This holiday season is an exciting one for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt because it’s their first as a married couple. And yesterday they were spotted picking out the perfect Christmas tree.
The peroxide pair visited a local Los Angeles Christmas tree retailer, looking blissful as they emerged with their first ‘family’ tree.

People are making a big deal out of the fact that Tom Cruise gave Spencer Pratt advice on how he should have conducted his wedding to Heidi Montag, saying that “If the girl wants the [big] wedding, you gotta do the wedding. It’s a special occasion, and she’ll remember it forever. Spencer… dude… you’ll realize this later.”
The fact is that the MTV people interviewing Cruise had to explain the situation to him and specifically asked if he had advice for this guy he probably has never heard of who eloped with his girlfriend, who was hoping for a traditional wedding.
US Weekly, which has been all over the Spencer/Heidi fake wedding with two separate cover stories, reports this news and also has a response from Spencer: “If Tom Cruise says so, it must be true. If Tom’s the best man, we’ll have a big wedding!”
Spencer doesn’t address whether he and Heidi have done the necessary paperwork to make their marriage official. They certainly laid the groundwork for that reality show focusing on their relationship that they’re said to be gunning for, they don’t need to complicate matters by legally commingling their funds and lives. They’re together for the cameras, and maybe the cameras will go away soon and so will their relationship.
Cruise visited the Toronto studios of Much Music yesterday to appear on the show Much on Demand and promote his Nazi movie. He did the “Tropic Thunder” dance with host Matt Babel and also looked amused to encounter two guys wearing dress shirts and underwear like his iconic “Risky Business” character. In the audience at the show was a guy wearing a Guy Falkes mask, the standard disguise of the group Anonymous which is staging a global protest against Cruise’s Scientology cult. There’s a video of Cruise very obviously trying not to look at the guy in the mask, the meaning of which he is surely familiar with. Cruise would much rather be confronted by random questions about a reality star’s life decisions than have to deal with the reality of the cult he supports that destroys people’s lives.

Though he’s received all kinds of criticism and speculation for the way he’s handled his marriage with Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise saw fit to offer some marital advice to Spencer Pratt on last night’s “Hills” after-show.
The “Vanilla Sky” stud was asked what he would’ve done had he been given Pratt’s circumstances. And rather than elope, Tom said he would’ve definitely done the big family wedding that Heidi Montag was hoping for.

They had an amazing time skiing, skidooing, and snowball fighting in Park City, Utah over the weekend and last night Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt returned to Los Angeles.
The peroxide pair was spotted arriving via LAX International Airport, looking a bit tuckered out from their activity-filled winter wonderland getaway.

They just returned from a wedding/honeymoon in Mexico, but that didn’t keep Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from taking off to enjoy a winter break in Utah yesterday (December 5).
The happy couple escaped for an early winter season getaway on the slopes of Park City, having an active day including skiing, snow ball fights and skidooing before relaxing back at their chalet with hot chocolate and a canoodling session.

G’morning kids! It’s Sarah today. I hope you haven’t eaten recently, because here are Platinum Pubeface and Chinny McPlastic on their fakey-fake-fake pretend honeymoon. I’ve seen more realistically staged pictures from theme parks where families stick their faces in those holes in a painted board.
In more hilarious news, Heidi Montag’s mum effing hates Spencer Pratt’s creepazoid guts, and she tells Us Weekly that she thinks Spencer drugged Heidi to con her into marrying him:
“He’s manipulative and seems to have power over Heidi,” Darlene Egelhoff, 46, told Us in an exclusive interview from her home in Crested Butte, Colorado the day after Montag, 22, blew off Thanksgiving with her family to stay with Pratt in Cabo San Lucas., the site of her Nov. 20 elopement. “I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn?t surprise me if he had her drugged.”
Look lady, I don’t want to alarm you or anything, but your daughter is a goddamn retard. I don’t think it would require drugging to trick her into a publicity-stunt marriage. I’m pretty sure you could show up in a tinfoil hat and shout, “The British are coming!” and convince her to move into a treehouse made of popsicle sticks and wear armour made out of cardboard and duct tape.
Adds Egelhoff - who famously fought with Pratt, 25, on The Hills: “God says love your enemies, but I never expected it to be my son-in-law.”
So how long does she give their marriage?
“Six months,” she says.
“I think it’s the biggest mistake Heidi’s ever made,” Egelhoff adds.
Whatever. Heidi’s a vapid, useless famewhore, and she pretend married a shallow, attention-hungry toolshed. Of course it’s not gonna last.

Heidi Montag and her new husband Douche Bag…err Spencer Pratt (I know, that joke was completely original) went back to Mexico to document their fake wedding and have people watch them have a honeymoon. It’s a shame some people are such attention whores. Heidi did impress me however with her “candid” bikini photos. I never knew Heidi had a body like that, and she wastes it on Spencer! Almost makes me wish that I liked Heidi Montag so I could say something clever and lewd about her, but I know Spencer would sue my ass off!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took their fake fame to a new level with a wedding ceremony in Mexico that was photographed for US Weekly and caught on tape for “The Hills,” but wasn’t legally binding. The two claim they’ll take care of the details once they’re back in the US. They certainly took care of all the press and other logistical arrangements though.
The good news is that bikini pictures have come out of their “honeymoon” and Heidi doesn’t look pregnant at all. She’s been wearing loose dresses and there’s some speculation that it was a shotgun wedding. She probably picks her fashion to fuel the rumors.
The bad news is that with this latest move these two are hoping to score their own “Newlyweds” type reality show separate from “The Hills.” At least now we know the motivation behind their wedding:
Tired of the way their romance has been portrayed on “The Hills,” the two are planning a reality show like Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson’s “The Newlyweds,” say insiders.
They’ve already shown the ability to generate lots of publicity, recently staging a phony wedding in Mexico that was featured as a real elopement on the cover of US Weekly…
They say they’ll make their marriage legal and then want a TV show to showcase their relationship.
“Practically every episode of ‘The Hills’ shows them at each others’ throats, but that’s not how they believe their relationship really is,” said a source.
While they definitely butt heads at times, they say they want fans to see how happy they are day-to-day.

These two aren’t trying to change public perception of their relationship, they’re trying to squeeze out every last bit of fame they can. If this bid fails, then they’ll have a baby. They’re vacuous and superficial, but they know how to play the game and they’re not about to blow it all with marriage and a kid in one shot.
Meanwhile Heidi’s mom has spoken out against her daughter’s “marriage” to Spencer, saying she gives it six months and alleging that Spencer is drugging Heidi. It’s on the cover of last week’s US Weekly and it all sounds a little too conveniently headline-generating. Spencer denied the charge and said his maybe future mother in law “is just hurt and reacting crazy because she wasn’t there.” Maybe she’s just reacting according to the script.

Those two doofuses, Heidi and Spencer, returned to Mexico today or yesterday for a pretend honeymoon and a photo op. Normally I wouldn’t give in to their fame-whoring (The Blemish does not negotiate with fame whores), but since Heidi is wearing three different bikinis here I’m contractually obliged to do it. Therefore, enjoy the aforementioned three different bikinis. I hear she has one set for every IQ point so expect seven more to pop up in the near future.

In some newly-released photographs, the peroxide pair is shown gallivanting around their tropical surroundings while filming scenes for their MTV reality show “The Hills.”
