Spending the day in front of the cameras, Naomi Cambell was busy photo shooting in New York City on Monday afternoon (June 28).
The lovely supermodel disregarded the steamy summer weather, as she tossed on a green swimsuit with a fur coat for photogs snapping up the gas pump poses.
Also trying to show her personable side, Miss Campbell took time to pick a child from the crowd to snatch up and pose for a sentimental picture before continuing with her work duties.

Do you know how much I love writing about Naomi Campbell? SO much. She?s such an ungrateful snot, such an ungracious diva, so violent and nasty? it?s funny. Granted, if I ever came face-to-face with her (or face-to-hurled-bedazzled-phone), I would run. But from a safe distance, she?s hilarious (and probably a war criminal) So the latest story is that Naomi has just gotten herself sued. The litigious idiots who are about to get a face full of phone? Naomi?s former agent Carole White and the perfume company Moodform Mission (with co-director Chris Owen). There actually seems to be a case here, on both sides, but the details are rather funny. Naomi refused to present at an Australian awards show because the elevator was broken, and she would have had to walk up two flights of stairs. Oh, and this gem: ?Chris Owen said Campbell was a nightmare traveling companion on the promotional tour — she was constantly late for meetings, and once even tried to attack him with a bottle.? Love it.
Steps? Naomi Campbell doesn’t do steps. The diva caused a stink when she was supposed to be promoting her perfume line by canceling an appearance because she didn’t want to walk up some stairs, The Post’s Janon Fisher reports.
In an affidavit, Campbell’s former agent Carole White said Campbell backed out of a televised awards show in Australia after finding out the elevator had broken and she’d have to walk up two flights of steps.
“Her failure to show was not only embarrassing, but caused friction with [the] Wella [perfume] people in Australia,” White said of the 2000 event.
White’s co-director at Moodform Mission, Chris Owen, said Campbell was a nightmare traveling companion on the promotional tour — she was constantly late for meetings, and once even tried to attack him with a bottle.
Moodform is suing Campbell for backing out of their 12-year-old perfume deal for such scents as Naomi Campbell, Cat Deluxe, and Cat Deluxe with Kisses.
The brawling beauty is fighting back. In court filings, Campbell said that she considered White “a surrogate mother,” and that she’d sign whatever White put in front of her without reading it — which is how she got roped into a deal she didn’t know much about.
She’s countersuing, saying that Moodform got money it wasn’t entitled to, and that White concealed her role in the company.
“Ms. Campbell is shocked and outraged by the false allegations made by her former agent and cohorts . . . who have made a fortune off of her,” her spokeswoman said.
Moodform maintains Campbell knew what she was getting into.
In asking a judge to throw the case out, White’s lawyer, Daniel Bright, wrote: “The human element that brings the parties before the court is clear: greed, ingratitude and a grotesque sense of entitlement on the part of Campbell that, in her mind, justifies her doing anything she wants to do, including stealing her business partners’ money and then lying about what happened.”

Now, I have to admit - it actually does sound like Naomi might have gotten screwed in this business deal. The perfume deal seems hopelessly budget, especially considering that Naomi could have gotten multi-million dollar endorsement contracts with major perfumers rather than a company called ?Moodform?. BUT, I do believe that Naomi?s personality is best described as ?greed, ingratitude and a grotesque sense of entitlement.? Plus, she attacked someone with a bottle! Survey says: still a C-U-Next-Tuesday.

She?s always up for a good time, and earlier today (June 1) Naomi Campbell was in Paris, France for a very special event.
The sexy supermodel helped to unveil the Louis Vuitton case designed to carry the World Cup to South Africa for this year?s tournament.
Ms. Campbell looked fabulous as she posed for the paparazzi at the Louis Vuitton office, sporting a grey dress with black accents and grey heels.
Of the case?s design, a Vuitton spokesperson told press, "There was no reason why security couldn't be synonymous with elegance."

Celebrating a major milestone in her life, Naomi Campbell rang in her 40th birthday with a swanky party over the weekend in Cannes, France.
The British model, along with Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige, danced to a 45-minute set by the ?Black Eyed Peas? during the shindig which was organized by Campbell?s billionaire boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin.
After having had 40 white roses delivered to his lover, Vladislav paid tribute to Naomi, describing her as a ?wild, wild woman? and his ?great love.?
All the guests were treated to a special birthday dinner, which was accompanied by two specially created cocktails ? the ?Campbelltini? and the ?Naomito? ? while dessert was a three-tier chocolate cake.

| Naomi Campbell to be subpoenaed for Charles Taylor's war crimes trial | Added 14 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

The rumors have been swirling about this for months, and it looks like it?s actually going to happen. Naomi Campbell will likely be subpoenaed for Liberian warlord/president Charles Taylor?s war crimes tribunal at the Hague. It all started when Mia Farrow recounted a story about a weekend she, Naomi and others had spent in South Africa with Nelson Mandela. Charles Taylor was there - and allegedly, he sent one of his men to Naomi?s room to present her with a large uncut (blood) diamond. According to Farrow, Naomi was bragging about this the next day. When ABC News asked Naomi about it, she threw a hissy fit and attacked a camera. When Oprah asked her about it, Naomi muttered something about wanting to protect her family.
Naomi Campbell will surely put on a brave smile tomorrow when her billionaire boyfriend, Vlad Doronin, throws her a lavish 40th birthday party at the Hotel du Cap with every celebrity from the Cannes Film Festival. But the excitable supermodel must be worried.
Prosecutors of former Liberian President Charles Taylor, on trial at The Hague for war crimes, have asked the judges to subpoena Campbell to testify about “blood diamonds” she allegedly received from the warlord in the middle of one night in 1997.
The leggy stunner and Mia Farrow were in the guest house of Nelson Mandela inSouth Africa when Taylor’s men threw pebbles at a window and woke her up.
Farrow told ABC News last month she learned of the diamond gift the next morning at breakfast: “Naomi Campbell . . . said during the night some men had knocked on her door and she, half-asleep, had opened the door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and that they had given her a huge diamond. And we were like, ‘Oh, my gosh!??
Campbell’s former modeling agent, Carole White, who was also on the trip, saw the ABC News report and came forward to tell prosecutors she saw several men giving Campbell a “half-dozen” rough stones. White, according to her lawyer Daniel Bright, said Campbell was disappointed the gems were uncut. Prosecutors also want to subpoena White and Farrow to testify.
Taylor is on trial for inciting a bloody rebellion in neighboring Sierra Leone. Prosecutors say Taylor was in South Africa to buy weapons for the rebels with the diamonds.
When Oprah Winfrey asked Campbell about the diamonds during an appearance on her show earlier this month, Naomi said, “I don’t want to be involved in this man’s case — he has done some terrible things and I don’t want to put my family in danger.”
[From Page Six]
The ?family? line always get me. Like Naomi has family in Liberia that Taylor?s men could get to or something. Here?s another point - if Naomi willing and knowingly received one or more blood diamonds from Taylor, she could conceivably be charged with a crime as well. But she won?t be - the prosecution just wants Naomi to help their case and put a genocidal madman behind bars, and the defense just wants Naomi to lie and say she never got anything from Taylor or his men. Plus, as Gawker points out: ?Considering her reaction last time someone asked her about it, we hope that whoever has to serve her papers is wearing body armor. If she’ll throw a cell phone at the help when they can’t find the pair of jeans she’s looking for, just imagine what she’d do to a process server.? This should be good.

This is Naomi Campbell on the cover of the new issue of Vogue Russia, wearing what I think must be described as The Lavender Wig of Bedazzled Shanks (much like Britney Spears? Pink Wig of Doom). I?ve thrown in some additional shot of Naomi?s latest magazine appearance below (full slideshow here).
But what I really wanted to share was this epic interview that Naomi did with The Daily Mail over the weekend. This bitch is so insane, it?s not even funny. I mean, it wasn?t even a month ago that her married Russian boyfriend paid off the New York limo driver that Naomi beat the crap out of - ALLEGEDLY. Don?t beat me, Naomi. Anyway, the whole thing is about how Naomi is two months away from turning 40 (Catherine Zeta-Jones?s age! Haha.). The full Mail piece is here, but here are some of the best excerpts:
On turning 40: ‘I thought I’d never actually make this birthday,’ she says. ‘I’ve had times when it was hard for me to look at myself in the mirror, because I didn’t really like who I was. The period from 1998 until 2005 was very difficult. I had to work out what was important - what I wanted to change and what I wasn’t happy with.
On her anger issues: ‘I have people around me who tell me I’m beautiful. But that goes in one ear and comes out the other. Anger wasn’t the only one of my issues - I have lots of them. I had to get clean and stay in the AA programme. I understand what keeps me on the right path. I don’t go every single day; I just go when I need to and I have my sponsor. Everyone knows what I’ve gone through. I’m human, I make mistakes, but I’ve come clean on them all. I don’t deny them. I’ve taken the heat and felt highly embarrassed by a lot of them. I’m not proud of the things I’ve done and the incidents that have happened in my life, and I would never say I was. But I did something about it. I’m not above learning lessons.
How does she ?deal? with anger? ‘My family and my friends have helped. I don’t like yes-people. I don’t want yes-people around me; I think they’re extremely dangerous. I like people who are honest with me and tell me the truth. I can take it. I have much more respect for someone who tells me the truth. My real friends tell it to me like it is; I don’t need “enablers”. I need people who tell me what’s what.’
Will she ever beat anyone again? ‘I’ve matured. I stop myself from getting tired and burnt out. I want a quieter life today. I’ve been through the party scene. You get older and your life changes. Things that matter to you when you’re 20 don’t matter so much when you’re approaching 40.’
On all of that court-ordered community service: ‘I wasn’t above it,’ she says. ‘Cleaning the floor or wiping walls or chairs or windows.’ In 2008 Naomi’s temper again got the better of her when her luggage went missing at Heathrow. She was sentenced to 200 hours of community service for assaulting a police officer. ‘What did surprise me was that when I did my community service in England, I was left alone to do it quietly.’
On taking responsibility: ‘What happened in my past is that I would work until I was no good to myself. Now I’ve stopped the parties, stopped trying to burn the candle at both ends. I’ve come to learn you’re not missing anything by not going to everything. I work ten days, hard, and then I take a week off - and that’s how I do it. I’m not shirking blame for anything I did. I blame myself. I’m responsible for all my actions. But I’m also responsible for making those changes.’
Will she continue to beat people? ‘It may be odd for a model to say this, but you make more sense of yourself as you get older. I’m so much calmer. I’m not perfect. I’m very much a work in progress. But I’m trying. I’m working on my faults. That’s all you can do - work on them.’
[From The Daily Mail]
I think that?s a ?yes? to the ?will she still beat people?? question. No, I jest (no I don?t). I like that she ?takes responsibility? for her own violent actions, but I don?t care for the way she glosses over her court-ordered community service for all of her violent attacks. Basically, I think she?s a little older, a little wiser, and she?s got the connections to ensure that many of her violent attacks won?t be made public nowadays. But we?ll see?

The best cure for the celebrity blues is retail therapy, and earlier today (March 9) Naomi Campbell was spotted on a Big Apple romp.
The gorgeous supermodel stepped out for the first time since the alleged fracas with her chauffeur, looking to be in good spirits and smiling widely.
Accompanied by her Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Voronin, Ms. Campbell dropped into the Hermes store on Madison Avenue to look at new wallets.
Lucky for Naomi, her accuser finally decided to drop his assault charges and apologized for making a mountain out of a molehill.

Paying her respects to her friend and late British fashion designer, Alexander McQueen, Naomi Campbell was spotted visiting his store in New York City on Thursday (February 11).
The beautiful supermodel looked quite somber when she showed up to the store located to remember her friend, who was found dead of an apparent suicide early Thursday morning.
McQueen was head designer at the Givenchy label before founding his own company and working with not only Naomi but other celebs like Kate Moss and Sarah Jessica Parker, among others.
Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter to express her sorrows writing earlier today, “I just found out Alexander McQueen died!!! I’m in shock! So sad! I’m wearing one of his dresses now! He was such a talented designer.”

Enjoying a little fun in the sun, Naomi Campbell was out on the beach with her beau in Miami, Florida on Monday (October 12).
Donning a bright red bikini, the catwalk cutie walked arm-in-arm along the sandy shoreline with Vladislav Doronin, then taking a ride on a golf cart to return to their hotel.
The trip to southern Florida comes after Miss Campbell took part in the recent fashion week festivities, during which time she revealed her fears about losing her looks as she approaches her 40th birthday.
She says, “Going out on that runway and having everyone looking at my arse was petrifying. I still get nervous, in some ways I have to be nervous. I don’t want to to be too confident out on the runway because it’s about the clothes. Not about Naomi.”
Naomi continues, “I’m not immune to being insecure - especially as I’m getting older. But I love what I do so I have to put in a little more effort. I do Pilates every day. I’ll carry on doing runways until people stop wanting my services!”
