Jennifer Lopez turned 45 years old this past July. SHE IS 45. For the love of God!!! These are photos of J.Lo leaving her gym in West Hollywood yesterday. Her abs? good God. And that?s after giving birth to twins. Even when I was at most thinnest, my most svelte and most youthful, I never had abs like that. Is it because I hate abdominal exercises? I?m sure that?s part of it, but even if I did a million crunches, I wouldn?t look like that. Is this aspirational? Or do we just look at these photos and become jelly h8rs?
Jennifer has actually lost a good 10-15 pounds over the past year. She told several media outlets that she went vegan mainly to lose weight. As an old-school J.Lo follower, I can tell you that she really doesn?t have the same ?La Guitarra? body that she used to have. I watched her ?Booty? video with Iggy Azalea ? her booty is smaller! And everything is more toned and sleek these days. Better or worse? I don?t know. But I am jealous of her abs.
By the way, Jennifer went to dinner with Casper Smart earlier this week. E! News? sources claim they?re not really back together but they?ve remained ?good friends? following their split. Do you believe that? I don?t. I think they?re back together. And I think she?s an idiot (about men) for going back to him. She knows it?s a dumb move too ? that?s why ?sources? keep insisting that they?re just friends.

Clearly rubbing off on her little one, Jennifer Lopez shared a few adorable photos with her daughter Emme earlier this week.
The ?Booty? beauty rocked a pair of aviators and a fur sweater while posing for a lovely selfie that she quickly posted to Instagram.
Shortly after sharing her personal pic, the 45-year-old revealed a selfie of her little girl rocking the same getup. In the snap, the 5-year-old looks nearly identical to her gorgeous mom.
Lopez added the caption, "Ok this happened while I was sleeping...lol #minime #coconut #emmeandmax #LOVE."

Going back to her roots, Jennifer Lopez stopped by her old stomping grounds in the Bronx on Thursday (September 18).
The ?Jenny from the Block? singer rocked an all denim ensemble as she brought her kids, Max and Emme, to her old grade school Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and greeted a few pals.
Meanwhile, Jennifer posted a meaningful quote to her Twitter page earlier hinting at a possible struggle with a confrontation.
?Whenever it feels uncomfortable to tell the truth, that's often the most important time to tell it,? Lopez wrote. Could there be trouble in paradise for the beautiful singer?

Here are some photos from last night?s Fashion Rocks event. I remember, more than a decade ago, when this event was actually a big deal. Not so much anymore. At this point, I?ve got to wonder why Jennifer Lopez is slumming it on this red carpet. I realize she still hustling her album and her new ?Booty? single, but seriously J.Lo, you are better than this. Her red carpet outfit is Versace. I hate this season?s half-booty-short/half-skirt thing. And it looks like Jennifer pissed off her makeup artist again. Oh, and guess who was there? Casper Smart, of course. Because J.Lo never learns.
During the Fashion Rocks telecast, Justin Bieber was on stage with Lara Stone. This happened and it was disgusting.
