by someone who has the balls to tell her to STFU and BE a professional. Nancy is obviously not doing that.
But? I doubt Nancy and Katherine are going to part financially any time soon, so in the meantime, POOR JOSH.

Katherine Heigl, her black bikini and the electronic cigarette she uses to help quit smoking went to Miami beach with her husband Josh Kelly on Friday. Sadly, none of those things distracted from what she looked like when the wind blew through her hair. For whatever reason, the only thing I could think of was the Nicolas Cage bird hair meme (here). That and her cackling maniacally like Cruella de Vil, pointing in the direction of a couple walking their Dalmatian and shouting “you shall make a fine coat!”

Offering up a look at her fabulous bikini body, Katherine Heigl was busy soaking up the rays on Miami Beach in Florida on Friday afternoon (March 18).
The former "Grey's Anatomy" actress was joined by husband Josh Kelley as the couple imbibed in a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean before finding a spot to lounge on the sandy shoreline.
The beach outing comes just after it has been revealed that Miss Heigl's upcoming picture "One For the Money" has been pushed back from it's previously slated release this summer.
The Julie Anne Robinson directed crime thriller also starring John Leguizamo is now without a set date for theatrical release at the current time.

Looking to be enjoying some downtime together, Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley were spotted partaking in a family day in New York City on Sunday (February 6).
Joined by Katherine's mom, Nancy, the ?Knocked Up? star and her musician hubby popped into several shops in the Manhattan area while laughing and joking along the way.
Earlier in the day, the couple took adopted daughter, Naleigh, for a stroll while enjoying the sunny Big Apple winter weather.
Miss Heigl and family are in town while Katherine films her latest movie ?New Year?s Eve,? in which she replaced Halle Berry after the actress dropped out of the project to tend to ehr custody battle with Gabriel Aubry.

Quickly getting to work on her just-landed role, Katherine Heigl took to the New York City set of "New Year's Eve" for her first day of filming on Wednesday (February 2).
The former "Grey's Anatomy" actress ended up agreeing to terms to star in the "Valentine's Day" follow-up as a replacement for Halle Berry - who dropped out due to her brewing custody battle with Gabriel Aubry.
According to reports, Miss Heigl's character will star opposite rocker Jon Bon Jovi - with the twosome rumored to share a steamy smooch at the stroke of midnight in the romantic comedy.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Heigl?s involvement in the flick came at the perfect time, as she had just pulled out of another project titled ?Adaline,? and she isn?t looking for a huge time commitment.
