Here are some photos of Jennifer Lopez at Windward School in LA on Thursday. I don?t know what this is about, because I?m almost positive that her kids are in school in Miami. Jennifer and Marc Anthony share custody of Max and Emme, and I?d be willing to bet that Marc has the kids this week while Jennifer is in LA, and he?s making the school runs (if the kids are still in school in June? IDK). Is Jen thinking of transferring the kids to an LA school? She would only do that if she was planning on spending much more time in LA in the next school year. Ben Affleck is LA-based. So? um. We?ll see. I said this week that I have my fingers crossed for Bennifer to stay together for the September Met Gala. But it does seem like Jennifer is making plans for beyond that.

They must have been having a lot of reunion sex because Ben spent a lot of time on Jennifer?s balcony, smoking cigarettes and trying to recharge for the next session. After several weeks of wall-to-wall Bennifer news, there?s been relative silence from Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck this week. That?s good! That?s good news for us and for their relationship. Ben and Jen are like high schoolers, and they could easily fall into an infatuation cycle which would burn brightly for a second and then quickly fall apart. Shortly after Ben and Jennifer?s trip to Montana, she left LA and went to Miami, where she?s been based in recent years. The Miami trip was for work, but it was also a moment to give the ?Bennifer? relationship some space so they didn?t fall into the same old cycle. But! Jennifer returned to LA recently and she did spend time with Ben. Her people basically confirmed everything to People:
Jennifer Lopez recently returned to L.A. to support a close friend who lost her mother. A source tells PEOPLE the singer, 51, flew back to the West Coast to be there for her friend and producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, whose mother Frances Goldsmith, died earlier this month.
Jennifer flew to L.A. to be there for her friend and producing partner, says the source. She was there to hold her friends hand and attend the funeral.
A second source tells PEOPLE Lopez reconnected with Ben Affleck, 48, during her trip before heading back to Miami. According to another source, while in L.A., the singer spent time with Ben, adding, They have kept in touch every day since their Montana trip.
The source added, Its a tricky situation since they live so far from each other, but they both seem committed to making things work.
As for how the Lets Get Loud singer has been, the source said, Jennifer is doing well. She seems very happy and excited about her future.

The impression I have from the first weeks of the Bennifer revival is that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are spending time together and pretty much ?back together,? but it?s not nearly as all-consuming as we want it to be and the media wants it to be. We thought that they first reconnected at the end of April, which is when Ben Affleck was seen getting picked up by Jennifer?s white Escalade. Then it turned out that Affleck had started writing Jennifer emails full of love and longing back in February, and we all had to adjust our timelines of the revival. Now ?sources? want to readjust everything once again. You know those emails full of longing that Ben was sending J.Lo back in February? Well, he was just reaching out to her as a ?friend.? And he thought she might be single. LOL.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopezs reunion came about organically.
Ben reached out to Jennifer as a friend, a source tells PEOPLE of how the former couple reconnected 17 years after they ended their relationship in 2004.
He was basically checking up on her, says the source. He was single and thought she might be single, too.
At the time, Lopez, 51, was still with then-fianc Alex Rodriguez. The former couple announced they were working through some things in March before officially parting ways in April. In January, Affleck, 48, had split with then-girlfrend Ana De Armas after first being romantically linked in early 2020.
It was in no way disrespectful, because he really thought she wasnt with Alex anymore, the source says of Affleck reaching out to Lopez.

Jennifer wants to ?get back? with Ben: Jennifer Lopez isnt ruling out getting back together with Ben Affleck, a source tells PEOPLE. Almost two weeks after the exes were spotted together outside of Lopezs Los Angeles home and then photographed together inside of a car together in Montana, a source close to the singer says Lopez, 51, is open to having a relationship with Affleck, 48.
No plans for the future: She wants to spend as much time with Ben as possible to see where this could go, says the source in this weeks issue of PEOPLE. While the two are spending more time together, the source adds, They are certainly not making any plans about the future. The source previously told PEOPLE Lopez had a great time with Ben, adding, She is happy with him and enjoys spending time with him.
The revival is coming at the right time: Ben and Jennifer were in the same mindset after their breakups, a Latin music source tells PEOPLE. Adds the source, Whether they end up together or not its good for both of them now. And not that surprising.

I honestly hope they?re having great sex and that this is the summer romance/gossip story/vintage drama we needed post-pandemic. Yes, I am asking J.Lo and Ben to bang for gossip. Come on, it will be so much fun! The very definition of win-win. As we?ve heard, Jennifer and Ben are playing the coy ?just friends? angle. The sheer fact that her publicist has blanketed People, Us Weekly, Page Six and TMZ with the ?just friends? cover story is pretty telling though. It means something is there.
More than 17 years after their breakup, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez remain connected. The exes were spotted spending time together at Lopezs Los Angeles home on Friday, as shown by new photos of Affleck leaving a white Escalade SUV. The Gone Girl actor wore a T-shirt, jeans and was photographed holding a military green backpack as he exited the car. In other photos, Lopez is seen sitting in the car, wearing sunglasses, hoop earrings and her signature nude lip.
They have spent time together in L.A. over the past week, a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were in a relationship from 2002 to 2004. They have a lot of love for each other. They have always admired each other.
Affleck and Lopez were engaged in 2002 and made headlines as Bennifer during their years together, even costarring in the films Jersey Girl and Gigli. They postponed their 2003 wedding days before they were set to walk down the aisle, then officially split by January 2004. Despite going their separate ways, the two have remained friendly.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been spending time together in Los Angeles after her split from Alex Rodriguez, sources exclusively tell Page Six. The Oscar winner has been spotted multiple times going to J.Lo?s California home during the day, we hear, after having been picked up in a white Escalade SUV that allegedly belongs to Lopez and then taken to her nearby mansion. While the pair have not been spotted together, a source told Page Six, ?Security picks him up at a nearby location and drops him off after spending a few hours at her house.?
Affleck, 48, has allegedly visited Lopez, 51, three times since she returned to Los Angeles from shooting her new film, ?Shotgun Wedding,? in the Dominican Republic. But sources close to the stars tell us they are just friendly and have remained so over the years. An insider said: ?They are friends ? they?ve never not been.?
Page Six reported that Lopez was spotted out to dinner with Rodriguez on April 23 at the Hotel Bel-Air, the same spot where the exes went on their first date back in 2017. She owns a $28 million mansion nearby. Sources told us that Affleck was spotted at the same hotel a day before J.Lo saw A-Rod, on April 22, being dropped off by a white SUV ? which later drove Lopez and a business associate to a business meeting. Days later, on April 28, Affleck was allegedly seen coming out of Lopez?s Bel Air home, sources said.
He was spotted again the next day, April 29, dropping his car at the Hotel Bel-Air in the morning and being picked up by the same white Escalade to go to J.Lo?s home. About 3 hours later, the same white SUV dropped him back at the hotel?s valet, sources said. Affleck was photographed exiting the white SUV in a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers, with a green backpack. He was also photographed leaving his car at the hotel.

First of all, the ?sources? quoted in Page Six?s story are just the paparazzi tracking Jennifer and Ben?s movements. But it doesn?t take a rocket scientist to realize that Jennifer who loves all-white everything has repeatedly sent her white Escalade out to pick up Affleck and that they are enjoying what I can only imagine is a Dunkin Donuts-themed rendezvous.
You can also tell that OG Bennifer is happening yet again because they went to People Magazine to sort-of deny it but not really. People Mag confirms that they?ve been ?hanging out together? in LA and ?They are friends. They have always been friends and they have seen each other through the years. Nature is healing. GOSSIP is healing. This summer is going to be FUN.

We tried to tell her that A-Rod is a douche and a cheater but she had to see for herself. I?m happy that she?s rid of him and it amuses me that she?s probably keeping the ring too. But Jen and A-Rod were seen out at dinner together a few days ago, so people were wondering what was up. As it turns out, he?s trying to worm his way back into her heart, or possibly her pants.
Why they reunited for dinner on April 25 at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles: They went there to talk business and how to move forward in a friendly way, a source close to Lopez tells PEOPLE. Jennifer and Alex are figuring out how to be exes and still remain friends, says the source.
Their main priority is their kids: They want to make sure sure their kids ? Lopezs 13-year-old twins Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Rodriguezs daughters Ella, 13, and Natasha, 16, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis ? are okay. They want to be as considerate of them as possible. Jennifer has been such a big part of Alexs daughters lives, and she will continue to be a big part, the source says of Lopez, who posted a sweet birthday tribute to Ella as an Instagram Story on April 21. She loves his girls. Their split is trickier because of the kids.
She?s going to keep living in Miami too: Jennifers kids attend school in Miami, so this will still be their home base, says the source.
Post-breakup, J.Lo is fine: Lopez has been fine, says the source. She is very strong and will continue to follow her heart. Now that filming has wrapped on her comedy Shotgun Wedding, Lopez is looking forward to a break. She is pretty tired from the intense filming schedule, the source says of the star, who filmed in the Dominican Republic over the past few months. So she is hoping to take a few days off soon to recharge.
A-Rod is not fine: On the other hand Rodriguez ? who currently appears as a Sunday Night Baseball analyst on ESPN ? is having more difficulty moving forward. Jennifer dumped Alex: Multiple sources confirm in this weeks issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands Friday, that it was Lopez, 51, who ultimately broke up with Rodriguez, 45. She insisted on it. There are too many issues that are unresolved, says a friend of Lopez, who has been filming her upcoming comedy Shotgun Wedding in the Dominican Republic over the past few months.
She didn?t trust him & she was miserable: In the end, the sources say, Lopez could no longer fully trust Rodriguez, who flew to visit her in the Dominican Republic days after they publicly acknowledged on March 15 they were working through long simmering issues. She has been pretty miserable, says the friend, and didnt think it was in her best interests to stay with Alex.
The lockdown exacerbated their issues: They both liked spending more time together as a family, but it was difficult to keep that special spark when they saw each other every day, another insider says of the couple, who were forced to cancel two wedding ceremonies because of the ongoing pandemic.
Alex?s cheating: Then, when Lopez headed to the Dominican Republic for work, rumors Rodriguez had a wandering eye added strain. While sources say infidelity wasnt the cause of their breakup, whether or not he has cheated doesnt matter, says a music source. She wont tolerate the fear of it in the air between them.
Separating their families & businesses: While the onetime power duo, dubbed J-Rod, also have several business ventures together and share properties in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, theyre especially sad for the kids since they are all so close, says the Lopez friend. Its not a good situation but inevitable.
Teflon Jen will be fine: Jennifer has been in these difficult situations before. She is not one to sit around and cry, says the friend. Her kids make her the happiest. She is doing well. Though ending things with Rodriguez wasnt easy, Lopez feels at peace with her decision. They will try to be friends, and there is respect there, says a Miami source. But they are definitely going their separate ways.
She?s hanging out with Marc Anthony: Shes also found support in Anthony, 52, who recently brought Max and Emme to the Dominican Republic to spend quality time with their mom. Jennifer and Marc have a great relationship, says the friend. Having him around while she has had to work abroad has been very comforting.

Well, everyone was right! Literally everyone in the comments and on social media said that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez would officially break up within a month, and that?s exactly what happened. On March 12th, Page Six and People Magazine both confirmed that Alex Rodriguez and J.Lo had broken up. By the next morning, they were back together and working through their issues. Alex came to visit her in the Dominian Republic and he seemed especially eager to make things right, probably because he had been cheating on her constantly and sliding into random reality stars? DMs. Jennifer stayed and I guess they figured out all of their joint business interests and all of that. So now almost one month later exactly, they?re over.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are officially going their separate ways. The performing sensation and the former baseball slugger, who have been a couple since 2017, have called off their two-year engagement and will focus on remaining friends. The two revealed the news in an exclusive joint statement to TODAY.
?We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another?s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.?
Reports first circulated in March that they had called off their engagement, but multiple sources told TODAY at the time that the two ?never officially broke up? and were still together.
