Ryan Phillippe has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gym at his relatively new bachelor home in the Hollywood Hills, dubbed Rising Zen. (Ryan’s house is amazing. The Real Estalker makes fun of the decor from its last owner, which Ryan is likely to have changed quite a bit. I have to admit to having kind of an obsession with that home. I would redecorate though, of course.) Lucky for us Ryan doesn’t stay at home to work out, and his fit bod and bulging biceps were seen jogging in LA yesterday.
Ryan was photographed totally shirtless and kissing his girlfriend, Abbie Cornish, in the driveway of his place last week. There were other people around and I think I read that it was a photoshoot since Abbie is wearing a bathing suit, although I’m having trouble verifying that.
We didn’t have the rights to those shirtless photos, but these are the next best thing. We’ll catch Ryan the next time he takes it off, or I can just sit here and imagine him shirtless, laying by that gorgeous pool that’s flanked by a waterfall and hot tub. The home also features a sauna and steam room. Ryan’s house gets me much hotter than he ever could, although he’s definitely nice to look at and I wouldn’t kick him out of bed. The nice big king size in a room with a panoramic view of the Hollywood Hills. Oh sigh. On another note, his tattoos are kind of trashy, right? I’m not really seeing much artistry to them, but maybe you need to see them close up.

They always seem to be up to something, and over the weekend Ryan Phillippe and his girlfriend Abbie Cornish were spotted enjoying some time out in Los Angeles.
The “Cruel Intentions” stud and his “A Good Year” hottie dropped by a local liquor store in West Hollywood to pick up a few items yesterday afternoon (July 12).
And as they emerged from the store, Ryan looked a bit annoyed to find a few paparazzi waiting across the street for them.
The day before, Ryan and Abbie treated themselves to a delicious lunch at West Hollywood eatery Taste before heading off to run a few errands.

Ryan Phillippe may be planning to propose to Abbie Cornish, according to In Touch Weekly, which also had the story about Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhall?s impending nuptials. It seemed like some In Touch editor was like, ?Hey, let?s have a story about how Reese?s ex is getting married too!? If they really wanted to make it hilarious, In Touch should have had Reese and Ryan Phillippe having a double wedding - to other people! Shocking.
So In Touch is claiming that Ryan ?plans to propose soon? and that ?they basically are already married since they live together.? Which I think means I?m married to my dog, since we also live together. My dog and I even sleep in the same room! Oh my God, we are married! Anyhoodle, these engagement stories come out every once in a while, and I don’t put much stock in them. Especially since the last gossip about Ryan and Abbie was about Ryan?s wandering eye in Cannes.
Ryan Phillippe has called his divorce from Reese Witherspoon ?the worst time of my life,? but these days, the 34-year-old seems to be in a much happier place. According to an insider, the actor and his longtime girlfriend Abbie Cornish, 26, are already to take the next step.
?Ryan has said several times that he wants to marry Abbie,? the insider tells In Touch. ?He plans to propose soon!?
The insider adds that it won?t be much of a change because ?they basically are already married since they live together.?
They also won?t be planning a splashy affair.
?Abbie wants a low-key wedding, nothing too huge, and so does Ryan,? says the insider. The couple has even talked about having children of their own.
?Ryan thinks Abbie will be a great step mom to Ava and Deacon, and they want to have a baby together one day.?

The step-mom thing ? will people get worked up over that? I hope not. Whether or not you think that Ryan?s a cheater, I feel pretty good saying that he?s a great dad, and he wouldn?t bring the wrong woman into his kids? lives. And people don?t get worked up about Jake Gyllenhaal being in the kids? lives - or maybe that?s because we think Jake?s so dreamy? I don?t think Ryan?s a bad guy, but I still think Reese deserved an upgrade. So does Abbie, for that matter.

Abbie Cornish and Ryan Phillippe are in Cannes to promote their projects. It comes as some surprise that they?re still together - I haven?t heard anything about them in months, back at the beginning of the year when there was some mutterings of Abbie being pregnant. That turned out not to be the case, so at least they?re good at flying under the radar and avoiding the gossip. Perhaps Ryan isn?t too good at it now, because Page Six is reporting that there may be some trouble in paradise for the couple.
While Abbie is out and about, promoting her film Bright Star (directed by Jane Campion, who did one my favorite films of all time, The Piano), Ryan is hanging out with random blondes until the wee hours of the morning:
Ryan Phillippe’s wandering eye should come as no surprise to Abbie Cornish.
Phillippe (above), who left his wife, Reese Witherspoon, for Cornish in 2006, was spotted partying with some blondes at VIP nightclub in Cannes, a spy reports.
Though Phillippe and Cornish went to the film festival together, the actor was later spotted at 3 a.m. partying with Ne-Yo at Nikki Beach. He went back with the singer for lunch the next day, and Cornish was not with them, according to a source. Phillippe’s rep had no comment.

I?m sure there will be lots of talk of ?once a cheater, always a cheater?, but I?ve never completely bought that infidelity stuff from Ryan. Yes, I?ll buy that he probably screwed around on Reese Witherspoon, but I don?t think that was the reason Reese and Ryan split. Maybe my view of relationships is just different - I tend to think that cheating if often a symptom of a bad relationship, not always the cause of a bad relationship. In any case, I wonder if Abbie thought she had tamed the womanizer?
Going back to Bright Star, the film Abbie?s promoting. It?s a true story based on the romance between the poet John Keats (played by Ben Whishaw) and Keats? neighbor Fanny Brawne (played by Cornish). So, it?s a period romance tearjerker, my favorite. I can?t wait!

In spite of the fact that they share a luxurious multi-million dollar Hollywood Hills home, actor Ryan Phillippe and his Australian girlfriend Abbie Cornish still found time for a little budget furniture shopping on Tuesday (January 19).
The cute couple dropped by their local IKEA, leaving the store awhile after arriving with a cartful of items including a $99 floor standing Wenge mirror.

Has Ryan Phillippe had enough of the Australian papparazzi, and abandoned plans to spend Christmas with girlfriend Abbie Cornish’s family?
Yesterday afternoon Cornish and Phillippe were photographed at Sydney Airport jetting out of Australia after just one week. Initial plans for the lovebirds had them here longer, with the couple intent on spending Christmas Day at the Cornish family’s farm in Lochinvar.
However, from the moment they arrived in Sydney, Phillippe and Cornish’s every move had been scrutinised by the media, with a band of paparazzi following their every step - even as they travelled north to Lennox Head for a few days R&R.
The attention climaxed last Tuesday night after the Calvin Klein party on Cockatoo Island when Phillippe was snapped lashing out at photographers, yelling at them to leave “me and my girl alone”.
However, the notorious Sydney pap Jamie Fawcett told Private Sydney: “I would be happy to be photographed next to such a stunning, beautiful and composed woman . . . I don’t know what his problem was.”

A more likely explanation for this is that Abbie and Ryan celebrated an early Christmas with her family, and now they’re returning to the United States to celebrate with his children. Reese Witherspoon seems like the type to make a big deal of the hoidays, so I?m guessing it?s an important tradition to their children Ava and Deacon.
Ryan might have gotten tired of the Australian paps calling him the wrong name.
The Hollywood hunk, who flew in on Sunday to spend Christmas with his Aussie girl Abbie Cornish, was referred to as Brian by the paparazzi at last night’s Calvin Klein fashion show.
Walking the ruby rug with his girlfriend of one year at the Cockatoo Island gala, Phillipe turned to her at one point and said “I think someone just called me Brian” amid shouts of just that.

Obviously we?re a little short of A-list celebrities here ? Nicole Kidman is only in town a few weeks a year, and Cate Banchett, Hugh Jackman and Kylie Minogue also all spend a lot of time overseas. When an celebrity comes to visit everyone seems to know about it, and they are chased mercilessly. I can imagine it could get tiring very quickly. You would think they’d do their research about who they were photographing though, and attempt to get their name right.

Reese Witherspoon just gave one of those wide-ranging, slightly dull interviews to the Daily Mail. Though a little piece of interesting information did slip out: she doesn?t know if she?ll ever get married again. In fact, it sounds like it?s not even on the horizon for her right now, as Reese says she hasn?t had enough time since her divorce to really know that. She also talked a bit about her kids and how she and ex-husband Ryan Phillippe try to give them stability, and how she?d like a blue egg-laying chicken for Christmas. Can?t argue with that.
HOW DO YOU AND RYAN LOOK AFTER THE CHILDREN NOW?
I think the most important thing is the children, making sure they have stability. I think we just bear that in mind and that the most important thing is to be a grownup and not let feelings affect how you deal with your children.
WOULD YOU GET MARRIED AGAIN?
I don’t know. I don’t think about it much. At the moment, I am not far enough out of being married to think about doing it again.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR?
Anything happening to the children. It’s hard to protect your babies from the media. I have all the worries and fears of being a parent anyway, with the worry and guilt that come with that. But for me, the most difficult part is seeing my children being harassed.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FOR CHRISTMAS?
I have a farm and I’d like chickens, an Araucana chicken. That’d be great - it would lay blue eggs.

If I were Jake Gyllenhaal, I?d get Reese a passel of Araucana chickens, asap. Because it doesn?t sound like she wants to marry him. Or maybe Reese is just being sneaky and coy. Gyllenhaal has always seemed the type to want to get married, and he?s very fatherly with Reese?s kids. I think he?d be pretty bummed if she was just using him to kill some time. Which it doesn?t seem like she is, so I?m guessing Reese just didn?t want to answer the question but was still trying to be vague and polite.
They were caught Christmas shopping in Brentwood yesterday and looked pretty darn happy. Something tells me that despite what Reese said, they?ll probably be engaged within the next year or so.

Following a daylong overseas flight, Ryan Phillippe and girlfriend Abbie Cornish were spotted making their arrival at LAX Airport on Monday (December 22).
The cute couple had the help of an airport staffer, who loaded up their bulky luggage and led the two through the terminal.

Ryan Phillippe, 34, flew into his girlfriend Abbie Cornish’s native Australia this weekend to reportedly spend the holidays with her family. The couple took another big step and posed on the red carpet together at their second public appearance. They were photographed inside at an event together in June, and again at her 26th birthday party in Vegas, but until now have not walked the red carpet together. They were seen at a Calvin Klein fashion show on Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbour on Tuesday night. Ryan was supporting Abbie, who is one of the new ambassadors for the brand.
This is often a big move for a celebrity couple to take, depending on how press-shy they are. While some celebrities take a joint event appearance lightly, kissing and cuddling on the red carpet after a couple of weeks, Ryan and Abbie have been together a long time, there are hardly any paparazzi photos of them out at LA-area hot spots, and this is no doubt a calculated move on their part. You have to wonder if an engagement is in the works, and I bet the tabloids will soon be speculating about it. They look very happy together and that would be great news.
